Best vehicle for handy people.
The Bluetooth CarPlay and audio system is amazing. The performance is nice, smooth and quiet. The settings are easy to access, understand and the touch screen is an amazing feature. One problem is back seats are not adjustable. The bed of the truck is good size for getting items around and if you are a handy person but do not want anything too bulky.

Great family/ convenience truck
It's a great truck as far as driving and has great storage.I wish the gate opened sideways. And wished it got a little better gas mileage. Other than the few things I've mentioned Honda really did a wonderful job on this make and model. This vehicle is great for a three to four family.

Great truck and car combo.
The Honda ridgeline is a perfect blend of truck and car. It has a 5.5 foot bed so I can haul a fair amount of stuff. It is also a crew cab so I can take 4 or 5 people who a problem. The cab component allows for the seats to fold up so I can carry stuff up there too. The bed also has a nice ice chest or storage cabinet below the bed to hold my tools and such. Lastly, the ridgeline rides like a car and handles well. The only negative is the cab doors (the back two) do not open fully which can be a nuisance at times.

Great car for families and others!
Struggles with air pressure, the car is very nice but has its quirks. A lot things can be fixed but I chose not to because I plan on replacing the care soon. The ridgeback is a good reliable car that I would recommend to others for sure. Maybe those with families.

I really like my Honda ridgeline black edition.
I do not have any vehicle problems. Brand new truck. I love my truck. Features are nice. Safe in weather. Handles nice. No problems. Very comfortable upfront. 3 folding seats in the back. 3 kids fit in backseat. Nice color truck and leather seats very nice.

TransmissionAproblemlex
GreatTruck until transmission went out at 96,800 km. Fortunately it has a 100,000 km warranty. Transmission always had a grinding noise from new. Technician said it was the transmission design..."don't worry". If it is the design that's not good.

That it rides very smooth compared to other trucks that I have driven or ridden in.
I like the look of my Ridgeline and all of the electronic features that it has. I like the interior room and the fact that it has a trunk. I like the way that the vehicle rides and handles.

Honda 2018 ridgeline truck.
The Honda ridgeline is very spacious and I get compliments on it all the time. It gets great gas mileage for a truck and I haven't had any mechanical problems with the engine. The only problem is the hood. The hood it not very heavy and when I am going fast speeds on the interstate it lifts up and looks like it could bend.

Problems
Had the transmission replace within 19,000 miles, now have the drivers seat developing a mind of its own....moves forward/backward with the seat back reclining when it feels like it...you guessed it so far the dealer does not have a fix for it...plenty of theories..

Review of my own vehicle.
It is a great vehicle, nice design which can boost your social status. It is energy conservative too, great engine, which needs little maintenance from time to time, though it can become quite expensive in some cases, but overall it is a good deal. The interiors are great too.

Dependable, comfortable, safe, roomy, well worth money.
Drives great and highly recommend, Gets decent gas mileage for a truck. Love the trunk in the bed of truck.

Luxurious well-beyond compare.
This vehicle easily outshines its competition. In fact, it does not even have competition. The luxurious amenities, reliability, ease of driving, and comfort are unparalleled. Honda is easily paving the path for luxurious trucks in the American market.

Practical yet nicely appointed - a gentleman’s truck.
Very practical for everyday use, roomy, good engine power, decent suspension (car-like ride), in-bed trunk is extremely useful, reasonably good fit and finish, truck bed material wears well. Good reliability so far. Heater/air conditioner system is very poor.

All option well beyond competition
My second Ridgeline. Loved my 2007 so much that I couldn’t pass-up a new one. Pleasantly surprised on gas economy, quiet, and comfortable. Radio knobs, and heated mirrors, would have made this car perfect.

This is the ultimate truck for me!
This truck is just the right size for me. It travels really well with a smooth ride. The push button start is really unique and the technology in this truck is great. My iPhone syncs automatically and I am able to play music in a variety of ways, including using a flash drive. I love the color and I was able to accessorize it with floor mats, body side molding and a cover for the bed. My only concern is parking. I always seem to pull in too close on the passenger side.
accountCircle Kalena A on August 15, 2020
Family safe and project friendly.
It uses a lot of gas but it is good for safety and can carry large loads. I feel as though it has the leg space of a crossover, but still enough room to carry some furniture for moving people or buying new merchandise. I hope they return to the old design but new features.

Trunk in the bed of the truck is my favorite feature.
Great riding, comfortable seating for all passengers, excellent navigation system, favorite feature is the trunk in the bed of the truck.

Reliability and assemby accuracy
I thought mis aligned body panels and doors was a characteristic of my truck but having checked other Ridgelines I deduce that that is the typical situation. I have never seen an example of door lines lining up with fender lines yet, sadly. So un Honda like, sadly and given the technology , not understandable. Aside from those "cosmetics" it is an amazing truck that does 10 times more than I could ever have expected so I'm willing to forgive the poor assembly alignment but given what I paid for it, Why should I? It should be perfect.

Road noise
Honda engineer said that nothing wrong what you see and hear is what you get I shook my head in disbelief said to me this is normal also said the 2019 is quieter than a Mercedes in other words you don’t like itrade it in for 2019 Honda won’t do anything

Navigation System Unfixable by dealer
Navigation system unfixable by the dealer. Gets caught in a constant loop. Unusable. 5-6 times into the dealer.

