Will pull a trailer all over this country
I love my Chevy. She is beat up a little . Needs a paint job. I've had to fix the radiator and changed spark plugs on it

The gas mileage is terrible. I only get about ten miles to the gallon.
The truck is very dependable. Have never had any problems with it. I love the four wheel drive. It is nice.

2500hd Chevrolet Silverado.
We just bought out 2500hd Chevrolet Silverado. We thought there was no problems but ended up having to drop over 3000 to fix the problems that's not including how much we paid for the truck. But after fixing up the truck it has been so good, it runs good, it gets my husband back and forth to work. It helps us with getting stuff done that is needed with a truck.

It has amazing tow capacity with It's huge engine.
I drive a truck; I like that I can haul things. My truck is an extended cab so all my kids fit in it. I dislike It's horrible gas mileage with gas being so expensive.

It's very sturdy and durable, which makes it so it can hold a lot of weight.
I like that it's a very sturdy truck. It has 4 wheel drive and has plenty of room in the cab. The bed is a little too short. It's only 7 feet long. Some of the decorative parts are now starting to fall off. It's starting to burn oil. The engine could be stronger for this size of truck.

A no-nonsense heavy duty performer.
This vehicle is big and heavy so parking may occasionally be a bit tricky but it is very durable and can carry very heavy loads. It also gets surprisingly good gas mileage for its size provided it receives regular maintenance. I do not think this is a vehicle built for city dwelling yet is great for more rural settings.

It is a truck not a car I will not own a car as small as they are theses days.
It is been a long lasting truck as it is aged like any other vehicle minor repairs are needed to keep it on the road.

Great truck to own and tow with.
Very reliable, very comfortable to drive. It is a gas hog and it is not good in rain or snow. It tows anything I want to pull and without much effort. Rides very smoothly and the big engine ensures you can pull into traffic without effort.

They run really good after being tuned and modified. But are still reliable without it
It's a diesel, I love it. String running , great sounding, powerful engine. I've owned 2 of them now

Great truck with lots of power but has bad gas mileage.
Great truck with lots of power. Has hauled everything that I put in it. Does not have very good gas mileage.

It's old, but it still feels like a new vehicle. I use my truck--USE it. I don't baby it. It has wear and tear, but it still feels like new.
It's reliable. It's large. It makes me feel independent. It's comfortable for everyone in my family. I don't like that certain things fell apart because they were made of plastic that wouldn't survive in Arizona heat. That's just shoddy workmanship. But, I can live without those things, and still love my truck.

It is a good truck, it has been a good truck and i am glad I have my truck
I like how it drives. I like how dependable it is. I like the way it hauls.

It's rough and tough time getting to know you and see how much you want to spend on Dobson you get
Like that it's capable of carrying a payload or being able to pull a heavy trailer, though dependable, I don't like that it's old and worn looking

She's beautiful and square and clean and no one has one like it in town
Love my truck it pulls my 29 foot car trailer nicely very reliable I should take better care of it. I live the crew cab so much room for tools for my business 3 quarter ton trucks in this price range are hard to find. It does everything I want it to do

Not the best design for the desert heat.
In 17 years, I have had to replace the rear axle and the brakes because windshield wiper fluid was leaking on them. I have had to replace the passenger side window kit. And all the plastic parts are broken/breaking/or useless. However, I still love my truck. Most of these are cosmetic problems. The rest were due to other people's incompetence--the people who changed the oil, added the fluids, and didn't replace plugs/bolts/etc. They damaged my truck. This truck wouldn't have needed half the work done on it, had they done their jobs properly.

Its a truck, not a car it a big difference.
I enjoy my Chevy pick-up with the extended cab gives me space for groceries or even my dogs. I have gone on long trips and it's been a comfortable trip.

2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd, a very reliable v8 truck.
I purchased this truck because of where I live, needing a vehicle with 4 when in drive capabilities and something easy for me and my kids to get around. The truck does only seat 5, so if you have a bigger than average family full time this is probably not vehicle for you. This vehicle is equipped with heated leather seats, all power window and seat controls. It gets decent gas mileage for being a v8 truck, I average about 11-12 mpg in town. Have not done any highway driving in it, but have been told it averages about 15-16 mpg. No major problems to list, only have had to do regular vehicle maintenance on this vehicle. It has been extremely reliable since I purchased it, and gets me to where I need to go every time I leave my house.

Chevy 2500hd is the new trailblazer for camping and pulling.
I love my 2500hd Chevy, it can pull, tow anything. The side doors help so much. I also have a gooseneck hitch on it that helps so much when pulling anything heavy. The seats are amazing and you can align them just right for comfort. I am happier with my 2500hd Chevy than I am with my 04 jeep. This Chevy is nice has a big 496 and a huge 25 gal gas tank. That gas tank is a blessing when we are traveling to Texas every year. If you are looking for a Chevy, I highly recommend the Chevy 2500hd.

2000 Chevy Silverado hd 4wd.
I bought it new, haven 220k miles with only minor problems. I tow, haul heavy loads along with carry friends and family members often. It is 4wd and I off-road comfortably. It still gets 15+ mpg and uses no oil between changes. The paint still looks great except for small area on roof. This truck is everything I could want in an everyday vehicle.

My chevy truck is reliable.
I enjoy the big engine my truck has. It can pull just about anything. This truck has always been good to me. Chevy is very reliable.

Does the job! Will last many years more!
Great vehicle for towing travel trailers, boats, plenty of family memories with mom, William and Jonathan, pretty good gas mileage too!
accountCircle Cody H on February 5, 2019
It gets 13 mpg hauling or just driving.
It is a reliable vehicle. Has never broke down. No major work ever needed just annual maintenance. Uses to much gas.
accountCircle Micol C on January 18, 2019
It has a very bad turn radius.
I like the size of my vehicle. The visibility through the back window is fantastic. The bed is a good size and I love the body style. I dislike the tendency of the window motors breaking. My heating is also old and gets stuck on high when you try to use it.

The equalizer. Leveling the playing field.
My truck has had a couple problems. It has had and issue with rust. I have tried to keep it washed and waxed to prevent the rust from occurring but to no avail. I have also had problems with cranks on the windows which are sometimes hard to use. The performance of my truck has been excellent. It has hauled trailers which are filled to the brim with equipment and product. I also like the heater in my truck. It gets warm in winter fast and provides comfort on cold days.

It is brown and white and people call it the ice cream sandwich
It is a very reliable vehicle. Very rarely have problems with it. It does awesome in the snow. Not very good gas mileage.

I feel safe driving this truck in Northern Maine. It seems very well constructed and feel my family is safer in it in case of an accident.
If you live in moose country its sits higher up and has a strong body and frame. Nothing is accident proof but I feel safer in this truck then a car.
