The navigation has been great in going to football and basketball games.
I have had no problems with my vehicle. The performance has been good with gas mileage at 23 mpg. Also the navigation system has really been helpful as well as heated seats. The 3rd row seats work well for my grandsons football games. Also the parking assist and backing camera work will for me.

Explore with explorer. Anything else is less.
Can feel like it is tipping on some highway curves. Very comfortable and reliable. No repairs needed so far except one suspension recall. Traction modes add greatly to ability to drive towing, off road, or on snow. Backup camera and proximity alarm invaluable. Great turning radius, handles really well. Stock entertainment system is top notch.

Ford explorer: a safe way to explore.
My ford explorer is more than just a set of wheels to get me where I am going. It gets me there safely and in comfort. It is loaded with great options like heated seats and cooled seats. There are separate air controls in the back seat for my passengers comfort too. When I am ready for adventure, it tows my 2,500 pound camper like a champ. It is also fun to put it in four wheel drive and take the roads less traveled. The third row allows me to take many friends/family along too.

The third row seating flips up and turns into stadium seats.
I like my car mainly because it is reliable. I have owned my car for 3 years and it has never broken down on me. The only thing I have ever had to replace was my touch screen inside, however that could've happened to anyone. It is big enough for my family of 5, yet sporty looking and I do not feel like I am driving a bus. My car has heated leather seats which is probably my favorite thing about my car. It also has Bluetooth, electric seats and a backup camera, as well as a touch screen. We looked at many vehicles and out of all of the SUVs I liked the explorer had the most room with the third row up for groceries or travel. The Tahoe and other SUVs had the same amount of room from the back seat to the back hatch length wise, however the explorer is deeper in the back so you can stack more stuff, whereas the other vehicles we looked at was not deep so you only had a few inches of space to put your things in.

It is great for family adventures.
Great for gas. 4x4 comes in use a lot. I have 4 kids so it is great to fit for them. The trunk is pretty big. I can put my dog in the back because it is a big space. It is great to take the family to the beach in. You can pack a lot in the back there is containers in the back to store. Spare tire is on the bottom of the car.

I love my vehicle. Very spacious smooth ride.
Love my explorer. Had issues with the heating/ac only blowing out of the face vents and now defrost or feet. Ride is smooth, very spacious and love having the 3rd row with children. I would have personally picked a darker color if I were to buy another explorer. White seems to show all of the dirt in my opinion.

Plenty of space and comfort for the whole family!
I love the how the explorer offers the comfort and space I need for my whole family, including our large dog. The 3rd row of seats is a major bonus! I like the touch screen on the dash which gives me a clear and detailed picture when using the GPS. The seats and all comfortable for long trips and the heating option for the front seats is fantastic during the winter.

Durable and family friendly.
The only issues I have had are with the 'plastics'. Door handles, trims etc have fallen off. They have all been replaced or are pending replacement now. Even the inside of the car, the door panels all had to be replaced. They have mentioned to me at the dealer there were many defective parts, that are only cosmetic.

Black explorer with leather, two sunroofs, back up camera and automatic hatch.
I have had this car for a few months and have not really had too many problems. The sunroof was broke and we had to have that fixed, but that is the only problem we have had. It drives nice and is fairly comfortable. It has been a reliable vehicle and only cost about $20 to fill the tank. The cargo space is a good size and the leather seats are nice. I would prefer a little more leg room for the backseat. I have a rear facing car seat and it barely fits behind the drivers seat and I am only 5’3”. Over all, I would say it is a nice reliable car.

Great vehicle for young families.
I love my explorer. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in. Even on long trips. With the 3rd row folded up I can fit all 4 of my kids' car seats and buckle them in. I purchased the vehicle used and in the last year out about 50,000 miles on it and haven't had and mechanical problems yet. Three only thing I do not like is the controls for heat and radio tuning are touch not buttons so wrong buttons get hit or bumped a lot.

