Cooler for sodas in the glove box and a 120v outlet in armrest.

We bought our vehicle from a used car lot. It had 200, 000 miles on I. The only issues that we have had so far is the tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) was broken by the tire repairman. We had to get a new tire because the alignment was off. So now the check engine light comes on because the satellite from the tire pressure monitoring system has been removed. Cost for a new one is $70. 00. The only other problem I have had is that the 02 sensor for the return line is showing low volts and comes on every blue moon. It is nice it is all leather, it is an automatic but you can manually shift it from 1st to 6th if you want to. It gets good gas mileage. It has a very good sound system that is stock. The seats are comfortable there's not automatic seats, but it is nice they're comfortable. The only other issue I have is that the car looks good the wheels are nice, it drives good, it tracks on the road fine and it is a good handling car. The only other thing is that it does not have a lot of power. It lacks passing power but that is the sacrifice that you have to make for the fuel mileage. All in all it is a good car.

There is no fix for the transmission temperature issue.

The car was purchased used with over 130, 000 miles on it. The lining is starting to come off of the car were different parts meet. We had to replace the gas cap. The check engine light comes on if the gas cap is not closed all the way. Around 150, 000 miles the starter had to be replaced. After the starter was replaced the coolant pipes also needs replacing. The car has had consistent transmission temperature issues. If I drive over 65 miles an hour for 30 minutes the light comes on and I have to pull over to let the car cool down. When we purchased the car we got the transmission oil replaced and it did not fix the issue. We have taken it to the dealership and to different mechanics to see if they could tell us what is wrong with it, but no luck. The car is very comfortable and small so I can maneuver through traffic quickly and smoothly.

Not what it seems, but not the worst

We bought this car used. It looked great on the outside, but it required a brake booster right away. Multiple times since buying this car we have had to buy control arms, and also spend money on repairs I have never heard of before. I do like how the car looks and drives now that I'm familiar with it. Having a hatchback is convenient. The back seats are able to fold down which is great space for hauling stuff. The back seat is cramped and it can be hard to exit the back seats. There are also some blind spots that I haven't had in other cars out the front windshield. Overall, I have grown to like the car at best. It passed the last PA inspection we had done which made me appreciate it more. Air condition feels nice and cold, but I have a hard time finding a setting that feels cool and not freezing.

Reliable ride for you & your reliable companion(s).

Just over 175,000 miles on the car and it is still running good. Decent on gas, great family car or car for someone with pets (such as a dog or two that might travel often). Plenty of space while still being considered fairly compact. Love dashboard storage, originally intended for drinks, but works well for anything - cops tend to overlook this spot every time. Only issues so far have been electronic, and related to the main computer system of the vehicle... Supposedly a common issue for dodge and Chrysler vehicles around this time, to save $2,000 on replacing the whole computer, a self wiring job on the headlights has fixed the issue. Recently had check engine light come on, think it might be the 02 sensor, but yet to check code as everything still performs the same.

Dodge caliber is a great car.

My 2007 caliber is a great reliable car it came with a 6 disc changer and navigation. It has great fuel economy for both the highway and city. When my work truck broke down I panicked thinking that I wouldn't have the ability to keep up with work calls due to the limited space the car has opposed to my RAM 2500 diesel truck I quickly learned that the hatch back feature made it possible to carry any and all of my tools to my jobs. Tools as small as hand tools or as big as table saws or tile saws. I have now owned this car for 8 years and have spent maybe 3000 dollars on maintenance I can't complain.

I love my 2007 dodge caliber.

My dodge caliber has been the best purchase I have ever made. The car has run great since I purchased it. Minor work done to it to keep up the maintenance. Travels well in the snow and in the mountains. I love the size of the vehicle I can park in almost any small parking space. I have used it to move into a new house and there was always plenty of room for small household items. When I rent small equipment the back has lots of space and the grid does not allow it to slide side to side. This car has been a great purchase and I hope it continues to run for many more years.

A vehicle with proceeding problems.

I have owned a red Dodge Caliber r/t for 8 months now, my first problem is it overheats stepping on the gas, more than usual makes the car heat up and eventually makes me pull over. My Dodge have a squealing sound more likely in the band section. Also, the vehicle scratches up really easy and if not careful it is more than likely to show it is scratches, the vehicle is a rare red color that sometimes is hard to find and not to mention you will be paying a professional to do a paint job that could probably cost you more money than usual.

- Laura F

I absolutely love my car!

I absolutely love my vehicle. It is very good on gas and very cheap to fill up. The maintenance costs are very low. Oil changes are normally no more than $25 and for a full set of four tires costs a little over $300 out the door. My vehicle also has a three compartment glove box. The top compartment is for smaller things like insurance cards and vehicle registration, the second compartment is a cooler for water bottles or in my case sodas. The third compartment is much larger for anything else you might need.

