2013 Honda fit, Oh the Places Shell Go.

2013 Honda Fit Base

I have a red Honda Fit, and I absolutely love it. I've had her for about 6 years now and have taken her all over. We've been through the mountains of Colorado and through the beaches of South Texas. I've been told she's too small to take her most places I've taken her but she's been through it all. She's the perfect camping car because there is so much storage room. You can pull the back seats up or down and since it's a hatchback you have the entire back of the car to store luggage in. I've even slept back there some nights with the hatchback open in the Ozark Forest in Arkansas. My favorite part thought is the amount of cup holders. Everyone brings it up when they get in my car. She has great gas mileage and it only takes about $20 to fill her up. I've packed some miles on her with all of the places I've taken her in the last 6 years but she still works like a charm. I've never had any serious problems with her except the a/c from time to time these days. She's small enough where you can zip in and out of small spaces. She's perfect. Overall I would definitely recommend this car.

2013 Honda Fit - Great gas mileage, very versatile, bad cup holders

2013 Honda Fit Base Electric

I love my Honda Fit! Originally, I leased the vehicle in 2013. After 3 years, my lease was up and I loved it so much I ended up purchasing it. Not only do I get great gas mileage but the fit stays true to its name and FITS almost anything. I have done two moves in this car and I love its versatility. I can fold the seats completely flat, or fold them up for something tall. The car also handles very well. I can fit into tight parking spaces and take tight turns with no problem. There are only two things that bother me. 1. The cup holders. They cup holders don't fit most travel cups. Most containers are either too tall, or too fat. And 2. I have a glitch in my driver's side window that only happens sometimes. When I use the auto function to roll the window up, it stops halfway and then starts going back down. If I hold the button for the window to go up, it works fine, the glitch is only when I use the auto function. Overall, I love my car and have no major complaints.

The fit is a good fit for urban drivers.

2013 Honda Fit

The car is fairly loud when on the road. It also does not have a lot of engine power. I think it is an excellent price point for a really reliable car. I love the hatchback and honestly one of the best features of the car is that it has a ton of cup holders. I have had my car for over five years and have had nothing but very minor mechanical issues. I am noticing, however, that there seems to be some electrical issues. The interior light in the gear shift as well as the cup holder are is only on for a portion of the time. I also think that while the gas mileage of the car was a feature that was really talked up when I bought it, I do not think I have ever gotten really great gas mileage. Certainly not an above average amount for any other sedan or hatchback. I think this car is perfect for in-city driving with the occasional longer trip.
