Seats go down to and fits a lot of stuff
I need a driver's seat to Sit straight up because I have back problems and the seat does do that, the Honda Pilot has regular maintenance and more affordable to have it fixed than some other cars. I have the 3rd seat and it really comes in handy when I am taking other family members out for a ride

It is great for families, no matter how large or small it is great for those who travel or have kids doing a lot of different activities.
I love the seating options, and how high the vehicle sits. It also drives very well. Newer models I'm sure offer more feature but for the year it is a great car!

The room in the trunk far surpasses that of similar sized vehicles.
Although a 2004, my Honda pilot is dependable and will last for years to come. Comfortable and easily hauls large pieces of my artwork effortlessly. Great for road trips or around the city. I am loyal to the Honda brand and have found my pilot has exceeded all expectations.

It is very spacious for a mid size SUV.
I like be the 3rd row. I just wish the middle row folded all the way up for easier access but this an old model. Rear ac on the fritz but again - it is quite old. Otherwise going strong at over 200k miles and will probably still be kicking at 300k.

I love my 2004 Honda Pilot for its reliability and comfort.
My 2004 Honda Pilot has only required regular maintenance as per their handbook. I am satisfied with the performance and comfort. I would definitely purchase another Honda product.

I like my Honda pilot. It has heated seats and a DVD player drives smooth and is good on gas for being a bigger SUV. I haven't had to many issues with it mechanically which is nice also. I dislike that it doesn't have a aux port so I cannot listen to my music on my phone

Love my Honda Pilot and my Bluetooth music
I like that it's spacious and I have a lot of trunk space. The tan color is nice because I don't like bold colors. I love that you can change the volume from the wheel but I use Bluetooth for my music since my radio no longer works and wish I could change the song using the wheel. The space in between the two front seats is nice but could be slightly bigger.

Honda Pilot: Room for everyone!
My Honda Pilot is great because it is roomy and up to fits 7 passengers. This makes taking my kids and their friends places easy and comfortable. It gets great gas mileage, and has not had any major problems. The back seats fold down for extra storage

I love the roominess, the third row and having 4wd. I purchased the car with less that 100k miles and now I'm closing in on 300k miles. Only had major maintenance on it once and with that many miles it was to be expected. My family members love my pilot so much I've had two other family members but new ones

I have a 2004 Honda Pilot that l love!! Rides beautifully. Never had any major problems mechanically. Just the basic upkeep. It's a beautiful looking vehicle, and has a cream puff ride to it. It cruises on the highway like the dsy l bought it. I highly recommend the HONDA PILOT!!

My Honda 04 Honda Pilot and it's reliability
It's served me well for the past three years and it's never broke down. Now it does like to guzzle gas frequently but it's not that bad really. It gets me where I need to be, lot of space and decent gas mileage. I've had to replace the tires only once and that was because the tires were rather old and one had a nail that was in the road and was going flat. However the tires were not so overpriced and the Pilot has done me no wrong so far since I bought it.

I love the reliability of the Honda pilot! The roominess with the optional 3rd row seating is amazing, my dogs love it! The only complaint is the installed radio is not very good, but i usually listen to CDs anyway. Also, no good place to put my purse when i have a passenger.

This car is awesome. It is very reliable and can handle a lot of miles. As long as regular maintenance is performed the car does well. I drive a lot and have never had any problems with this car. There are heated seats which is awesome and lots of room. The car also gets pretty good gas mileage for its size (mine gets around 35 miles per gallon). The only downside for this car is almost everything you put into the car (I.e transmission fluid and oil) has to be Honda brand which is pricey.

A comfortable family car with the capability to use in almost all conditions.
It is a comfortable vehicle to drive. It seats 8, which accommodates our family of 6 comfortably. There are nice features, heated seats, Bluetooth capability, and 4 wheel drive. I wish there was more space in the trunk area for when our family goes on vacation.

2004 Honda pilot is a reliable vehicle that I would recommend again and again.
I bought this car used. It was still in very good condition with 160, 000 miles on it. The owner had taken it in for regular maintenance and kept the leather interior clean and conditioned. I drive 50 miles one way to work each day and have not had the first problem with this car. We take it on trips and feel confident I am its reliability.

Versatile SUV that allows you to carry a dishwasher or 8 people.
Love this vehicle. I can carry a 10’ board, a large chair, stove, dishwasher or carry 8 people. I am a artist and carry flower arrangements, my pottery set up and pottery all in my Pilot. Maintainability is easy and it drives on and on. Hardly have had any problems at all. I have got almost 200, 000 miles on it and still starts up easily. The leather heated seat has gone bad on the driver side has quit but it still works on the passenger side. We have replaced the breaks three times in 15 years, but we bought it used. I cannot think of anything about this vehicle I do not like.

