Oct 12, 2023

The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica lasts around 200,000 miles, with some stereo system and stability control issues reported. At $20,650 to $40,580, it’s a good value for a minivan with a nice interior and some advanced technology available.

The cabin is luxurious compared to other minivans, the suspension is smooth and fuel economy is good.
dislikeFilled The Bad
There’s less cargo space than some competitors, the rear seats are firm and repair costs get higher as it ages.

Is the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica a Good Used Minivan?

  • Overall Rating 8/10 – 2019 is a good year for the Chrysler Pacifica since it offers reliability improvements from earlier years and a nice cabin. Owner reviews praise the modern technology, comfortable seating, and the reasonable running costs.
  • Interior, Comfort & Cargo 9/10 – Interior materials are more luxurious than other minivans on the market, the seats are supportive on long drives, cargo space is great too.

  • Safety 8/10 – The 2019 Pacifica is safe, earning a perfect 5-star rating in government crash tests. It comes standard with a rearview camera along with blind spot monitoring. Optional upgrades include lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control.
  • Gas Mileage 7/10 – Fuel economy is okay at up to 22 MPG, offering 418 miles of range out of the 19 gallon tank. Gas costs are $23 lower than average at $258 per month.
  • Value 8/10 – The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica is cheaper than some other minivans while offering good features, making it a decent value for shoppers.

Great car for driver and passengers.
I love the comfort and features of my pacifica, it is great with two small children in car seats, we still have plenty of additional roomy passenger space and room to haul and store things. All of the features and amenities were well thought through including the moving and storage of seats. The entire vehicle was designed for the driver and passengers.

Excellent mini van, highly recommended!
Thus far we have had no problems with our minivan. With three kids in car seats, it has been ideal. The captains seats are very comfortable. The navigation and apple carplay are excellent. Additionally the front and rear cameras are extremely useful, especially when parking or pulling into the garage. Would definitely recommend this minivan.

This van is comfortable and modern.
I find my van very comfortable. We have used it for long and short distances and the seats are great. The driving is great and smooth. I love the heated steering wheel. My daughter loves the TV and we love all of our features. Highly recommend this vehicle.

2019 Chrysler pacifica special review.
The 2019 Chrysler pacifica runs really smooth and is super comfortable. The middle row and front row seats have so much leg space. The third row still has quite a bit of space and is pretty comfortable too. The middle seats are able to be put away in case you are moving large objects or something around that does not fit in the back.

Pacifica - a spacious car for large families.
The is great, trustworthy and safe. There's room for all our stuff under the seat, and when a trip to ikea is needed there's room for all the large boxes when the seats fold into their special space. The kids have room for toys and books to keep them busy on long rides, and it wonderfully comfortable.
accountCircle Nick M
DVD players in seats my two boys love them and the large amount of room.
Reliable, lots of room great for kids or hauling large objects. Seats fold down with a push of a button. Rear cameras. Side caution censors. Sunroof, DVD player. Great on gas mileage heated seats cooled seats for the summer is amazing. It is a true family van should have bought it not leased.

Lots of great features in this roomy family vehicle!
Tons of space for a family and very comfortable. Love the stow n go feature. And the full sunroof is nice too. Thought we leased the option that included the interior vacuum cleaner but that was not included, must have been a different model. The heated and cooled seats are very nice as is the heated steering wheel in the winter. Gas mileage is good.

