2004 Dodge Durango with 3rd row seating

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

I bought my vehicle used from a local person because I needed one ASAP and I do like it but it has a lot of miles and other little things that are broken. It gets me from point a to b but I do not like the fuel mileage I get and my other concern is I have 5 kids (2 in car seats) and getting to the third seat is kind of a pain my kids either have to climb over the second seat or I have to take a car seat move the seat down let the kids in put the car seat back in secure it and load kids. The back (3rd) seat is not big enough to hold a car seat.

A great family SUV. It rides smooth and is stylish looking.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

I love the look of this SUV. Mine is black and when it's clean the paint is super glossy. I also love the soft seats which is so nice to have in this cold weather that we get here in Minnesota. I also love the room it provides as it can seat 7 people. A few things I'm not a fan about are that it kind of drives like a big boat going down the road, and if it's extremely windy it can feel as if the car is leaning a bit. Other than those two issues it is great and I would recommend buying a Dodge Durango.

MY Durango Business in the front and Party in the back

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

The Dodge Durango is a mid-size sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced by Dodge. The first two generations were very similar in that both were based on the Dodge Dakota, both featured a body-on-frame construction and both were produced at the Newark Assembly Plant in Newark, Delaware. The third-generation Durango is built on the same platform as the Jeep Grand Cherokee, features unibody construction, and has been assembled at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit, Michigan, since mid-2010

My 2004 dodge Durango..All black with gray leather interior.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

I love my 04 dodge Durango.I have heated seats. Power windows and chairs.Sunroof.3rd row. I put in a Bluetooth radio..I have the hemi edition. I have been apart of the dodge family since 2012. I love using my truck for family road trips..The truck is good on gas when on the highway..Driving local burns a lot of gas. I normally paid about 45 dollars to fill up my tank. I love my Durango.

Runs well but tends to rust quickly

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

I have had problems with the fuel pump and electric. It is comfortable to ride in and pulls a trailer well. I wish it had a GPS feature and backup camera. It has been fairly reliable in the 4 years I have had it. I like the passenger room and third row seating. The air conditioner has always worked well. The body is rusting quit a bit.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

2004 dodge durango . Is reliable through the any snow or road in the country and highway . The comfort is really nice and the seats are very roomy can have 6 or 7 people or things you want to haul . Dodge durango has a good performance in any weather. I like taking my dodge up to the mountains to camp with my family and friends.

Pros and Cons of Dodge Durango 2004 with Hemi

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

Great for 5-7 people, easy adjusting seats, and trunk space can fit a double stroller. Vehicle starts rusting bad after 10 years, My model stops running temporarily in heavy rain and check engine light comes on often after 130k miles. Not a bad vehicle especially if it is paid off due to possible maintenance.

It fits my kids, inside is great, mechanical issues.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

The inside is perfect but the vehicle continuously has issues mechanically. It runs insanely rough, the gas mileage is awful, and the only reason I have the vehicle is because I can fit all of my children in it. The inside has handled wear and tear just fine, I just wish it was more mechanically sound.

Crappy Intake Manifold Otherwise Reliable Dodge Durango

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

The engine intake draws water in causing stalling, but Dodge refuses to recall them despite widespread problems among Durangos from 2004-2008 years. However, I love the reliability and power with the Hemi engine otherwise. It drives well in the snow and is easy to repair myself most of the time.

Road trip friendly car that everyone will love

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

Its comfortable for my family of 6. We take it on multiple road trips and never have a problem. The gas mileage is okay and I wish I had just a little more space. The roof bars do help for those road trips that might go longer in time. Over all I think this is a great family car.

Beautiful 2004 Dodge Durango

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

We have no problems. Minor regular mechanical items have been done on the truck. The previous owner(s) have taken very good care of the truck which has made maintaining the mechanical items a breeze. The biggest thing we have had to replace is the ball joints, so far.

Lots of room for single mother with 4 kids.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

It just overheats in summer with A/C on we have turn off AC during summer times. At one point the left headlight had a buzzing noise but and one day it just stopped we still don't know why it was making the noise. Other than that it is a great vehicle for family size.

2004 dodge Durango for fun and play.

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

One of the problems that we have is that the injectors on bank one keep clogging up causing a code to pop up. Other than that it is a great vehicle with plenty of power for towing campers and other trailers and great traction for winter driving and off road driving.

The Enduring Durango and Rigid Rouge

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

I don't remember My Durango stalled me since I purchase it new in 2004. It has 92000 miles only today and still runs smoothly. My Rogue behaved similarly so far without problems, although I keep both vehicle regularly maintain I.e. oil, fluids, brakes and tires

Great for a big family must see

2004 Dodge Durango SLT

2004 dodge Durango has the 3rd row seating which allows a lot of space for a big family. Seats are comfortable and leather cleans easily. It is also very reliable and I haven't had any. Problems with it being a used vehicle. I would recommend this to my friends.
