Very good car for the price

2012 Ford Taurus SEL

The Ford Taurus is an OK large car. It has a large trunk and a cushy ride, and the available SYNC 3 infotainment system is user-friendly. However, it hasn't been redesigned in nearly a decade, and that shows. Its interior looks and feels older than what you'll find with rivals. The Taurus has below-average fuel economy and a short list of standard features, and its seats are surprisingly tight for a vehicle this size. Although both of the Taurus' V6 engine options are adequate, the base V6 isn't impressive.

Ford Taurus: reliable comfort

2012 Ford Taurus SEL

The trim package is what drew me to it. The car has over 100,000 miles but drives very well, it has electronic seats and windows, as well as a built in trip computer. The Ford Taurus has 4 doors and is the SEL trim package. I find it very reliable. Above all else, comfort is the strongest feature of this car. The car is soft, yet supportive and is a very smooth ride. I thoroughly enjoy driving it

Ford Taurus has the best room!

2012 Ford Taurus SEL

I have absolutely loved my vehicle! Other than the regular maintenance, I haven't had any problems at all. It has been a very reliable vehicle. We love having the extra space in the trunk to haul everything. We love the extra room having the stadium seats in the back. There's plenty of legroom up front as well.

Drives fast and smooth like a sports car but also feels safe.

2012 Ford Taurus SEL

I honestly love my car. It drives fast and smooth. Has a lot of car and trunk space. It accommodates to almost any basic sized family needs. The air conditioning and heating system adjust to the driver and passenger separately so there isn't just one overall set temperature.

Taurus keeps moving on and moving forward.

2012 Ford Taurus SEL

No serious problems. Brakes, rear wheel bearings. At 100k miles the car was tuned up and battery was switched out for a new one. Auto start has stopped working and dealership had no idea on how to fix other than put a new auto start in. Gas mileage on average is 30 mpg.
