Has quirks but fun to drive
I bought this car as a certified pre-owned and have to say having some issues with the computer like other people. I have been to the dealer several times and problem not fixed yet but ford has been trying their best to figure things out. Currently awaiting the APIM to fix the problem which plagued many of the 2020 explorers and aviators. I'm a little disappointed in the cheap feel of some of the buttons IE window buttons and door arm rest. That aside this car does ride nicely and fun to drive. Very impressed by the power of the 4 cyl ecoboost. I I was so happy with my ford flex and wish they still made them. However, love the aggressive look of the 2020 explorer model year and up.

Love it!!!
I’ve had my 2020 explorer a little over a year now and I love everything about it!!! No mechanical issues, no performance issues !!

A terrific all-round performer.
The new model explorers have terrific acceleration and maneuverability, are spacious and comfortable and have expanded cargo sections. As well as being roomy and a fantastic drive, the vehicle also seems to have ironed out earlier onboard computer problems and, so far, I do not think I have had a single complaint, mechanical or otherwise.

2020 rapid red St that's fun to drive.
Great horsepower, great looks, a lot of high tech features. A lot of safety features. Great seat. Good mileage. Fun to drive. I like the sport mode a lot. Four wheel drive is nice. Rear wheel drive so handling is good. Love the heated seats and steering wheel with the colder weather.

2020 ford explorer is amazing.
It is had issues with shifting and the back up camera, but they’re fixing those issues. It is super comfortable and has all of the best features. It has heated front and second row seats. Heated steering wheel. Sun/moonroof. Easy access to the third row.

Air conditioned seats need to be mandatory.
Love everything about my car. Adaptive cruise control is awesome. Heated steering wheel and remote start will be great for the winter in the early mornings. Lane departure and sensors to make sure I stay awake and drive in my lane while keeping my hands on the wheel. Great mileage and drivability. Great deals out there, have the maintenance packages as well as 0% Apr. Only complaint is no air conditioned seats.

Clunky transmission gets worse Carry jumper cables
Avoid this mistake. Transmission failed at 6700 miles. Dead battery - deep sleep mode once a month. 2017 explorer was great so sad we traded it in on this 2020 piece of junk

Perfect vehicle for a family to own.
I would have to say that I am 100% satisfied with my ford explore.r I am extremely happy with all of the technology features that it contains and I am also very happy with its performance on the road. The vehicle is also luxurious and very comfortable to ride in I have no complaints whatsoever.

Vehicle collision warning system.
My ford explorer is very reliable. The one complaint I have about the vehicle is that it will sometimes indicate a potential collision when there are no other vehicles nor objects around. This particular warning has occurred several times. Also software updates require a remote start to take effect.

THIS IS EXPENSIVE TRASH.
Where to start with this piece of trash. I ended up with the 2020 XLT Ford Explorer, because in Nov 2020 my truck was totaled out due to someone driving up underneath it. Anyways, I got this vehicle because I needed to be able to put 3 car seats in it. It has the third row seating and I hadn’t (at the time) seen any bad reviews. Well, since getting the car I’ve had transmission issues like crazy. At first my husband didn’t believe me until he drove it further than a block. We got the vehicle Nov 30, 2020. Didn’t drive it much because I’m a SAHM, I was pregnant, and had a toddler and infant. So I didn’t leave much and my husband has his own vehicle. Well, once I got to my weekly appointments my husband noticed the hard shifting, the lunging, the not wanting to shift, and my rpms getting stuck. In February 2021 we put the vehicle in reverse, backed up came to a complete stop, put the vehicle in drive and let off the brake. Next thing we know there was a sound like someone hit us and the car lunged forward so hard it felt like we had be rear ended. I finally nagged my husband enough about taking it in because now we have a 1yr old, 3yr old, and newborn. Transmission slips when going up/down an incline, shifts hard in general, doesn’t want to shift, RPMS jump and stick, and about all the other issues everyone is having. (Eye roll) we took it in March 8, 2021 and got it back March 11, 2020. While they had it trying to see what the issue was we had them change the oil as well. Come to find out it was 2 quarts low on TF (4K miles on the vehicle.) apparently some of the explorers had bad seals and this is a common issue on several Explorers. Yesterday (03/26/2021) my husband calls me to tell me all of my antifreeze shot out of the exhaust pipe. (Huge eye roll) he asked me if it had been running hot earlier that morning (I had to take newborn to a dr apt.) I said no, it had not according to the sensor and the dash... He said when he went to take the exit off the highway the car lurched forward, shifted hard, made a god awful noise, and the gauged for the thermostat jumped all the way to hot, then the antifreeze shot out of the exhaust. F**king amazing right?... Not. My two toddlers were with him too. Luckily they weren’t far from a Ford house. Now, I am without a vehicle for God only knows how long and don’t know how long before I get an answer on who, what, when, where, why, and how. I’m pretty d**n upset because the vehicle is only 4 months with 5,027 miles on it. My husbands truck does not have AC and it’s getting too hot to have the babies in his truck. Even if it’s 70° here it feels 90° and humid. So, I do NOT recommend this vehicle to anyone ever. Oh and the screen on for the stereo blacks out randomly, the ac doesn’t seem to work in the back seats, goes into deep sleep mode a lot, and several other minor annoyances. Now I’m stuck paying for $35K trash. After reading A variety of reviews, it seems this vehicle was a HUGE mistake. (Sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors. Also, that this is so long.)

