American muscle meets family practicality.
This vehicle is a great family car while having room for 5 comfortably. The car also packs a punch for some great horsepower. It's in a class of its own the old school American muscle with an elegant mix for family practicality. It's a great choice for someone who is looking to mix the two and not break the bank account.

2019 dodge charger: beauty in a strong package.
Beautiful car, runs fast especially with my custom twin turbo dual v8 engine, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a strong muscle car. Easily my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. I think the custom leather seats might be my favorite part, they provide comfort and flexibility.

It is a Daytona charger and it has black stripes on it.
Put in track mode it goes 0-60 in 10 seconds super fast very loud best car I ever had it does spin out in rain but otherwise it does not it goes crazy and catches a lot of eyes children love to see it come down the street it turns heads it goes faster than any regular charger.

Very fast and reliable vehicle.
I love my car. I have had a couple issues so far in regards to the uconnect the market place is giving an error message that dodge is working to fix now also I had an issue with the transmission stumbling and once I shut the car off that issue stopped but the uconnect also has transmission setting and I think overall it was the issue with the uconnect. The vehicle is super comfy very fast I recommend the charger this is the 3rd one I have had very reliable vehicle.

Love of a car. From a woman.
I love the performance of this vehicle. Has a lot of space. I love the fact you have a way to check everything on the car all the way to the tire pressure. The sound of the radio is great the heat works really good on the car windows defrost very easy.

It is my fourth charger, brand new and I love it!
Performance is great, always reliable, sporty comfortable, low to the ground, sound system is great, seats wrap you comfortably, and it is smooth riding all day long. Great gas mileage, nice and muscle sounding, up to 100 in a few seconds. Love the dependability of this car, it is my 4th one.

The color and turbo kit, engine.
The best 4 door muscle car to ever exist right now. The body engine interior and speed is amazing. Like a dream car but affordable I love how it goes to 1-60 in a sec and the handling is ok not the greatest only bad thing about the car but other than that it's a beast!

It is a fast luxury in forestry!
It is a very suitable car. You feel very comfortable in this vehicle and you tend to drive fast with luxury. It is a economical car with adequate safety handles unlike other branded vehicles. The vehicle runs great and it is push start. You drive with care and freedom.

The charger has perfect driving with brake and turning.
It is a really good vehicle and it is spacious. It is just a little too wide for me and I am just starting to drive. Other than that it is a really fun car. It sounds really good. Nothing has broken down. It drives really smoothly and the break is perfect.

My car is fast! And great looking.
My car is great it is fast nice looking it takes a lot of gas but besides that it is pretty good. It gets head turns, I like the color and model is great. It is fast I can race in the car which I like. It has a loud radio which is good. But yet again needs a lot of gas but it is ok for the speed of the car.

Basic car no bang for your buck.
The car is beautiful I love how it drives but it is basic not a whole lot for the price. After you have it for a couple months it does not excite you as much. I think the next trim up would have been the better choice but again I think at a certain point you stop paying for the car and start paying for the brand.

Dark gray. Black leather interior. Narrow on the inside.
The internet does not always work and I pay 20 a month for it. Every time I set my radio station it always goes back to default setting. The radio and dashboard part is very uncomfortable to use. The seat for some reason we're not comfortable. The car runs ok. The look is good.
accountCircle lisz H
The amazing car // special highlight would be me seat covers they come in handy.
It runs good has a low number of miles I have had it for a year almost two now works just as new, could have better features such as the rims the seat covers, seats tend to get hot in summer more than I like ( seat covers help) breaks are fantastic so is the wheel grip.

What Do Critics Say About the Dodge Charger?

  • Consumer Reports says the 2019 Dodge Charger is an old-school large American sedan with bold packaging, and high owner satisfaction scores as it ages.
  • Edmunds rates the 2019 Charger at 4.4/5, enjoying the user-friendly large touchscreen, but doesn’t like the sloping roofline, which limits visibility.
  • Kelley Blue Book users give the Charger a 4.7/5, praising the very strong engine choices available, but owners don’t like the poor performance in snowy conditions.

What Common Problems Does the 2019 Dodge Charger Have?

Common problems found on the 2019 Dodge Charger include the stereo system, freezing, a stability control warning light, along with rattling noises from the suspension. Overall, these problems are similar to other sports cars and large sedans on the market, leading to average repair costs.

The stereo system freezing is the most widespread complaint from 2019 Dodge Charger owners within the first 1,000 miles. There are software updates available for the stereo system, which improves its reliability. Most dealers will install these updates for free, while others charge around $50 for labor.

A stability control warning light has also been reported by some 2019 Charger owners within the first 10,000 miles. In some cases, it’s simply a warning light when the car is losing traction. In others, it’s a sign of an issue with the sensor. Diagnosing the problem costs around $50, while fixing it can cost about $200.

Rattling noises from the suspension are another problem mentioned by Charger owners at roughly 35,000 miles. Suspension components wear out as the car ages, and will have to be replaced. Changing out the shocks costs around $600 for original parts, or there are high-performance aftermarket parts which cost over $1,000.