Reliable family car even for the dog.

Ford explorer: a pretty reliable buy!
The vehicle is a wonderful drive, very smooth, and quiet. I would note that unfortunately, a year or two after purchase the hood started to peel. I would say it might just be this model but the peeling was very bad. Other than this I love the interior, leather seating that has stood up through average wear and tear. And I especially love the seats how they can all be put down for a huge back space. Which helped move us from one house to another. So much so that we only needed the movers for the big furniture.

My ford explorer and it is valuable features.
I have never had any problems with this car. It rides very comfortable and it handles very well. It is well designed and it gets good gas mileage. It has a sport trim upgrade with leather and suede seating and heated seats. It is a good car for kids and travel as it can seat 7 people with its 3rd row seating and roomy cargo space.

Heated steering wheel and automatic start.
It is overall a really reliable vehicle. Rarely have any issues with the car itself besides the maintenance you need to keep up with. Only problem with these ford explorers that are 2015 and older are the water pump problems. It is an expensive fix and that is really the only thing that can go wrong. Besides that it is really comfortable, really reliable and built for any weather.

Comfortable SUV with great features.
The SUV has so far been very reliable. I haven't had to do anything besides basic maintenance. The only true gripe I have is when I accelerate onto the freeway there is an exhaust smell inside the cabin. The seats are extremely comfortable for long trips, the engine is powerful enough to tow things with, and the SUV has great suspension and drives smoothly. I also enjoy the fact that it is easier to take onto a dirt road for some fun dessert time.

Has been a great family car.
I have not had any problems with this car. It has suits my family needs, and travels well. We are constantly on the go, and it holds all that we need as we go back and forth. The only thing I would have preferred was to have leather seats. This has been a great purchase.

Great family car with plenty of room and storage.
My ford explorer is my business car. It is very comfortable to drive. There enough space in the vehicle to drive with 4 adults and luggage space for 4 going on a week trip. It is easy to drive and has great speed for the freeway. The car drives quietly and has good air in front and back and places to charge your smartphone.

Very good SUV, will replace it with same model!
I find it very comfortable on long trips. Travel on long trips of up to 500 miles in a day. Have had only standard maintenance ie oil changes, tire rotation etc. Tire ware has been good. Have averaged 20.7 miles per gallon in 80,000 miles. Will get another explore when I trade.

2015 ford explorer that goes and keeps on going.
Super reliable truck. Easily tows a trailer. Very comfortable and efficient. Low maintenance on repairs. This truck has barely given me any issues at all. The interior is durable especially with a kid. It has great power and the ride is smooth. I feel like I own the road when I am driving my truck.

Great family cars for those who want a vehicle that is not too large.
The size of the ford explorer is great, we have all leather interior which helps keep the seats clean. We have had very few issues but recently we did have some issues with our ac not working. Other than the active car has been working very well and it makes it easy to travel with the family.

Buying an explorer. Sport version is twin turbo black on black.
I love that it has black sport rims it's definitely an eye catcher. The black on black makes it look sharp too. I like how well it drives it's very smooth and you don't feel all the bumps on the road. I would say anyone that was thinking about buying a SUV, definitely consider and explore. You won't regret your decision.

Good seating and storage room.
I love how much room there is for seating. Having the third row really helps with extra seating. When the third row is down there is plenty of room for storage. I like the 4x4 settings on a dial. Gas usage is not to bad considering its a bigger vehicle. Haven't had a lot of mechanical issues. Just under 100,000 miles and still going strong. I am so glad that we bought an explorer and not a smaller vehicle.

2015 ford explorer review.
My ford explorer has been a reliable car. The seats are comfortable, which is important to me. I have not had any major repairs. The one issue I have had is with the paint. I owned a ford expedition and had the same issue with the black paint flaking.Overall, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and comfortable ride.

