The safety features. Side warning in the mirror is very helpful.

It's a very smooth drive and the engine is actually awesome.
I love the performance, the engine and the drive. Very luxurious vehicle to drive. I also love the features.

The amount of room it allows for your growing family.
I like the room it has for my family. I like the ease of driving.
accountCircle Leticia M
Love the space each passenger has.
A/C goes turns off on it's own. Took it to dealership and they fix it for a few days then back again to same problem. Not sure why it turns off. Some days it works perfect with no problems at all. Everything else I love about the truck. Not sure if the ac problem is all models

Family functional vehicle
I love the size of my vehicle. It handles great and is easy to park using the back up camera. It fits my family and lifestyle well.
accountCircle Lindsay H
It is a great family car!
I love the space. The backup camera is very convenient. The heated/cooling seats are great for the different climate.
accountCircle Chelsea R
That is does not have much space in the very back to store things.
I love my vehicle because it is pretty big and I love the touch screen on it. The only thing I dislike is I wish it had a little more space in the back for groceries, etc.

The beautiful luxury SUV.
This vehicle is very comfortable and very stylish. It has all the necessary bells and whistles that you would want in a vehicle. The navigation is excellent and gets me where I need to go. The premium sound system makes all the long drives enjoyable. The split crew seat in the second row is great allowing to get to the third row sheets without any problems. The double screens for watching movies is great for those that are traveling in the rear and can relax watching an enjoyable movie. The heated seats are a charm in the winter time. You can auto start the vehicle and have it nice and warm when the family gets ready to go in the morning. The vehicle rides well and handles the road like a hand in a gloves. The all wheel drive feature is ideal for the winter conditions and hills that we have to deal with in our area. The all around space provided by the vehicle makes for a very comfortable ride when you can stretch out and relax without being cramped and squished in a small area. I haven't had any problems with this vehicle. I make sure to check the oil and get it changed properly and in a timely fashion. The basic maintenance has kept this vehicle on the road without any major problems whatsoever.

My review of 2013 GMC Yukon Denali.
Functions great but a little old and missing some necessities like Bluetooth connectivity for cell phones. Rides well and overall I am pleased. I would buy this vehicle again. Maybe not brand new since they are so expensive. With a better stereo I would rate this higher.
accountCircle Amanda D
Great vehicle- if you need the space!
This is a very spacious vehicle! Three rows of seating are available and there is still a generous amount of cargo room in the rear. The 3rd row can be folded up in several different configurations to further increase the cargo space if needed. The Yukon has nice features as well, such as automatic heated seats, a backup camera, and OnStar/Bluetooth capabilities. We purchased this vehicle used with nearly 100,000 miles, but have had no issues. It is very reliable. Downsides are the size- it is very large and can be difficult to park/back out of parking spaces. The a/c can be difficult to work- it has many different settings and separate rear and passenger controls.

Pros and cons to Yukon Denali.
I love the look of my car both exterior and interior. However, I feel like it does not have much power even though it is a denali. It lacks power and speed going up hills. The car itself is comfortable and easy to drive. The hands-free calling is very outdated and hard to use. I wish you could say a name in your phone to call versus the whole phone number. It has very terrible gas mileage and living in california it is very expensive to maintain.

The heater is split from front to the rear.
It's been a pretty good vehicle. It handles very well in the snow.We have used it to tow other vehicles out of ditches. . It sits 8 comfortably. We have room for our camping gear. We have even used it to sleep in while camping. We have used this vehicle for family recreation and work. My husband is a contractor and has used it to tow trailers.

Solid but not without its flaws.
The Yukon is very similar to the Escalade, but at a much better price point. It is spacious, comfortable, and has been reliable. I like having the third row bucket seats, which fold and can also be removed. The GPS / Navigation system is not intuitive and is difficult to operate. The Yukon drives heavy, like a truck, and has a tight suspension, and wide turn radius.
accountCircle Anne B
Roomy enough for the whole family.
Other than the bad coils that loses power when it rains and a few other minor mechanics problems. I love it have enough room to comfortably seat my 3 kids and my 2 nieces and nephews and all there baseball and softball stuff or their stuff when we do weekend road trips.