Good for families, great entertainment, spacious.
Only 12k miles and I need to replace a part - cannot remember what it is. Issue is causing loss of power. Like the entertainment system and the organizer in the second row. Wish there were more USB ports in very back seats. Overall vehicle has been reliable - I like the assisted driving features. Sometime the back gate will freak out and open whenever we just get close to it.

This car makes comfort a priority, in the best way!
We have captain seats and absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and really convenient for car rides with our family. The interior is super comfortable and the heated seats are to die for. The car drives amazing and we have yet to have any issues. Gas mileage is great for how large the vehicle is.

This is a really great car!
It is a great SUV. We have 2 small children in rear facing car seats and we all fit comfortably. It drives really nicely and was easy to adjust to. My only issue is a glitching back up camera which seems to be an issue with the 2020 as I know other people with the same problem.

Ford explorer 2020 XLT compared to the 2019 model.
The 2020 explorer shape is not as aesthetically pleasing as the 2019 explorer model. It is more rounded from the back. The 2020 model also has less boot space. One cannot set the economy fuel consumption to the default mode. Every time the car turns off it resets.

The ford explorer is an extremely comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. Sound system is spectacular and I love the navigation package. I am looking forward to the heated seats and steering wheel for the winter. Very roomy interior, fits my family of 5 comfortably. The ford co-pilot assist is fantastic. 2020 St explorer - awesome upgrades and great ride.
Vehicle has a lot of power, love the look and feel of the SUV. Sometimes the radio has a delay when switching between channels when you first turn your car on. Electronics are slow and the dash in front of the steering wheel sometimes displays the wrong information from the radio (such as the song and radio station).

No problems on my vehicle. It is a brand new 2020 explorer and it has the features you would want in today’s vehicles. Worse SUV ever
My 2020 xlt has about 3700 miles on it and has been sitting at the dealer for two weeks waiting for a new transmission to be placed. It started jerking and shifting hard about a month after I got it and got progressively worse to the point where I felt unsafe driving it. Save your self the hassle and buy something reliable.

Nice, comfortable car, but check the brake pedal which is very small.
Lots of new safety innovations. Ride is smooth and pickup is excellent. Nice computer display. Brake pedal is too small! Roomy interior and I like that they installed the car mats. Gas mileage is excellent although the automatic start when stopped at intersections alloys my wife.

Love this vehicle! It is fast and safe. It has plenty of room for all the family. The trunk is great, with extra storage for groceries. I love the features it has, especially the large monitor. Spacious vehicle that is great for transporting outdoor sports gear and a family. We had some transmission problems right when we received the car and uncovered there was a faulty part that ford knew of for this model. Ford repaired at no cost. The explorer offers many amenities and is a great vehicle.
My favorite feature is the heated steering wheel. It is amazing especially on super cold days. The vehicle drives well and is very comfortable to ride in for long periods of time. My only dislike is not having a blindspot mirror. My old vehicle had this and I feel it was much more useful than the light that pops on now because I could actually see everything around my vehicle and I wasn't relying on technology.

