There are some powerful engine choices, the front seats are very comfortable and the steering is responsive for an American sports coupe.
dislikeFilled The Bad
There’s not much legroom in the rear seats, it doesn’t have a lot of standard safety features and the suspension is firm.

2020 ford mustang ecoboost.
Vehicle performance is great. Features are nice aside from back up camera not being very big. Very reliable and has an app hookup to check various performance and maintenance levels. Also can remote lock, unlock, and start from the app. The app also lets you set up timed starts.

The mustang ecoboost is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a coupe.
The 2020 mustang ecoboost is a performer. Unlike the more powerful and more horsepower fueled 5.0 the ecoboost is a more fuel efficient daily driver. Great for 1 to 2 riders but the back seat is definitely lacking in any space for extra passengers. The mustang ecoboost does not lack the fun factor at all.

Mustang does not disappoint.
I have had no problems with my car. I love it! Comfortable, fast, handles great. No complaints. Except I do not really like the euro look. Mainly on the back end. Sides and front are fantastic. I wish I could have bought the gt but it was way too expensive.

2020 ford mustang gt 5.0 coupe.
No problems with my vehicle. It is small but that was expected when I got the vehicle. Hard to fit into the back seat. Especially if you have multiple people in the back. Everything else is good to go. Would of preferred leather but the cloth is still really nice.

2020 mustang ecoboost: a diamond in the rough.
Overall, the mustang ecoboost is awesome! It may not follow the roots of a traditional American muscle car, but it still packs plenty of power even in stock form. Not to mention, there is a lot of potential left under the hood for simple upgrades that add more power if that is what you are seeking. It rides comfortably even on extended road trips, and has plenty of entertainment options to keep you engaged while driving.

My brand new mustang is amazing. It is the car I have always wanted.
When I first bought my car, the back up camera would not work sometimes, but when I took it in, they told me nothing is wrong with it so I brought it back. Ever since then my camera has been working fine. I thought the car would be pretty uncomfortable because it is not meant for comfort. Surprisingly, it is pretty comfortable. My back does not long despite the long commute I have to make. Since it is brand new I feel very safe driving the car without having to worry about it breaking down.

Reliable Ford Mustang...
I bought my 2020 mustang GT convertible automatic with performance package 1 and have 5800 miles since September 2nd... No issues and no problems!!! At the time of purchase, I also bought the additional 2 year extended warranty and service/maintenance package. It is well worth it, just seeing the brembo brake job is almost $4k alone ... That pays for the service plan two times over. Its a gift from Ford... I also got the mustang at employee pricing. $10K off the sticker price of 63K Canadian and got .9% financing over five years ... And !!! I only have to pay for the exhaust, if it ever needs another one. A A real sweet deal ... And I will be adding the Ford track suspension package and a few other goodies to bring it up to near Shelby specs ... As a sleeper.

10 speed automatic is horrible.
Terrible quality. The 10 speed automatic shifts horribly and Ford can’t fit it. Driveline vibrations between 50 and 75. Tire vibrations 55 to 80. Strut bearing creaking and popping. Convertible top wrinkles horribly and won’t smooth out even after days in up position. Car rides like a dump truck. Can I please have my 2014 Mustang back??!’

Price of repairs
At first, I loved this car. It was fun to drive...stuck to the road like nothing else...accelerated nicely. But reliability is most important & this car ain’t got it! Constant, costly repairs. As I sit in a Ford dealership waiting for a power steering is repair @ a whopping $1700, I’m wondering why I traded my trusty Volvo?

An interesting detail about my car is that I really like the steering wheel.
My car has great performance and sounds sharp! I really love my car. Although it does not get around that well in the winter, it is a beast in the summer! I suggest that you purchase a ford mustang. The radio sounds great and the seats are very comfortable. If I had to rate this car out of 10, I would rate it a 9!

It is a 2020 mustang gt.I really enjoy driving it but there are a lot of computer malfunctions and errors. The backup camera has been replaced twice. Overall I would recommend the vehicle to others for an enjoyable sports car to drive. Although I do have to say that the automatic version has more gears and is much quicker.