2007 Dodge Caliber: one of the most reliable vehicles I have owned.

My Dodge Caliber (2007) has been a fairly reliable car for me. I have needed to bring it in for typical repairs on occasion (a new serpentine belt, replace the battery after a few years, etc.), but on the whole this is the most reliable vehicle I have owned. It does not have four-wheel drive, but still handles the snow and ice on the roads up in Minnesota quite well. Overall, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a smaller car that is easy to drive, reliable, and has great gas mileage.

- Breanna G

The transmission filter clogs easily after driving it out of town.

I don't like that the vehicle constantly needs maintenance after a road trip due to the transmission filter getting clogged. The interior scratches to easily because it was cheaply made. The interior stains easily as well. Replaced my alternator three times in a two year period. Not sure why. I do like the spaciousness of the back seats for legroom and storage without having to push the front passenger chair all the way to the dashboard.

- Elisabeth S

Dodge Caliber great for a small family or single mom.

It's very reliable car, it drives really well and it's not too big for people who don't like that big car feel. Its very spacious and has 3 glove departments which is really nice. Seats 5 people and the trunk is a hatchback which is really good for moms who have to carry luggage and its reminds me of a minivan but not as big and it has really great gas mileage 34 miles to the gallon and it only takes 30 bucks a week to fill it up.

- Angela M

All wheel drive and anti lock brakes are great in the winter.

I like that it is all wheel drive. I have had a lot odd things with it over the years. In winter it makes a grinding noise when I turn. Had loose metal and other parts that needed replacement. Had a problem early on when I needed an alignment around year 5 and big parts had to get replaced. Overall it is pretty okay. Also, I cannot play the radio too loud with the windows up in the winter or the sound is warped.

- Lisa N

A great, sturdy, long-term choice.

My car is a great, sturdy, standard car. It has plenty of room, especially for transporting household goods, boxes, groceries, etc.. Great for vacations. It usually gets good gas mileage. It does not have the bells and whistles of some of the newer cars, but it is been a great car for the last ten years. Outside of the a/c going out once, and a belt needing replaced once, I haven't had any real problems with it.

Dodge Caliber loses power after long trips

I have a white 2007 Dodge Caliber. It is a four door hatchback which I do not particularly like because I would rather have a trunk. When traveling for long distances at a high speed, there is a high-pitched whine that starts and it eventually causes the car to lose power. I have to pull over and turn the car off for about 20 minutes, then I can continue driving. No one can tell me why it does this.

- Suzanne D

2007 Dodge caliber, an economical automobile.

This car is very reliable. Fuel mileage is excellent. It has air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and locks. The car does not have an ashtray. The cargo space is roomy and the rear seats fold down, adding more cargo space. The only less than favorable thing about the car is a lack of room for the driver and the passengers. It does feel somewhat cramped, especially on longer rides.

- John F

Excellent space! So much room for activities!

The Dodge Caliber is a great little hatchback with a very spacious interior. Many people are often surprised about how spacious it is, in fact. The Caliber looks small from the outside, but it is a 5 seater vehicle with ample trunk space, perfect for traveling. If you need the extra trunk space, the back seat folds down flat so the trunk/bed becomes all of the space behind the front seats.

- Aubrey M

Reliable & worth the price.

The Dodge caliber se is the base model and it was very affordable. I found that the car functions as it should & has been reliable. I have owned the car from 2007-2018 and the only criticism I have is that the motor seems loud or the ride itself is loud, even with new tires. Overall the car has been great for what I paid for it. And it is been paid for over 6 years now.

- Jill B

Most important thing about my car is that the engine is clean, working properly.

My Dodge caliber is a decent car. Like any other car it needs maintenance. I just wish I had more time to really do research on all the maintenance that a Dodge caliber has. I do like that it has room in the back. It works for someone like me who likes to travel and do outdoor activities. It allows me to just throw anything in the back and get ready to go anytime.

Pros & Cons of a Dodge Caliber The style of the Dodge Caliber is very unusual

There is a lot to like about the Dodge Caliber. The size, the gas mileage, the ease of handling. However, I find I have trouble seeing out the windows. When watching for oncoming traffic at an angle, trying to see past the windshield posts in both directions is difficult. These windshield posts are very wide and trying to see around them is nearly impossible.

- Jean C

All the Dodge Calibers made around the same time as ours share some engine issues that we were unaware of before we purchased it. Also, it seems to be rusting in odd places despite the fact that it is well-maintained.

My car has a lot of room for groceries, boxes for Goodwill, etc., but hardly any room for passengers. Also, I'm 6' tall & find the headroom to be seriously lacking. It is really good on gas & I like the sunroof. I wish it was easier to get to things like tail or headlights to replace them. This car is the WORST when it comes to do-it-yourself maintenance.

- Angela G

Reliable 2007 dodge caliber.