There are four recalls on the 2019 Dodge Charger, which is similar to other cars from the same year. The most serious recall is for the backup camera not working. Dodge will update the software on affected models for free. Other recalls include the sun visors, dash lights, and front tires. Dodge will repair and replace all of those for free as well on affected models.

How Long Will the 2019 Dodge Charger Last?

A well-maintained 2019 Dodge Charger can last around 200,000 miles, which is shorter than some other sports cars like the Toyota 86. Regular annual maintenance costs are slightly higher than some competitors, according to data provided by Repair Pal, at $602 per year.

As a used 2019 Dodge Charger reaches 100,000 miles, and depending on the vehicle history report, owners should be prepared to replace the emergency brake cable for $220, window regulator motor costing $300, along with the ABS control module, which costs around $675.

I have yet to have any problems, all systems have been running smoothly, notified me when oil change was due, gas efficient it is been great considering hearing it is a gas guzzler.

accountCircle Erica B

Its is so reliable I have not had a problem with it. Just keep up with its maintenance when it needs it and you got a car forever.

accountCircle Monica B

It is fast when I need to get somewhere in a hurry and it has safety features such as back up camera, back up sensors, auto airbag on and off. Has muscle and its spacious enough for my 3 kids and my husband. I haven't had any problems with it.

accountCircle Richard H

It is extremely reliable. I haven't had any problems so far and I have had the car for months. The only “issue” was when I first test drove the car. It had this weird toasted marshmallow smell but it was just from it not being used for a bit.

How Is the Technology?

The standard entertainment technology is very good, offering a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Optional upgrades include a larger 8.4-inch touchscreen along with a more powerful sound system from Harman Kardon.

Standard safety features are fairly basic, and include a rearview camera and rear parking sensors.

Optional driver assistance features include:

  • Forward collision warning
  • Blind spot monitoring
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Lane keep assist
  • Automatic emergency braking
  • Rear cross traffic alert
  • Lane departure warning
  • Rain-sensing windshield wipers

Yes, the 2019 Dodge Charger is a good value for a four door muscle car since it’s a comfortable sedan which offers some powerful engine choices. The blue book fair purchase price ranges from $22,175 to $68,750, making it less than a Dodge Challenger or Nissan Maxima. When new, the price range was $29,470 to $65,795. How Does the Dodge Charger Compare to the Competition?

The 2019 Dodge Charger is a very good sports car since it offers the practicality of being a four-door sedan with some strong V8 engine choices.

The Dodge Challenger is another car from Dodge, which costs about $2,500 more. Both the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger are very similar, but the Challenger has 2 doors and the Charger has 4. We recommend the Dodge Challenger if you want a sportier driving experience, while the Dodge Charger is better if you need to haul a family.

Plum crazy is a great car.
Great ride firm seats you sit up not down under the steering wheel. Has lots of get up and go power getting 22 miles average per gal of gas. Passenger side front leg room is a little short. Good radio sound passenger seat should be electric adjustment not manual.

I haven't had any issues with my vehicle. I love the gas mileage and the large screen in my car. I love the cloth sports seats inside the car. This car is the perfect fit for muscle car lovers. It is easy to handle, fast, and can be easily modified to the car you want it to be. It is also great on gas and has a great stereo system. The car is wide but it is very easy to maneuver. The 2019 dodge charger gt is a nice looking car than turns heads as you ride by. Love the drl. Good performance for a v6.
Great car. Wish it had more options like my older 1 but its a dependable care. Decent performance. Good on gas if you don't floor it. Could use a little more leg room. I am 6'3 I have enough but nobody over 5'5 can sit behind me. The default rims could be a little more stylish. And spoiler should be standard on the charger.

Okay so in my opinion the 2019 dodge charger r/t is a very great car, it has the muscle but yet very reliable and low maintenance. The only problems I would say the car has is the gas mileage but that is what you would expect any other muscle car, I would definitely refer this car to anyone with some sense.

I am an ops manager at a rental car company. One of the best perks is that I can take home any car I want. I always go with a charger because it looks awesome and the hemi configuration sounds great. I like how fast it is and the available colors. It might looks like another fast car but there is plenty of room in the back seat and the trunk is decently big. Love the throwback feel of the old muscle car with the new modern technology.
This is such a powerful yet smooth drive and the look is sleek yet tough. Reminds me of modern day muscle cars. Great power off the line and co for table on long drives. The only downside I see is the fuel economy while driving in the city but on long drives on the freeway, the gas mileage was much more tolerable.

I love my car, I am really satisfied with the performance my previous car was a dodge dart and this car just blows that one out of performance, whenever I feel giving it some gas I just push down the petal and I am satisfied with the performance! So far the car has been really reliable for me, no problems at all. The ac is amazing and I like all the little features to the car, the only flaw I would say is the handling... But that is expected being it is a 4 door muscle car.

Favorite car I have owned, by far.
My charger has a really smooth ride. It is comfortable. Highly adjustable driver's seat. It gets up to speed fast. Gas mileage is as expected. Averages around 24 miles per gallon. The only thing I wish it had was a more robust sounding exhaust. But its a v6 and it is not something to complain about.