The car is the perfect size for my family, which is small in numbers but very tall. 1 month with the ford explorer St, wow!
The 2020 ford explorer St is a 9 out of 10. The explorer St for the 2020 model year is powered by the new 3.0l twin turbo ecoboost, rated hp and torque of 400/410 respectively. All that power is transferred to the 10 speed transmission to the intelligent four wheel drive. The vehicle is equipped with several performance modes, normal, eco, sport, tow/haul, slippery, and trail. Each if these mode can change the character of the St from driving and shifting like a trailer towing truck with its electric downshift, or your grandmother's SUV or the performance vehicle it really is. The areas where ford fell short, the speed of the digital display especially the center dashboard mounted flat screen. The auto emergency braking in reverse the vehicle will stop with full force without audible notice from the proximity sensor system, this has happened three times, just backing into my driveway due to my trash can begin 2 to 3 ft away laterally. The recovery is garbage and has twice as much as clearance as necessary to accept a standard 2 inch hitch. The pros greatly outweigh the cons and I would buy another knowing all of this.

Comfortable, stylish, and affordable.
Extremely comfortable! Plenty of space in the 3rd row, but when the 3rd row is in use, there is virtually no trunk space. I have not had any major issues thus far; I do have a leaky seal in my windshield that is allowing condensation inside in the afternoons. But this issue only happens about 1x week to every other week. I do like the captain chairs are now standard in the 2020.

Do not buy!
Save the money and the headaches. Do not buy a 2020 for explorer. There is nothing good about a car that is constantly in the shop. The transmission is horrible. The car vibrates at high speed. The interior is extremely loud. Dealerships as well as corporate do not care if you are satisfied. Months old numerous times in the shop for various repairs. They will reset it and within a few hundred miles your right back where you started! Paint repairs do not match. My back hatch is crooked after repairs and they say it's good. Still waiting on the paint repair for that. Overall worst car I have ever owned. Massively overpriced for a horrible vehicle

Terrible electronics
I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST in August 2019 and almost immediatly started seeing issues with the elecronic system ranging from terrible audio issues trying to use the USB port to lumbar memory issues, to inactive screen issues to voice recognition and others. I have documented these issues begining in October 2019 to date and although my dealership has worked closely with me in trying to solve them Ford has turned a blind eye to my problems. Bottom line, I love the cars performance, comfort, handling etc. But would not recommend it to friends or relatives.

Noisy fuel injectors
I waited so long --- 20 years! To get a new vehicle just for me. I had friends who have had Explorers for the last 5-6 years, and they loved them and I thought it would be a great vehicle.... For the most part it is.. The noisy fuel injectors threw me off.. Was driving as 2006 Ford Escape- great little vehicle- and it's quieter than the new Ford!. Little upset that the interior dings up so easy... It's just my husband and I but first time putting a small suitcase in and it slid against interior? Left marks... For the most part I enjoy the Explorer, just little disappointed in some areas...

My 2020 Ford Explorer has been a problem since day one. Has been in and out of the service department several times and I had a loaner vehicle for the first few weeks of having the car. Now the transmission jerks and is having problems with less that 5k miles on it. Bluetooth is terrible and sounds like I’m under water when trying to speak on the phone. Driver seat is not set properly after it was fixed the first week for not working. To any other issues to list them all. Quality
I have a 2020 Explorer St I purchased new and though by the end of November 2019 they had solved the issues. For the 1st 14 months the car was fine except for rear tail light failure. It was covered under warranty. I was also informed if I had to pay for it the cost was $1,200. So much for LED lighting. Suddenly when I started the car and pullled away every light was flashing and to my amazement I also had no brakes. Pushing as hard as I could to the floor I finally got it to stop. I turned it off and after 5 minutes restarted it to. Most things worked again except there was failure warnings for the parking, break, auto hold and a few other lights. I am now waiting 2 weeks as the part that failed is still not available. This is too bad as I generally like the ST model due to its rear drive chassis, power, handling, breaking and style. Ford did a terrible job refining this vehicle before they produced it. They also neglected to design the interior to be more upscale for a car with a sticker of 55-60k.

