Ford fusion - reliable and comfortable.
I love my ford fusion! I have found it to be a very consistent and reliable car. The interior is very nice and comfortable for both the driver and passengers alike. It rides very smooth and is very quiet in terms of both road and engine noise. The car is very fuel efficient.

A small, reliable car, with a few easy issues.
About every year I have to take my fusion in because something has gone wrong under the hood. Some transmission problems as well. Overall I like my fusion because when something is wrong, it has not needed to go in instantly to be repaired. When I take it in to ford, at least, the repair has been pretty quick because they have the parts or can get them in quickly. I live in a place where it snows so having a two wheel is not ideal but with good tires and roads plowed it does fine. I have had one lock on a rear door break so if someone sits back there they need to pull the lock and the door handle to get out. Also, the front door lock broke so I had to manually lock that everytime until I got it fixed. There have also been a few recalls on the car including the airbags and brakes but ford sends the information out fast and gave me a rental car so I had something to drive while they fixed the recalls. I think that is very important in a company because if the company made a dangerous vehicle, they can at least give you a replacement in the time being. I have cloth seats which have held up very nicely and are comfy to sit in. The steering wheel looks like the previous owner palmed turned so it has been rubbed off slightly which makes it rub off on my hands when I hold that part.

I love my ford fusion best car.
It has high miles 240k+ and is still as reliable as when I originally bought it. Love the way it rides also a very sharp looking car. Very easy to work on super low maintenance costs. I think it is what I needed in a family vehicle being that I have 2 people to provide for.

Reliability of my 10’ ford fusion: on a scale of 1-10 I’d give the car a solid 8.
My wife & I purchased this car from a friend about 2 years ago. We've had really bad luck with vehicles and them needing major repair not long after purchasing them. This car here has not given us and major problems. We stay on top of all preventive maintenance. This vehicle just hit 200,000 miles today. Only thing we’ve repaired is parts to the suspension mainly, such as the outer tie rod, ball joint & we had a bad brake caliper we had to fix as well. Outside of that the car has been good to us.*knocks on wood* the car has a sunroof, fog lights, 6 disk changer, semi-automatic capabilities.

2010 ford fusion sel: college student review.
The 2010 ford fusion sel has great performance. I think my favorite thing about my car is the gas mileage. I can go 2 1/2 to 3 weeks without having to stop at a gas station. It is a great car for kids in college that need to save money on gas expenses, when I fill up my car I spend only $25 on average. The car comes built in with led lights that change colors, a backup camera, blind spot detectors, a sunroof and so much more. The seats and most of the interior are leather which makes for an easy clean up if anything is spilled. The seat also come with a seat warming feature which is my favorite in the winter. As far as reliability, I can say the car is pretty reliable, I have had the car for over a year now and even being a used car I have had no problems thus far. All in all, the 2010 ford fusion sel is a great car and I would recommend it to anyone who has been searching.

2010 is Dead
Repair cost is $ 12,000. I owe more than that on it. There should be a warranty for it. ?

Good car with big room, worth buying.
At most time it is a good car. This car has big room, good for taller people. Performance is good too, but sometimes it takes a longer time to speed up. I remember there is a safety issue which makes it has to be recalled: air bag issue. The truck is big enough for several big luggages (which mean 28 inch or 30 inch). But it is very hard to install a security camera! Almost impossible!

Love the car, hate the shop.
The ford fusion I own was the first car I ever bought. I have had it now for about 4 years and I love it to death. However, it is no stranger to the shop. I had to take it in because of problems with the automatic braking system on more than one occasion. Also, the air conditioning breaks about once every nine months.

Good for newly licensed teen.
The 2010 ford fusion se is a great first car for those just getting their license. The good miles per gallon prevents you from spending big bucks on gas, and it will last you a decent amount of time. Although I really enjoy this car, there are some downsides. The power steering in my ford fusion has not been promising. I have had to get multiple parts replaced in order for the power steering to work. Also, my a/c unit broke and I had to get that fixed to survive the summer heat.