It drives with easy, smooth on the black top. No engine issues.
Drives smoothly, no issues with motor/engine, electrical, ect. Fuel efficient and gets good gas mileage on the Hwy. The back up camera and sensors are spot on. Speeds up when necessary and brakes with easy. The steering wheel does not shake as you speed up.

The launch mode is the best part.
So far my car has been very reliable, the gas mileage is great, and it's an all around comfortable ride. The performance of the vehicle is absolutely great as well, with the track package, and launch mode, it makes for a fun ride in safe conditions. I enjoy this car and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable ride with a little bit of fun.

The wonderful dodge charger.
The 2019 dodge charger is wonderful. It drives smoothly and handles well. It is very reliable and the dodge dealership I bought it from was great. The rear view camera helps a lot with backing out and parking. It is a nice size and has a roomy feel without being too large.

The charger is made for driving fast.
There are not any problem with the car, the seats are very comfortable and it is just really nice and rides smooth. The charger is definitely the kind of car if you like to drive fast and/or taking it to the drag strip. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is hard to find one that has leather interior in it with a newer year and not a hellcat trim.

Amazing sound system, smooth driving. Overall nice and powerful car.
The internal sound system is amazing. I love the beats sound system. The seats are super comfy and driving is smooth. The gas mileage is fair and the power is amazing! I didn't even buy a powerful version, but it drives like a beast. I love my dodge charger.

Awesome muscle car! It has everything you need in a good looking muscle car.
Loved this car. Easy driving, feels like a warm knife on butter. Feels really stable on the road. Even though it is a big car it does not feel heavy. It is very well equipped. I really like the size of the screen, you can see really well maps and the rear camera has a very nice range. You can change all the car features through the touch screen, like driving style, lights, information to be displayed in the dashboard. What I like the most is that it comes with CarPlay, feature that I have found very useful. You can mirrored your cell phone in the screen and have full control of your phone there using the wheel controls or directly on the touch screen. You can also use siri and use voice commands. Quality of interior materials are good. Seats are comfortable even for passengers traveling in the back seat. It is spacious and comfortable.

Fast car with great features comfortable seating from a good company.
Haven't had any real problems just make sure to get maintenance and who you let maintenance your car but it is comfortable fast and reliable. I love the sound system has a ton of room. Not so good on gas but lately the prices of gas has dropped so it is better now.

Gear shift is small and accessible and does not get in the way ever.
I believe my vehicle to be the best. I had a different dodge charger prior to this and still got another one. It is extremely comfortable, reliant, fast, and beautiful. I love this car and all of its features. In the 8 years I have had this car it has been absolutely amazing.

My dodge charger and it is performance.
I love my vehicle. It has been the favorite one I have had. It performs super well. It can go really fast and it definitely gets me to where I need to go. It is not that expensive to purchase either. It is a big body heavy car but it is very dependable.

Scat pack 2019 with 395 horsepower.
I love the color the speed and the performance of the scat pack. Its very reliable and I love the unique equipment that came with the vehicle. I had my interior redone to a different color and the windows tinted to the legal limit. I have a sedan which makes a lot of leg room and space.

I love that it is a sports car.
I love it. It is fast and a good family car. The four door is a plus for a sports car. It is heavy and safe. The tires a sports tires so it makes them a little more expensive but it is worth it. I got the royal blue with the dark gray rims. The sound system in mine is not that great but it is perfect for me.

The overall performance is amazing.
Overall performance is amazing worth buying if you have the money. The reliability of the car is good, the seats are very comfortable, the features on the car is cool it has two keys 1 red and 1 black. The black key is for normal everyday drive the red key make the car go very fast.

Favorite car! Sporty, fun, fast, reliable.
My charger r/t is great! I love it. Drives very smooth, and honestly you cannot even feel bumps in the road. It is a beautiful sporty sedan, that gives you both speed and comfort. The best car I have owned, very reliable and gas friendly. I am absolutely in love with my car, wouldn't trade it for the world.

2019 dodge charger! Review.
My vehicle has no problems, but it's very comfortable and it looks very nice, you honestly go ahead and try the 2019 dodge charger! This car in my opinion is like the nicest and cleanest, you should try it out! It could do many things! Such as drive for a very long time, and the gas does not run out as fast, do you do not even have to worry!

My blue dodge charger that can be a heavy duty car as well as a sports car.
I love my car I love that you can start it up while your inside the house, it has a heating steering wheel and seats for the winter time. It has comfortable sitting and a lot of leg room. What I don't like about the car it drives bad in winter and it's a gas hog. But I can tow my boyfriend jet skis no problem with my charger it's heavy duty when you need it to be. And it has good speed as well.

My beautiful orange baby!
I absolutely love my car! From the sleek black matte finish interior to the big body sporty exterior! It gives you the SUV feel inside this spacious sedan! Great on gas! Dual exhaust purrs like no other! Blacked out rims and low profile tires complete the sports car look!