2020 has bad transmissions new off the lot!
2020 Ford Explorer Platinum, all my life all I have ever driven is Fords since becoming an adult. Never had many issues at all so I decided to stick w/my Fords. Drove my new Platinum off the lot July 3rd of this year. W/in the month my platinum tried dying on me 2 different times w/in 5 mins the whole electrical components totally glitches out & my SUV acted as if it didn’t want to shift gears. Took it into the Ford house, I got it from & they kept it 3-4days. Ford called me said it was ready was told it was just a chip that had to be replaced that was in August. Didn’t seem to have any other issues after that so I thought the problem was fixed. On October 5th that evening when I would go to slow down or barely put any pressure on the brake petal my 3 month old New 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum was jerky & lunging forward. The longer length of time the car was being driven the worse the loud noises w/the jerking/lunging would get. The shop was closed at the Ford house so I couldn’t call till the next day in which I left messages so I could set up a time to bring my SUV in. I got no return phone call from service on Tuesday nor by the afternoon of Wednesday so I called & asked to speak w/the Ford House supervisor. I explained to him as stated above & I told him very firmly that I should not be having any issues out of a brand new 60K vehicle & when I bring it in I will now be w/out a car while mine is in the shop. They did put me in a rental but after 9days no word on the issue w/my vehicle I call them again & come to find out from the service guy David my transmission is bad & they are awaiting parts to attempt to fix the problem. As I stated above all I have ever had in vehicles as an adult has been Fords w/very little to no issues. Now this 2020 platinum that I have been admiring since the end of 2019, I decide to make the biggest vehicle purchase of my life. I honestly feel I’ve made the worst mistake & they sold me a LEMON! I think Ford needs to do right by their customers & give us new replacements(new vehicles) w/no issues as the only reason I decided to buy a new SUV was b/c my Eddie Bauer was 13yrs old & got totaled out in a massive hail storm & had 178,000 miles on it. I’m fear if a brand new vehicle is already having transmission issues the SUV will just continue to have more problems. ***HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THIS VEHICLE ***

I absolutely love my ford explorer!!
I love my car. It has great gas mileage especially for an SUV. It is super comfortable for the driver and passengers. It has a very smooth ride for a truck. I love everything about my explorer! There are three rows which I love and it is not a minivan!

Love the sporty new ford explorer.
Love my explorer, it rides so smooth, love the second row captains chairs- perfect for adults sitting in the back. I went with the limited because of the heated seats and steering wheel. I have had fords for the past 20 years, they are very reliable and are easy to fix.

Love the third row. Easy to put up or down.
I would prefer it started on regular drive versus eco. So far that is our only issue. The car drives nice, has great pick-up, and I feel safe. Kids love the car as well. It is a perfect hockey car with plenty of room for both his skates and equipment and her skating gear too. Plus if needed I can pop up back seat and take a friend or two. Putting up seat is very easy.

2020 ford explorer - yays and nays.
The vehicle has been very reliable, but in comparison to other models, is my least favorite. The dash can be confusing to those who are not technologically inclined. The fordpass app is also confusing and cuts in and out when using. The screen is nice and larger, which is the only positive to the system. The vehicle does run exceptionally well and comes with more comfortable bucket seats in the front and rear.

2020 ford explorer! A great decision.
I love this car. It has been very reliable. It is aesthetically pleasing. Also, it is very roomy. We have no problem packing up our family of three and traveling wherever we need to go. However, there is a factory recall on the transmission oil pan sealant. Besides that, this vehicle has been great.

2020 ford explorer XLT review.
Had to replace the transmission cooler after if wouldn't shift. Replaced and works fine now. Hopefully we won't have any more major issues. Drives nice and gets decent gas mileage. The headlights are really bright compared to the older explorers. We chose leather interior but it's not as comfortable as the cloth seats before. Overall we have no major complaints. So far I love it.

The new ford explorer St provides a lot of power with many comfort features.
The vehicle has a lot of technological features. Auto dimming lights, auto windshield wipers. The car can auto parallel park, intelligent cruise control. Lane keeping system. The vehicle is very comfortable with leather seats and heated seats in the front and 2nd row. The 2nd row has captains chairs for more rider comfort.

My ford explorer limited in a few words.
My back-up camera had to be replaced already as well as the mechanism for the third row seat headrest. That was a little frustrating to us. Otherwise, I love the vehicle, the way it drives, etc. This is my third explorer so I really enjoy the vehicle.

Ford explorer, smooth efficient ride.
I love this vehicle. It is very roomy. There is a lot of legroom as well as headspace in both the front and the back of the vehicle. The automatic liftgate is very handy to have. The ride is very smooth and you hear no outside noise from the road. The sound system is Bose speakers as is equipped with Bluetooth. The rearview camera alerts you to your surroundings. I currently have no problems but I do wish that the base model came with heated seats. Other than that I love the vehicle and would get one again if I had to.

Ample space and function in style.
We love our ford explorer. It is the second one that we 've had. This time around, we have the middle captain seats which is such a huge help when it comes to two children in big car seats. I love that you can also easily access the third row when we're taking around extra passengers and need the third row up. With the captain chairs, it seems there is more room in the trunk area when the third row is down, too. Overall, we are very pleased with the performance, style, and usability of our ford explorer.

