Great vehicle for the family

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

No real issues to date. Alternator and a few other small things began to rattle but a quick trip to the mechanic fixed that. The AC doesn't blow well and has gotten worse can't seem to fix that issue properly. The car has been very reliable and comes in clutch when needed. Through the back seat could be a tad larger it can still fit 3 people well and 2 people extremely comfortable. No deadly issues or safety hazards a great car to drive to the beach or to drive the kids to school

I do love that the back seats fold down to create more trunk space.

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

My vehicle is usually pretty reliable. I have had a few issues in the past with the power steering and ignition switch but those were very easy to fix. The biggest issue I have had with this car is the AC unit. I had it fixed and it messed up yet again. I live in NC so it's always hot and NOT a great thing to have no AC. Fixing it is very costly so that's a huge downside. Otherwise, this car has gotten me through a lot of rough times and keeps on going for me!

If it only could've been what it should've been!

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

This vehicle has poor weight distribution, making it more difficult to handle in poor weather than other cars it's size. It does have lots of storage, especially once you fold down the rear seats. Id prefer an engine with more quickness, or to at least get 35 mpg. This car rolled off the line with neither. Not an uncomfortable car, just a generally poor and outdated design.

I had people constantly asking how to roll down their windows!

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

This vehicle has very slow pick up, I don't like the power window knobs in the middle of the car. I bought it because it was the right price not because I liked the look. It caused me nothing but problems from the beginning and in the end the transmission dropped..Also, it had power windows but no power locks. Overall, I would never buy another pt cruiser.

A interesting detail is that this car is the oldest one I own and runs the best.

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

I love this car, even though it is old. It is just the right size. It sits up like a SUV which makes getting in and out easy, it is very snappy for its age and also great on gas. Also plenty of storage room. We have had no trouble with this car, runs great. It had 60000 miles when we bought it three years ago.

Older Car But Still Loved

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

It's getting old, but runs good. The air conditioning is out. Because of the size of the car it is very easy to park. The color has faded a bit but it is a very nice shade of red. The seats are very comfortable and there is a sufficient amount of legroom for driver and passengers comfort.

Pt cruiser 2003. Great for smaller family.

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

No problems at the moment. Very comfortable seating. Most reliable car I have had. Lots of fun for kids and pets. Great on gas. Love the color. Husband replaced old parts about a year ago. Car has run without problems for a year now. Would recommend for young to teenage girl.

Good Car for beginners that want to buy a car.

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

Is a super economy car. Is nice in the highway and super comfortable. Safe money in gas. Come in different colors. The seats are good and It can take you everywhere you go. Good for people that want to save some money and if you never have a car this is a good option.

PT CRUISER AND ITS COMFY SEATS

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

Stalls a lot, the battery went out last week, the car seats are pretty comfy, but the tires take slot of ware. Obviously it's a stick shift. Our car is a pretty silver, when given it was extremely rusted but we fixed it up so for it to have issues is understandable.

Love my PT Cruiser. Super reliable.

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

I love my car. I bought it used with 90000 miles. I'm having brake issues, but I blame the dealership for not fixing them and not the car. It seems to get pretty good gas mileage and is very reliable. I go to work and spend $20- $30 every two weeks for gas.

nice car, really looks good

2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Base

really been a reliable vehicle for 16 years, has very low mileage on it at current time, less than seventy thousand miles, changed oil regularly, had a few repairs done over the years, brake job, motor mounts, no transmission problems or major repairs