Decent vehicle experience.
We wanted a 3rd row vehicle. Overall we are pretty happy with ours. We haven't had any mechanical issues just regular maintenance. Only downfall is there is not a lot of room in the back. We like to be comfortable and the back seats don't provide much legroom. An average size adult is not very comfortable sitting in the back, whether it be the middle row or back.

Safety features, warning you about driving too close, lane departure & side mirror lights.
I think my Explorer will last a long time. My old Explorer has 200,000 miles, hoping I have the same luck. I like the warnings, driving too close, lights on the mirrors telling me cars are along side me and lane departure warnings. I wish I picked a different color, don't like the white. My navigation is out of date and it tells me it can't be updated, that's ridiculous.

The Ford Explorer is roomy, comfortable and reliable.

The seat heaters are nice but living in AZ I should have opted for the air conditioned seats. It's been reliable and I love the look of it. Enjoying my 2015 ford explorer.
The has been a good, dependable and reliable family vehicle for my children and I. It is comfortable, has plenty of seating space but does lack in cargo space. The only issue I have had is with the air conditioning system needing to be cleaned regularly each summer for a moldy smell which is a nuisance and inconvenience.

Plenty of space and easy to maneuver.
Had to replace two wheel bearings which makes it difficult to drive in the winter. Wish I would have got it in 4 wheel drive. Really nice vehicle. Great for larger families while not being too large. Fits my 17 year old daughter well in the back seat she is 5’8”. No regrets on buying this vehicle the price was right.

It runs really well. Wish I had 3 of them.
The rsc speed sensor will go out and trigger the roll stability control. Had to disconnect the alarm. The light still comes on at times but unhook the dinger and all is well. This is the only issue that I know of. I love my explorer., it still runs like a dream. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

2015 ford explorer review.
I have had a few problems with my vehicle for example factory safety recall parts had to be replaced and now the check engine light is on. It is very fast and performs well though. It is also comfortable and pretty roomy. I love the seat warmers and the remote start key fob.

Third row stow and go seating.
I have a 2015 ford explorer, very dependable SUV. We are a big family with three dogs and we all fit. I own the base model so the vehicle is pretty basic. If I could personally change one thing it would be the four wheel drive knob. The know is located by the shifter and when my dogs ride with me the change the setting while driving down the road. If the 4x4 was a button on the dashboard, the ford explorer would have received a five star rating!

Ford explorer built tough great family vehicle.
Quite a few recalls but ford was quick to get them out and fixed. Very safe family car. Sits high so people short like myself can see over. Gets up and goes and does well in any climate. I would say a negative would be going the speed limit and feeling like your going 30 mph. Positive I have had my vehicle since 100 miles and no problems other than the ones I have done myself.

Great, roomy SUV for a family.
I love my ford explorer. It is very roomy and comfortable. The sound system is amazing. I love that the third row adds more seating, but is easy to fold down to give more room in the back for hauling large items. The interior is very easy to keep clean, even with toting two dogs around daily. The only issue I have with my 2015 limited model, is that it does not have a back hatch control button which makes loading difficult sometimes. Otherwise, it is a great family vehicle.

2015 Explorer review, definitely a winner in my book.
It is reliable, comfortable and drives well. I just wish it had better acceleration. The heated seats are great and has a great stereo system. The back hatch closes with a touch of a button. The car is very spacious and ideal for a family of four but can easily fit up to 6 passengers.

Love my ruby red explorer.
I love the look both inside and outside. Very roomy. Doesn't eat up a ton of gas. On the negative side, the radio has terrible reception. Every time you pass under a bridge the radio turns to static. Cosmetically the inside of the car needs periodic fixing and upkeep.

Great vehicle for growing families!
We have been extremely happy with our ford explorer. It is spacious enough to accommodate two rear facing car seats in the second row, and we love being able to quickly convert the third row into extra storage space when we need it. The flex file option helps us save money on gas. Maintenance has been minimal, have only had to replace a few sensors, which my husband was able to do himself.