I like how smoothly the car runs.
No problems I love my ford explorer. I wish I could get better gas mileage. I also wish my seats wiped off. I have a few stains already on my seats. I was going to get seat covers for my car. My car rides really smoothly. I would like to have a bigger trunk. Not much room to haul stuff when I have all my kids.

Please Don't Buy This Car (Wish I didn't)
To start on a positive note, I do generally like the car. Its roomy, nice looking, and the features are generally easy to use. Its an Explorer, so very useful as well. I bought it as a business vehicle, so just wanted something to run without problems. I have an older work Explorer that has performed well, so I thought I could trust the new Explorer without much thought. Wrong ! On day 14 or so, the transmission was shifting very weirdly. Returned it to the shop and they replaced the transmission oil cooler. I later read on the internet that this is a consistent problem in this model. But the worst situation is the transmission. About half the time, the car is very jerky from 1st into 2nd gear, and from 2nd into 3rd gear. I feel like I am driving a 20 year old car with a worn transmission. I can't believe Ford would release a car like this. Also, downshifting 3rd into 2nd gear, and 2nd into 1st gear, the car lunges forward. Please save yourself my unpleasant feeling, and don't buy this car. Or at least wait 2 years, maybe the 2022 model, when this engineering stupidity should be fixed. The service manager told me "It shifts just like all the other 2020 Explorers". It shifts "firmly" and "a little rough", but there is nothing we can do. Enough said. Let a word to the wise be sufficient.

A safe vehicle that does not have an engine that sounds like an old car, airbags that are visible through the plastic and upholstery, takes to long to brake, doesn’t pickup speed in a consistent manner and when braking it does a sudden increase in speed. Etc. Etc. Etc.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this vehicle because I’ve had other Ford vehicle that gave a good service but this Explorer has very cheap materials on upholstery, dashboard, inside doors materials, etc.

Bad transmission,faulty seats electronics malfunctioning
I bought this 2020 ford explorer in April 2020 since owning the seat controller panel has broken 5 times the transmission is a piece of c**p 2 times on the highway it would not shift out of first gear 20 mph engine just increases rpm not speed, some times the transmission when shifting gives you wiplash. The collision alert comes on when nothing in front of you or anything on road way. The drivers window if you hold the switch going up it gets to the top and goes all the way down again. This vehicle has all of the options available paid too much for this junkbox. I have put less than 5000 miles on it. I would give ZERO stars if I could

The price, look, and comfortably of the truck
You know that old saying if I knew then what I know now. Well my 2020 explorer ST with 8,745 miles has been to the service dept. 3 times since I got it on March 12 of this year. The first was in September because the head rest on the automatic folding back seats would not stay lock in the up position, so they have to replace the whole unit. An while waiting for that part to ship, October my transmission would not go in reverse as I was attempting to make a u turn, and had to get out and push to complete the turn, embarrassing. Took the truck to the dealership which they took.to their service dept. On a Saturday afternoon after their service dept closed. So all day Monday I'm at the service dept. From 7:30- til almost 5:00 they said they had to reset computer. Car drove good that night. Went to work the next morning and almost got into an accident because for some reason when I went to merge on the highway it lost its gear, and the engine just reved had to slam on brakes and move over to keep from getting hit on the side. Now they telling me the transmission is shot, and I'm out the truck for two months til the parts come in. Ford what is it your company gonna to do to rectify this serious problem, because as for now.Fordhas last a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not ever trust your products again You lost more than a customer, your reputation is tied to this explorer you put out, and its not looking good Make this right

I didn't expect a ford to look and feel this luxurious.
So far the car has been great. It is comfortable and has fantastic amenities. The only issue with the three rows is we do not always have enough trunk space when using every seat but it is still larger than a lot of other cars we looked at. I love the bucket seats rather than a middle bench it is easier to fill and use the third row that way. I love the different drive features like rain/snow and eco they make me feel safer in the car.

The 2020 explorer is a solid triple that falls just short of a home run for ford.
My 2020 explorer XLT is a great SUV. It has tons of storage for the class, has sharp handling and has a punch engine that gets good mileage on the highway. The handling is fairly sharp and aesthetically I find it an attractive design. The suspension could be more compliant and less agitated over broken pavement.