  • Consumer Reports says the 2020 Ford Mustang offers a sporty driving experience with great styling, and earns high owner satisfaction scores.

What Common Problems Does the 2020 Ford Mustang Have?

Common problems found on the 2020 Ford Mustang include delayed gear changes, excessive noise from the wheels, along with excessive brake wear. Overall, these problems are similar to other sports cars from the same year, with average repair costs as a Mustang ages.

Delayed gear changes are the most widespread complaint from 2020 Mustang owners, showing up at around 3,000 miles. There are software updates which improve the performance of the automatic transmission. Most dealerships will update the software for free during normal servicing, while others charge around $100 for labor.

Excessive noise from the wheels has also been reported by some Mustang owners at roughly 20,000 miles. The wheel bearings tend to wear out quickly, and have to be replaced. Changing out the wheel bearings costs around $400, depending on local labor rates.

Excessive brake wear is another problem found on some Mustang models at 15,000 miles. The front brake pads tend to wear out quicker than on other sports cars, and have to be replaced. Changing out the brake pads costs around $300, while rotors are an additional $600 if they are damaged.

There are six recalls on the 2020 Ford Mustang, which is a bit worse than some other sports cars on the market. The most serious recall covers the brake pedal bracket, which may fail. Ford will replace the bracket on affected models for free. Other recalls cover the powertrain control module, along with the rearview camera, which Ford will also fix for free.

How Long Will the 2020 Ford Mustang Last?

A well-maintained 2020 Ford Mustang can last around 200,000 miles, which is shorter than the Toyota GR Supra. Regular annual maintenance costs are similar to other sports cars, according to data provided by Repair Pal, at $669 per year.

As a used 2020 Mustang reaches 100,000 miles, and depending on the vehicle history report, owners should be prepared to replace the tie rods for $120 each, air bag clock springs costing $250, along with the power steering hose, which costs $385.

How Is the Technology?

The standard entertainment technology is worse than other sports cars, and only includes a relatively small 4.2-inch central display screen. Optional upgrades include a much better 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a more powerful stereo system.

Standard safety technology is also basic, and only features a rearview camera.

Optional driver assistance features include:

  • Rear parking sensors
  • Forward collision warning with pedestrian detection
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Automatic high-beam headlights
  • Blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert
  • Forward automatic emergency braking
  • Lane departure warning with lane keep assist

Yes, the 2020 Ford Mustang is a great value if you’re looking for a mix of performance and a practical interior. The blue book fair purchase price ranges from $24,950 to $81,450, making it more than a Nissan 370z or Dodge Challenger. When new, the price range was $26,670 to $70,300. Depreciation is better than other sports cars, only losing about 3% of its current value per year.

With the automatic transmission, the Mustang with this engine can sprint from 0-60 MPH in around 5.0 seconds.

What Colors Does the Ford Mustang Come In?

How Comfortable Is the Ford Mustang?

The 2020 Ford Mustang is not just about power and performance; it also offers a considerable level of comfort that appeals to a wide range of drivers. Inside, the Mustang showcases a modern design paired with quality materials that elevate its interior ambiance. The front seats, in particular, are supportive and accommodating, designed to provide comfort even during longer drives. They offer a decent range of adjustability, making sure that drivers of various heights can find an optimal driving position.

While the rear seats are more compact, typical of sports coupes, they are suitable for short journeys or younger passengers. Ride quality in the Mustang is generally smooth, but it strikes a balance to maintain the sporty feel that enthusiasts crave. Furthermore, the cabin is equipped with an array of tech features, including the user-friendly SYNC 3 infotainment system, enhancing overall ride comfort and convenience. However, it’s essential to note that while the Mustang offers a comfortable experience, it still leans more towards the sporty side of the spectrum, making it a choice for those who appreciate a more spirited drive.

How Much Storage Space Does the Ford Mustang Have?

The 2020 Ford Mustang, renowned for its performance and iconic design, offers a trunk space that isn’t expansive but is still decently sized for a sports coupe. Specifically, the Mustang’s trunk provides 13.5 cubic feet of room. This is ample space to fit a couple of golf bags, or a week’s worth of groceries for two. Additionally, for those weekend getaways, you can snugly fit in a medium-sized suitcase alongside a few smaller bags.