My ford explorer experience.
There were alot of issues in the beginning, but all were covered by warranty. There is a lot of room, I love all the options, like the navigation, power everything, panoramic moonroof, which the kids love too. There isn't anything I am missing in the vehicle. It handles around town and long car rides.

Overall love for the vehicles for the space, safety and comfort.
Love the comfort. The vehicle is very spacious. The leather interior and added features in the interior are a nice touch. Very easy to drive. Love the additional safety features. I have had several small problems with is including the fuse in the sun/moonroof not closing the shade, the screen on the dash stopped working and needed to be reset, and several times on long trips the gas mileage display did not refresh after refueling and did not do so until days later.

Great 2015 explorer review.
No issues. Been very reliable and dependable. Runs smooth and so far no repairs that needed to be complete other than normal maintenance. Would certainly buy again but will likely upgrade to a higher trim level. Good gas mileage. I have not tried to put e85 in yet however.

Gas guzzler! Not a good car if you have a long commute.
The drive can be jerky at times with acceleration. And it is definitely a gas guzzler. I believe the internal parts are cheaply made. Specifically in the backseat in the charging location the flap broke off a week later. The seats do not fold down evenly which is part of the trunk. One is always higher than the other one fold it down.

I have had no major problems with my vehicle. This is the second explorer we have purchased and will buy another in the future. It very reliable, comfortable for long drives and has all the perks. Heated leather seats are a must in the winter. Also very reliable in snowy weather.

I love my explorer. I really do not have any issues rather than the regular maintenance that comes along with it. Right now I am experiencing strut problems, but it is nothing that cannot be fixed. Other than that there is nothing that I can complain about. I love all the features and that it is awesome.

Comfortable with room for everyone!
I love my ford explorer. It has so much room for me, my family and even the dog. We use it for all our road trips to see family and friends up and down the east coast. All the seats are comfortable, both in the front, middle and back. The third row folding seat allows us to tag along more people for those Christmas light drives or trips into the city.

My car is amazing and I love the seat settings option!
I absolutely love my ford explorer! The only issue I had was the battery dying. Besides that I have loved everything about it! I love that we got the sport. It has so many amazing features. Love the lightning and how yuh can change colors.
I love this car. It is rest with the captains chairs in the back seat for kids. The third row is excellent. Folds down for storage when traveling. Performance is great. A four door family vehicle, but looks sporty with all the ease of driving
I first bought the vehicle just because I wanted a SUV and liked how the Explorer looked on the outside. I test drove this and was amazed at how it drove. So quiet and smooth. Good acceleration. Let alone all the amenities inside. The dash, the backup camera, the leather interior and the 3rd row seat was so nice. I love the large screen that has everything I would ever want right at my finger tips.. I have a disability with my legs. I wanted a SUV for the ease of getting in and out without having to lift my legs. The Explorer is perfect. The ease of getting in and out is right at the perfect level. Apon having the Explorer for a couple weeks, my husband wanted to check the engine oil to first make sure it was not burning oil and had a crappy engine and second to just make sure it was all in good working order. He checked the engine oil and the Explorer hadn't used a drop. He was very pleased at how everything looked and how it was running. I have had it now about a year and absolutely love everything about it. Love how it looks, its sporty, not just a mom vehicle, it looks cool. It drives amazing, and has a great interior.

I love that it has. Third row seating but the seats go down so my trunk can be bigger. I like how the high beams turn themselves on and off when needed and how the windshield wipers do the same thing. I love how spacious the car is. My family friendly SUV, I'll never change cars.
I love my explorer. I feel safe in it. The back up camera and GPS are great features, I also love having a Bluetooth setup for hands free phone calls. The AWD comes in handy in the snow. It has a 3rd row which fit my family perfectly. Doing groceries is a breeze with all the trunk space. I can fit a stroller and all of my groceries even with my family in the car.