Reliable, low maintenance cost, comfortable.
The vehicle is extremely reliable, I have had it for seven years and have few maintenance costs other than standard care like oil changes, etc. It rides very smooth despite its age and the interior has held up very well under daily use. I would purchase this car again.

Great car, great value! Would buy again.
That is been a great car! There’s been few issues, the performance has been excellent, and it looks great. It has been reliable, comfortable and very affordable. I bought it used, but it feels new. I plan to drive out for a long time, and maybe pass it to my children.

2010 blue speedy ford fusion.
I have had some problems but not many. I have been driving it the past few years since I turned 16 and it has been the one and only car I have ever owned. It is very reliable but could do better on gas mileage. The leather seats inside of it are really nice. I love the size of the car and how well it fits me. There is a Bluetooth feature that I really enjoy and it is my favorite thing for when I am driving in my car for long periods of time.

I love the audio. Nice base.
I have got to say, the ford fusion is a very great and reliable car. I have the sel trim and it is very nice. Leather seats, heated seats, advance traction control system. Has these lights that changes color, Bluetooth with built in sync. Not a big fan of the way it drives but I have got quite used to it. Definitely a nice car totally recommend!!

It is gets up to speed real fast!
The car is good on gas, rides very smooth. Pretty comfortable car to drive in, just enough room for me. I never really have a problem with it. $29 fills the gas tank and it’ll last a few days. Perfect daily driver and perfect for a first time driver.

Overall, I regret purchasing this vehicle.
Gas mileage is good, the interior is clean and roomy. Despite being a 2010 the paint is wearing, a/c is broken and unbeknownst to me the car came with a broken steering pin. I have not had the most pleasant experience with this vehicle, the maintenance has become a bit of a headache.

Led lights around cup holder.
Door handle on ford never last. Every ford that I get has a problem with the door handle, love the led lights in the inside, comfortable to drive. Just wish the seats. Lift up higher, seem like I can barely hopefully soon I will finally driving the vehicle I really want and need.

2010 ford fusion for a young mom.
My focus is a very comfortable car. I am 5’8 with very long legs, and I fit very well. I also have 2 rear-facing car seats in the back; the car seats fit well, but it is hard to check my blind spot. The transmission had to be changed around 140,000 miles, and the car has always taken longer to get up to speed than other cars. Other than the transmission, I have never had any other problems.

Very nice no frills car for around town.
The ford fusion is a really nice no frills automobile. It handles well and has a nice turning radius. It has very good sight lines. The drivers side is a little tight if you are tall. I am 5’11 and I fit ok. Would be problematic if I was much taller. We have had issues with the check tire light coming on with full air pressure.

Very reliable car.. Never really had any issues with besides normal wear and tear such as replacing the breaks. It has amazing gas mileage and awesome features such as blind spot detectors and back up camera. It also has lane guide which is super helpful for new nervous drivers.

Great car for any family.
The only issue I have with my 2010 ford fusion is the stereo. The CD player is constantly breaking and I have never been able to set up my Bluetooth. For being ten years old, I am very happy with everything else about my car. I have taken it cross country this past summer and had absolutely zero problems.

The fusion that keeps on going!
My 2010 ford fusion is an awesome vehicle. I have been having this car for 8 years now, and it has been very reliable. The only major problem I had was the power steering unit went out. Because the electronic power steering unit is connected to the rack and pinion, it was all changed at one time, which was a little pricey. But that was the only problem and I have driven the car over 150,000 miles. I will keep this car for a while and still feel confident it can be driven anywhere.

Ford is the worst product I have ever bought.
I just hate ford. Everything is starting to go and the car is not even that old. I will never buy another ford again. It is all rusted and starting to fall apart. They make it so difficult to work on also. It is red. And it is a four door. I cannot wait to get out of dealing with this car.

