The check engine light has been on for a long time, but when we checked we didn't see a problem, so we just drive around in it anyways.
Currently, my air conditioning is broken, so it gets very hot in my car. It also doesn't have cruise control, an aux cord port, or a way to play cassette tapes, which can be inconvenient. I've also had trouble with the lock on one of the doors. However, I do like that it's small and uses less gas.

I have had the car for less than a year but it was pre-owned and is fine.
It is old and has a few maintenance issues. I had to take it to the shop to get an oil change and they said I needed a new radiator and a few other improvements. I was able to stop the leak in the radiator but I have to keep up with the work on it now.

I would want people to know that it's reliable and gets me where I need to go.
It gets me where I need to go and is pretty good with gas mileage. I wish it was a little more sporty and a bit more powerful.

Small 2 door hatchback economy vehicle.
My 2001 Hyundai accent has great performance. It only has 92000 miles on it. It is fantastic on gas. It is very peppy. The only downside I have seen is when it is windy you tend to blow around a lot because the card weight is only 2000 lbs if that. But other then that it runs great, easy to work on, and is a great eco vehicle.

If you love small cars with good gas mileage, and it is not important to have the latest & best, then this car is for you. Plus, for us, it's paid for and we love it!
I don't drive a lot. I love the smallness of the vehicle. It gets good gas mileage. It is not the best vehicle to take a long drive across the country, though.

The one thing that anybody should know about this car is that its very dependable
This little vehicle has been very efficient for me to be able to travel from city to city with absolutely no problems. It performance is great and I also get good mileage as well

A great first car and everyday car.
My car is a 2001 Hyundai accent, 2 door, 5 speed. It's amazing on gas but does have problems. Just recently was at a stop sign and when I tried to go it wouldn't shift so its either the clutch or transmission. It needs an oil change too.

It is dependable and does not break down.
It is easy to work on. Hardly ever breaks down. It is cheap to drive. It is old and wore out. Has some cosmetic issues.

They last many years with little repair needed.
It do not take a lot of gas. It right fit for me I do not like to drive a big car. Good on gas with almost two weeks, before I fill up again.

I have not had very many problems with my car. My car is a Hyundai accent. My car has a sound engine. It has 16300 miles. It drives good but it needs a bit of a tune up. This car the main problem I have had with my car is the door handles they break room easily. Every door handle is broke on my car with the exception of the drivers side. I like my car it gets me around with good mileage numbers. I'll get another Hyundai I like mine so well.

One backseat belt don't work.
I bought my car used from a mechanic in 2011. It's great on gas. Its small so can't invite people when we go out of town. I like my car but time for a new one soon. It's a little compact. Runs great.

Car is good for a student who is just trying to get to location from location.
My car is salvaged. I just use $15 to fill up my gas tank. The air conditioner works very well. The car has a smaller engine therefore you can't put the air conditioner on high while driving up a hill. The car would travel slowly up the hill. The air conditioner has to be low for the car to go uphill. The steering wheel does shake a bit on the highway if you drive faster than 75 mph.

It is a basic reliable car, nothing extra, simple.
It is a reliable and economical cat. I keep up on the maintenance and I have no serious problems. It is a great car. The had mortgage is good, the car in nice inside and out.

Reliable car, great on gas!
I have had very few mechanical problems with this car. It is very reliable, extremely economical on gas. The only drawback is that because it is a small engine, sometimes it does not have the acceleration that a more powerful engine would provide. But, I am willing to accept that because it is so easy on gas!

I have a Hyundai accent gs hatchback. It is a great get around car. I really love the hatchback because it is very spacious and I am able to put almost anything in it. The door lifts straight up and this makes it easier for groceries and it will even fit some small furniture and TV's. The back seats will lay down so that it extends the room in the trunk. I have even put a weed eater in the back. It's a small car so it does have its drawbacks for example on a very windy day or around other large trucks. The gas mileage is great. Very comfortable

Goes strong, but too small.
It is just old and falling apart. But, has lasted quite a long time. Has almost 300,000 miles on it. And still going. It is a touch small and cannot fit the whole family in it to go anywhere. But, makes a good car to drive to and from work. However I will not buy another one of these in my lifetime.

Advantages of a small car. My little Hyundai is really good on gas. I love it.
I love my Hyundai accent. I have had a few problems. I had to have a part in the transmission replaced. I also had to have 2 tires. And the plugs and wires replaced.

Car runs like a doom buggy.
It is a very reliable little car but that's the problem it is a very small car, but it gets great gas mileage, hard to work on because of size.

Pop that cassette in, we'll go old school.
The only thing I do not like about my car is the floater in the gas tank and it has a cassette player not a CD player. The overall performance is great. It is roomy and comfortable for passengers. It drives well and the gas to mile ratio is excellent.

Older car that needs a little love but will take you anywhere you need to go.
This car has a been a very reliable car and I have definitely gotten more than what I paid for. Of course there have been issues but the car is a 2001. I fixed the strut, exhaust pipe, tune up, wheel bearings, gas leak, front driver door and also put new brakes on. She is an older car so there is no CD player inside. Also the back speakers are completely blown, and the knobs for the radio are broken off but you can still listen. I was in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and for the amount I had available to spend I Thought this was a pretty good deal.