Reliable SUV for a decent price.
The explorer is reliable but ford has had at least 3 recalls on this model. I avoided the latest recall update. It was an update to use outside air filtered and seemed to limit the cooling in hot and humid Texas. The mpg is better than I expected, I usually average 22+ mpg as I am doing mostly highway miles.

I love how comfortable it is to drive. It has every feature you could possibly want. Everything is at a touch of a button. There screen is a touch screen so easy to use while driving. Comfort, performance and versatile.

Great for a large family who does not want a minivan but needs the space. Very roomy inside for an infant and toddler car seat. Love the smoothness of the ride and the heated seats in the winter. Another plus is that it has adjustable pedals for us shorter people. Gas mileage not the best but not a deal breaker.

What my explorer has to offer; can handle kids and snow no problem.
I needed a vehicle that would get me through the South Dakota winter snow. My explorer sure can get that done. Great vehicle. Very comfortable for road trips. Has 3rd row seating which is super helpful for the kids. All their bags and sports equipment fit in there no problem! I am not used to the gas mileage quite yet.

Doesn't drive like a tank!
Super comfortable and even though it's larger (3rd row seat model) it does not feel like it when you're driving. Lots of nice features. Would definitely buy another!

Room for everybody, grandkids and the dog!
I love my explorer, I have had it for 5 years now and have had no major problems. I tow a small 17 foot camping trailer with it and it handles great. I have 3 grandkids and a large dog and we've managed to fit in all of us and all of our “stuff” needed for a week long vacation. The rear seat is very easy to put up and down and with it up I still have plenty of cargo space. The navigation system has never worked right, it puts me in the middle of nowhere and I have to stop and shut off the car in order for it to re-center. Also if I have my phone charging cord across it then the a/c keeps coming on. I would purchase another explorer in the future.

The explorer is a great car that is good for getting around with great control.
I enjoy my car. It is a good get-around car driving from place to place. I use it casually, and I think it would be more helpful if it was more sturdy. Because I use it on poor roads or off roads, the attached pieces of the car are important to be built with durability. On the whole, I like it. Just things like the small pieces that get damaged over time could be better.

I enjoy having seat warmers and easy controllable settings.
The ford explorer XLT is a spacious, luxury car! Perfect for a family of five. Reliable easy for maintenance. Comfortable for road trips and very spacious trunk for packing. I have not had any problems or concerns on this vehicles I absolutely love it!

Love the Ford Explorer for its room and ease of driving.
I recently bought my Ford Explorer trading in a minivan. While I miss the stow and go from the van, I love how much room there is in the 2nd row seating. I have had adults sit there and all have commented how comfortable it is. As far as driving, it is smooth and does not have the big truck feel like the other vehicles I test drove.

Soccer mom absolute must have.
The ford explorer is really such a lovely vehicle. Great on space for young/middle aged children (non bucket seat model) and overall performance. The only con that I have is not buying a model with captain seats for the middle row. I'll likely have to upgrade to a bigger model vehicle as my children enter teenage years. The technology that it has to offer is also a huge bonus!

2015 ford explorer, a very reliable car.
My ford explorer does not have an problems that I notice. It is a very smooth ride for me and my family. It is a very safe vehicle. There are leather seats, seat warmers, the ability to remote start, and just a very relaxing car. I drive explorers for work as well and they can do almost anything. I drive a lot for my job and I have had this car for about 3 years and it has not broken down on me or anything. It is a very reliable car.

Not a car for tall people, otherwise a great car.
This car is great for gas mileage on long trips, but it is a small fit for my tall husband. His legs get cramped on the long trips we make to visit family. The kids have plenty of room in the back though now, but as they get older I feel that they will run out of room as they grow.

Drives well comfortable roomy good gas mileage roomy fit 7 people I can move furniture.. Looks beautiful.. Takes the curves well.. Great in all weather.

