Great car with built in entertainment and lots of storage for the whole family.
Had a transmission problem at 30,000 miles but since that has been fixed (it was under warranty so I didn't have to pay) it has been running perfect. Exactly the car I need for my family. Love all the storage it provides. The built in TV system is a great bonus for long car trips with the kids!

Great family car that is spacious.
No problems with this vehicle so far. I love my vehicle. Great for kids and traveling. Stow and go is awesome and allows enough room for storage so you are left with extra space in cabin area. Air controls are nice for driver, passenger, and rear of vehicle can all be set at different temps. Ideal for all passengers.

I love the backup camera. It has been a huge game changer.
I have started to notice that when the cruise control is on it does not maintain the speed be accelerating if going uphill as well as it used to. I have to push the accelerator myself. This can be very annoying if on the highway and passing other vehicles and you have people tailgating you.

Minivans are the best. If you have kids, get this vehicle.
It is the most practical vehicle you can own. All seats fold down into the floor for cargo transportation and with them up can seat 7 adults comfortably. Gas mileage is great and the v6 has a good amount of power. Heated seats and steering wheel. DVD player in the back is perfect for the kids.
accountCircle Susan R
Drives like a dream. Love the backup cameras. I can see everything when backing up.
I love everything about my vehicle. I love the stow and go the 3rd row of seating and I love that my children can watch a DVD while we are driving on a long vacation.
accountCircle Brenda R
Comfortable, dependable and economical as well as being beautiful
I love it. It's very comfortable on long trips. It also has a lot of room to load large things in the back. We have 3 dogs and each has their own seat in the back. They sit quietly on 1200 mile trips and love the ride!
accountCircle Molly L
It is a great family car for kids.
It is spacious and conducive to a family. It rides smoothly and is easy to maneuver. There is nothing I dislike.
accountCircle Chanelle W
I love everything about me van. It is the newest vehicle i've ever owned and it is fully equipped with everything I need. I have a two year old daughter that use to hate car rides and now that she has a TV in the back she does not cry during car rides any more. It has a remote start, heated seats in the front and back and a heated steering wheel for the winter and both air conditioning with controls for the back passengers as well as a sun roof. The tv in the back is also equipped with wireless headphones. The only thing I don't like about my van is the monthly payment.
It is reliable. Before purchasing this van we had a Ford, Freestar and I can't count how many times over the course of two years we broke down.

Love my town and country.
I absolutely love our car. Great gas mileage and fits 7 people comfortably. Features are easy to use. We've already made several long trips and the car performed great. Only issue we've had is that the power adjustment controls for the driver's seat have had to be repaired. Still waiting for dealer to fix. (issue with insurance deciding the best route of repair).
accountCircle Jenn S
It's great for families and gets surprisingly good gas mileage for being a minivan.
Love the space and the stow and go seats to easily change the layout no matter where we are. Plenty of room for two car seats plus extra passengers in back, plus large jogging stroller. Winter traction could be better but that probably has more to do with the terrible stock tires it came with.
accountCircle Marisa S
Gorgeous yet cheap car for family or disabled people.
The first year the car drove amazing. Now the right passenger door doesn't work nor will that window. It's nice interior but you can clearly tell it was cheaply put together. Also the buttons on the driver side window popped off. So now I can't roll down the down 3 of my windows: the driver side, the passenger side, & the back passenger side.

Lots of room, cup holders and outlets but has mechanical issues.
I keep having a misfire in the 6th cylinder even though we replaced the spark plugs and coil. After one year of having this car I had to replace the battery after it completely died on me leaving me stranded in a parking lot. I like that this car has lots of cup holders and outlets for charging electronics as I have several kids and we travel in this vehicle a lot.
accountCircle Leah W
Not worth the price tag! Fashion over function
The interior is roomy. The electronics are ok. The a/c is low flow. The Bluetooth is difficult to connect to. The plastic trim on the side of the front row is falling off. If you hit the plastic in any fashion it will pull away from the seat exposing the wires. The power doors close when the want and won't open at other times. Also, the engine is very weak. I live in an area with mountains. When I am on the highway, I am the slowest vehicle up the hill. It is a good car for a 'soccer parent' to cart around kids. If you are looking for any kind of utility vehicle get something else. Car is very underwhelming for the price tag. It looks fancy, but it is an under performer.

