Very convenient for hauling large loads. We take a lot of trips to the hardware store and do not have to worry about whether all of our purchases will fit. If it's not set up for the larger items stowing away the seats is a breeze. It drives smooth, handles very nicely.

Best car out of all the ones we tried.
The car is spacious and comfortable. The seats are great, and I love how the back-back seats are so big. The movie screen is in a perfect place, and it came with headphones. Overall the car is perfect for us. We bought it used, so there are cosmetic damages on the car, but nothing actually broken.

Great vehicle for the whole family!
I love the Honda odyssey! It has great passenger capacity with the optional 8th seat in the middle row. With a family of 4 kids ages 9 and under it is essential to be able to have one vehicle that fits us all. There is still space left with all of us in the vehicle (including two infant seats) for our bags and such. The kids love the DVD feature and I love the safety aspects as well as the sunroof.

It is a great family vehicle for everyday errands and taking kids to and from school/sports/running errands. The car is reliable and great for long road trips. The deluxe version has a built in DVD player and vacuum in the car which is really handy with young children.

Road noise is very loud and distracting. Very comfortable for trips and easy to fold down seats are a plus. Jerky transmission which can be alarming and concerning. Vehicle has been very reliable overall with minimal issues. Option to upgrade to apple play should be added with software.

Best minivan I have ever owned!
I have owned several different brands of minivans, and the Honda odyssey is by far the best. It is reliable and stylish. It drives really well, and the amenities are all within easy reach. It is very comfortable, and it has Bluetooth, which is very convenient to use. The only feature I would improve would be the navigation system, which is not user friendly. Otherwise I would highly recommend this minivan!

Wonderful car with some drawbacks.
The Honda odyssey is a great vehicle for families. I love how smooth the ride is. The seats are fully adjustable. Unfortunately this model does not come with adjustable pedals. That was a disappointing change because I am quite short and do not like to sit so close to the steering wheel. The car gets good gas mileage. The doors are power sliding doors. I adore the keyless entry and push button start. The seats are not power fold to lay flat; unfortunately you have to push them down yourself.

Great reliable vehicle. Has best towing capability of all minivans. Lots of room for my family of 6. Plenty of upgrades if you want them. Comfortable and smooth driving. This vehicle is very spacious and holds up to 8 people comfortably.
Very comfortable, reliable and hopefully good life expectancy. The only negative is it had a recall for the minor issue with the transmission due to the car jerking when shifting. I brought it in to be fixed and it didn't really help, a private mechanic let us know it will do no damage to my vehicle so not to worry.

2014 Honda odyssey the van with tons of space for everyday commutes.
The Honda odyssey is a great family vehicle. It has tons of room seats 8 people. The trunk of the van also has tons of cargo space and the seats fold down into the floor which makes for tons of room to carry cargo. Some of the Honda odyssey van has a vacuum built in for those easy to clean up messes.

This minivan is the best choice for kids with plenty of space for friends.
My Honda odyssey was a perfect choice for my family. We have two young children and found the option of an SUV was not as appealing. In the minivan my children are able to open the doors and get in and out on their own. The doors are automated, they push a button and door will open or close. There is also enough room for them to walk from one side to the other. We also like the option of the third row which when added means the van can seat up to 8 people.

Road noise is the biggest problem. Other than that it is very reliable and spacious. It is great for families and I like the versatility of the third row seating. It can be stowed for additional cargo space. After six years the camber needed to be fixed. We have had no major issues with this vehicle.

The 2014 Honda odyssey has been one of my best car purchases.
I really like the exterior styling of this vehicle. Additionally, it can easily fit 7-8 people and is perfect for any family. The seats are comfortable and well-built. The back row is easily configurable as well. The rear view camera comes with the car and it has helped me so much. I have seen reviews that indicate that the only downside is its lower than normal reliability.

The leg room compared to most minivans is amazing.

2014 Honda odyssey review for families.
Great vehicle. Never had any issues so far. The vehicle is very reliable. Great for hauling due to the space. Easy to move seats around to be able to get the space and seating you would like. It's a basic model but still is very nice for families. Will hold 8 passengers where other vans still only have 7 passengers. Only issue we do have is the seals on the van are beginning to wear and will be needing to be replaced sooner rather than later. This does make the voice a little loud to drive since you can hear the air coming through the seals that need replaced.

I have used this car for many things such as towing and for carpooling. It has lots of space and does not take to much gas. It saves me more money than my previous car and offers lots of technical features. It did have a transmission problem, but it was not to expensive. It is a great car to have overall.

A great vehicle for large families.
It drives comfortably and has a great turn radius. It is very roomy inside with plenty of legroom for adults even in the back seat. Tons of storage in the trunk area. The downside that I found is the sliding passenger doors stick and tend to break easily. We have had our fixed once, but it is still having problems. And while fixing it they broke the window so it does not roll up and down anymore.

