Reviews For Dodge Journey
Heated seats and you can connect to your Bluetooth throughout your speakers.
Vehicle drives perfect it holds gas good if we are in pain we have the heated seats and we have 3 rows of seats in a vehicle and you have the Bluetooth to connect to your cell phone for iPods there is plenty of storage underneath your seats we have window wipers in the back to see out back by the window when it rains the windows in the second row are tinted and we get very good gas mileage on the highway and we have chrome rims the ac is perfect it keeps you cool and if you do not want to use the third row or the second row you can lay the seats down and have plenty of room for your groceries and if you are going on a road trip it is very comfortable and the stereo is very good too so overall I would recommend this vehicle to anybody.
Dodge Journey. Dad mobile of the present.
Vehicle is in top shape after 90000 miles. Continuing with average maintenance is a breeze and I have not had any worries regarding anything out of the ordinary. My Journey is completely comfortable for my family of six anywhere we go. It has a particular love for the German autobahn, although the manufacturers governor spoils some of the sport. I would recommend this car for the average dad as a sporty version of a soccer mom van. It continually gets the job done regardless of the situation. I have moved and lived in this vehicle in varying situations and still can not find a flaw with the creature comforts it provides consistently. 10 out of 10 would buy again.
Great car for young families.
We bought our Dodge Journey brand new. We needed a safe car for a two hour long commute with a preschooler. We also have two nephews who are involved in baseball and band. The car has a lot of hidden storage that is very helpful. The boys love the "way back" seats. The storage when the seats are folded down is very nice. I can fit our camp chairs in the back even when the seats are up; which is great when we are hauling multiple kids to ballgames. I love the conversation mirror above the rearview mirror which allows me to see everything in the back seat. The control panel is user friendly. Overall a great car.
Has some flaws but love it anyway.
My Dodge Journey is my favorite vehicle so far. I love the push to start and passive entry, but my key fob malfunctioned about a month after purchase. Replacement battery was expensive and stopped working within another month. The auto trans is slow to switch. I am super afraid of it dropping while in drive. Gas is not bad. 35 Bucks lasts almost 2 weeks for a full tank as a daily driver. Very roomy inside. 3Rd row is great for 2 front facing car seats. Definitely a good choice for a temporary mom mobile, but I think I'll be looking into something a little less stressful.
Great car! Nice features.
My Journey has been very reliable and for the most part is a very smooth ride. It is quiet and has several nice features such as the information center that tells you things that are going on with the car like tire pressure and fuel economy. The thing that is the most bothersome to me is the head rest because it seems to push my head forward and hurts my neck at times. Also the airbag in my passenger side headrest needs service. I love all the storage areas in the car and that there can be third row seating if needed. Great car!
It is a basic car that transports from place to place, not very comfortable.
This vehicle has potential; however, it is a little small for my needs. With two children and a third on the way, we need more room in the back seat for car seats. It will not fit three car seats across comfortably. Also, the seats are not comfortable for a longer trip. We purchased a lower trim and I never thought to check if a recently made car had cruise control. . . This one does not! It has served Its purpose for the last couple of years by transporting us from place to place, but it would not be on my list again.
The extended warranty was recommended due to poor transmission quality.
I am extremely pleased the performance of my journey. It is very comfortable and easy to drive. I am satisfied with the amount of power that my car has. I did have a problem with my car in the past. I had to get both front control arms replaced and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought my car. I paid a $100 deductible to get my car fixed. If I didn't have the warranty, it would have costed me $1200. 00. Also the transmission does not always shift properly. Overall I enjoy driving my journey.
mileage. My favorite car buy any means but I do like the push start button and the auto unlock in the door handle when u have your kees
I love the looks of my car but not so much the performance, it is super slow has horrible blind spots and has issue with the wiring(for example cruze console won't work) had way too many recalls. I just got it back from the shop and am still having problems with the air pressure monitor. I have fixed to many parts on it for them to still work, the interior is falling apart( plastic around seats and door) not enough luggage space so not convenient for traveling with kids and not the best gas mileage.
Why to never buy a dodge even if it looks like a great deal. Will end up being a headache for times to come .
Have had problems with this car from day one. Have had the heads on the motor replaced three times at dealer in a year and a half. Have to do brake changes on it every 10,000 miles. More motor work every couple thousand miles with replacing rocker arms and lifters. And now the transmission mounts have broke and broke the transmission. And the car is not beat on is well taken care of oil change every 3,000 miles. You fix one thing and next week another problem. Never buy a DODGE again.
The Dodge Journey, the less obvious mom mobile.
My Dodge is a 4 cylinder and has no power going up hills or having to increase the speed to get on the highways. The car is considered a crossover but feels more like a car. The third row seating is very convenient but does not allow for a lot of legroom. The car came with a built in DVD player which is a big perk. The keyless entry is very convenient but it is costly to change the battery and if not done by a dealer the key fob could easily be damaged.