Chrysler Pacifica 2019 Rear/Back Tailgate Glass Exploded
Our Chrysler Pacifica 2019 Rear/Back Tailgate glass just exploded while parked @ church (Houston TX) parking lot on 09/15/2019. As we were exiting the vehicle, we heard a loud blast from behind. Turned around and couldn't believe my eyes, the Back-Tailgate glass was completely shattered and pieces all over the place. There were others at the parking lot at the time of the incident who also saw this happen. Many even came over and asked, "how did you glass explode?" Luckily my kids are safe, but now there's glass chips are all over the place even inside the tailgate. This is a new van we just leased this year Feb-Mar 2019, already has a power-steering recall on it and in less than 3000 miles now an exploding tailgate mirror. This should ideally be covered by manufacturer. We had leased 2 Chrysler Town & Country vans prior to leasing this Pacifica and never experienced something like this. Started googling found similar posts on "pacificaforums", namely, "Exploding 2017 Chrysler Pacifica window". Updates: 1. 09/16/2019 Monday 7 AM from Chrysler Dealership (Autonation Katy) Service Department, talked to service advisor about the whole incident, and this is the response I got that they will not cover repairs or replacement of the mirror. They can repair it, but I will have to pay for it in full. I said this is a new van, with >2900 miles shouldn't this be covered? They said I can open case with Chrysler via +1-800-334-9200 and it would have to go through that process. And stated that only if Chrysler is covering the repairs then they can do the repairs for free. 2. 09/16/2019 Monday 9:15 AM from Chrysler (+1-800-334-9200) Case Number# 64530554: Explained the whole incident to the customer service rep and mentioned that I had also posted the incident under (https://www.pacificaforums.com Forums: "2017+ Chrysler Pacifica Minivan Issues, Problems,"; Thread: Chrysler Pacifica 2019 Rear/Back Tailgate Glass Exploded) on the date of the incident. I told them this is our family car; we need it every day and need help with getting this fixed quickly. I also told them the incident happened at the church parking lot and now the van is at home. I had to clean up all the glass debris that fell inside and temporarily seal the rear area that was exposed. The Chrysler customer service reps responded that they need 2-4 weeks to investigate and their inspector will come up with findings and then they can determine what really happened. "So I asked are you telling me not to repair the vehicle for 2-4 weeks that we need to use every day so somebody can come and inspect this in 2-4 weeks. Does this mean I have to put all the cleanup glass back in the van and park the van in the location of the incident (at church parking spot) for this inspector to inspect??????????" Her only reply was it is their process and the inspector needs to inspect to determine the how this happened. I told them we cannot wait 2-4 weeks, we told them we can take the van to any Chrysler Dealership Service Department and they can have service advisors document the whole damage with videos, pictures, even they could be online if they wanted to confirm; their inspectors can write their findings based on all that documentation; the lady rep literally stated that Chrysler Dealership Service Department-Service Advisors are not qualified for this, so they cannot authorize that. What does that even mean?? I told them the van is not in drivable condition but they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me to take it to a Chrysler dealership and they would arrange to have the van taken in during this wait period and offer us a loner van to use during this time. I told them since you not going to help in anyway, my only option to get this resolved quickly is going through my insurance and have scheduled mobile at-home service to get this repaired via Safelite Autoglass. Will you at least cover my deductible that I need to pay out-of-pocket, just $250 and their reply was if I am getting it repaired outside then they cannot do anything to pay even $250. Either Chrysler customer care is most irresponsible, or this is an issue with specific customer service reps. They open cases not really wanting to help just to fool the customer. I had a similar experience with my old Chrysler Town & Country where there was a defect with the van which we found when we lived in San Diego CA. Went to dealership, the service advisor drove the van under similar circumstances, reproduced the hazardous issue and we were the ones who had to help the service advisor stop the vehicle. The van was out of control and he also acknowledged the defect. We called Chrysler customer care from the dealership and asked the Service Advisor to explain the problem which he did. All Chrysler customer care rep could say was they opened case and I needed to leave vehicle there until they can investigate and didn't even offer loner van. Again, this was a new leased Van at the time. Since we knew how to control the vehicle if this happened, we just said we don’t need their help at the time, and they closed the case. In this case we didn't even ask for any compensation just needed their help to address this serious defect. Later in the news we hear lot of accidental deaths happened cos this van (make/model) went out of control and people died. Even when we report issues with their vehicles, Chrysler customer care don't have the slightest courtesy or responsibility towards their customers to help address their own problems. Most irresponsible.

Hate my pacifica. Used to have a town and country and loved it.
Horrid screen dash system. Cuts out regularly. Fails to connect. Steering wheel has catgut like stitching. Abrasive on hands. Have not been able to work out how to use the DVD player..Even though I am technically savvy. Default options for things are annoying. Have to mute radio. Have to turn off auto shut off on engine during stops. Bluetooth no longer is able to connect to current model phones. Have regretted this car since the day I drove it off the lot. Mostly due to the driver experience. If the center dash screen does not work properly, you lose all sorts of functionality. Annoying.

Child safety seats do not fit properly
Brought my new 2019 Touring L Plus home and tried installing my childrens car seat and booster seat on the second row captains chairs. They would not fit properly because the head rest pushed the top of the seat forward. The head rest does not go up or down and it is not removable.I contacted the dealership and nobody had ever heard of this problem before.I was told to buy new seats!I can't believe Chrysler would build a family vehicle that does not accommodate child safety seats.Very, very upset.