I would say my vehicle has been a good and reliable one for my first car.
So far I haven't had many problems with my car in the past year that I have owned it other than the tire pressure sensors not working lately. Other than that the car runs pretty smooth, it is very spacious inside, and it is pretty up to date in my opinion with technology inside as well. It is also pretty economic in gas. I do not refill my gas tank no more than once or twice a month.

Smooth sailing in an older car.
The vehicle has very few problems despite being 10 years old. Not long after purchasing it used the engine light came on and I was required to replace a part. This fixed the problem; however, the light turned back on shortly after revealing the problem is the sensor for easy fuel. The easy fuel set up can lead to the car leaving a message to check the fuel cap, despite their being no evident problem. With over 100,000 miles the car is clearly very reliable as this is the only difficulty I have encountered with it after 3 years. One small hiccup is the radio, which no longer turns on, but this can be resolved with a replacement. The vehicle is a 5-seater, with a cup holder in the back middle seat, making it quite spacious for a smaller car. Fuel economy is about 23 mpg in city and 34 on the highway. The ride is relatively smooth, taking bumps and rough mountain roads comfortably.

Reasons why not to buy a ford.
Censor went out- later there was a recall for it, never got my money back for the repair, driver’s seat is coming apart at the seam shortly after bought it new, not covered under warranty. Decorative cover on lug nuts swell, had to replace lugs nuts, so now my hub caps will not stay on- lost all my hub caps. Sunroof broke, power steering went out. Now I have something leaking.

2010 ford fusion performance review.
The fusion has been a reliable vehicle. For the most part, upkeep has been incredibly reasonable from a financial perspective. Solid pick up and still has decent lines visually. Trim and finishes have held up well. Zero issues with electronics. Speed performance lacks.

Very reliable. I have owned for 10 years and have not had any major issues with the fusion. Heated seats. Comfortable leather seats. Drives smooth. Does connect to my phone so I can take calls while driving. It has been well worth the money. Fuel mileage is incredible. Its sporty and sleek looking. Compact yet plenty of space for the driver and passengers. The interior lights change colors which is a neat option! The trunk is spacious. I get compliments on the car still. My car is 10 years old and still runs perfect! My only issue with it is that the belt is squeaky. People are always telling me how good the sound system is and I haven't done anything to it. Everything, the airbag, the lights works sometimes, the air never reaches the back, it is small for a family of four, the tires never fit right, the Bluetooth barely works, the radio never works, it sucks to pick up speed, barely fits two car seats, just not really a good car.

Ford fails to recall all 2010 ford fusions.
2010-2012 ford fusions have a recall on the power steering module that keeps going bad. But out of the 2010 2011 2012 only certain ones are covered under the recall. But all of those years and models are having issues. So now I have an 1100-1500 dollar fix on a vehicle that should be covered under the ford warranty. But they don't stick behind their cars.

Be careful about the brakes.
When I bought this car, I was told that I will not have any problem. But, since then I have been paying for the repairs. You have to be really careful about the brakes because the brakes are so vulnerable. I have changed the brakes two times since I have got this car. Other than the brakes, the car is powerful. The car is really comfortable. If you be careful about the brakes, the car is good.

Pros and cons of owning a ford.
My vehicle is a slapstick. It can be either automatic or manual. 7 stars out of ten. Wish it didn't have body flaws like my 2005 cavalier has.
Overall it's a good car, not too bad on gas could be a little better. It does have some issues, one being a leaking transmission about a quart in about 2 weeks. The wheel bearings would also hard to change in order to be pressed in had to take it to a shop since it was not a separate assembly. Also hate renting a tool just to change brakes. It does also have some bad spots on the body in two spots. I had to remove the passenger side floor mat due to water build up underneath. Also changing the serpentine belt was a pain very difficult to get to.