Roomy, comfortable, reliable vehicle for a busy family.
The SUV rides great, especially on bumpy roads. Great amount of space and the back rows are very roomy. The only complaint I have is when in reverse the back up camera glitches sometimes and is all distorted so you cannot see anything. However, the sensor in the back for kids or cars coming by in the blind spot is a life changer now that we moved to a street where kids are out playing all the time.

Big, roomie, hauls a lot of people and thing. The ride is smooth.
I do not have any issues with my vehicle. The only thing that is annoy is when the volume freezes up and I have to restart the car but that is just a computer glitch. The SUV has lots of room and is nice when you have more than 2 grown adults in the car together because everyone has room. I also like that there is a separate zone for heating and cooling in the back area. And the stereo is awesome.

Quick SUV, looks are awesome, cheap interior in some places. Wish the doors were heavier. Sound system is awesome, do not get technology package it is a waste and the screen looks dumb. Street package is worth it, better wheels/tires/brakes. Sport mode is awesome to drive in.

Avoid the 2020 Explorer XLT
I would not recommend a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. I bought my 2020 XLT on 12.28.19 because my 2007 Eddie Bauer needed to be replaced. The 2007 was my second Explorer, and was the best vehicle I have ever owned. I almost cried that it was time to give it up. But I replaced it with the 2020, which is nothing but a giant computer. My first complaint with it was; I had to spend $1000 on a new phone so I could use the features in it. (if you are going to build a vehicle that is dependent on a specific phone, include it with the car. When I buy a new TV, I don't expect to buy the remote separately). Within a month, I had an issue with the control panel. It disconnected while I was driving, and did not resume until I restarted the car. I assumed it was user error until it happened again several months later. When the vehicle was only 10 months old (8500 miles) I noticed that the brakes didn't seem to engage when I was backing up and would engage too firmly when I was slowing down, causing me to lunge forward. At the same time, I noticed when I was accelerating, it seemed like the brakes were engaging as well, causing me to have difficulty accelerating. As it turns out, the brakes needed to be reprogrammed, because they are controlled by a computer, and the acceleration issue is a problem with the transmission. My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 1/2 weeks (and counting) while they try to figure out what is wrong with the transmission. After replacing one part, the dealer contacted me to advise that there were still additional problems with the transmission that were still unidentified. After reading the other reviews describing similar issues, I would advise avoiding the 2020 Explorer at all cost. It is a shame that Ford took what was the best vehicle I ever owned and transformed it in to this piece of $#!+.

2020 ford explorer is a must have!
I really love the new ford explorer. It is very reliable, good on gas mileage and it is a big SUV. It has 7 seats, 2 additional ones in the trunk of the car you can easily fold down however so you have a big trunk space as well if needed. The backup camera is very good, also the break assistant. I am a big fan of the cruise control in addition to the lane control. I have leather seats and the conform is amazing. I have yet to experience any problems with this vehicle and I hope I will not for a long time.

Great SUV with a few hiccups
Only 6k miles on 2020 Explorer. It has gone back to the dealer 2x. For 3 different issues. 1st problem Sunroof was rattling as if something wasn't bolted down properly. 2nd problem brake warning light along with front collision sensor malfunction. 3rd problem speed differential sensor malfunctioning , that caused the 4wheel drive & drive modes to disable. The new body design of the explorer looks like a higher value SUV, like a range rover. It has absolutely every interior feature I could ask for, like heated steering wheel, apple CarPlay and air conditioned seats. I have owned many SUVs, including a BMW x5, and I would put the explorer up against them for the features and comfort.

It has massage front seat! Self adjustable cruise control, back windows shades.
I love the message sets, however I wish I could control the firmness of it. It's very weak. The cruise control is great! I love how it self adjusts if there is a car in front. However, it pick up all speed limit signs to include trucks and adjust the speed when it does not have to. Also I like to always go 5 miles of the speed limit (which is more realistic, no one goes the speed limit) but when it self adjusts it does not keep the 5 over.

Our family loves having the option to use the spacious third row of seating or put the seats down for added space to haul items. The sunroof, Bluetooth connection for my phone, individual climate control for the driver and passengers, heated seats in the front and back are all features we have enjoyed. One of the greatest features for our cold winters in the remote start option from our cell phone which allows us to start the vehicle from anywhere.

Excellent for road trips while riding with kids.
This car has much more leg room compared to the Honda pilot. The sound system is pretty good. Helps save money on gasoline. Pretty comfortable for a family of 3 kids. The only downside is there is not much space for storage. But it repays with the leg room which is preferable for long road trips.