The Mustang’s interior also comes with several smaller storage solutions. There are cup holders, door pockets, and a reasonably sized glove box for essential items. Furthermore, the center console provides a convenient spot for items like wallets, phones, or small personal belongings. While the Mustang might not be the first choice for those seeking abundant cargo space, it does offer enough room for everyday activities and short trips.

What Are the Differences Between Years?

The sixth generation of the Ford Mustang was launched for the 2015 model year and has had several updates since its introduction.

2015: Fully redesigned for the sixth generation with new styling, engine choices, and technology.

2016: SYNC 3 stereo system has more features, black roof is now available on the EcoBoost and GT models.

2017: No major changes from earlier years.

2018: Exterior styling changes with some new bumpers, V6 engine removed from the lineup, stronger four-cylinder engine and V8 engine options, adaptive suspension available.

2019: Bullitt model reintroduced, and minor changes to the options packages.

2020: EcoBoost handling package added, more power available from the EcoBoost engine, standard FordPass connect on all models.

2021: EcoBoost and GT models now have Co-Pilot 360, Bullitt model discontinued and Mach 1 model introduced.

How Does the Ford Mustang Compare to the Competition?

The 2020 Ford Mustang is a very nice sports car since it offers a lot of power for the money and responsive steering on winding roads.

The Chevy Camaro is another sports coupe which can be found for about $2,000 less. Standard technology is a bit better in the Chevy Camaro, while the steering is more responsive in the Ford Mustang. We recommend the Ford Mustang since it has lower ownership costs, but both are very similar.

The Dodge Challenger is a popular competitor, which is available for roughly $2,500 less. Performance is better in the Dodge Challenger since it offers some stronger engine choices, while the Ford Mustang has a better interior. We recommend the Ford Mustang since it’s a more dependable choice, although both are decent choices.

A car powerful enough to do what is needed when few people are involved.
Overall the technical features and performance is great. The car is stylish and looks great. Unfortunately there has been a recall on a piece of the breaks recently. While it should not cause a total failure yet, the dealerships in my area will not receive the part until January 2021. Although there is a recall, the brakes still work and still work very well so I do not believe there is a real danger unless excessive use of course. It is a compact coupe however it is very spacious in the front seats and the trunk. Everyone that sits in the passenger seat says it is the most comfortable car seat they have been in. The back seats are almost pointless however due to the height of the back. A friend who is about 5’8” hits his head on the ceiling and cannot have his head straight up.

Starter Noise
So far I've had my 2020 Mustang GT 10spd auto for about 1month, i absolutely love the car but it does have an odd issue when starting it sometimes. I'll press the start button the car will studder make a weird noise when it started that's only way i can describe it, I've had buddies hear it as well when I went to leave a car meet it did it and everyone heard it kind of embarrassing with brand new car under 1k on it. Obviously dealership will need to hear it and for that I'd have to leave it for couple days just so they could hopefully hear it, then who knows how long trying to diagnose what's causing the weird starts. I've chosen to record the odd startup on video so I atleast have that which the mechanic wanted me to do anyways, once it's serious enough I'll take it in but I want to enjoy it a bit before crappy weather other then that so far so good.

Incredible
The Bullitt is an incredible car, so many great features and perks it’s too much to mention here. If you want an excellent, fun, great driving car I highly recommend it!

It is a fun sporty car that is very fast.
Brand new there is no problems, it is very fast, has 460 horsepower and 320 ft pounds of torque, very sporty, flashy, and fun to drive. It also has a 6 speed manual transmission. It is fun to drive around town and you can beat just about anyone in a race.