Almost perfect, a few quirks.
I need a small truck's capability but with comfort for my family. This truck does what I need. Great design and handling. Very quiet. Fits in my garage. Downsides: there is no actual volume knob on the radio, and a design in the brake pad area leads to a popping sound that annoys me and cannot be fixed.

Luxurious drive - even for a truck! Every option you can imagine in this vehicle.
I always loved owning a truck. I haven't actually owned one since 1985. I wanted a Ridgeline when Honda first came out with it but life just did not fit with a truck. I'm 64 & retired & lovin life driving around in my luxury pickup truck! And boy do we use it as a truck!!!!! Haul stuff to the dump - to our new home 3 states away, etc!!!! LOVE IT!

Looks bad runs good overall good car.
Just is not a great car, does get me around but it looks very ugly, very reliable but just hate the way I look in it. Bed of the car is so awkward cannot fit anything in there, got it forms really good deal, I wish I had bought something else but it was too good to pass down good car do not recommend for looks.
accountCircle Precious F on January 21, 2020
Nothing to complain about.
There are no problems with this car. The performance is good. The car is very reliable. The car could be slightly more comfortable in the back seats. There could be more features. There space in the trunk is excellent. It would be nice if this car came with a bar for the trunk bed to stop things from sliding around.

Is comfortable and very nice it's fast I'm too satisfied with my car
He responds very well, he is too comfortable, I love his speed. I am very satisfied with my car,the only bad thing that seems to me is the high cost that it takes to fill the tank of gasoline

The right size for us. Love the tailgate.
We downsized to one vehicle since we are both retired. . . We have a small farm and needed a small truck. The ridgeline was a perfect choice for us. Works very well for our needs. Had a small problem with a rattle in the first few months, finally got it resolved. All good.

Great vehicle for everyday use and a pleasure to drive.
All is good ride drivability and looks all are great no problems found after 3 yrs of use. Great features self dimming rear view mirror. Heated seats front and rear air conditioner, rear defrost, two way tailgate and a rear trunk area all wheel drive and independent suspension.

The future truck
Very pleased with this vehicle, rides like a car , looks like a truck, 24 average mpg, feel secure due to mass and height. Very functional and at the price of 28, 400 i feel it was a bargain.

Honda ridgeline technological amenities are fantastic!
Honda ridgeline is a very dependable vehicle. It is loaded with lots of technological amenities! I would recommend a Honda ridgeline for your next vehicle purchase! You will not be disappointed!

Honda Ridgeline - it's a truck but also a comfortable "car".
Vehicle is comfortable, has a number of desired electronic amenities, developed a water leak in the first 3 months of ownership that is currently under repair (note winshield was replaced by the dealership before my purchase of this new vehicle), doesn't have a locking tail gate but has a locking "trunk"; vehicle is comfortable to ride and drive, vehicle is harder for persons to get into the back seat, vehicle has a tough bed liner as a standard feature.
accountCircle Kristi D on March 3, 2019
Comfort of a car, with the versatility of a truck.
Love the ride, creature comfort is great, visibility is great. Having a trunk in the bed of truck is the best.

Honda ridgeline - the underrated pick-up.
Practical as a passenger vehicle and hauler, comfortable interior, good ride, good handling, decent safety features, reliable, decent gas mileage, good fit and finish, floor-level heat very poor, automatic heat/cool system ok but difficult to use for manual control (simple vent control not possible).
accountCircle Merri C on January 18, 2019
It is a smooth riding truck. The comfort level is high.
I love how smooth the ride is in the truck. It is very roomy and comfortable. The whole family loves it. I have had no complaints.

Versatile small pickup that can do much of what larger pickup trucks can do!
Great gas mileage for a small pickup truck. Versatility with the tailgate that opens either way. Enjoy the ease of putting the back seat up and down based on the day's activity. The three zone heating/cooling is really helpful and easy to sync. Like that you can update maps with Garmin.

I like everything about my Honda Ridgeline. I have no complaints.
accountCircle Carlo G on January 4, 2019
It is a safe vehicle. It has many safety features. Such as lane departure warning. It also has adaptive cruise control. It also has collision avoidance
Even though it is a Truck, good drives like a car. I bought it to tow a small camper trailer. It pulls the camper very nicely with no problems whatsoever. I get good mileage without the camper being towed around 25 miles to the gallon and a little less than 20 while and pulling the camper very smooth ride

A gentleman's truck, comfortable & versatile.
Great vehicle, nice ride, quiet cabin, good fuel economy, looks good, love the heated steering wheel, super electronics, almost drives itself. Good in snow because of the awd. Dealer has a great service department and they get me in & out quickly for any scheduled appointment.

Height gives good view of the road but not so big that it creates blind spots.
My only grips with the ridgeline is the same as with all large cars- it needs a strong hand to control. Overall the steering is great, and the engine is highly responsive, but it is hard to go back to a small vehicle after driving it. However, the added features of my model (heated seats and a running board) make it a great car for both work and at home use. It is the vehicular synthesis of a contractor vehicle that still has to come home to a house full of children.