I love my ford fusion! The only issue I have is that is has a sensor problem, so the tire pressure light is always on, and that does affect the heating and cooling system. It is a reliable vehicle as long as you maintain it, brakes, tires, oil changes. My car has over 250k miles on it and still going. Besides that no major fixes have been necessary and my commute to work is about 45 minutes each way by freeway.

My fusion is a decent little car. It is good for in town and also it is great on the highway. My family of 5 fits just fine with a decent amount of leg room. No major issues 10 years and 207000 miles in!
The car has 207000 miles on it now. The stock headlights weren't very bright so I replaced them. Over the years I've only replaced minor things. The serpentine belt got old and worn and finally snapped while I was driving. The car went into freak out mode (bells chiming warning lights flashing) the car actually allowed me to control it safely to a stop. When I replaced the belt the water pump started to give. I suppose the new belt was too strong for that old pump. So I replaced the water pump. When I replaced the water pump the battery (original, 10 years old) started to die from all the new parts having power, so I replaced it. Have not had a problem out of it since. Gas mileage is fairly decent, has a smooth ride. Knock on wood that it hasn't had any major problems. Interior wise is great. Seats are fairly comfortable for long drives. Overall not a bad vehicle.

2010 high mileage amazing Ford Fusion!
Love my car! The gas mileage is fabulous, the upkeep, maintenance is very low, pricing is lower for parts and regular maintenance to comparable cars of the same time period. I have a manual opposed to a standard although I will very happily be buying either smoother manual or an automatic when I update this coming year. This is a 2010 and I have put a lot of traveling miles on this car, and I am still very happy with my purchase. This car was bought used with one previous owner and mild mileage when bought. The car drives great. It is smooth and does not feel shaky. The car does struggle to go up hills because of it being a 4 cylinder. I would recommend finding this car in a 6 cylinder because when you are going uphill and there's cars behind you, it could cause a wreck if the other driver is not paying attention.

My car performs well. It has its problems. Sunroof broke and the transmission cooling line broke. The driver's side door handle broke and the vehicle is really showing signs of rust on the rocker panels and inner wheel wells. With that being said the car starts every time and gets pretty decent gas mileage.

This is my car that I currently drive.
Well it's a red car. Looks pretty good. It is an le trim that comes with many features. It has 4 cylinder automatic transmission. It also has an auto. Dimming mirror and sun/moonroof. Also comes with fog lights and Microsoft sync. Bluetooth. Overall good car.

That it comes equipped with a bose sound system stock.
I like the size of my car. It is small enough that it still gets decent gas mileage, but still big enough to store items. My favorite feature of my vehicle is the bose sound system.

It is very economical, gets great gas mileage and is very affordable.
This is a very reliable vehicle as I have basically had only one major issue with the car and that was the ac quit working properly and had to have a new switch installed and other than a new battery, tires and oil changes that is the only issue I have had with the car. Drives well and is comfortable to drive as well.

It is a gas saving, comfortable car.
My ford fusion is great, comfortable and so easy on gas. It is a great traveling car. I have taken it to Tennessee several times and Ohio a couple times and Indy several times and it has always been a dependable vehicle. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

My amazing 2010 ford fusion.
My 2010 ford fusion is the most reliable car I have ever owned! I love the sleek look it has and the power options! One of my favorite features is the heated seats it is so nice to have them in the cold weather! It is totally fully loaded from power seats to a sunroof and leather seats. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It is also great on gas!

Wonderful car for anyone!
My fusion is great! It handles well, gets decent gas mileage and is reliable. I have had very few mechanical issues and the few that I have had have all been covered by recalls and repaired at no charge. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable and inexpensive vehicle.

Dependable, affordable vehicle.
I love this full-size sedan. It has a ton of trunk space, a big back seat, and plenty of room for my passengers in the front and back. I spend plenty of time on the road and it is nice to have the space I need for everything I bring with me. The v6 engine gives it a nice get up and go, but the gas mileage does not suffer too much. I average about 22 mpg. This is the second 2010 ford fusion sel I have owned and I haven't run into any consistent mechanical problems. I drive about 17-19k miles per year and it is a reliable car.

