An Escape from the Normal.

2013 Ford Escape S

Purchased pre-owned in early 2016. Have put 40k miles on it in 3 and a half years. Have not had any major problems. Replaced the battery recently. Inside, back-passenger door panel is broken and coming loose. Not sure how that happened, but looks like there are some broken clips on the inside of the panel. My wife loves the vehicle and will probably buy something similar for herself when we are ready to replace the vehicle. I'm pretty tall and get the seat height quite right. Live and learn. Overall, we are satisfied with the Escape.

Safe and reliable ford escape

2013 Ford Escape S

This is my second time having this same vehicle. I enjoyed it the first time I had it but then someone totaled it. So I thought I might get it again. I like the space the car provides. I also appreciate the gas mileage you get with the car. I can travel from Jacksonville, Florida to Atlanta, GA in almost one tank of gas. My first one didn't have any mechanical issue but the one I have now has several. But I don't think it's just the car itself, I think it has to do with the car place I leased it from. Overall good car and very safe.

Great for new drivers on the road

2013 Ford Escape S

For only being five foot, being higher up in the Ford Escape has really helped my driving skills. Especially when I first started driving. The gas mileage is really good too. You can almost top off the tank with around twenty dollars and you get somewhere around three hundred miles or so. It just depends on your gas mileage. The average mileage for me is between twenty nine and thirty three. I one hundred percent recommend this kind of car for any new drivers or anybody who prefers to be higher up while driving.

Good midsize, mid-priced vehicles.

2013 Ford Escape S

I love the size of the car and the fact that the back seats lay down so that I can haul things. The back seat is roomy and comfortable. I get good gas mileage around 26mph around town. The things I don't like about it: no cup holders or Heat and Air vents in the back seat; the car is a little bouncy (hard to drink coffee while traveling). I wish it had a back-up camera since I can't see what is behind the car.

Travel time is fun for everyone

2013 Ford Escape S

Great on gas. This SUV has so much room for my boys and I for trips. It has enough room for my older son and even enough room for a car seat. Trunk carries enough luggage for weekend trips and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker for calls while driving is something I did not imagine to be helpful but it is. Hands free

Ford Escape great for road trips.

2013 Ford Escape S

I like the way my ford escape drives. It is a comfortable and smooth ride. There is adequate storage and an easy ability to get in and out of the vehicle. There is a screen in the trunk to help keep groceries cool or your purchases out of sight. My ford does rust easily on the underside of the back hatch. Rain seems to pool in that spot.

- Christina R

It has 5 seats and a Bluetooth phone connection.

2013 Ford Escape S

This car is my first car. I think it is the perfect first car. It is the perfect size and drives pretty well. My only bad express with this car is one day it just shut down and had to pay a lot to get fixed. Now there is lots of problems with it. But I really thinks that has more to do with the person who fixes it and not the car itself.

Ford escape: works well but would like more features!

2013 Ford Escape S

I truly love my car! However the only thing I wish I could change about my car is that it is only front wheel drive. Living in Michigan, 4 wheel drive would help me a lot more! I do feel very safe in my car! I also wish apple play was available in my dad but it is not! For being a used car it is nice and runs decently well.

I love how much room is in the back for my daughter.

2013 Ford Escape S

The lug nuts come loose but easy fix, and I love how comfortable it is and how it make me feel safe when driving with my daughter. It is really smooth when it drives on highway, it also has a good speaker for long drives. Perfect SUV for the in between type of driver, meaning not wanting a car but not ready for a big truck.

- Mikaela B

Reliable but smaller car.

2013 Ford Escape S

No issue in three years of ownership. Very reliable. Use it as our everyday vehicle and for long road trips. The air flow in the backseat is not the best as there are only two vents. Both events are at sea level. The backseat does not have a lot of legroom. Great for car seats and children, but not any 6 foot or above.

It's nice beautiful comfortable

2013 Ford Escape S

Rides nice, roomie, lot's of storage in back. Cup holders on doors . beautiful color looks black from a distance but has a brown shimmer. This is the best I can tell you. MY husband drives it. Got it from what use to be orange motors. From what he tells me the want him to trade it in because there were only a few made .

Very roomy. Personally, I'd rather have a bigger car than a small one.

2013 Ford Escape S

Ford escape is a great starter car. Very suspicious and have had very little problems with it. I've had it for about 3 years. Fills up a tank of gas with about 20 dollars. I would recommend this car. The interior is very nice. Not too much. Has a small screen that would be the only thing that I don't like about it.

2013 Ford Escape: Simple Comfort

2013 Ford Escape S

Overall, this vehicle has worked well for me. I've had it for about 3 years and only had minor issues (automatic window broke on drivers side, cracks in windshield, loose tire chain, needed to replace brake pads). Runs well. I really enjoy the screen with the temperature adjustments, entertainment and built-in GPS.

2013 Ford escape in the ginger ale color

2013 Ford Escape S

Love it. Super comfy, fits my family well. Nothing has gone wrong with it. My car is completely perfect in my eyes, it's definitely one of the best cars I have ever owned and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. There are a couple blind spots but the mirrors help with that issues 100 percent.

Aspects of a 2013 green Ford Escape and the advantages of it

2013 Ford Escape S

My 2013 Ford Escape is very reliable and has had no problems with its performance. It has Sirius XM radio, it's green, the interior is very sleek, great trunk space. The mileage is pretty good. It only takes around twenty to thirty dollars to fill the gas tank and it lasts for a long time.

Brakes and light features

2013 Ford Escape S

I get really good gas mileage and I haven't had too many issues. My brakes did need to be replaced but the overall reliability is great. The touch screen features are great and very helpful. The seats are comfortable and adjustable. You can also change the color of the accent lights.

My comfy crossover vehicle

2013 Ford Escape S

My Escape has been a good little crossover. It's comfy for my 17 year old and 120 lb golden. It's been reliable and other than normal wear and tear I've not had any issues - knock on wood. As far as performance, she does get up and go. Ice cold air and I love the Bluetooth feature

- Candace U

Sleek, large interior and dependable

2013 Ford Escape S

The vehicle is very comfortable. I drove it in a long commute, one hour each way, and it has held up very well into the 100,000 mile mark. I have never had it breakdown. The Gas usage seems a bit low but not bad. The interior is spacious and fits my two children's car seats

- Richard M

Great Escape waiting to take you on your next adventure!

2013 Ford Escape S

This has been a great SUV for me. It handles well in the snow, which can be a big plus. It comfortably seats 5 people. It is big enough to go to Costco and stock up on bulk items, but not so big that it is hard to find a parking space large enough to accommodate it.

- Renee S

SYNC sucks on Ford vehicles

2013 Ford Escape S

Sync technology is very glitchy. You can't just plug in your USB to play music - you have to give verbal commands to do anything on your radio which gets old really fast. The gas mileage isn't great. Blue color is ugly. Overall just a very basic car.

- Brooke P

Overall, it is an adequate auto but I would not buy another one of this model.

2013 Ford Escape S

We have had 4 recalls, which is very bothersome to be without your car for an entire day. Also, the storage compartment in the front seats is very small. There is no place to stow your phone or sunglasses. The back seat area is also missing storage.