This car is pretty comfortable. It is a smaller SUV, which makes it good on gas. 4 cylinders is nice. But it is a little cramped inside. Back seat passengers are a little tight. Trunk space is nice. As far as performance goes it is great! Have yet to encounter any major issues. The radio buttons have kind of rubbed off after a while. But that is about it.

- Ashley N

Reliable Dodge Caliber has withstood long road trips.

My car is fairly fuel efficient and reliable when it comes to long trips and just everyday use. It is compact but also has enough space to transport bulky items such as certain pieces of furniture or lots of luggage for a road trip. It does not have Bluetooth but has an auxiliary feature in the stereo system which I like. Can withstand some wear and tear!

- Lily G

Some very good and some not so good.

What I like about this vehicle is that is stands up to a lot of wear and tare of my children and still looks good. How ever, as time goes on more and more things break down one after another. The price for repairing this vehicle is high and that's just for parts if you know someone who can fix it. Bringing it to a repair shop is wallet breaking!

- Angela R

Dodge caliber- sporty and reliable.

My Dodge caliber is great. It is very comfortable and roomy. It has a sporty feel that I really like as a mother of three. It gets great gas mileage and is a fun car to drive. It has been a very reliable car for me. I did have an issue with the temperature gauge when I bought it but it was a pretty easy fix and has ran great since it was fixed.

- Lacey C

Pros and cons of a caliber.

The car has very reliable gas mileage and great steering. The back windows have stopped working and fallen off the track and this is a common problem with this make. The power of the car makes it very easy to make it around the hills of the country and I do not have to worry about getting caught with a flat tire because the gauges are great.

- Amber R

Silver 2007 dodge caliber. Nice interior, clean pretty shape.

The car works very well. It is been with me for almost two years and have not given me a problem. It is works perfectly fine, the gas mileage is amazing. And it is a pretty good first car for anyone. Especially if you are in college. Just make sure you make the oil change every 3 thousand miles and keep an eye on the motor every so often.

- Francisco M

And I swear I cannot type car just be prepared for it to break down on the road.

The car used to break down in the middle of the road up until recently we took it to the repair shop and they fix whatever problem it was but I was in constant fear of my life being in danger. I like the wagon build of it is a little old timey but I like it I only wish that I had automatic windows and the lights were automatic as well.

- Trin H

Running reliably long and strong.

My experience with my Dodge is fairly good. I bought it because it got better gas mileage than my previous Dodge. Which I had for 20 years. The only repairs I have had are routine maintenance and replacement of normal wear on brakes and such. I am impressed with the Dodge motor. The motor still runs strong after years of daily use.

- Debbie G

2007 Dodge caliber, my dream car.

I absolutely love my Dodge caliber. It gets amazing gas mileage and runs like a champ. I have owned it for over a year now and have not had any problems, which is uncommon for me. I have a 3 you son and a 6 month old German shepherd puppy, so spaces get a little cramped sometimes. This car is just big enough for the three of us.

- Tara G

Good mileage and good quality.

This car drives very smoothly. I love how it feels when I am behind the wheel. It is nice and the seat are comfortable and very adjustable. I actually think this vehicle has good mileage on it. If there was one thing I could change about this car it would be the color, I would want my car to be more of a candy red or something.

- Kate G

The decent small package.

The 2007 Dodge caliber is generally reliable and has a solid gas mileage. It is not, however, a car to buy if one wants to turn heads. It is a rather small car, but has excellent get up and go for its size. It serves best as a commuter vehicle to and from work, and with folding seats it has more than ample room for groceries.

- Douglas H

Beautiful car that can do anything.

I have owned my car for 2+ year now there is only a few thing that I don't like about the it one is it always goes through more brakes then any other car I have in the past, and that I have to be very sure about the front end people have had lots of problems so I stay on top of mine. Other than those two thing I love my car.

- Amber M

The most interesting detail is the cooler in the glove box.

The Dodge caliber is a good work vehicle. Great for a daily drive to and from work. This car is versatile and great on vacation. The "cooler" in the glove box will keep your drinks/snacks fresh for the entire trip. With this car, parts are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace if there is ever a problem. Great car overall.

- Samantha C

Great car with good price.

I have no problems with this vehicle, it has good gas mileage, comfortable ride. The only change I made was bigger better tires. The paint job is excellent with no touch ups required. The seals around roof and doors need replacing due to age. The air conditioner must be replaced only due to a puncture in it. Love this car.

- Sharon F

My dodge caliber gets very good gas mileage.

My caliber drives nice and I really like it. I get very good gas mileage with this car. I have not had any problems with it. I highly recommend purchasing a dodge caliber. The only problems I have ever had with my caliber is with it being a 4 cylinder it does not handle snow well, but in my area, we do not get that much.

- Jessica O

Made cheap and break easy.

My 2007 Dodge Caliber r/t has had a decent amount of issues. The sunroof seal is bad, the transmission/fluid has had some issues overheating, and the electrical wiring is whack. Random lights stopped working. Also the AWD and abs have gone out. Overall the car has ran okay, but definitely could be made a little better.