Chrysler pacifica limitations.
It is not good on gas mileage and problems with entertainment package so we will not be recommending it. The storage space is also inadequate for long trips. We are not happy with the overall value of the 3 year lease. We would have liked more storage space and will be considering a hybrid model next time.

Remote Start will not warm or cool the car for your family
The remote start only turns on the engine, not the climate control. Unless you walk out to the car and open the drivers side door. This is a documented design flaw since 2017 with no TSB for the 2019 that i know of. Brought it to 2 dealerships, it’d just the way they made it. So if you want to have a pre-heated car in winter for a cooled off car in summer for you and your young children, DO NOT get this car.We are so disappointed and my kids complain all the time. It’s so uncomfortable and a worthless remote start designed not to heat or cool the cabin.

LCD Screen Went off, Suspension Issue
I really had an bad experience with this van. First it had a rear shock noise right after buying this vehicle in first month. They fixed it but they had a very bad service. I got a wait too long and driving this van with noise for three weeks. First they lied that they fix, as soon oi drove, the noise was there. I returned again right a way, then they put this again for another day. They told me the protecting sheet on the shock was giving noise. Then after two weeks i got noise like chuck chuk while pressing brakes from my front shocks. Right after one week my LCD screen went off, So now my van is in garage since whole day from last night but no answer. They said, they r still diagnosting and they dont know what the hell is the problem. Its Premium Chrysler laval Quebec Canada, And they never have a shuttel service for me. Everytime I go, They say this time we dont have any driver. Never gonna go for this hybrid chrysler.

What Do Critics Say About the Chrysler Pacifica?

  • Consumer Reports says the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica offers a great upgrade compared to older Chrysler and Dodge minivans, with good owner satisfaction scores as it ages.
  • Edmunds rates the 2019 Pacifica at 3.7/5, enjoying the upscale look of the interior, but doesn’t like the relatively firm padding on the seats.
  • Kelley Blue Book users give the Pacifica a 4.3/5, praising the plug-in hybrid features, but owners don’t like the expensive options packages for safety technology.

What Common Problems Does the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Have?

Common problems found on the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica include the stereo system not connecting to phones, issues with stability control, along with the auto stop/start system not working. Overall, these problems are similar to other minivans on the market, leading to average repair costs as a Pacifica ages.

The stereo system not connecting to phones is the most widespread complaint from 2019 Pacifica owners, showing up within the first 1,000 miles. There are stereo system updates available which improve the reliability of the Bluetooth connection. Most dealers will install these updates for free during normal servicing, while others charge around $50.

Issues with stability control have also been reported by some Pacifica owners at around 25,000 miles. Usually, the problem is caused by a wheel sensor failure since they are designed to monitor the amount of wheel slip. Replacing the wheel sensor costs around $250, depending on local labor rates.

The auto stop/start system not working is another problem mentioned by some 2019 Chrysler Pacifica owners at roughly 30,000 miles. Typically, the problem is a computer issue and you will need to use an OBD-II scan tool to see if there are any codes stored that would indicate a problem. When the battery is low, the stop/start system will also automatically disengage.

There are six recalls on the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, which is worse than some other minivans from the same year. The most serious recall is for the voltage regulator, which can cause the engine to stall. Other recalls include a loss of power steering assist, the rearview camera, along with the 12V connector port. Chrysler will fix and replace parts for these issues for free on affected models.

How Long Will the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Last?

A well-maintained 2019 Chrysler Pacifica can last around 200,000 miles, which is shorter than some competitors like the Toyota Sienna. Regular annual maintenance costs are similar to other minivans, according to data provided by Repair Pal, at $483 per year.

As a used 2019 Pacifica reaches 100,000 miles, and depending on the vehicle history report, owners should be prepared to replace the tie rods for $175, a power sliding door switch costing $275, along with the valve cover gasket, which costs around $400.

The Pacifica also provides ample legroom and headroom in all three rows, ensuring that occupants of all sizes can stretch out and relax. Active noise cancellation, standard on many trims, provides a quiet ride, shielding the interior from most external road and wind noises. Additionally, its advanced suspension system offers a smooth ride, effectively absorbing road imperfections. What Are the Differences Between Years?