2013 GMC Yukon four wheel drive.
It is a 4 wheel drive and has exceeded its capabilities where we live. Very rural area with lots of mud and holes. We use to get stuck often and had to pay a wrecker to get us out but not anymore. It has definitely been worth the price. I recommend it highly!

Best used truck owned in 51 years of driving.
I bought my 2013 XL 3 years ago @ 265,000 miles. It was a Limo Service vehicle and did a Baltimore to Phillie Daily for 5 years. I Live in Md. Wife and I use it mainly to go to Az twice a year to visit friends and family. The 2 of us, Dog, and fully loaded. 70mph, cruise on, we consistantly get 20.5mpg, hand calculated. It now has 295,000+ and we're getting ready for another trip. For those of you complaining about low gas mileage, you've probably got the 3.42 or 3.73 gears, which are better for towing. Mine has 3.08's, 5.3L and 6L80E. 17mpg on NON interstate (I live in a rural area, closest store is 10miles away). I also have a 2004 F-350 diesel (3.73 rear) that gets 19.5 on highway. And it's got over 350k on the clock. Love both trucks. And the YUKON XL, like the Suburban (I discount the Escalade as it's more for Soccer mom's and Bling Addicts) have always been trucks. Granted I could put a 6.2, 6L90E, and 3.73 rear in it to pull my 8k# trailer, but the F-350 would spank it hard in every way including mileage. Sure it's go a turning radius of a Navy Destroyer, but with a Wheelbase in excess of 140", it won't turn like a 68 VW BUG or whatever tincan you like to drive. IT'S BIG, It's Heavy (wife's Buick Encore is 1/4 to 1/3 size and weight), and sometimes has to think about how it's gonna get out of it's own way, but a passing truck won't blow you across the Median strip into oncoming traffic. It don't have the bells and whistles I see on a lot of upper tier Sub/Yuk have. But we're happy with it and that's what counts. Would I buy another.... YES, but, I'd buy used again.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Nandel W.

The power and the cargo space of the vehicle. The look of the SUV is cool as well. I also like the 4 wheel drive capability of the vehicle which can go off road with just about any sport utility vehicle I have seen on the market.

likeFilled Tiffany F.

The auto starter is wonderful in all the seasons. When started the truck heat or cool the inside before you get in. I love using the starter every morning. Heating and cooling seats is a nice touch to the leather. The build in DVD player keeps my children occupied while I drive to our destination. Had little to no problems in repairs. Give great highway mileage.

likeFilled Wesley T.

It has heated and cooling seats. It has XM radio and a DVD player in the middle and back row so kids are easily entertained. The read back- up camera is also very helpful! I have the xl so even with my 3rd row seat in I have plenty of trunk space.

likeFilled Mitali S.

It's a family car and the most comfortable one, I recommend my friends also this car. Like the wheel function. We enjoy driving this car, it is like a family to us. It's a brand which can be trusted fully, there is nothing to worry about if you have this car.

likeFilled Rebecca J.

It is a great vehicle for a big family. The xl has lots of trunk space. It came with all the bells and whistles we wanted and had held up really well for the most part. It is roomy and fits 8 people easily.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Nandel W.

The gas mileage is kind of low because it is a large vehicle. Also the third row seating can get kind of tricky to get into sometimes especially if you are a larger person it can be kind of difficult to get to the third row of seating.

dislikeFilled Tiffany F.

The cons having four children there is little to no trunk space for grocery or large items when the third row is in use. The windows in the back does not roll all the way down. The third row does not have any leg space. The third row seat is for young children only.

dislikeFilled Wesley T.

It uses a lot of gas. It can also be hard to park because it is so long. The tires that come on the vehicle are very expensive and easy to tear up. So the cost of them is expensive and you can ruin your rim easily.

dislikeFilled Mitali S.

I don't find any cons in this car. It has tight space, the base engine is slow, accelerator is sluggish, little on the higher side. Cargo space is less, due to its size not everyone can fit in, little bit challenge for the short people.

dislikeFilled Rebecca J.

The gas mileage is not the best. We only get about 16 miles to the gallon. While the gas price is lower it is not too bad to fill up. When prices go up it is very expensive to fill up since it is a 30 gallon tank.
