Great family vehicle, practical and reliable! ( and is not a minivan).

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

We bought our GMC Yukon Denali used about 3-4 years ago. I really like the size of the vehicle. It's not quite as big as a suburban but does transport my family of five, plus a friend just fine. I really like the leather interior and the captains chairs in the middle row versus a bench. Both captains chairs and the back seat bench are removable or collapsible which has come in super handy, especially when traveling or just going grocery shopping. The side mirrors electronically fold in for tight parking situations, they also electronically fold back out. The front seats and the captains chairs in the middle are all heated seats. This feature is super ideal during those cold winter months. Front seats are electric seats. There really has not been any problems with our GMC Yukon. The check engine light has lit up on several occasions and after taking it in to have it looked at, we were told that this was a sensor reset button issue and that was all. I pay about $60 in gas to fill up the tank, which is not too bad for a bigger vehicle. Overall we are very pleased with our selection of a GMC Yukon!

Deluxe SUV with the modern features and superior performance.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I haven't really had any mechanical issues with my Yukon Denali. It is a good looking yet sporty looking model which runs well with the larger v8 engine. It has all the electronics features you would want in your vehicle along with the fabulous Bose stereo system. This video has leather interior and on board navigation system with OnStar subscription. Has been very dependable and pleasing to the eye. Only thing I wish were better was the fuel economy. This car suited well for larger families with busy schedules. I love mine and have no regrets.

Yukon XL 2003 review. Great truck with a lot of space.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I love my truck. It runs great for an older vehicle. I've done some work to it over the years obviously, as any older vehicle will need. Keep the maintenance up and it will run solid. It's very spacious and we love taking it out to the beach and for trips. Third row seats come in handy that easily remove for extra space. I do wish it was a 4 wheel drive. This truck was not made for gas efficiency, but if that's what you're looking for, a truck is not for you.

Best car ever with much space.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I love that there are plenty of seats for when taking road trip with a lot of people. If not all seats are being used the middle and back row can be folded down for more room in the trunk. I've used mine to travel a lot and have moved twice just using my car. Best investment ever. It's very reliable never had any major issues with it by just keeping up with maintenance which honesty isn't much beside oil change and such.

My Yukon is safe & durable. It has lasted the tough testing of time & 4 kids.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I love the size and how well it handles. It holds all my kids and still have room to put grocery bags. I am not the 1st owner and I have made several repairs to the water pump and control arm on the driver side. It has been strong and safe for my family. I'm happy to own it. I just wish the paint wasn't chipping away and the sun visors and headliner are ripping on their own.

This car was built to last.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

The only problem I've had is with the water pump. We've also had to replace the alternator. Both of were replaced by my husband who has no mechanical skills using YouTube. The car is extremely comfortable and built to last. It's performance is smooth even though I wish it had a tighter suspension. I'm only 5'2 but I can see clearly when driving the vehicle.

The Yukon I drive has many amenities!!

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

It is a really awesome ride but it sucks gas in town and sometimes is hard to maneuver into small places. Overall I really love it but wish I had an economical vehicle for long trips. My Yukon had DVD player and has 3rd row seating also. The stereo is a Bose, which is one of the very best in the market!

2003 GMC Yukon Denali 3rd row seating

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

It's older so more problems are arising as the years pass but it's lasted for being 16 years old. Rear heating/cooling went out. Oil needs to be changed more often with over 300 thousand miles on it. Very little rust damage to exterior except floor runners are starting to rust out at the holding spots

Owning a Yukon has been overall a good experience.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I am not the 1st owner but overall the Yukon is roomy and safe. Decent on gas and fluids are easy to check and change. I have replaced the water pump radiator and thermostat at 150,000 miles. Only issues I have are aesthetic. Paint chipping and interior fabrics tearing and deteriorating.

    - TONI L

    Love the comfort and space.

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

I absolutely love my Yukon. We've put over 80,000 miles on it and it's still going strong. Ours has almost 235,000 miles on it total. It is roomy even in the back seat. I do wish it had a 3rd seat. It has all the get up and go we could ever ask for and pulls our pontoon boat like a champ.

Pros and cons of Yukon xl

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

Computer messes up so abs and brake signal is always on. Does not feel balanced sharp turns are scary to do because of how high it sits Has three rows of seat so perfect for large families Third row can be removed completely for more carriage space Tow capabilities Defrost mirrors

Best ways to get around town!!

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

The truck is very reliable & spacious! Good in the winter. What I don't like is it has rust issues after a while of having it. Great highway miles. It has a 3rd row seating ac/tape deck. It's got a hitch on it so you can take along a haul of things. And great on gas.

    - Ashley M

Love the captain seats. Makes it easier with kids getting in and out

    2003 GMC Yukon SLE

Not had any problems! Love it!! Just general upkeep such as oil changes, brakes, etc. lots of room! Love the captain seats in the middle row. Only thing I wish was different, I wish it had more room in the main back for luggage and such when we travel.