Perfect family van loaded with special features.
I absolutely love the features of my Honda odyssey touring elite. It has leather seats which are super easy to clean with kids and pets. I love the design of the wide screen DVD player which allows me to have a full unobstructed view out of my rear view mirror. The stow away 3rd row seating is great when using it to transport large items. Last thing I love is having built in navigation. I have done 3 trips across country and this is a wonderful feature that allows me to see a large map of where I am going. You will not be disappointed with this model.

Great van for traveling families!
We have 4 children that are under the age of twelve and this van has a bench seat in the middle so it is an eight passenger van. The middle seat of the middle bench is quite small so a booster does not sit very well on there, but you can't make it work, but probably a regular car seat. The van is comfortable to sit in. We have take a number of over 2,300 mile trips (one way) in it and there is enough room. The power controls for the front seats are nice. Also that each front seat driver can adjust their temperature is super nice! Also the back seat temperature can be controlled from up front, either top a different temperature than the front or synced to the same as up front if we want it all the same. The van did very good on gas. I think it averaged around 27 miles to the gallon, something like that. We were happy with it anyways. It has drink holders in the back and little compartments to store things in and in the bottom of side doors it has drink holders which little children cannot use, but big people can. Also drink holders on the middle compartments that the middle seat people can use. Also drink holders in the front door pockets down by the floor. Well prepared with drink holders! I would recommend this van for anyone wanting to travel and especially for families!

Best minivan out there, totally reliable.
It has 92k miles on it, we have had it for 3 years now. We have not had to do any work to it besides oil changes. It is extremely reliable as we have taken it for multiple long distance road trips, which include driving from Illinois to Oklahoma a few times and then Illinois to Missouri quite a few times. Never had to worry about it failing on us.

I like the automatic side doors and keyless entry and engine start. I dislike that the trunk does not open or close automatically. I would like a trunk cover to hide items in the trunk. I like the second row windows that open and shade screen. I wish that the third row windows opened.

100,000 miles and going strong!
My odyssey has nearly 100,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. It is always been reliable, and is comfortable for traveling regularly with 5 children. I love the space and the many cup holders this minivan offers. My only complaint is that there were a couple of recalls, but Honda has fixed them at no charge, so it is not a huge complaint. Overall, I recommend this minivan!

Outstanding van, great features with rear and side camera and push button start.
I really love my Honda odyssey. The best thing about it for me is the backup camera. I also love that there is so much room for the whole family and if not everyone comes we can put down the back seats for more room for other items. I have had no problems with the van in 6 years. Another great thing about the van is the push button start and never have to have a key to start the van or unlock the door. The key fob stays in my purse all the time and it is great.

Great ride with smart features on the Odyssey!
I love my Honda Odyssey! The ride is sooo comfortable! We have a Touring so it came with Rear entertainment system and Navigation system. We use the RES everyday but rarely use the navigation system since we have smartphones with GPS. We love that we can take out the center seat on the second row which makes carpool so much easier! The automatic sliding doors make carpool easier too but the doors can sometimes get stuck if it's raining. Not sure why! The audio sound system is great! The van also has lane departure which let's you know if you are going into someone else's lane. The cameras are great for switching lanes and I love that the truck goes up and down automatically!!!

The Honda odyssey has some great benefits with a few drawbacks.
I like the van, however it does have its issues. I have run out of gas twice because there is no light or ding sound and also because the gas gauge does not get to empty. The driver seat warmer does not work which is a pain in the winter. I do love that the back seats lower down into the vehicle giving you a flat back area to haul things if needed. I also like the indentation area in the back for groceries and the rubber mat that fits into that area which makes it easy to clean.

Odyssey is a solid practical vehicle for a large family.
This vehicle has overall been good. The only problem we consistently have is the right side automatIc door will intermittently stop working then start working again a few days later. The interior is comfortable. I like the heated leather seats. The controls for the ac are good. It is very annoying that some features are disabled, like changing the time on the clock, when the car is I'drive. The speakers are good. I enjoy the sun roof. I'drives smoothly and has enough pickup. The middle row is spacious enough for tall people. The back tow is also good sized. There is plenty of cargo space in the back. I like the top rack. It can hold a good amount of weight. The car I'm Decent looking for a minivan. The color is nice. I do have issues with the rear wiper blade not turning off.

Navigation is horrible and leads you on the wrong path
While it gets ok gas mileage and seats are comfortable...That's about where my positivity ends. The Navigation/Entertainment system is horrible and not user friendly. The two do not work well together at all..it is hard to input a place for directions and often those directions are wrong..i was on a paid highway and it told me to get off only to have me get right back on..Tires and brakes wore out much too quickly -under 25k..Power doors don't always work. Etc....

