The little car that keeps giving.
The transit is such a wonderful midsize car you can take the back seats you, so you can haul your gardening supplies or groceries, then put the seats back in so you can haul the kids to school. Then go on road trip with such great gas mileage, just enjoy this compact car made for all projects.

Ford 2011 transit connect. Averaged 26 mph on a 3, 000 round trip.
Purchased new November 2011. Now have just 40, 100 miles on it. Bought one set of four new tires. Have oil changed regularly. Had 30, 000 mile maintenance done. Best and most reliable, dependable vehicle I have ever owned. Smooth riding and very roomy inside.

Ford transit XLT 2011 family vehicle for all.
An extremely reliable vehicle which outperforms most vehicles of its class. Comfortable for a large family with many features including a separately operated rear air conditioning unit. The only thing that I would change, is to change the operation of the air con to the rear of the vehicle.

It is wheelchair accessible.
Ride is not as smooth as say a car but it is very versa table, it is big enough to put a ramp in that so we can put are daughters wheelchair in but yet when she is not there the seat folds down to be big enough for are grandkids,

Great small van if you transport pets or cargo.
Back wipers broke in car wash. Noisier than expected, exhaust vibrates at idle rear seat lay down is awkward, little foot room at rear seating. Lower gas mileage than expected. Like rear doors, body height]. Good driving for a van less bothered by wind than expected. Air conditioner broke, was replaced at dealer.

Lots of space, but not great on gas.
It is a work vehicle that is now a personal vehicle. It makes a lot of noise and needs a certain amount of maintenance, but it is going to be great to customize it to travel in it and camp. I love the space, and selfishly I love only 2 seats. The gas mileage is not great, so maybe do not commute as much as I do.
