Best truck for work and leisure... Great in bad weather
This truck is extremely reliable, hard working and pretty good on gas considering that it is a 8 cylinder. I used to plow with it and it was incredible in the snow.I have to do the regular maintenance on it and a couple other things but it doesn't break down a lot and is very handy especially for moving things. For the year it is a very good looking truck I especially like the black wheel wells to go with the white truck body. The only thing I don't like is the fabric of the bench seat, it has been wearing down and splitting. The engine is a 5.7 vortec and is very, very tough and reliable. The extended bed is great for carrying large items and the bed liner protects the bed from damage. This truck is extremely great in the winter, it handle awesome in the snow, even deep snow and I can get through anything with it. I recommend GMC trucks over for or dodge because of their reliability and toughness, this truck can take any kind of heavy duty work

Amazing truck. Would recommend this beautiful vehicle!
It is very comfortable. Lots of legroom in the front and back. It is also very powerful. When you need to pass someone, you do not have a problem. We go on cross country trips all year long and I has never let us down. Our truck has almost three hundred thousand miles on it and it still runs great! We will definitely buy another one in the near future.

Phenomenal truck GMC truck... V8 to a V4 Clear back camera
My truck is fabulous and I am so glad I switched from a SUV. Has great gas mileage especially on a open highway. The factory done a great job making this truck with the windows already tinted and the truck is fully loaded. That's why I love when it switches from a V8 to a V4. Such a great idea and savings on gas for the owners. Way to go GMC. Another plus the back window has power too. Which is great at least I don't have to crawl in the back seat every time just too close the window. The back up cameras is so clear that makes it so much easier to backup. I love how the dash tells you everything. For example when it's time to change the oil, or how much pressure is in the tires. It's a phenomenal truck and so happy we purchased it. I will always stick with GMC for my future vehicles.

GMC 2500 with an 8 foot bed driven for 19 years and runs like a top
I've driven this truck for 19 years and maintained it religiously. Three years ago I had it repainted and everybody thinks it looks brand new. I find it more comfortable than my wife's SUZ and with an 8 foot bed I can put anything in it because it is a GMC 2500

The GMC truck the last truck you'll buy.
This is a solid truck not to many problems. If you live in a state where they salt the roads you need to take extra precautions as far as cleaning your vehicle in the winter time to keep the salt off of the bare metal. If not rust will soon appear and will eat the truck away. The motors run good and are reliable. Four wheel drive models are available and work good. Interior is comfortable and laid out nicely.

Love my truck and it is good condition.
The truck is in good shape. I have had to do minimal work on it. New seat covers and other normal repair. Would love to have a fresh coat of paint. I get compliments all the time on the condition. I do wish I had the extended cab. It only has 158 thousand miles registered.

It is a very reliable vehicle.
I bought the vehicle used about 4 years ago. I had to replace the fuel pump two years ago and the driver side back door handle is broken. The only thing I really don't like is how the doors open to the back seat. Suicide doors are not very convenient in supermarket parking lots. Other than that no complaints.

Great ac with amazing radio sound
Very comfy and smooth drive with great ac. I enjoy taking this car on trips with the family and to the beach where everything fits. Definitely is one for the years my family has used it and never let us down. I hope to get a newer version real soon to see what new things it has

It is convenient and roomy for long rides.
Big and bulky. Idles strangely and convulses as if losing control. Gas gauge is also unreliable. A gas hog.

It's a Wonderful starting off kind of car
It's a wonderful first car. It great to learn how to drive in, but it's not a family car. It's pretty roomie but not perfect for car seats. Again it's a great starting off car. My truck has lasted longer than I've lived. It's gone through a lot and is still holding up strong

Very big safe and has plenty of room
My truck is very reliable not the most comfortable truck but it gets me from point a to point b never had any mechanical problems and never gives me a hard time I would recommend this truck to anyone I would tell anyone that is looking for a vehicle that you need to really look over the car you are buying
GMC Sierra 2500 Models
Models also known as Trim Levels, are used to identify a vehicle's level of equipment or special features.
This car is older than me but she runs like a gem. She has her fair share of issues but that's to be expected with an older vehicle. Most of her issues are cosmetic; the dashboard is beginning to dry rot, but there's nothing to prevent that, it just happens. Overall, she's a great beast.