I love that I feel safe in my vehicle and feel that there are safety features for my children. I love the space, and that the last row of seats folds down to create extra cargo space. I like that the middle row has a removable middle seat that we can use if we have extra people in our vehicle. I do not like that we have had transmission problems even though we bought the vehicle brand new, and though Honda rebuilt the transmission under warranty, it is disappointing that our 4 year old vehicle has a rebuilt transmission in it.

Plenty of room for taking grandkids.
Plenty of room to take 4 grandkids with us, to travel south for winter with lots of stuff & bike, very comfortable, good radio & attaches to cell phone, love the removable seats, love the double side doors, white color very visible, not too high to step into.

Comfy car for family of 6
Reliable vehicle that is comfortable for my family of six. Easy to get all four children in and out of car seats. Able to fit three car seats across third row. Gas mileage is good and handles well in winter snow. Lots of storage and cup holders in driver's side. Climate control options and sunroof provide more creature comforts.

Overall I would recommend this vehicle, for a couple who is starting a family,
This vehicle is great. I have two teenage daughters, and when we go on road trips there is plenty of room for them to each have their own space. Super comfortable. It includes and wide screen TV that can play two different movies at the same time, so one child can watch one while the other one can watch a different movie. The only problems so far have included the tire pressure. Since I live in Chattanooga the temperature drops to below 70 then up to 80 daily, so the tire pressure says it is low even though it is not.

Great features of 2014 Honda odyssey.
My 2014 Honda odyssey is a great family vehicle. I have two boys that play hockey and this vehicle has been perfect for our family with traveling to and from practice and games. The options of the touring elite are great as well. I have utilized the built vacuum many times. It makes cleaning the van a breeze.

My review on my Honda odyssey.
My vehicle is a really nice car that is very reliable and I have not had any problems with it. I have in fact had the car for 2 years so far and it is been great. It has a good mileage and great performance. My car has an amazing leather interior. My car is in a fact a Honda but works amazing.

It's great for a big family especially who likes to travel.
I like that my van has a lot of room for the whole family especially when we travel. My kids love the video screens too.

That it is built for families! It has made traveling around with my large family so much easier! If you are in need of a vehicle to make your life easier, THIS IS THE ONE!
I love the amount of room for all 4 of my children. The middle row is perfect for us as well, because the seats pull apart and there is plenty of room for my children's car seats. The entertainment system is wonderful at keeping all 4 of my small children entertained on car rides. The other great thing is how easy it is for me to drive it. I feel like I can handle it very easily, whereas other cars I have driven I am nervous about maneuvering in the city.

Nothing we do not love about this minivan.
I never thought I would be a minivan owner but I fell in love with this vehicle! I'drives smoothly, handles very nicely, the seats are comfortable even for long road trips which we take often, and I feel my family of 5 is safe thanks to Honda's great safety ratings. When you are in the van I Doesn't feel like you are in a van! The features and technology are top-notch and make for a fun, easy, enjoyable ride every time.

Love my reliable, comfortable Honda van!
Love my Honda van. I have had it 6 years and have only had problems with the automatIc doors. It is very comfortable and roomy. I have moved 3 times locally and once across the country using this van. I have had to buy several sets of tires which I was told odyssey's are top heavy and go through tires. It has almost 100,000 miles and is going great. I have kept up all maintenance and it is been great.

Superior handling. Love three row seating and extra storage. Extra value for entry level option and price. Would change for upgrade touring. Pleased with Honda sales and service. Gas Mileage is satisfactory at 24 to 29 miles per gallon with short trips. Room allows lots of space for my hobby projects with above average space for furniture brought home for upcycling business. Very happy with quality for price paid

I LOVE my van. I have five kids and it fits all of with room to spare. It drives like a luxury car. We've talked about getting a suburban since our kids are getting bigger, but I would hate to part with my van. It makes my life so much easier!

Comfortable, spacious, and reliable!
This is the second Honda odyssey that I have purchased. They are very reliable vehicles with good features. For a family of six it is very spacious and roomy. The trunk space is amazing. Leather seat sliding doors and moon roof make it seem to be a little fancier than a plane minivan. Very comfortable ride. If I make the kids ride in the truck they complain. They love their minivan and the space it gives them!

Best vehicle will buy another.
Love the space in my Honda. Seats are easy to take in and out. There is a recall with the transmission but the dealer is great with correcting the problems. Very comfortable and dependable. We love the features it comes with like the side view camera, and the close bumper alerts.

Love my Honda minivan. This is a great family car.
My Honda odyssey is very comfortable to drive, but the wind noise is loud even with the windows shut. The in-dash navigation system is wonderful, and the radio/CD player is great. The ability to see traffic in the right side blind spots on the dash screen helps a lot when changing lanes on a highway.
