Very nice vehicle. Comfortable for road trips.
I have had no problems. Bought it brand new from dodge in Lakeland FL. It had one recall but the dodge dealership took care of the issue without any hassle. It is used mostly for road trips with the family. Very comfortable vehicle. Pleased with my purchase. I have had this vehicle for 6 years now and plan on keeping it as long as I can.

It is a car that gets me to school and work.
I love this vehicle. I got in an accident in it and it kept me safe. Whenever there is something wrong with it, Dodge takes care of it quickly and cheap.
accountCircle Marissa Y
It's a great family vehicle. It is safe and easy to operate.
It drives very smoothly. The seats are light and easy to maneuver up and done. It has plenty of space for passengers and/or cargo.
accountCircle Melissa H
The interior had help up perfect. I have two kids and two dogs.
Lots of recalls. But it has been the best vehicle I have ever had. I live where we have a lot of snow and I have never been stuck. The space is amazing. Has enough room with the seats folded down that I can fit two bikes in the back. I would definitely get another dodge Durango.
accountCircle Cara S
Lots of space for large families
The car seats 7 adults comfortably and has plenty of storage. The technology is also up to date and makes use of my car more enjoyable. I only wish there was a little more trunk space when the third row is up
accountCircle Yenisel L
Great family, large size and rugged
Very comfortable and rugged. Seats about 6-7 people. Has built in dvd screens, leather seats, could use more storage.

Safe and Reliable Family Vehicle
The Durango is perfect for our family of five. There is plenty of room for the kids to all sit comfortably on long drives and the heating and cooling is easily adjusted for them in the back. There are plenty of vents in all rows. The seats fold down individually in the back for plenty of storage for larger items or everyday use. They are easy to lift and lower. We could fit a double stroller and still have plenty of room for other things. The drive is smooth and vehicle accelerates quickly. Have never had issues besides routine maintenance.
accountCircle Melissa W
Flex fuel vehicle is king of the road.
I love being higher than most vehicles on the road. The seats are fully adjustable being that I am shorter than my husband helps with the motor seats. The speedometer is fully digital. The seats are leather & comfortable. You can adjust the air from the 2nd row. The gas for the truck is flex fuel which is cheaper.

2014 Dodge Durango-buyer beware
There are severe blind spots, electrical problems with the radio/dash system shutting off while driving, key fob not detected while in the vehicle, RPM's rev at inappropriate times while driving, cheap upholstery stains very easily and is very difficult to clean.

What happens when you make purchases based on looks and not research.
It is always something that needs to be fixed and the car is basically new I just feel like I am definitely not getting what I paid/paying for. The parts are high on the vehicle and at this point I will never buy or recommend a dodge to my enemy. I hate it and I am getting rid of it.
accountCircle Alan M
The gas mileage is good and all the tech components.
Love the color and style and the gas mileage. The cost was reasonable. I dislike the engine noisy and lack of roominess.
accountCircle Kyle Hill H
The Durango will hold its value if you take care of it.
The Dodge Durango is a very spacious vehicle. The Durango does very well on fuel mileage. The Dodge Durango has no tv and is not leather.
accountCircle Audrey C
It gets me from point a to point b.
I like that I have air conditioner and heated seats. I like the amount of seats in my vehicle. I do not like how low the bumper is.
accountCircle Mary C
Durango is functional and dependable.
It is dependable and so far has been reliable. It would get a higher rating but it does not have great visibility and is awkward for a short driver. It handles well in bad weather and on highways. It is okay for city driving but fuel efficiency goes down significantly. Parts are expensive. The interior is roomy and comfortable. It has a decent amount of cargo space.
accountCircle Shakiyla C
Not the best but it's getting me from a to b.
I have a lifter that started ticking after 2 years. It's still running fine. I only changed the battery this year so it lasted a long time. The Bluetooth just stopped working in September this year. I am not so happy about that. I will be looking to buy another car so that if this one shuts down on me, I'll have a backup.
accountCircle Jerry D
Buy an SUV that gets better mileage.
Great SUV FOR HAULING KIDS AROUND. It runs good gets down the highway great. Sold as a rock. But the gas mileage sucks.