- Emily R

Cute fun little car to drive.

I have had no problems with my caliber. I chose it for the dodge brand which I have used for years. I like that it is an American made vehicle. The made in USA is always a plus for me. The caliber is sporty looking little car that is fun to drive and I chose a bright yellow color, which is cute and fun to drive.

- Dana A

The most important thing about the Dodge caliber is that it is a good gas saver.

The Dodge caliber is a great small car. It has lots of storage and space for an individual who has children with lots of things to haul around. The gas mileage is fairly decent, I have saved money since purchasing this vehicle. I like the height this vehicle, especially when you are a tall person like myself.

- Kristen M

With a few repairs it keeps on going.

I am satisfied with the performance and quality of this vehicle. I have had few problems over the years like paint peeling, window regulators going out (2) and other mechanical problems. However I get it repaired and keep driving it. I would probably consider buying another Dodge when it is time to replace.

- Mary T

mini car with a big heart.

Loud noise when all windows are up, not enough leg room the headrest is uncomfortable and hard, very good on gas, excellent sound system, has a plug to plug up extras very good at idea, I love my car, very wide window, easy to clean and maintain, wide space in hatch area seat go down to get better room.

- Nikki H

Won't buy a Dodge again. Really disappointed.

Really thought I would love this car. But have had a lot of problems with the car. Had to replace the engine and transmission once already. And the tranny is starting to slip again. It also burns oil, always having to add about one half of a quart. I don't think I will buy a Dodge product in the future.

- Pam N

Would not recommend buying.

In the last 9 months I have put over $3, 000. 00 worth of repairs into the car and it still needs more work. I have learned that these cars have a history of needing the main electrical box replaced due to moisture and that the transmissions overheat and need an external fan added. My next two repairs.

- Lee R

There is two thermostats in this car.

Some dislikes I have are costly repairs and multiple breakdowns when I just recently hit 100,000 miles. Everything in the engine seems inconveniently placed. I also dislike the headrests. I do like how low it is to the ground and how much space there is in the trunk when you put down both back seats.

- Jesse B

Attractive & fun to drive. Get great mpg & I recommend this vehicle to any buyer.

My car is a great & dependable vehicle. It gets great gas mileage. Also maintenance is very low cost. My vehicle also has the speed & excellent handling on the road & weather conditions. I would highly recommend this vehicle to any age appropriate individual in any class. Fun to drive & attractive.

- James O

Reliable 2007 dodge caliber.

The only issues that I am having is with the gas cap which is causing the check engine light to come on, and the wiper will not go all the way to the edge of the windshield. Other than that there has not been any issues just regular maintenance. I have the manual which has the better transmission.

- Tommy S

The ability to go use manual and auto transmission is interesting and I like it.

I quite enjoy my car, it is comfy, smooth, the perfect size, easy to drive, small but not cramped, and nice looking. I love the ability to switch between manual and auto transmission types. I haven't had any problems with it and it is quite the sturdy little car from what I have put mine through.

- John Michael G

Great car, worth the purchase, great gas mileage.

I have had no issues since purchasing this vehicle. I would highly recommend it for a bum around vehicle since it gets good gas mileage. We bought it used. It has some quick get up and go speed. It is got a nice cargo area in the back. Wish there was a little more room in the back seat for kids.

- Jenny K

My favorite detail about my car is that it has a sunroof.

The car drives great for 11 years old. It is very smooth and has no major mechanical problems. It is very reliable and has not broken down yet. The problems it has right now are that the account blows hot air, the car does not have a lot of power when pressing the gas, and it needs new brakes.

- Kara N

Color sporty looking roomy.

It performs well is a very good gas saver reasonable maintenance repairs it has a awesome color to very roomy and high tech only thing that is bad is traction because it's not four wheel drive and it rides to the ground low it had a good sales price to so overall no major complaints as of now.

- David C

Great features on a very small size car, gas mileage and great storage space.

My vehicle is great for a small family or young person. It gets really good gas mileage. The pick up and go on it is great. And if you need storage space to haul anything the back seats fold down so you can do so. It really is a great small car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one again.

- Erin T

This car will need extensive repairs once it's hit 100k miles. Be prepared for that.

There's a lot of underlying issues with this vehicle. The repairs are extremely expensive as everything is in the engine bay is placed in hard to reach areas. To replace my alternator, my A/C unit had to be removed, just as an example. Also this car has two thermostats which makes no sense.

- Jay B

Inside of the vehicle is gray and has the basic Dodge interior for a 2007 model.

This car is 11 years old and has a lot of maintenance problems. Overall, it was a good car throughout the years and is an excellent buy for a first car. It is compact and convenient especially for a small family. It does not have Bluetooth but it is an older model which should be expected.

