Troubles of the Pt cruiser

2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT

The Pt cruiser is very compact under the hood so a lot of people don't like working on them. I've had trouble with my radiator and it was costly. It's not very economical because the 2.4L turbo engine takes premium gasoline and it still burns up quickly. The air conditioning system is not all that great . It's still running so I say it's reliable and the comfort level is great. You can only travel with 3 other people because my backseat has only 2 seats instead of the standard 3.

Do not ride with the convertible top down. You cannot see out of the back.

2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT

A lot of blindspot. Do not drive with the top down it is a safety hazard. There is a faulty cylinder in the engine block and the computer fails quite often. I have a 2005 PT Cruiser and it still drives nice if you take care of it. But it seems to have new problems popping up everyday.