Great compact SUV, Honda Pilot 2004.
My car I bought because it has a 3rd seat. Not to pleased with it because it is a bit small. It runs great though. It is great on gas. I own it in a ran color. And I bought it used. It's mostly been reliable. Had a couple issues with it but other than that it has been great. It's a perfect starter car for a little family.

I absolutely love my Honda pilot. It has taken me back-and-forth across the country, over mountains'and it never fails me. I've had wear in tear issues with it, obviously I've had to change a tie rod or the occasional flat tire, but it has never once failed to get me where I'm going in comfort. The only expensive repair I've had was replacing the condenser so I could have ac.

My 2004 Honda pilot has been one of the most reliable cars that I have ever had. I have never had any problems with it. The car is reliable, it is very comfortable and it has a lot of features such as power windows, power driver and passenger chairs, power mirrors, heater driver's chair.

The best SUV I have ever driven hands down. It has been a fun and solid vehicle.
The good; great AWD, it has saved my family from tire blowouts. Great handling in the rain and snow. Very few mechanical problems in the first 10 years of use. The fuel mileage for this SUV is not great. The part for the pilot have been easy to find and working on this SUV has been fairly easy. The seating has been very comfortable for long road trips and as a daily driver. Over all the SUV handles like a car.

Great for a families of any age.
I love the third row of seats, and how easy it is to operate.. I have 249000 miles on it with the original motor and transmission. I purchases it used and have done some work to it, including replacing the front end, and two new ac systems. That is the only mechanical issue it has. The ac system has some flaws. The seats are all very comfortable for a range of human sizes and shapes. IE all of my family rides comfortably. The leather does require maintenance, especially because it's black. I get about 25 miles to the gallon, which isn't wonderful, but it's better than some.

It is never had a problem, it performs brilliantly, it is completely reliable, and very comfortable. Has all the features I need. It is fourteen years old, it has not had fourteen minutes of trouble. I maintain it as scheduled, change belts and so forth as scheduled, and fully expect it to go half a million miles. Our mechanics see no reason why it will not.

Mileage is poor. Great car. Engine and transmission are strong. No leaks. Runs and drives great. The car has over 200,000 miles. I've had it for over 10 years. I've replaced both headlight lenses, starter twice, and driver's seat rails. It has been a good car. 4wd is helpful in winter.

Poorly built out of junk material that have very short life.
Most engine parts I now have replaced twice or three time such as 3 starters 2 alternators, 5 sets of brakes, all belts 3 times, 6 batteries, 5 sets of tires, shocks 4 times engine mounts 3 times, struts 3 times. Tires and more tires. All kinds of electrical problems from day one. Replaced air conditioning system 3 power steering pumps, brakes and brake components.

Honda pilot the good and the bad.
The check engine light has stayed on since we have bought the vehicle, we have had it checked it says it's a sensor every time! Also the ignition is common to get locked up, mine just locked up cost me three hundred to fix it. But it is a comfortable vehicle for a big family. The three rows of seats are so helpful. Drives smooth, and the motor is very powerful!

I love the car because of how simple it is but how elegant it looks as well.
It has a TV in it so kids can watch a movie when on long road trips. It is durable and is very comfortable during long trips and can hold a lot of equipment and people. Some issues is it is an older car and parts are not common anymore so when things do start to break or fall apart finding the right parts is going to be difficult.

It's so d**n reliable, it's going on almost 200,000 and I really expect it to go another 75-100,000 more.
I love this car because it's a great size, not too big, not too small. It's roomy inside, great gas mileage, trunk is large when 3rd row isn't up and the fact that it has a 3rd row when need it has been so useful. It's getting up there in age and we have had some costly repairs recently and I know we'll need to buy another car but I haven't found anything that compares yet.

I like the fact that it is fuel efficient. It does not require a lot of room for parking. I do not care for the fact that one should take their time when looking for a mechanic as the smallness means quite a bit of time is needed to make sensitive repairs.

I love the pilot. It has a problem with the suspension that they cannot figure out. Its 10 years old and has 160000 miles. It's got plenty of space for the kids and all our stuff. I like the heated leather seats. The stereo is decent. Mileage is not as bad as I thought it would be.

The car looks great I have just had many problems with the engine and other mechanical components. The gas mileage on the vehicle is awful as well. The Honda seats 7 so there is a lot of room in the vehicle. That is really the only good thing I have to say about the car.

It is incredibly reliable! We can trust it to get us anywhere and if it does have an issue it is fairly inexpensive to fix and typically does not take a long time to order parts.
Honda engines and ours included have a history of being incredibly reliable engine is over long periods of time. Our engine has been excellent the features in the car are top-of-the-line it is an incredible comfortable ride. Anytime that we have had maintenance cost on parts for Hondas are very reasonable and make it before the ball to maintain.