- Angel Y

I love the hatchback feature on it!

It needed a new catalytic converter which is common for this vehicle. It is decent on gas mileage, but not the best. I love that it has a hatchback. The interior is spacious & comfortable, it is a great car for a road trip. It is an affordable car that looks cute as well for the price.

- Lindsay S

Great for a first car! Would definitely recommend.

It is a very comfortable vehicle, very good for a first car. It is also great on gas. Takes about 10-11 gallons of gas depending on the price at the time. Also a lot of blind spots on the vehicle so be careful of that. I have had this vehicle for a few years and it still drives great.

- Josie G

I have had little issues, while providing routine maintenance.

I've had my car for 5 years. The first 4 I had little to no issues. Last year my alternator died. My back axle was bent so my tires lost the inside tread faster. My transmission is slowly going. The car about 8 years old when I bought it from a 1 owner. It has been reliable for me.

- Jamie W

Very useful, with no frills.

It is a good useful vehicle. I have had few mechanical problems. It is not the most comfortable, but it is sufficient. When I shut the doors it sounds like closing a tank. The hatchback is very useful for hauling things. It is very easy to change the oil, which is important to me.

- William C

It's amazing. It runs great and is very reliable.

My vehicle has no problems. The performance is outstanding. It gets great gas mileage in town and on the interstate. It runs quiet and smooth. A full tank of gas can last you all week long. It has heat, ac, a back window wiper, a CD player, and defrost windows. It has power locks.

- Coty H

I do, however, really like how spacious it compared to a regular sedan, and the extra storing space.. My vehicle could use some extra maintenance but it's a good car.

My transmission light has been on since a week after I got the car. It has an oil leak somewhere in the line, and my vehicle has an underlying problem. I also do not have a side view mirror on the passenger side. All of which has been like this since I first got the car..

- Krystel C

it is an inexpensive crossover vehicle that gets good gas mileage

My Dodge Caliber is a very reliable car. I like that you can put the back seat down for more cargo space and it gets good gas mileage. I don't like that the exterior trim is peeling off. But it is an 11-year-old car, so I guess you have to expect problems like that.

- Becky Z

Good work vehicle is the best part.

I do not care about this car it is a work vehicle and makes no difference to me if it breaks down or not because I will just buy another. It is rusting, but the engine looks like it has a decent amount of life left in it. I would only recommend this car for work stuff.

- Anthony B

Very reliable, comfortable car.

The only thing I dislike about the car is it has a lot of blind spots. We've had to put in an alternator, and of course, tires, wipers, etc. Normal stuff. It rides very comfortably. Our front struts are worn a bit. But it is held up really well for being an older car.

- Deborah H

It is great on gas, and a good drive!

I like my caliber because it is big enough for all 3 of my children in the back seat, and gets amazing gas mileage. I also like that it is easy to fix and not too expensive. I dislike that it is getting older and will need a lot more replaced in the next year or two.

- Ashley G

The car that forever overheats.

The radiator has cracked multiple times, intake sensors have been replaced more than once and are broken again. The a. C has gone out multiple times and it blows through a tank of gas so quickly. Although I love the speakers that came in it they are very nice.

- Mal H

That you need to do expensive repair work every year on the same part

There is not a lot of space inside. Two of my daughter's and their two cousins figure skate and when I give them all a ride to the rink, it's hard to fit all 4 bags in the car. My other daughter plays the upright bass, and I can't fit anything else in the car

- Nicole C

There's a cooler in the glove compartment if you have the a/c on.

I love the sunroof, and the space in the back to put stuff in it to carry, but the problem is if the car gets too hot during hotter weather while driving, it will force you to slow down until you stop the car completely and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

- Allison S

Cheaply made. No more Dodge vehicles for me.

Has bad blind spots. Clear coat started chipping away long ago. Trim and rubber caskets deteriorated on one side. Like the 6 speed automatic transmission. Had to have passenger side window motor replaced while still under warranty. Paint on roof is worn away.

- Lynda B

Mileage and aftermarket additions.

Not great on gas mileage, not great for long trips. Tires are more expensive than anticipated. There is no way to reset check engine light. Inexpensive car for starting out family; a little more expensive to maintain. Lots of aftermarket features available.

- Elizabeth R

2007 dodge caliber, modern and inexpensive.

The dodge caliber is really handy for a family, it's a good family car and it drives really smooth, it's a nice car for a first time buyer, it is spacious and it will save you a lot on gas.. The dodge caliber is a not so luxurious but still modern and nice.

- Alexa R

I keep my car mechanically sound.

I like how the car looks, easy to get in and out of, 140,000 miles and still runs good. Don't like the blind spots. I wish I could attach a hitch to pull a small trailer, but don't know how the extra pulling would affect the motor, being only 4 cylinder.

- Katherine b

Great car would recommend.