Ford mustang the new best thing to happen in your life.
The ford mustang family has a legendary history and is populated by models with diverse personalities. This year, that history is recalled by the revival of the mach 1 moniker, first seen on the 1969 mustang. The 2021 mustang will still come as a coupe or a convertible, and its stable of high-performance offerings will be as full as ever. Whether it is the turbocharged four-cylinder ecoboost or the v8-powered gt, every version of the original pony car can be armed with track weapons to challenge its Chevy camaro or dodge challenger counterparts. The ford's beautiful bodywork, vast personalization options, and practical interior also make it desirable to folks who care less about lap times and more about sporty everyday transportation. And that is why the mustang continues to be an icon: it offers something for everyone.

It is amazing it demands attention without a loud exhaust system.
2020 mustang ecoboost premium is not very comfortable. First mustang I have been in with plenty of space. Traction is amazing, it hugs curves with no slip. The power is amazing for a 4 cylinder. The premium package is amazing because of the black accent. It gives the vehicle an aggressive look.

Sleek and stylish. Great car.
Very comfortable, sleek body style, heated seats go up the back, cooling seats. Not a fan of the euro rear end or the turbo. Would rather have a 6 cylinder normal engine. Plenty of power, turbo hesitates when you hit the gas. Overall, I am very happy with the car.

Turbocharged 4 cylinder awesomeness.
The car is really nice I have the manual transmission and after a while the gears do lock up and the clutch is actually sensitive which is good the cars handling is pretty bad unless you put the sway bar on the hood like I did the turbo on the engine is nice and serves the purpose but if you plan on riding with more than 2 people please consider lol.

The best feature of the car is the color and the body style.
Ford did an excellent job with this car. I normally stray away from the newer mustangs due to the new body style but the gt350 is quite the catch. I recently purchased mine in that beautiful ford blue color and man oh man does it get attention. Even though my car is still stock it has a great deal of power behind the wheel. Would definitely recommend buying it if your looking for something fast.

Mustangs are my favorite sports car.
The interior is to die for. Everything I want and need inside a car. Fully leather red seats that have cooling and heat settings. Bluetooth and Wifi connection. The dashboard is super clear and high tech. And of course it drives super smooth. Only thing that it is. It gas efficient but I know that with sports cars.

Best investment for a car.
The seats are very comfortable! There is plenty of storage for groceries/ any items! I was even able to fit 2 bikes in it! I would definitely recommend this car! The ride is very smooth and the car is great on gas! I love the screen for the radio as well.

My mustang is a work of art. Buy one, now.
This car is a work of art. I derive great pleasure just looking at it. Walking through a parking lot, seeing it from a distance, knowing it is mine? That is joy. Now, for the beast itself: quiet ride; good on gas; handles well; not all that great on snow or ice but that is to be expected; trunk has way more room than any of my previous mustangs; good sound system.

Wrapped in matte gray with black detailed and red leather interior.
My Shelby gt500 is super reliable and super fast with double exhaust on the back and a suped engine she sure does grab the attention of others. It is wrapped in a matte gray with black trim all around the car and on the inside there’s red quilted leather interior which was all re-done by me. It is only has 18,750 miles on it too.

It's comfortable and durable.
It runs smooth and I haven't had any issues with it, it's a pretty nice car and the seats are extremely comfortable. Its reliable and the color is blue with 2 white stripes. When I drive the car, it feels lightweight and easy to control. It also has good gas mileage so you can go on trips with it!

2020 ford mustang ecoboost convertible: money well spent.
I have had some temporary glitches with the backup camera that appears to have resolved itself. Otherwise the car is amazing and the ecoboost engine is surprisingly powerful after a moment of turbo lag. I get compliments regularly on the car. This car should however be considered a two-seaters as the back seats are only fit for toddlers and groceries.

Amazing car, a must buy for sports car lovers!
Phenomenal car wouldn't trade it for anything. Made for easy modifications and has an outstanding resale value. Does not make too much noise and makes a statement wherever you drive. Highly recommended and has a lot of cool perks. Does not have too much kick and stick shift is one of the easier ones to handle.

The interior is all black leather, and the exterior is a glossy black coat.
My gt mustang is a fast sport car. Although there is limited space in the back it is still a sweet ride. These cars are pretty costly as well. The overall performance of the vehicle is very sport-like, and the reliability is strong( this car is a gas guzzler).