The first generation of the Chrysler Pacifica was introduced for the 2017 model year.

2017: First generation for the new Chrysler Pacifica, which replaces the outgoing Town & Country minivan with updated styling, engines, and technology features.

2018: Standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on all models, new entry-level L model, upgraded 8.4-inch touchscreen.

2019: No major changes from earlier years.

2020: Minor interior styling changes, all-wheel drive is now available as an optional upgrade.

2021: Additional standard driver safety technology features, small exterior styling changes, wireless Apple CarPlay added.

2022: Amazon Fire TV added to the rear-seat entertainment system.

How Does the Chrysler Pacifica Compare to the Competition?

The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica is a nice minivan, offering a more upscale interior than many competitors although there are some more complaints from owners than on the competition.

The Honda Odyssey is another minivan, which can be found for around $2,500 more. Standard technology is a bit better in the Honda Odyssey, while the Chrysler Pacifica offers a more upscale interior. We recommend the Honda Odyssey, although both are good choices worth testing out to see which you prefer.

The Toyota Sienna is a popular competitor, which costs around $4,000 more. Standard safety features are better in the Toyota Sienna, while the Chrysler Pacifica has a smoother suspension on rough roads. We recommend the Toyota Sienna since it’s the longest-lasting minivan on the market.

Perfect for a big family!
I love the pacifica. I do a lot of home improvement and DIY projects and this vehicle can handle it all! The family outings are super comfortable. The pacifica styling is top notch, this minivan looks official and does not look like the regular rounded minivan. I think the design is really sleek. We've only had an issue with the passenger side window sticking, not being able to go down and a couple of sensor problems. All in all, it is a great vehicle!

Even better than expected.
The hybrid engine has worked even more efficiently than we'd expected. The range on a full charge is sufficient for most of our day-to-day errands, and the recharge we get from braking/coasting expands the range noticeably. It is comfortable and the kids love it.

Great backup camera and lane changing alert protection.
The vehicle drives smoothly and functions properly. Only thing that is annoying is the backup camera beeping even when the vehicle, person, etc has already passed the car. It will continue to beep a few more times unnecessarily. The Bluetooth connection to my phone is a little troublesome as well. It will take multiple attempts to connect even with my phone saved as a favorite.

Pacifica minivan review. Pros and cons, is it worth it or is it not.
I love the pacifica. It is a smooth ride, and does not even feel like you are driving a minivan. The pickup is amazing, and the car is extremely comfortable. It includes the heated seats, steering wheel, and back seat controls. There are two TVs for children, and the uconnect works well. I like having the uconnect so it is safer, and more sufficient rather than looking at your phone.

Its spacious fits 8 people easy. However they have not perfected the uconnect app, and sometimes it could be rather annoying, but overall has not given me any major issues yet. Maintenance is not that simple the way the motor is in there it gets pretty crammed. I would say in my personal opinion all the safety equipment that even comes on the face models are superior clear backup camera beeping noise if you are backing up object/ car. Blind side advisement along with an automatic engine shutdown if you have your seat belt when the vehicle is idle example at a red light. And other features.

Love it plenty of room for families.
I really love this car. I have three children and I am able to fit a lot in this car. It is great on gas and rides smoothly. My biggest problem is if I am just trying to move it quickly and not shut the door it automatically put the car in park and turns the emergency brake on. I am not going fast just trying to shift my position in the driveway.

Comfortable and quick family vehicle.
Great pickup speed (does not feel like a van) but the handling is not like our small SUV so not as nimble. The HVAC system is great, the vents are directly above the car seats in back so kids cool off quick. Overall very comfortable for long range driving.

Great replacement vehicle.
I really like my pacifica. We have had Chrysler town & country minivans for years and have always been pleased. We were sad to hear that they were no longer being manufactured and were skeptical about the replacement - the pacifica. We gave it a try and are quite pleased. It is the same van, just a new name. Our most favorite feature is the stow and go seating. It is also roomy and easy to drive.

Quiet ride for all with the uconnect DVD system.
So spacious. Drives smoothly. Uconnect DVD system with headphones is great for kids to watch their movie without front seat having to listen. Wish second row stow and go was easier to put down. You will need to push front seats all the way up in order for you to put the 2nd row down. Very minor inconvenience. Very roomy for all passengers.