This is a great car and I love it. Would recommend to any one looking for a car. Lots of room in them. Seats can fold down so you can store stuff if you are moving. Back seats are comfy too. Not bad for road trips either. I've done a couple in this car.

- Elizabeth B

Regret getting this vehicle.

Has been in shop numerous times for problems that always happen with this type of car. I wouldn't buy this car again if it was a choice. It had rotted parts. Check engine light always on. Had to replace tail light housing just after getting the vehicle.

- McKenzie F

don't buy one there is nothing but problems and very expensive to fix.

I bought the car 3 months ago brought it back cause it wouldn't go out of park a few weeks later brought it back cause it wouldn't start another few weeks again because it wouldn't start and now the heat doesn't work and one of the blinkers are broken.

- Krystal B

It's good on gas but it required a lot more maintenance than I was prepared for.

I love that it is a 4 cylinder and is really good on gas mileage. However it has had multiple issues with parts failing and it breaking down. Its had to have engine repair twice already and now the engine light is on again this time it is a pcm issue.

- Jessica R

It is awesome, very reliable and all should own one.

It is very reliable. It is great on gas. And spacious enough and still has plenty of room for family and grocery's and odds and ends if I need them to store at the time. It is been very dependable and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

- Thomas H

It is a good vehicle for moving stuff, It's nice because all the seats fold so it makes quite a bit of room in it.

The only complaint I would have is it isn't very wide. This makes a little difficult to have more than one car seat in the vehicle when you have 3 kids in the back seat. It makes for a very tight fit. Other then that no complaints

- Amber M

Sporty, spacious, and love the folding back seats!

My caliber has ran good, especially for being an 11 year old car. There has been an annoying rattling noise that comes from under the hood, which no mechanic can seem to find the source. Other than that it is been pretty great!

- Bai P

It's a four-door hatchback automatic transmission and it does not have any special features

This vehicle is very reliable and gas. But due to the type of transmission it takes the vehicle a very long time to get up to speed sometimes causing you to burn more gas. Overall this is a well when we're running vehicle

- Ches M

Eh. It does the job, from A to B.

No cruise control is a serious bummer & I have driven across the country more times than I would like with no cruise. . . Mileage is pretty great, hwy & city. It is not a cute car but quite practical. Love the hatchback.

- Noelle W

This car has some paint bubbling and peeling, I do not if this is normal for this make and model.

I like that my Dodge Caliber is pretty dependable. I have had several problems requiring repairs. It is easy to drive and gets good gas mileage. I do not like that the paint on this car bubbles and has cosmetic issues.

Very reliable car, good gas mileage

My car has over 250,000 miles, and it is a very reliable vehicle. Some reviews said the a Dodge Caliber wasn't reliable, but I believe it did and is doing a great purpose. I won't be trading in this car in a while.

- Valerie B

It is a nice family car that is good for driving around town.

I like the hard lining in the back of the car. I like that all seats (with exception of driver). I do not like that the trim around the doors is peeling back and I don't like how much it works to climb hills.

- Noel H

My favorite part of my vehicle is the sunroof.

If my car was newer, it wouldn't have any problems, but since my car is 11 years old, the ac doesn't blow cold air, the car needs new brakes, and the car does not have a whole lot of power when I press the gas.

- Kara N

When you change lanes be sure and look twice before you get over

I love it because you can lay the seats down and bring long things home. On the other hand you can easily carry 4 people and their luggage. The only complaint I have is It's hard to see around the headrest.

- Tina C

Cute, fun, reliable vehicle. Have hauled Christmas tree in my little car!

Love the size of vehicle, 11 years old and only had minor issues until now. Air no longer works, wiper issues. Has been very reliable, I like folding seats and able to haul items. Easy to park, fun to drive.

- shelly j

It is easy to drive, park anywhere and great on fuel efficiency.

The vehicle is so fuel efficient and seats comfortable five. The best is the ability to transport items quickly with the drop down seats. I dislike the cost of repairs always a little higher for labor cost.

- noemi v

It's very reliable. You do proper maintenance and it will take care of you.

I bought the vehicle used and it still works great. It has well over 100,000 miles and shows no signs of stopping. Some cosmetic problems, like the AC not working and the weather proofing strips coming off

- Fake C

don't buy Dodge. They break to soon.

Suspension is awful, spent over $600 twice to get it running. Got it 07 and first year was the best, only trouble free year. Been problems ever since. There will never be another Dodge in my driveway.

- David P

It runs really well. It's gotten me through some bad winters and ice.

My biggest complaint is the rear window, it is honestly too small. Makes it very difficult to see. And the handlebars to get into the car create a larger blind spot. Sometimes I can't see cars coming.

- Kathryn G

Dodge vehicles are difficult to repair and will have a high cost-to-own.

I like the hatchback, as well as the size. However in the 4 years I have owned the vehicle, the cost to repair on multiple occasions has been much higher than most other makes and models of vehicles.