Dodge Durango and it is pros and cons.
What I love about the vehicle is the size, and the radio system it comes with. What I dislike of the vehicle is that the radio, the door panel went out within the 3 years of me having the vehicle. And the cost to fix is an arm and a leg. I love the adjusted seat control as for me I am really short.
accountCircle Amanda C on May 17, 2021
Super spacious SUV. Love my Durango!
Very roomy allows me to have all 4 of my grandbabies in the vehicle at one time. Has heated seats and very spacious interior. I have not had one single performance issue and have had it for multiple years. Gets great gas mileage and has exceptional heating and cooling system. Hands down best vehicle my family has ever owned. We love it.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Tina L.

The Durango has plenty of room - seating for seven. Both the middle and back seats fold down. There is a covered storage compartment. It has a back up camera with audio warning. It has automatic headlights.

likeFilled Michelle C.

It rides nice and drives nice. I like the auto start and the seat warmers. It's very spacious and love the 3rd row seats. The engine performance is amazing. Great vehicle to take on long road trips. Amazing ride.

likeFilled Brittani R.

The spacious seats, 3rd row, power windows, power seats, sunroof, heated seats, very little blind spots, comfortable, great on gas, amazing trunk space with a hatch to put more things underneath or even fragile items.

likeFilled Charlene D.

Great in the snow, wonderful towing capacity, very comfortable. Fits my large family, able to carry a large amount of groceries. Negatives are gas usage, tire pressure sensor breaks and I end up replacing the tires.

likeFilled Sara R.

The pros: This vehicle is fully loaded. It has heated seats, navigation, backup camera, third row seats, big but not bulky, Sirius XM compatible, eco mode, leather seats, seat warmers, steering wheel warmer, climate control, separate rear climate control, hidden rear storage, trailer hitch compatible.

likeFilled Nathan F.

It is comfortable to ride in, had good performance and haven't had any mechanical issues. It has a good entertainment system. It has all wheel drive and good in the winter. It has keyless entry and push button start so never have to take the key out of your pocket.

likeFilled Sarah R.

There is plenty of space and fits 3 car seats in one row. The interior is nice and easy to clean. The radio screen is easy to use and I love the radio buttons on the steering wheel. The Bluetooth is also extremely convenient and not complicated.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Tina L.

The covered storage is small. The jack is hard to access. There is not a lot of legroom for the third seat. The 911 button is easy to accidentally hit when adjusting the mirror. That is all I can think of.

dislikeFilled Michelle C.

There really aren't any cons to this car. I don't like that you have to use plus or premium gas for this vehicle. If you use the 3rd row seat there isn't any room in the back for storage. Other than the gas I have no problems with this vehicle.

dislikeFilled Brittani R.

Believe it or not there are not many cons about this truck. Only thing for me is that someone stuck a quarter in the SD card slot because I bought mine pre owned. However we never use that so it does not bother us.

dislikeFilled Charlene D.

Gas mileage is not as good as I would like. Blind spot on the drivers side. Tire pressure sensor is broken all the time. Frequently needs tires replaced. Hard for people to the back row seats, only young flexible kids can get back there with ease.

dislikeFilled Sara R.

The only con about this vehicle is that the liftgate does not open with a remote. You have to lift it manually. It does not have the kick automatic open capability. Otherwise, I would not change anything about this car. It is great!

dislikeFilled Nathan F.

I wish I had remote start and navigation put in. It is not a big deal but would have been convenient to have. I wish it set up a little higher to avoid scraping on some curbs. Overall I think it is a great car.

dislikeFilled Sarah R.

The gas mileage is not the best and the gas spout breaks off constantly. There is quite a bit of maintenance that has to be done because things break often. I keep getting codes for evaporation leaks which is probably due to a cracked manifold.