This car is very reliable, even with the high mileage .
I have replaced the engine in the past 5 years, I have also replaced the catalytic converter. The car was shifting hard when changing gears. The motor on the passenger door has went out for the door lock. There is over 180,000 miles on the vehicle and is overall a very reliable, and comfortable vehicle.

I have over 200,000 miles and my Honda still runs great. The only complaint is regarding the A/C. It works, but could be colder. Also the vents like to move all around and the ones in the back have never put out air. Otherwise very reliable vehicle with plenty of room.

Perfect for a large family.
I purchased my Honda used, but it was still in great condition. My previous vehicle was a Minnie van, due to the need for multiply seating. Luckily for me my Honda sits up to 8 comfortable. The gas mileage is also great, with this being our only form of transportation, love that had last me a lot longer. My only issue is there is no vents in the back, so the heat and a/c take a while to reach those seated in the far back.

Honda Pilot Still Kicking
This vehicle is very reliable and has almost 220,000 miles. It drives great in the winter and has a 3rd row seat and seats 8 passengers. The leather, heated seats and a great feature. It has a few quirks like the heat and a/c in the back doesn't work as well as a few of the power outlets and back passenger door lock.

My Honda pilot is super reliable, I never have any problems. After 14 years the only problem is the back passenger side door lock does not work. I really like that I am up high and can see around my well. It has good enough pickup off the line. It is very comfortable and I can fit 8 people in it which has come in handy a lot of times such as when my son visits with his family. Right now I have two car seats in the middle seat for my little grandchildren.

Reliable but inefficient SUV
I like that it is 4 wheel drive and that the engine performs pretty well on hilly terrain. I also like that it is spacious and has plenty of storage and space in the cabin for passengers. I do not like that it gets quite poor gas mileage and that the radio has problems sometimes. Overall a reliable car that has taken me a lot of miles. I think it has good performance it just is not that efficient.

I love my Honda pilot, even though I d have to put money into it.
Love this truck. It is nice looking and has a lot of passenger and cargo space. However the transmission died right after I bought it, and the engine died last year, neither from anything I did. It was worth putting the money in to fix, and now I hardly have any problems. It has 187000 miles, and I plan to go to at least 25000, if not more. My favorite car I have had.

Great on gas mileage. Enough space.
The Honda pilot has a good engine, never gives mechanical issues. It provides third row seating and enough space for my family.

I love my car. The third row is especially helpful with children. When folded down though, I have tons of space.

Honda pilot is a reliable vehicle.
My vehicle is very reliable and that is about all I have to say about my vehicle is that it is one of the, most reliable vehicles that I have owned. Honda is the very best in my opinion. I do not have anything else to say about my vehicle except that I have hardly had to perform any maintenance on my vehicle except for regular type of maintenance.

It's a great family car. Fits all the kids plus some extra room.

It gets me where I want to go and that is all that is important.
It is dependable. Don't like the size. Don't have any complaints.

About my vehicle I have a Honda pilot to thousand and four love the fact that it has a DVD player. And I love that it has a radio system. I love that it has four-wheel-drive.

It is great and just requires the regular maintenance.
My car is Reliable. It has leather interior. I like all the room it has. Especially in the back seat. The third row seating is nice for friends. I have a lot of room for storage. It had high miles but it still runs great.I have not had to put a lot of money in to the car and it is old. It handles like a car even though it is a larger vehicle.

Great mid sized SUV, the good definitely outweighs the bad.
I like our pilot. While this is the only midsize SUV I have ever owned I would definitely look into getting another pilot when this one doesn't run anymore. At almost 15 years old and nearly 200000 miles we have only ever had to put in minimal work. I love having the optional third row/large trunk transition. While we usually have the third row down for more trunk space it's nice to have in case of extra people. However the third row is really small and cannot sit a large kid or adult comfortably and is hard to access, especially with carseats in the middle row. I also wish the heating and cooling system for the middle row was located higher, as the air barely reaches my kids, or not at all in a rear facing car seat. When we get a new care we will definitely look into another Honda Pilot.

It's a little beat up, but it's been around for nearly 20 years and still runs great!
It has great gas mileage. I like the size, I can fit all my friends when we go out and the storage space when the seats fold down really helped when I haul big things.

Easy clean up, great family car.
I love that it is spacious, very easy to drive, heated seats for when its cold. 8 passenger, very comfortable when on the road. TV is a plus for kids. Leather seats make it easy to clean. And being able to put down seats help to get more space when seats are not in use.

It is safe, has great gas mileage and plenty of seats!
I love the size of our vehicle and how smooth it drives. I feel safe when i drive this car and the space is wonderful!.
