    All in all it is a great truck, it works and gets the job done.

    2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS

    I have never had issues as far as reliability with my current truck. As with most older vehicles maintaining it is key to keeping it is condition up to standard, I have had suspension issues in the front end but with some basic hand tools and a little time you van can work on most of this truck by yourself if needed. If you are the kind of person who likes decent sound quality and you change out to an aftermarket stereo you will need to upgrade your speakers in order to handle the power pushed out by the new system in order to avoid distortion or blowing the old ones. For a 13 year old vehicle performance wise it still gets up and goes, it is consistent and will get you where you need to go, but again like I said, maintenance. Keep your engine happy, you'll stay happy. Ls trim is close to your base model, you are not really coming with a ton of extra features, you do get dual climate control though so if you run hot and your friends or partner cold, it works out extremely well. Power windows and locks are always a blessing. As far as comfort goes though, if you have lower back pain you will either want to replace the seats or swap out for power seats so you can adjust lumbar and the angle you sit at, the stock seats tend to sit at an angle and put a little more pressure on your lower back which can get irritating after a long day/drive but other than that they're still extremely comfortable seats.

    I absolutely love my truck. My truck has all the controls for the radio on the steering wheel and it has AM/FM including Sirius, but you would have to call to be able to set it up. The doors to my truck open in a butterfly motion to where it will give you more room to load anything in the back seat. Everything in my truck is very comfortable including the seats that are of cloth and on the driver seat on the side you can control the driver seat and adjust it to your position and angle. The back seats fold up to give you access to the jack and it also gives you much more room if needed.

    I have been lucky with my truck. It's been running good since I got it used in 2010. The only trouble was the Cadillac converter had to be changed out. But like I said I have been lucky. For the most part the maintenance has been kept up on it for the years that I had it. The performance is okay for a V6 I can't complain. It's been really reliable for me over the years. It's not to comfortable but the a/c works really good.

    High mileage at 200,000 miles right side has a crash below the headlights Bluetooth doesn't work a/c needs antifreeze left side wiper needs to be changed. Truck runs great with constant oil change can pull trailers and great for moving. Truck has a lot of space fits 5 adults great and has a great set of 20 inch rims

    2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS

    The truck is an old work truck, but I have never had a problem with it, except for the headliner coming loose and falling down. I have owned it now for almost 12 years and all I have had to do to it is get a new battery about 3 years ago. It still runs great and I never have to worry about it breaking down on me.

    Smooth ride, back end can be light and cause skidding in rain. Other than that runs great and comes in handy for moving large objects. It is reliable, and comfortable. Gas mileage can be an issue. Tires can be expensive if your used to a car. Also need to keep tires checked and rotated.

    The truck is great has had a lot of repairs so it should last us a while. It is very comfortable and we miss it when we have to have repairs done. Is a very reliable truck, the truck is very sturdy and withstand a lot. It gets okay gas mileage the cost $40 to $50 to fill it up sometimes

    It's have a lot of room. It's dependable and has the best get up in power. I love the durability to be able to hull things like furniture, wood, groceries and other items. Plus two Lab in the back seat. Love the large block engine it's great speed. It's very good on gas mileage.

    This has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It has one of the coldest A/C's out of all the vehicles I've ever owned, not to mention its the one you just put gas and go. The 2006 Chevy 1500 LS pickup is a true winner!! Get you one if you don't have one.

    I have never had any problems with any of my trucks they have been very good trucks, they are the best trucks I have ever had. Will never buy anything else. I have never got stranded, they both have many miles on them and have never had problems, I love my trucks
