Good height, nice, comfortable ride, still looks good.Reliable. Decent gas mileage, heated seats are a real plus. Good visibility over smaller vehicles. Easy to maneuver. Back windshield wiper is a very nice addition.
Nice and very common truck that people are still driving. Strong American made V6 engine. Smooth ride. 20 Inch alloy chrome rims with cameras and touch screen radio. All leather seats with tinted windows.
3 Row seating. V8 motor. Fully loaded: leather, heated seats, power windows, power locks, entertainment package, sun/moonroof. Has nice power, gets up and goes. Easy to drive, smooth ride with airbag suspension.
It is a good solid 4x4 so it gets through the snow and other elements very well. It also has a third row of seating for larger families so it is a good alternative for those who need the extra seating but do not want a minivan. The cargo space is fairly large as well. It is a reliable vehicle.
The car I drive most often is an envoy. I bought it used, but it is amazon. I really enjoy this vehicle because it has 4wd and a second row of seating. It is spacious in the back for traveling. The heat and ac also work great.
The pros for my vehicle is the leather interior, the heated seats, the auto seats, the auto locks, sunroof, satellite radio, auto wipers, cruise control, the awesome stereo system. The color of the outside and inside coordinating perfectly.
The air conditioning blows very cold. Pretty reliable vehicle. I researched the vehicle on carfax and a few other places to check on the dependents and performance. Everything seemed to be what I was looking for at the time. The only thing I really do not like about this vehicle is the gas mileage. I can use this vehicle as a family vehicle or for recreational use. ( I can use as a car or truck)) and I love that about it.
It is very spacious and has plenty of room to haul groceries, items when seats fold down, and people. It has a great sound system by Bose and all kinds of additions such as a DVD player in the back. It drives well.
Inside cabin can be very noisy. As with all SUVs, it can be subject to high winds causing a bit of swaying. The paint job can blister in some places and the rims of the wheels are very hard to keep clean. Luggage rack can cause a bit of drag on the highway.
It's worn. Parts for SUV are extremely high. Electrical issues with AC. Need Tire Rods for the front tires. The SUV does not go over 40 mph. Some windows do not roll down. The SUV has seen better days I believe.
Does have some blind spots. Can be tricky for unskilled drivers. Maintenance can be a little higher as it is a GM product. As, I have only owned the vehicle for about 3 months I do not have many cons at this moment in time.
The vehicle is a little narrow so it feels a little crowded in the front seat. One of the cup holders is also inconveniently located right above the shifter making it pretty useless. The leg space in the middle row is very small so not ideal for adults to sit in as it can become uncomfortable. It is a little difficult to get in and out of the third row.
The car works great overall. Sometimes while driving it sounds like a window is open, but it is not. There has not been a ton of extra work that has been needed to be put into the car maintenance wise. Just, regular upkeep.
This has been my first GMC purchase and most definitely not my last. GMC makes an awesome automobile I have nothing bad to say about it. From the color combination to the heated seats, sunroof, auto lights, auto wipers, temperature control, awesome radio,
Overall I really enjoy this vehicle. I do not like the gas mileage. It's horrible on gas. With this specific SUV I am now having problems with my UV joints. But, when I was looking to purchase the envoy the only true con was gas.
It needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep. It is longer than the usual which makes it tougher backing out of places. In the back, the middle row is a bench seat which can be inconvenient at times, especially with getting people in and out.