- Samantha J

It has stock speakers but bumps like a mfr and sounds good...

I love how good it drives and that it's sporty enough but also economic too..u don't like how the stereo doesn't have Bluetooth for music or an aux outlet for music...over all it's comfortable...

- Veronica E

It may look nice but it turns hard and breaks down very easily.

It rattles when I drive to fast and it has a lot of problems. Plus there is no AUX cord in the vehicle or Bluetooth so I cannot connect music or play what I want for long road trips and so forth.

- Kali B

Reliable vehicle. Running great 11 years later!

We purchased this vehicle when it was a year old. It is definitely reliable! Other than routine maintenance we've had no issues with it. Love the drink "cooler" feature in the glove compartment!

- Sonya L

This vehicle has seen me through all types of weather situations successfully

I love that my vehicle has been very reliable and has kept its look and doesn't look it's age at all. It has developed a rattle and doesn't ride as smoothly as some older vehicles I've been in

- Jennifer C

It is extremely good on gas. Gets around 30 miles a gallon if I drive it right.

I bought it due to my last car blowing an engine. It was an extremely good price. It has 200,000 miles on it so I replaced the transmission in it and since then I have not had any problems

- Jeremy T

When repairs are needed, it's very expensive.

I like that there is a good amount of room without it being a large vehicle. I dislike that when anything needs to be fixed it is extremely over expensive! Gas mileage is pretty good.

- Angela R

The ac don't work and it overheats.

I love my love my car it have a few problems but it get me where i'm going it overheats at times the ac does not work the seats are a lil comfortable the features are quite boring.

- Kimberly S

2007 Dodge Caliber that we have owned 2 years

I've never had problems with it. We bought it used two years ago and it is the most comfortable and quiet car I've ever owned. It has a small 4 cylinder so it does great on gas.

- Aleesha C

Love my car. Interesting that it holds 6 CDs for convenience.

I have bought my Dodge caliber about 3 months ago and i love my car. It holds 6 CDs and that's a great thing for anyone. I find it to be comfortable if i'm driving for awhile

- Jessica E

They are higher in horsepower they still are relatively decent on gas.

I like that is gas saver. I can drive far away and I do not have any problem with my vehicle. Has my car to go to work and do not like that we do not fit in with all my kids.

- Bernardo V

I have had several repairs on this car in the years I have had it.

I like that it is easy to drive, good gas mileage. I dislike that its paint has not held up like I think it should have. Had a several problems that have had to be repaired.

- Mary M

It looks more spacious than it is but has helpful accessories I've never seen in any other car

I like the accessories like the insulated cup holders, cold glovebox, and regular outlet. I wish the hatch back was flat instead of curved and wish it had more space inside.

- Emily M

Been a great vehicle for my use.

I have had my car for more than 4 years and has only had one issue I had to fix and that was the front end but it was just standard maintenance. It's been a very good car.

- Dustin M

It is not really meant for a family with an infant.

I like that it has good air conditioner. I dislike that it is small, you cannot move passenger seat at all with the infant car seat in the car, and that is has no power.

- Nicole M

You can drive it standard and automatic.

My vehicle is a slap shift rt, grey in color. a the moment it had a broken front and back bumper due to a crash. My car performs like no other, it is reliable and fast.

- Luis A

2007 dodge caliber review

I would prefer to have a car that has power locks and windows, but I cannot be too choosy. It is very roomy and gets me where I need to go. Relatively good gas mileage.

- morgan r

The car is great with gas. The car is overall cheap.

I like the fact that the car have an outlet for electrical cord like the house. I like how gas efficient the car is. I hate that the car have so much mechanical issues.

- Crystal N

It has a ton of space. Great for travel and road trips.

I love that it has a lot of space. The back seat folds down for more storage. The roof is also higher. You get the luxury of a suv but in a smaller more affordable car.

- heather e

great on gas has good speed pick up love this car.Lots of room in the hatch for everything you need

It's very easy to drive , comfortably seats, all controls are easy to reach. Great on gas and has good pick up with speed. I'd buy it again if I had to. no complaints

- shelby s

I love it a lot even if it is slightly ugly with rust.

I have had manufacturing related defects in the past but otherwise I like it is decent gas mileage and dependability. I have no desire to buy a new car anytime soon.

- Rosalie F

It only has 79,000 miles on it and it's 11 years old.

I liked this car from the moment I did the test-drive. It's blue, one of my favorite colors. It has so much room in it. No complaints except that it's getting old.

- Theresa L

Keep a hair pin in your car in case you ever end up in a situation to where you have to put it in neutral

I like it is a good size for my family and has been very reliable over the last 11 years. I dislike the "anti-theft" device. It is the stupidest idea everrrrrr

- ashley z

It cost a lot to fix. Any problem will cost at least 100 to fix.

I like that it is a wagon. I like the size of it. I don't like the no power when you put the foot on the gas. And I don't like how much everything is to fix it.

