Reliable and spacious used SUV with a few shortcomings to be expected

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

I purchased this SUV one year ago, used. I love the space with third row seating, tv for kids in back, leather heated and cooled power seating Unfortunately, I've had several malfunctions in the SUV. The rear heat doesn't work-only cold air comes out. In the way back, near the third row seating, a fan continuously clicks of the air is set to a cold setting. The sunroof doesn't open, and one rear side window that is supposed to vent doesn't vent. Only one side does. The gas mileage isn't super great and the CD player doesn't work at all. All in all-this SUV was top of the line when it first came out, but as it is 16 years old now, things are naturally starting to break down. My SUV has fortunately been maintained very well over the years, with regular inspections and oil changes, so thankfully no issues under the hood!

Ford Expedition, the Great Adventure Truck

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

I love my vehicle. It's really spacious and comfortable. I love the color of my truck which is black. My truck is old, but it has been a very reliable vehicle. I also like my vehicle because I can get lots of equipment and items in it if I need to. The kids love it because they can invite their friends to travel with us also because of the space that it provides. Having a expedition truck means you can travel in comfort. You have lots of space to move around. You can carry lots of luggage, sport equipment, coolers for long trips, and you can even sleep in the back because all of your seats let down in the rear back seats. This allows smaller kids to be able to sleep while traveling long distances.

The radio and the color of it

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

The fuse box has blown in it due to the fact that I got it from a buy here pay here it's burns a lot of gas even after I put gas treatment in it. I have spent $500 getting it tune up. I like the radio that came with it cause it's not the factory radio. It's best that if you buy a vehicle you take someone who knows about vehicles so they will be able to let you know if something is wrong with it.

I can't explain enough how great the vehicle maneuvers

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

My expedition is amazing it turns on a dime, it has enough room for my family of 7 even when we aren't all together I have enough storage for whatever I need. It is the most comfortable on long road trips as well as just driving down to the store. The one thing I don't care for is the 12 miles to the gallon that it gets, but everything else all the good stuff makes up for that.

Big, comfortable, but has common issues with coils.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

Coils need to be replaced which is common issue with this model. The mirrors stick, DVD player does not work as well as the CD player. There was something draining the battery so now there's a switch under more hood that I have to turn the vehicle on and off so battery will not die. Definitely roomy, and comfortable.

Roomy, comfortable, powerful and safe.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

My ford expedition as a fantastic car. It is big and comfortable, carrie's an incredible amount of cargo, we've taken it on several long trips, and it is a very comfortable car traveling. I call it a car but it is really a truck. It is great in snow the visibility is good an overall it is been very reliable.

Comfort and reliability in for expedition.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

This is a great vehicle. It is comfortable on long trips. It is reliable. Normal issues considering it is age. The gas mileage is not great but I knew that going in. I am hoping this car will last a couple more years and will look into buying another expedition or explorer or.

Spacious a lot of vents to keep everyone comfortable great for family road trips

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

I absolutely love my expedition it has a lot of room it's fully loaded so it keeps the kids happy and it is actually good on gas. This vehicle has been great with traveling for my whole family. I haven't had no major issues and I love how quiet it runs and all the vents it has

All the bells and whistles you could want except the sun roof.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

Had trouble with fuse box runs and drives good now that we have replace the fuse box and coil pack on # 8 cylinder. Leather interior, all the bells and whistles you could ask for except sun roof. The other problem with it is the paint clear is chipping off on this model.

Family friendly spacious expedition.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

Drives smoothly. Seats 7 comfortably. The back seats fold down and make it roomy in the back for hauling luggage or extra cargo. The front seats have a cooling and heating feature. The middle row seats have car seat hooks which make it easy for installing car seats.

Ford expeditions are the best SUV.

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

I love the performance of my ford expedition. It dives smooth and I keep up on the maintenance so it keeps driving smoothly. It does well going over the mountains. It is a very dependable vehicle. I use it for everyday use. It is also good with hauling trailers.

Spacious and comfortable ride!

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

Maintenance is very costly. But has very comfortable seating and rides smoothly. Also has heat in seats and very spacious. Has sunroof and other special features for a fun and enjoyable ride. Lots of room for 8 to 10 people to ride. Mileage is very good.

Super luxurious features super soft leather and comfy

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer

I love all the room on the inside of it, I love the entertainment package that is in the vehicle. The way it drives it has a lot of power and super comfy. We take it camping all the time our 2 year old loves camping but only if we can dive the ford!!