It is a wonderful family vehicle.
I wish it had electric start. Also wish it had the steering wheel warmer. Other than that I love my car. It has four wheel drive seat warmers in front. I guess that would be nice in the back also. It has the tow package. I guess it could have more storage room. It is roomy for my family.

Ford explorer: comfortable, made for the open road.
The 2015 ford explorer limited is a comfortable and smooth ride. The gas mileage is average to poor. However, anyone that has risen or driven in it says it is one of the most comfortable vehicles. It has some get up and go, but not as much as I was hoping for. The handling is great on long trips and I am able to fit a lot of people in it with plenty of room.

Roomy for a family of 5 but not big enough for a family plus luggage
I love my car! The only thing I dislike is that it's smaller than my last (a Tahoe). I wish it had more features for the price I paid as well.

Moms and tall husbands love this car!
Even the base model of this vehicle has bells and whistles. Power seats, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, third row seating with car seat anchors at both 2nd and 3rd rows, and a v6 engine. I love the ease with which I can change the 3rd row to add cargo or add seating if needed. I am a mom of two young kids and I love that I have enough room for my 6'5' husband and four car seats and can still carry decent cargo in the back. This vehicle was a huge step up from my top of the line Toyota Avalon but I do miss the leather interior, and memory and heated seats. Those are the only changes I would make if I traded up.

Love everything about my car. Would definitely buy another generation.
No real issues. Love everything about the car. Ford sync is really nice. Have an older version of sync, so the voice commands could be better. Free map updates which is a huge plus. But haven't any major issues or problems. Ford service is great. Did have a recall but they were quick to mail me and let me know and got it fixed quickly.

Sport package give me zip and style.
My explorer has lots of room for hauling my stuff. The ecoboost motor is very zippy to get around with. Love the heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel is the best. Sport package is very stylish with the pearl white color. Especially the black wheels.

I love the way it drives.
I love my car wish was little more room in back. But it is more room than a Tahoe. I do love the leather interior. I also like that it is push button 4wd. These button to move seats are a plus. I also wished that the seats were easier to push to move.

Great, spacious, luxurious affordable ford explorer that will shock you comfort.
My ford explorer is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. It is sleek design makes it look and feel like a luxury car, at a more affordable price. The black leather interior with heated and cooled front seats makes driving all year round comfortable at just the right temperature. The double moon roof gives the vehicle a beautiful scope of sunlight and, of course, moonlight. The 6 seater fits everyone comfortable and I have never gotten complaints of being too crowded. The third row electronically folds down which helps when you've got your hands full of groceries or large bags. Let’s not forget to mention the electric tailgate that offers the same simplicity. Even if I was not an avid ford-owner, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone to use for daily commute or a great family car.

Worst car I ever bought.
I would not recommend this car. This is my 3rd ford car two mustangs and one SUV always kept my cars serviced at ford service centers. My engine comes car knocks now costly repairs for a car I brought brand new

No Don’t do it! Five tow bills now with less than 10,000 miles and yet Ford says there is nothing wrong with the car. Time to trade for sure.

It is almost 100% American made. A lot of people look for that in a car.
My explorer is a limited edition. Equipped with a Sony interface system. I love the big screen, the backup camera is great, and the controls are easy to master. I enjoy the Bluetooth feature and regularly use it to make calls or listen to Pandora from my phone. It has 3rd row seating which will accommodate my growing family. We have had no issues so far with the vehicle.

Awesome and amazing that rides smoothly and comfortably.
The explorer is great performing vehicle that I get good gas mileage to the gallon. I bought vehicle new and haven't had no issues. The SUV can for 8. Ppl comfortably or you can put up back seats for cargo space that is big enough to hold a lot of stuff.

An amazing SUV all around.
This car is great for speed. It is a turbo engine and accelerates nicely. Never any issues with this vehicle. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a SUV that is sporty! This SUV has lots of space and a panoramic sunroof for amazing sky views.