Pacifica a great family car.
We feel the car is very safe we had an accident while driving in it and we all got out safe and sound and only got a small dent, it is comfortable and we love the space we have in the back. The radio system is great. I really do not have any complaints whatsoever.

I have a 2019 Chrysler pacifica and I love it so much.
I am a big fan of the car. It is model year is 2019, so it is indeed pretty new. My color is in a navy blue and I got the windows tinted. I love it so far and have had 0 issues with it. I bought it last year march and I drive it on nice occasions and to work.

Comfortable drive without being a “mom” van.
We haven't had too many problems with this vehicle beyond any company recalls. Love the option of the sun/moon roof- especially that it extends all the way to the “way back.” even for an adult in the third row there’s a decent amount of room. Now that the third row seats are adjustable it is great for road trips. Stow and go seating helps with storage and leg room for everyone.

My 2006 Chrysler pacifica is the best car that I have ever owned.
We just bought this car lightly used and so far so good. There is a lot to like such as the heated seats and steering wheel, dial shifter, backup camera, power seats, 9 speed transmission and spacious cabin. Overall, a solid purchase. Excellent trouble free car.

2019 Chrysler pacifica special review.
The 2019 Chrysler pacifica runs really smooth and is super comfortable. The middle row and front row seats have so much leg space. The third row still has quite a bit of space and is pretty comfortable too. The middle seats are able to be put away in case you are moving large objects or something around that does not fit in the back.
accountCircle Tanisha R on January 26, 2021
The windows are the coolest.
I love the sleek design & whisper quiet ride. The seats are so comfortable. It gets great gas mileage to the gallon. The sound system is like heaven. The ability to set up hands free controls, are so simple, anyone could do it, with little to no effort.
accountCircle Julie C on January 5, 2021
The best feature is the ease of sto and go to take the seats down or up
The two main issues I have are as follows: 1) I hate the metal trim around the steering wheel. In the winter it is like touching a freezing ice ring. It doesn't really warm up with the heated steering wheel option either. I always have to wear gloves because of this ring. In the summer it also heats up to a point where it can burn you. This is annoying all the time to me. 2) the automatic turn off of engine when car is at a stop. I hate the delay and I hate having to deal with it. There is a button to turn this feature off but you have to press it each and every time you start your car.

Love the van! Best purchase I have ever made.
My car is so incredibly comfortable. I never thought rocking a van would be what I wanted at 32 years old but it was truly life changing. Strollers, and with all things kids, it is just great! Sometimes it is too quiet and I do not know if it is on or off but other than that that is my only issue.

Love that the seats are collapsible and wills stowaway to create room.
Smooth ride - feels very comfortable. Very reliable - driving for 2 years and no issues. Comfortable for our family of 5. The features like the DVD player for the kids, the sunroof, the heated and cooled seats are amazing and add so much comfort to my ride.

It for someone in a wheelchair to get for themselves.
I am a disabled Vet with a wheelchair and the vehicle was made for me to ride in. I have a lot of room and it fits six people comfortably. It can park by itself and everything is in the dashboard. It is a powerful vehicle on the road and I get good gas miles on the road and in the city. Plus I have a DVD player and headphones come with the vehicle.

Big trunk space nice TVs and automatic doors.
This car is the best car I have ever had. It is comfortable everything works well on it. The TVs keep my kids happy. The only thing I would change is I wish they had more headphones. The headphones also break where the batteries go in. It would be easier if the kids could listen to their movie in the back while I could listen to what I want in the front. This car has a lot of trunk space which is awesome.

I enjoy the vehicle it is a nice family vehicle. I have 6 children so the stow and go seats are really convenient for hauling dressers or bikes for kids. I also get the best gas mileage I have ever got and I ja e owned several other vans throughout my time. The front both driver and passenger side have there own temp control there is also section for back section of vehicle as well.

It was what our family needed an 8 seater, in fold down seats and reliable!
I use the minivan daily and on 6 road trips to Minnesota and on to Ohio. The vehicle was comfortable for our family of 5. We have not have any issue with the in the past 1.5 years of owning it. The minivan’s only problem is that it the engine sort of stumbles whenever it is shifting into second gear. Other than that the vehicle has been a life saver! My last trip we fit 8 people comfortably through a 12 hour round trip!