A vehicular model of dependability.
A very dependable vehicle, with good gas mileage. Good maintenance record over the years. No major repairs needed with proper upkeep. Definitely a great choice for a mid-level economy class vehicle. Good for couples and small families. Trunk space could be a bit larger, yet it is still decent and manageable.

What you should know is that if the battery is working properly there's no real way of knowing
What I like is the smooth ride, but what I don't like is that I can't tell if the battery is working properly or keeping charge the way it was intended to be. Since I drive a hybrid.
accountCircle diane p on February 8, 2021
It is dependable. It tells me when a tire is low on air. Has symbols on the dashboard for internal problems
It has been dependable. When something goes wrong it has a few bells and whistles that tell me something is wrong.

Great car! Good on gas and does not take a whole lot to fill it up.
I love my ford focus two door coupe, it drives very smooth and it's small so if you are short it's very little people friendly. It's good on gas and does not take much to fill it up. My small tires are long lasting. The ' sync ' feature on my car is my favorite you can Bluetooth music and also talk on the phone.

This car has been passed down in my family for 10 years as of 2020.
Only problems occurring with my car is fluid levels are low (oil, windshield wiper fluid, ac coolant). The performance is just as good as when it first came off the lot. The reliability of this car is unbelievable. It has gotten me so far before with little gas. Every time I have made it to whatever is the nearest and cheapest gas station and still have no problems arise within the car.

2010 ford fusion, great deal!!
The car runs fairly well, cosmetically the exterior is fair with minor scratches on the passenger door handle, minor chipped paint in certain areas, and the front bumper being slightly out of alignment. The car has about 110,000 miles on it and has frequent oil changes, the transmission is starting to fade and might need to be replaced soon but is not a problem right now. New brakes were just added to the car and a new set of snow tires, also have always kept my clean.

Long lasting, sustainable & reliable vehicle.
I have had this car for 10 years and have had no issues. It is super reliable. Other than annual inspections, oil changes, replacing battery, etc. It has not needed any work. It currently has close to 100,000 miles and still runs great. The ac system cools so quickly, it is a must for the summer.

Why I love my ford fusion!
I love my fusion for multiple reasons. One reason is the power that it has. With my secondary vehicle I have to put the pedal to the floor to get up a hill and they are both same year vehicle's. I barely put pressure on my fusions petal and I am up the hill no problem. I think it gets good gas mileage and overall I love the whole look of the vehicle it is sleek and stylish.
accountCircle Nicholas K on February 2, 2021
Attractive, sizeable, practical.
The fusion has been mine for four years now. I have not had any issues with this vehicle since. General maintenance has been normal. There was one recall for airbags which was taken care of. The car itself drives beautifully and is very practical for a small family. It is great on gas. I even ran my detailing business out of it and could fit everything. It is cosmetically attractive for a guy for sure. Overall, I generally love this car.

Four door sedan that is good on gas.
The car is a great basic car even though I bought it used. I love how it keeps track of my miles until e and when I really need an oil change. The mileage is really good. On one full tank I can make 6 hour trip on the highway with a few miles to spare.

Gas range. Interior lighting, color change. Tops out at 117 mph.
Beautiful car. I have been riding around with both front wheel bearings in bad conditions but she still gets me wherever I need to go. Bluetooth audio. Key fob. Large spacious trunk that folds into the back seat. Rear backup sensor. Color changing lights on the inside.

I don't really have any problems. It performs real good. I've had the car for three years now and it has over 125000 miles. Am thinking of buying another one.

