Great family car, all in one package and safe and easy to drive.
Great for travel with a huge trunk, comfy seats to fit 3 people wide, smooth ride and easy to park with great turning radius.
accountCircle Stephanie D
Pulls a boat like a truck but feels like a luxury car.
It drives smoothly, gets great gas mileage, tows our boat well, has lots of extras like heated and cooled seats, blu-ray player, power folding 2nd and 3rd row seats, has a sunroof. It has a lot of safety features like front and rear sensors, backup camera, cross traffic alert, blind spot monitor, lane departure.
accountCircle Rachele Y
Shuddering problem, beautiful car otherwise.
I love this vehicle inside and out. It has a terrible problem with shuddering inside engine, probably transmission related. It is in the shop today to find out the problem, so that is yet to be determined. We also received a letter in the mail recently from gm saying there is some type of recall on a sensor in the transmission that causes shuddering, so that is most likely the cause.

2016 GMC Yukon xl Denali.
We love our Yukon. The remote start comes in handy when it is freezing outside as does the heated seats and steering wheel. It comes with a DVD player which is great for those long car rides. Love everything about the Yukon and wish we would have bought one a long time ago.

Safe, comfortable, luxury family car.
Big, safe comfy! Perfect for luxury family car! We take it off reading to beaches, perfect car for Hawaii roads! Smooth rides, easy for car seat installments. Cup holders for everyone.
accountCircle Nataly S
It is interior is really comfortable and I have switched the inside colors.
It is a good truck and takes me along the way. It is a reliable truck and fits 5 people, the interior is beautiful and it is quite comfortable. The truck looks pretty in a lot of colors, such as, black, navy blue, white and red. You can always add things to make your truck look cool.

If you want to haul something biggish, you can! You can remove the entire third row and still have room for 4 passengers.
I like my Yukon Denali because I it has third row seating that is easily removable. I love the spacious interior, but the vehicle itself is big so I never try to parallel park anywhere and I'm nervous about parking close to people at the store. And it is a gas guzzler lol but I do love the space. Nicest vehicle I ever owned.

My GMC is a wonder on the road I love the great seat heat and cooling
I personally Love the rear seat heat and the front seat cooling system as well as the many carplay abilities.

Quality
Love & Hate Relationship I Love the size, ride, looks, and feel of the vehicle. That's it. I hate the quality of the engine, transmission, tail lights, cooling system. Yes, I have had to replace all these items while my car is still not paid off. I bought the vehicle new and always have had it properly serviced. It's not worth the price tag if you have to take it into the shop to have these major issues fixed and not drive it for months. My last Yukon XL I purchased new had the engine crease at 102,000 miles. The current one I own ceased at 100,247! Very disappointed with GM and would not recommend to others. This will be the last GM I buy.

The amount of space in the car makes it really easy to transport skis.
It can drive a little sluggish sometimes but it is a very good car for what it is made for! It can transport many people or objects and is very sleek. I personally have over 90 thousand miles on my Yukon and she is stick kicking great. I would recommend for many people who must transport a lot of people or large objects to get this car.

A brief look at a GMC vehicle.
The vehicle I use to drive is the 2016 GMC Yukon. I enjoy it because it is roomy and has a lot of space to place things for errands. I also like the exterior a lot. It is a little hard to drive around. It is also slow sometimes. This vehicle is alright if you like big sporty cars.

Stay away - do not purchase.
My Yukon Denali xl has been in and out of the shop since we bought it. We've had so many issues with it, ranging from minor to major, that it would be impossible to list them all. At first I thought we just got a lemon, however, after many google searches, I have learned that I am not the only one to encounter such issues. I cannot wait to get rid of this thing!

Rough suspension. Nice acceleration and engine.
Bad suspension. Rough ride. Nice acceleration. Lots of room. Looks nice and handles well. Electronics are nice. Heads up display is good.

Big enough for a large family and looks good but not extremely reliable.
I love the storage and the look. I like the power it has and most of the features. It's big enough for my 6 person family. I don't like that it has not been as reliable as my older Yukon. I also wish it had more cup holders

Spacious and great towing capacity.
I purchased this vehicle with the idea that I would be towing a travel trailer with it. With that in mind I chose the option with the most towing power and capacity. I have been very satisfied with how it tows my trailer. I barely notice that it is connected to it.

