Honda Odyssey. Powerful for a minivan, reliable, fits 8 comfortably.

2005 Honda Odyssey

My Honda Odyssey is powerful for a minivan. I live in a hilly area. It does great going up the hills. I love the way you can make super sharp turns, I cannot do that with our truck. I also like how roomy it is. It fits 8 comfortably. Some SUVs I been in are super tight but not this van. I like that it has a “secret” compartment on the floor by the passengers feet, it provides extra storage. It also has another little secret compartment at the bottom of the front passenger’s seat. The trunk is deep and roomy. I like how the seats can be removed for extra space. I like the double electric doors. You cannot go wrong with a Honda, super reliable. Haven't had any engine problems with it yet. The only big problem that we’ve had is with the electric sliding doors. They seemed to stop working, but the car is 13 years old, so it is expected. But the doors can still be open manually.

Family Favorite: The tale of a car that has faithfully served for over a decade.

2005 Honda Odyssey LX

While lacking some of the modern safety features, my 2005 Honda Odyssey is a tried-and-true machine that had faithfully served my family for many years. We've always been careful to keep it well maintained, and so have never had cause to complain or worry about the performance or reliability of the vehicle in the 10+ years that we've had it. The leather seats are starting fall apart, and sometimes we've had trouble maintaining the air conditioning, but these are only result of long years of gradual wear and tear. The eight seats in this vehicle have always been a boon to my large family. All-in-all, a wonderful car, and highly recommended by everyone in my family.

It's super mom and kid friendly! So great for families!

2005 Honda Odyssey

I absolutely LOVE my Honda Odyssey. It was like the people at Honda sat down with a panel of moms and was like "okay, what do you have issues with in your current car?" and then they fixed ALL OF THEM! For instance, the sliding door are amazing because I don't have to worry about my kids hitting someone else's car when they open the door AND I can open the car door from the house and have them run inside while I'm locking up. The sun shade is nice to keep the sun off of a sleeping child's face; the rear A/C can be controlled by the driver/passenger up front OR the kids in the back. I could go on and on. It's amazing!