It's a car that could last years upon years if you take the proper care of it.
I personally am not the most knowledgeable about cars, however id say the Ford Fusion I have is rather nice ( especially for being 8 years old). I've only owned it for about 6 months and haven't noticed many problem. Like most automatic hybrids, it has a slower pickup and currently the passenger airbag has a recall ( which I need to go get fixed ), but it has a really nice interior with leather seats, and the front is spacious and not to close/crowding for me. It also has a good sized trunk. Usually I get about 550 or more miles for around $38 when I fill up the tank ( not sure how many gallons, oops). And even though I probably shouldn't be mentioning this, a while ago I lightly rear ended someone that cut me off a light (I didn't break in time), even though it didn't hit hard I felt it was a decent enough hit to leave a mark or dent. But it didn't, which really surprised me, this car is slightly more durable than I thought it would be. Smooth ride most of the time, and it has a good stereo with a rather detailed electrical map.

Ford fusion is a very reliable vehicle and great for winter
The fusion has been a nice reliable car for me with good gas mileage. It's also been very good in the snow during the winter months. It has decent features inside like a good sound system and comfortable seating. The only issue I've had is the engine being slightly noisy in the colder months and a very small rattle occasionally in the driver's door plastic housing.

Ford Fusion hybrid: the pitfalls of the breaks.
Extremely comfortable and I love the GPS and audio in the car. I get great gas mileage, up to 40 mpg in the summer and around 32 in the winter. It is not the most reliable, 2 years ago the break didn't work and I had to use emergency break. I took a picture of the warning that showed up on my dash. I took it to the car place and the warning didn't show up in their software history, which was frustrating. I had to pay over $1000 to replace the breaks. Otherwise I have had no other problems.

It is a very reliable vehicle.
It is a very reliable car that is decent on gas mileage. The thing I do not like about it is that it does have hail damage and a cracked mirror. Other than that, the car has speed and dependability which is what I need.
accountCircle Amanda B on January 25, 2021
All-around great car for the price.
Great car overall. It is too small to fit our entire family of 6 now, but is a great commuter car for work. A few recalls over the years and the tires constantly need air added to them. The car dealership says that is because the car has aluminum rims. We used to put e85 in it for fuel but have since gone back to regular unleaded because the e85 burned more quickly and is about the same price as unleaded.

It drives very well, has a lot of power especially on the highways. It usually goes faster than I end up realizing if not paying close attention.
We have a black 2010 Ford Fusion. It drives really well and is very pleasing to the eyes. My only complaints are it doesn't drive too great in snow and the black paint attracts the sun, making it very hot in the summer. I would suggest that if one is to buy one of these cars, to get a four wheel drive in a light color.

2010 Ford union with four doors and back up alarm.
My car is very reliable. It syncs with my phone. One problem that I do not like is that the lights do not automatically go on and off. You have to physically turn them on at dark and remember to turn off when you shut off the car. All of my previous cars for past 20 years were automatic. It is. 4 cylinder and I would prefer a 6 cylinder. It does have the beeping when in reverse when anything is in its view. This has been very helpful when parking or backing out.

Ford fusion, still going strong.
The car has gotten old since it based the 125k but still runs reliably. The air conditioning and brakes sometimes make strange sounds but also work very well. I only wish it had a more reliable way to connect with my phone or music. It is definitely a great car.

Low maintenance, great on gas and very Reliable when going back and forth.
My vehicle is low maintenance and good on gas. It's great for traveling. I haven't had many maintenance issues in the 6 years that I have had it, but I would love more space and for it to not sit so low to the ground. Tends to scrub the ground in certain parking areas.

My vehicle is reliable and worthwhile.
This has been the most reliable car my family has ever had. It still feels brand new after ten years! There is a small leak in the transmission but it is very slow and filling up the fluid is all it needs! A great first car for any driver! The Bluetooth is a great feature. The car is super comfortable and gives a smooth ride.

Dependable vehicle that rides quiet and smooth. Pretty standard on technology and safety, but gets the job done. 90k miles, and no major mechanical issues.