Great vehicle for large families!
Great vehicle for a large family. Roomy and comfortable for all passengers and layout makes it easy to get in and out with car seats, help kids unbuckle, etc. We get decent gas mileage and have never had any issues with anything breaking or needing to get any work done after two years of ownership. The DVD player is a nice feature for families on long car trips. The trunk is roomy and provides good storage.
accountCircle Wayne H
Roomy and easy to get in and out of
Have to have a van because of disabled child and total of three children.
accountCircle Sandra B
It's a nice car could get better gas mileage but it has a lot of space
The sliding doors don't open and one of them lets it a buzzing sound when doors are unlocked

Chrysler Town and Country - Great Family Van
I have a Chrysler Town and Country van. It has plenty of storage areas, cup holders, and gets good gas mileage for my family.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Margaret M.

This vehicle operates well in the snow and ice. It does well on long journeys, only needing to be filled once on a nine hour journey. The vehicle is sleek and attractive with a leather interior and many add on options.

likeFilled Ashley M.

The pros of this vehicle are: the space it has, my whole family can fit in the van without any issues or being crowded, leather seats for easy cleaning with kids, ease of getting in and out of the vehicle, it rides nice, DVD player.

likeFilled Heidi F.

I love my van. The two things I would change or improve on would be the back seats, they are very uncomfortable. And when you put them down they are very dangerous, they are so strong they pull you to the front with them.

likeFilled Deborah P.

Fold Flat to the floor middle row and third row seats provides optimum hauling capacity. I buy and sell antiques so I really don't need a pick up truck.. Good GPS navigation system. Luxury package with leather seats, TV screens in middle and third row seats. Keyless start and entry..

likeFilled Shawn D.

Comfortable riding. Good fuel economy. Very reliable. Very nice features. With the folding seats it can haul a 4x8 piece of plywood inside of the vehicle. It has good power and stopping power when hauling the boat.

likeFilled Tc O.

This vehicle is great for family road trips. Plenty of room. The DVD is a major plus with kids. It is not too big so parking is easy and not too small so we feel safe. There's plenty of airbags to also feel safe.

likeFilled David D.

The vehicle is spacious and has great interior amenities. It feels like a more high end vehicle. The cons are the road noise and the rough shifting. The van has a nice body style and the automatic opening of doors is excellent.

likeFilled Travys V.

The pros of this vehicle are as follows, all seats from the second row to the third row fold completely into the floor which makes it great for putting large items in it. Some of the other pros are heated side mirrors, radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel, DVD player with Bluetooth headphones, heated leather front seats and heated steering wheel.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Margaret M.

The lighter weight of the vehicle can cause issues during the winter as it can have limited traction. It is also a relatively large vehicle and can be cumbersome to operate if unaccustomed to that sized vehicle.

dislikeFilled Ashley M.

The con for the van would be the gas mileage it gets, other than that it fits my needs along with my families needs. My kids love it, there is enough room to have my dogs in without them being all over us.

dislikeFilled Heidi F.

Seats, very uncomfortable and when putting them down they are very dangerous. They pull you to the front at a fast rate of speed, pushing your head into the back of the front seat. Also my van had rust around the hood after one year and I do not live in a state that puts salt on roads. One more thing is the remote start, After you start it remotely, when you get in to drive it takes turning it off and on several times to get to where you can actually drive.

dislikeFilled Deborah P.

Communication system is not user friendly at all. I really do not like the color (blue) but it was the color that had the features that I wanted. The GPS system needs to be purchased as an upgrade. When I pay $25K for a car please don; t nickel and dime me.

dislikeFilled Shawn D.

It does not have the best traction in the winter time no matter what brand of tires are on the vehicle. Does not handle good when it is winding out as it is a taller vehicle. Does have a couple bad blind spots.

dislikeFilled Tc O.

The transmission is acting up and apparently with this model and year there is always transmission problems. The shocks are a little worn but that is because this was a rental car before we got it. Otherwise we are very happy.

dislikeFilled David D.

The road noise can at times be a bit noisy. The vehicle sometimes shifts a bit hard causing a small jolt. The vehicle was last manufactured in 2016 so it is the last year it was made. The Pacifica followed this vehicle and has more amenities.

dislikeFilled Travys V.

The cons of this vehicle are the following, poor blind spot visibility and very light touched throttle response. One month is r thing I really cannot stand is the economy button that is very necessary to keep on at all times. If you do not leave it on it destroys fuel economy as well as brakes and a list of other things.