- Mandy mason L

2007 Dodge caliber nice little car.

They do have a problem with leaking sunroof for this year. Fixed no issue. Runs good, nice size. This year has built in cooler and flip down speakers in hatch.

- Bonnie S

Very dependable. And nice size. Not too big and not too small.

I like the way it looks. The seats are comfortable. Like the ease of loading things into car. Love the glovebox cooler, love the way it drives and gas mileage.

- Vicki S

Don't buy a caliber- they're unreliable. Tires are difficult to come by.

It is difficult to find tires in the correct size to fit this vehicle. It has had multiple problems that we've had to have fixed- especially with the brakes.

- Antoinette Q

The most important thing to know about this vehicle is that it is very spacious.

Great family car because of the space and size. Lots of room in the trunk and the seats easily go down to make extra room. Also really good on gas mileage.

- Elizabeth G

It is roomy and comfortable, yet everything you need to drive is within reach.

The seats are adjustable and comfortable. There is room in back and the seats fold down. The steering wheel is adjustable and I love the cruise control.

- Judy S

This car seems like just an average car, but it gets good gas mileage.

The air conditioning in my vehicle stops blowing cool air very often. It is an older car so I have had to replace the battery and get new brake pads.

- Gabby P

It's roomy but doesn't have much in the way of power or handling like newer cars I've seen.

It's been a good car, but not one I've loved as much as when we first purchased it. It's had some issues and doesn't perform as well as I would like.

- Bonnie F

It is roomy but compact it can carry a large load but not have to be a large vehicle

It is the perfect size to carry groceries or items to a craft sale. Great for getting in and out of tight spaces. Good gas mileage No complaints

- Dorothy L

It has larger than usual blind spot in the front where the side frame of the windshield are (near the side mirrors).

It gets the job done. It's not the nicest car, but it serves its purpose. I can put the back seat down and give my dog plenty of room in the back.

- Tina H

Good gas mileage and a lot of room! Most do not have as good mileage and are smaller cars.

Good gas mileage 4 cylinder. Front wheel drive not good in the snow. The evaporator had to be replaced. Some leaks in the front passenger section.

- Evelyn A

Dodge caliber: mostly the ups.

I have to change the oil a lot, but I also drive a lot. I love my car, it has enough room to transport items I need etc. Gets me through my needs.

- Ruby D

Dodge caliber with a lot of miles.

It is good on gas but having trouble with front end its roomy got sunroof had to replace both thermostats and starter it is got some miles on it.

- Chas H

A gas saver and good for teenagers

It's something to get around in but prefer a large vehicle. I like that it save on gas, dislike that it's manual not electric windows or locks.

- Catherine H

I do not trust the Chrysler brand. They have a terrible reputation for quality.

It's older. It has 144 k miles. The tranny is having issues. The fuel injector may be dirty. I wanted something better. I wanted a foreign car.

- Thomas B

There is plenty of room to haul kids' stuff like sports equipment, but it is not overly large which I like.

It is a hatchback which I need to haul kids stuff in. It was used with only 75,000 miles on when we bought it. It is a good car for how I drive

- Darla M

It's dependable and good looking. It gets me from point a to b.

My vehicle is very reliable. It's a little over ten years old and has had minimum work done. It's good on gas and also takes a lot of miles!

- Dana W

It is a nice vehicle if you cannot afford a Tahoe.

I like the gas mileage & style of the car. I dislike that it doesn't have Bluetooth & other amenities. And the motor is a little too loud.

- Jill A

My car is good for getting me from point A to point B.

I love my car, but my car has had some issues since I purchased it in 2015. The struts are always breaking and the transmission is going.

- Jennifer B

It is a very great and dependable car.

No complaints about my vehicle. It's a great running car. A small reliable car that I can take to work and drive anywhere personally.

- Mary Beth D

You can't drive on the freeway very well. The miles per hour doesn't reach the requirements

The vehicle really is a good day to day A to B kind of car. It's not capable of driving on the freeway. Its radiator hose also burst.

- Angel Z

Dodge caliber 2007. Great on gas

My dodge caliber is a very reliable vehicle. The only thing we've had to fix is the power steering belt. And it's very good on gas.

- Jessica M

Reliable, fast, gets you from point A to B with no problems.

It is quite reliable. A few problems with the transmission but otherwise it is just the usual maintenance you'd find with any car.

- Kyle W

That it is old. But also reliable.

Like - sunroof, hatchback style, radio controls on steering wheel, cruise control Dislike - no inside cover over "trunk" area

It is compact but still spacious and very durable for day to day use

I like the body of the vehicle. Its spacious but still compact. I wish the ride was a bit smoother. It's great on gas

- Kathryn B

I just got the vehicle a couple of months ago. I have already had to fix the subframe for over 700$. It's an older vehicle though. Other than that I'm happy with it's performance.
