Not a great choice but it does well.

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Base

The interior is nice but all the nooks and crannies make it hard to clean. The seats are comfortable and the built in child restraints are a nice touch. There are a bunch of cup holders and plenty of storage space. It is good vehicle for long trips. But it also has a lot of problems: transmission shaft seals, oil pan seals, ac lines, brake calipers seizing up, undersized brake pads, antifreeze leaks, head gasket seals and power steering fluid leaks to name a few. The keyless entry fob fails regularly which results in expensive reprogramming and key replacement costs. They suggest to change the oil every 5000 miles but I learned to get it done every 3000 because the engine eats upwards to a quart and a half between changes.

Dodge Grand Caravans ROCK!

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Base

This was previously owned. I have loved it and it is pretty easily maintained. The feature I love the most is the stow-n-go. It gives me the opportunity to load a lot of cargo in the back end. It can hold a 8 foot 2x4 with ease. It makes life so easy with the ability to take up to 7 (driver included) anywhere we need to go. I will own another one even when I don't have kids.

Roomy family vehicle with small trunk space.

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Base

Trunk is too small especially when going on trips, minimal space for luggage. Back windows do not roll down like newer models which causes vehicle interior to be a little hard to cool down on sunny days. Love being able to tuck away middle row seats for ample room for groceries and/or large purchases. Overall it is comfortable for a family.

The very problem with dodge cars.

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Base

It tends to want to shake a lot. It is not a very reliable car it always seems to need work done if it is not one thing it is another. It is very big though which is the best thing about, I have a lot of legroom. The air is perfect. The radio is not that loud I guess because it is a family van but it is a work vehicle so it's cool.