Extra comfort, spacious, great for traveling, feels like office.
I own GMC Yukon xl Denali and I couldn't be happier with this car. It is huge, my wife and I travel all around the country in it. Besides extremely amazing features such as strong v8 power, stout towing capacity, nine person seating, extremely quiet highway drive, classy interior quality, it is a must have car!! I would rate it as comfort 100++.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Gage S.

Very roomy, car has a good look to it, exactly what I was looking for in this type of vehicle. It has aged well, showing little signs of wear and tear even after 2 children and many car pools. Will probably buy a newer Yukon for my next car.

likeFilled Albert G.

I like having a V8 engine instead of what most Manufacturers pushing V6 and turbo 4 cylinder engines. I like the room I have and the over size of vehicle, my family feels safe because of the size. The fact the Yukon is built on a Truck Chassis is a big plus and gives me better feeling if I tow a trailer.

likeFilled Kayla S.

The Apple carplay is my favorite function. Also love the automatic running boards and all of the lane assist features. I was happy to have a sunroof for the warm Texas weather. Heated and cooling seats are also great for our weather that changes for frequently.

likeFilled Angela H.

It has plenty of room, my kids love the DVD's and the wireless charging station. Heated seats front and back, all seats fold down with a push of a button. Leather seats are great. It has the backup camera and sensors. Sunroof is great on the sunny days.

likeFilled Lisa L.

Drives very smooth! Lots of nice accessories- heated/cooled seats, back up camera, DVD, sunroof, and lane adapt. Great family car! Comfortably holds our family of five. Love the extras. The trunk space is large with lots of room for 3 busy kids things!

likeFilled Christy Z.

One of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned. When going on long trips it is very comfortable. It drives smooth and I love all of the extra room. Most three row vehicles do not have a lot of extra trunk space but this Yukon xl has plenty of room mostly for people that like to travel like I do. I do not believe I will buy anything else but a Yukon.

likeFilled Sharrell C.

My Denali provides a lot of space and comfort for my entire family plus additional passengers. Very nice riding and driving vehicle. It is perfect for everyday traveling and vacationing. Good gas mileage for an SUV. Lots of space for groceries and luggage.

likeFilled Jess L.

We have 5 kids so we enjoy the space. We also like the technology like Wi-Fi, lane assistance, crash notification, backup cam, DVD player, and navigation. We travel a lot for sports so we need space for our luggage, the trunk is very spacious.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Gage S.

Sometimes feels too bulky, have to be extra cautious when driving because the vehicle is so large. Gas mileage is atrocious, constantly dumping money into the Yukon just to get around. Probably not the best option for everyday use in commuting and things like that.

dislikeFilled Albert G.

The second row seats can be moved forward or back. The floor in with the third row seats down is not flat, causing things to roll backwards. Adaptive Cruise Control is bit touchy, and seems to slow down to fast and when clear it starts up to fast.

dislikeFilled Kayla S.

It is large so it does not get the best gas mileage. I really do not have any cons, it fits all my family members with no trouble. Parking it is fairly easy co soldering the back up camera and sensors in both the rear and front bumper.

dislikeFilled Angela H.

It could have a little bit more get up and go. The gas could be a little better since I drive 100 miles a day. Needs more storage space. Could have self parking lol. Speaker's could be better. Would love to hook my Netflix up to the DVDs.

dislikeFilled Lisa L.

The DVD went out shortly after purchasing it and has been hard to get replaced. Routine maintenance has been expensive in general. Although we love the car very much, I have disliked these two features. They would not be enough to sway me from buying again but I would like if they were adjusted some.

dislikeFilled Christy Z.

I haven't had any complaints on my vehicle so far. I love everything about it. If I had to pick one thing I wish both of the seats in the second row would let up so people could reach the third row instead of just on one side.

dislikeFilled Sharrell C.

Cons of the Denali are the price of replacing the wheels and tires. Oil changes can be a little pricey. Engine, transmission work would have been quite expensive if we had not purchased the extended warranty offered to us at the time of purchase.

dislikeFilled Jess L.

It is pretty good on gas but any bigger vehicle is more expensive than a smaller vehicle. Having a big family I do wish sometimes we would have a little more space like an extra seat or two. Overall definitely more pros than cons.
