2010 ford explorer XLT - plenty of room for all your needs.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

I currently own a 2010 ford explorer XLT. It has plenty of room for 7 people, and there is enough room for storage or bags. I can do a large shopping day or pack bags for a weekend away without compromising on space for passengers. The car runs smoothly, and I am very happy with it. The only drawback that I have found is that the gas mileage is not ideal. I wish I was able to get more out of it during city driving. Highway mileage is not bad. I love my back-up sensors which, give me a little added help when parking. There is also lots of storage space and compartments. I would recommend my ford explorer to anyone looking for an SUV with space for 7.

This reliable vehicle that will take care of you as long as you take care of it.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

Bought used in 2014, vehicle has only needed ordinary maintenance. I have had excellent performance with the vehicle, it has been very reliable. I have found that the trim on the drivers side dashboard does peel away. It has 4 wheel drive which I have never had to use. The seats are very comfortable and easy to place in the driver's desired position and it is not manual adjustment. I feel that this vehicle delivers on the specifications given by the manufacturer.

Long lasting, great, dependable vehicle with lots of room.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

In the nine years that I've owned the car I've only had to replace one thing and that was just last month. It's been a very reliable and dependable car. It's roomy and grown with my family as we have grown. It gets pretty decent gas mileage as well. It's taken many road trips and has been comfortable every time. The 3rd row folds down for lots of storage in the back. It's been a good, dependable ride. I think it still has several years left in it.

2010 Ford Explorer: A decently Reliable Family vehicle

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

We have only had this used vehicle for a little over a year and it has already needing a new transmission. The engine and every other piece of metal is completely rusted under the hood and underneath the vehicle. The gas mileage is not the greatest. The car itself though is a good car. It drives smooth and it is very roomy. It could be easier to get into the 3rd row, currently it's kind of hard to get back there when you have kids in the car.

Ford Explorer very comfortable as well as heavy duty.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

No problem. Been driving this vehicle since 2013. Been very pleased. Bought this vehicle because was in an accident in an Explorer & felt it saved my husbands life. The weight of a cement truck was held off my husband by the frame of previous Ford Explorer therefore insisted on having the same make & model just newer year. This vehicle has taken me many reliable miles in taking care of my family.

Comfy and stylish vehicle

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

It's a very comfortable car and drives well. Not a ton of road noise, and it has a nice stereo. The blind spots aren't abnormally large for the size of the vehicle. It handles so well in off road situations and in winter conditions, as I drive it mainly in Colorado. My only complaint is that the silver trim above the dash has started to peel up after parking in the sun for some time.

Lots of space for family of five, some mechanical problems, not great on gas.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

We have had many problems with the ball bearings cracking. We have had to have the very costly repair done three times now. The transmission is not great. But the car is big enough for a family of five with a large dog. The look is nice. But the car is very tall for having toddlers and kids under 10 years old. Not great on gas mileage, but a compromise for the much needed space.

Reliable vehicle, great for winter driving, very spacious.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

Have had no problems until recently having to replace the exhaust system. Otherwise it's been a good vehicle, very reliable. Rides is smooth. Wish gas mileage was a bit better, but I knew what I was buying before hand. Only reason I do not love the vehicle is because I still wish I had a truck and will probably buy a truck again for my next one.

Dependable vehicle has been a blessing and this Ford Explorer has been one.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

We purchased a vehicle in 2017. Since the purchase we've been apartment thousand dollars on repairs on a used vehicle. Reverend we have had no major problems that it's taking over one day to be repair. The previous online evidently had been taken care of the vehicle pretty well. Vehicle was purchased from a used car lot and it has been reliable

interesting highlight, the car is really modern inside and just works amazing !

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

my ford explorer it's a great car for big families, has a lot of space and it's a pretty neat car. It has amazing sound and an amazing screen, has Bluetooth capacity, and great bass, the seats are comfortable and neat, it's very big and works like a charm, haven't had any problem with it and it looks like a modern car, and I just love it !!

Okay Car. Good on gas but questionable performance

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

I had to get the ignition changed, difficulties starting it. Its noisy, but has enough space for my family and has good gas mileage. Sometimes I question its overall performance, it shakes and makes weird noises. But, overall very reliable. It is not a luxury vehicle and is not extremely comfortable, but is nice enough.

Great car for anyone who needs more space than a sedan

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

The drivetrain is a little delayed. Doesn't pick up and go really well. However, it is very reliable and comfortable. It has auto high beams and radar cruise control, both excellent features. I also really love the auto liftgate and the tap the door handle to lock and unlock making getting in and out of the car very easy

King of the road. I am 45 and have only had 2 other vehicles that were not ford.

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

Love American made vehicles. Any minor problems are easy to fix. Every ford I have had has taken me well over 100,000 miles with no issues and got good value on trade. Love the comfort of my explorer. Feels like I am king of the road. The features are second to none and offers many different packages to choose from.

We nicknamed our Explorer 'The Beast'

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

We purchased our Explorer used in 2014, since then we have not had any major issues, other than normal wear and tear. We have 4 children, each of which have their own activities, meaning driving all over the city is almost a daily occurrence. The Explorer remains reliable. I plan to keep it as long as I can.

Trendy and totally comfortable

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

My vehicle is very reliable, safe and comfortable. I like that the design is trendy and fits my sense of style. I enjoy that it has a big body so that everyone can come for a ride and fit comfortably. The 3rd row seating is a plus. I look forward to buying another Ford in the future.

A pain in the behind, when it comes to repairs

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

Good for small family. Not as big or roomy for being a 3rd row seat. Had some issues with heater/ac and interlock ignition switch. Transmissions are not that good. Gas mileage is bad. Sunroof has leaked water. Good thing is no rust, and fits 2 car seats on the middle seat.

Ford Explorer: Buy or Don't Buy?

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

Runs really well. Not that bad on gas either, mileage is decent. Hasn't broken down that often. No problems with brake pads or anything. Usually people have problems with a Ford, but I haven't personally ran into any issues involving my vehicle. Would buy another one.

Great car with comfortable seats

2010 Ford Explorer XLT

My problems with my car is starting it up but other than that it is a great car it is really comfortable and the performance is good also it doesn't really have that many features. It is in great condition and works well except for the problem with starting it up