Not your typical minivan!
The Pacifica is roomy and comfortable. When grocery shopping, I bring 6 5 gallon water bottles to fill. They fit perfectly in the back/trunk area. There is a built in vacuum which is convenient for days at the beach, the sand is no longer an issue. All of the back seats fold into the floor with ease, just in case you need to haul a big item. The entire top of the van is a sunroof. If you want to point out a star in the sky- no problem, those little ones in the very back can just look up. No need to have everyone scrambling to the front of the vehicle to use the tiny sunroof over mom and dad. It seats 7. 2 captain chairs for the big kids or Grandma and Grandpa... Everyone rides in comfort. Backseat passengers are able to adjust the temperature blowing on them. Front seats at not only heated, they blow cool air for us menopausal women too, it's wonderful! This is by far my favorite vehicle. This is coming from someone that swore she would not ever get another minivan.

Chrysler pacifica - perfect family car.
Perfect family vehicle with lots of space. Can easily fit kids, strollers, bikes, toys, etc. Drives smoothly with a nice ride. Seats are very comfortable and the leather is a nice bonus. Definitely put in seat covers if you use car seats. I can never get the hands free liftgate to work but otherwise love this vehicle.

Love the van! The built in DVD is a must and the all the rear seats fold into the floor, no more having to take them out! It is a smooth ride and the in dash computer screen is easy to navigate. All doors open electronically and rear camera has saved us from back into things. We bought a black van with the blackout rims and man it looks sharp! We take this van every from family vacations to camping trips and you can fit a ton of things in it, space is never an issue when we go places.

Luxury and convenience for busy parents.
I absolutely love my pacifica! I have a four year old and a five year old and it is so great that they can easily get in and out of the car without me worrying about hitting another car with the door! Sliding doors are the best! The built-in vacuum is absolutely amazing as well. And the storage- incredible! I once had 4 adults, 2 kids and 8 suitcases in it! It is also just super luxurious- I feel so fancy driving it and am just so happy with it. One of the features I didn’t even think I wanted/needed was the vented/cooled seats. Now I cannot imagine not having them! I workout a lot and get really hot- it is so nice to be able to turn on my car remotely, and if it is over a certain temp outside, my car automatically turns on my seat coolers! It is so great! Makes a big difference with having little kids as well, being able to remote start and cool off the car ahead of time. The TVs in the car are super easy to use and my kids absolutely love them as well. For parents that are busy driving kids around, taking work calls in the car (the CarPlay is amazing), I 10/10 would recommend! I know there are a lot of parents out there opposed to minivans but it is really wonderful and I will never go back to driving anything else! Even my husband who made fun of minivans initially now drives my van every chance he gets!

Excellent van with plenty of room.
The Chrysler pacifica touring l is extremely comfortable. The stow and go seats are easy to manipulate and the option to only do half of the third row down is really nice. My children’s car seats attach securely without any issues and the leather seems to recover quickly after having bulky car seats strapped to them.

No problems with this vehicle at all. I kind of wish I had bought the hybrid, but it was a lot more expensive so we did not want to say the time. I wish it got better gas mileage. It was not as efficient as advertised. It was used and a former enterprise rental.

Roomy and comfortable but problems in the first 6 months of ownership.
Very comfortable for a large family. Love the bucket seats and all the storage space. The features are awesome especially heated seats and heated steering wheel. Starting to feel the transmission slipping. Do not care for the car cutting off every time its at a complete stop. I feel like that is the cause of drivetrain issues.

Safe, comfortable & easy to drive.
My car is an electric blue & I absolutely love the color. The car is so comfortable to drive. The driver's seat is super comfortable. I am a bigger person so for me the seats need to be comfortable. The controls are very easy to use in the car. I can control the climate in the rear and the person sitting in the back can also control their level of air output with controls in the back. There are plenty of cup holders throughout the car. There are a total of 8 cup holders. All of the back seats in the car fold down completely into the car, making the back of the car flat & easy to transport big items. You can also just put down the middle seats or just put down one seat in the middle or both. You can also just put down the back seats and keep the middle seats up. The middle seats adjust all the way back so that you can lay and relax during the drive or watch a movie on the TV. There are 2 headsets so that you can listen to the movie during the drive. There is a rear camera that assists in backing up. There are also sensors that let you know if it is not safe to switch lanes or to back up.

I love the backup camera! I love the automatic start, the automatic door openers! I wish the GPS would work on Bluetooth but you have to have your phone plugged in for it to be active! I love the space, also the trunk is small but it is deep so I can fit a bunch of stuff in the back.
