All the Bells and Whistles at a Lower Cost!
My car is very comfortable to ride in and even better to drive. Everyone has plenty of legroom including my 6'5' son. It accelerates quickly and has enough engine to challenge the smaller sport cars. It rides great on the highway and gets good gas mileage. You get all the bangs and whistles for a lot less than the other brands full-size sedans. I highly recommend this vehicle!

2015 Hyundai genesis reliable and dependable.
The genesis is a very reliable car. Very quiet ride. The performance of this car is awesome excellent acceleration being a v6. I do enjoy all my options heated and cooling seats. The panoramic roof is quite and provide great sky views. The car has been very reliable.

Luxury sports car for a good price.
Very reliable. I love this car the gas mileage is a bit iffy but it always has my back. Super sporty and fun to drive around in. Leather seats are amazing as well as the butt warmers. Not much room in the back of the car but the trunk does have pretty good space.

I love my genesis coupe. It's my favorite car that I've owned.
Very reliable and very fun to drive. Very quick car and looks very sporty. Just wish I had gotten the r-spec! The seats are comfortable although the car is not very roomy. The rear wheel drive is not good for the winter but is very fun for the summer.

I searched for 6 months for this car mainly because I wanted a stick shift.
My vehicle accelerates and handles extremely well. One of a few that has a 6 speed manual transmission. Not a lot of 'bells and whistles' which is how I wanted it. Not the greatest in terms of gas mileage but is exciting to drive! I have the 3.8 liter v6. I love the way it 'growls' when I step on the accelerator.

The best car from Korea no one knows about.
One issue I had was the manual shift knob being loose and having that annoying sound go off. I think that should be fixed as soon as possible. Especially the sluggish transmission is weird and I think it should be better because it feels different downshifting but other than that the cars suspension is smooth and great.

Quality sports car on a budget.
The car is great, I opted for the 6-speed manual transmission and I love it. I will first list some of the items I wish were different on my specific model. Firstly, I have the base model, this means it lacks some features and the more equipped options may have. One of the main things that differs is the base model does not come with an lsd (limited slip differential) while the other models do, this will not be a big factor for the average drivers and can be resolved by replacement of the differential. Another thing is that the quality of certain materials (interior/exterior paint, interior materials, etc) lack quality and quirky rattling can be heard intermittently overtime. This car is fun, quick and very reliable.

Genesis coupe 38 ultimate.
Haven't had any problems with it. Very reliable so far in my opinion has not let me down yet and does not seem like it is going to anytime soon. Very comfortable for a sports car and pretty quick for a stock Hyundai. It is a 6 speed manual, has a sunroof, touch screen monitor, and a decent sized trunk. Also comes factory with big brembo brakes and 348hp.

Never any problems with my car. I love it so much. I really recommend getting a genesis to anyone. Mine is a luxury sports car. Maintenance can be a bit pricey at time but it will be well worth it for type of car that it is. It is a really fast car with three types of shift gears.

I haven't had any major issues. So far it is been a reliable vehicle and do not have any complaints. I think it looks good and performs well. This requires the explanation to be too long. Makes you have to keep going on when there is not anything else that needs to be mentioned.

Failure of the rear door and cost, trouble to repair
I have loved this car for over 5 years. Recently I had the left rear door latch up where it won't release. Also, on the same door the motor to lower and raise the window quit working. Cost to repair is huge est about a $1000. They may have to destroy the door handle to get it to release. Very disappointed in this latest issue. The car has less than 33K miles and is garage kept.

A great car both women and men can love.
This car performs well. It has every available option. The heads up display is very helpful, you can adjust the brightness, and actual color that is projected on the screen. The automatic trunk opener is a life saver when your arms are full with bags. The automatic rear shade keeps the car cooler in the summer and adds privacy. This car has side rear manual shades as well. Separate air and heat controls for the back seat. Heated and cooled seats in the front. Steering wheel is heated too. Roof is all glass, motorized for tilt or full opening, when not in use, motorized cover keeps the sun out in summer and cold air out in winter. Auto lane departure and blind spot keeps you safe. Entertainment system will allow for downloads from your phone, satellite radio enabled. There is also GPS and blue link. Blue link remotely lock and start the car, with temp control set by you.

I love the connection from my phone to the car, so I can answer my phone without holding my phone, and get a ticket. Fun to Drive, Once You're In It!
The Genesis is a wonderful, powerful, and luxurious machine. It is a blast to drive, feels sporty and quick, yet heavy enough to give a sense of safety as well. The worst part about the vehicle is getting in and out of it! The seats are at an awkward height from the ground, and most people have to set themselves down into the seat and rotate into the vehicle. The ability to upgrade the nav system to an Apple CarPlay compatible software is not possible on my model, so that was a disappointment, but overall the vehicle is reliable, fun, and definitely turns heads.

Very reliable vehicle with low maintenance cost. It is very comfortable driving the car. The car is luxurious and spacious. Back seats have large legroom. Overall very nice vehicle for the price. Only drawback is that the back seats do not fold, so large items cannot fit in the trunk.

It is a great car, very reliable... Does go through tires very quickly since they cannot rotate them, but other than that I'drives amazing. The interior also wore very fast. It has a cheap cover that make fixtures look like satin nickel. They wore off in the sun.

Electric problems with the main computer. Other than that no problems. A little slow for a 3.8 but pretty good on gas. Small in the back recommend the car for two people. It can carry four but the two passengers in the back will be a little uncomfortable.

Great car with gdi engine noise.
The Hyundai genesis is a great vehicle with the exception of the ticking from the gdi engine. This very annoying. It is loud and sounds like you need an oil change. This is not in models but in most. The maintenance on the vehicle is priced reasonable. Very smooth ride and the body style is beautiful.

Very good value luxury vehicle.
Extremely good handling on roads with a very comfortable and quiet drive. You can barely hear any road noise in the car. Base trim of the car comes loaded with many options that other luxury brands make you pay for, but the Ultimate Package (and all wheel drive) makes the car really shine. There are a ton of safety features such as lane departure warning (with haptic feedback from the steering wheel), driving assist, heads-up display, electric chairs with adjustable lumbar support, and the premium Lexicon sound system is amazing as well.

Comfortable and sporty car that is reasonably priced.
The 8 speed automatic transmission is not ideal had to have transportation replaced. Would definitely recommend a manual transmission. Other than that it is a great car has more room than most sports cars. The power is great and it handles great around curves.

Have only had for about a month, no real issues or anything, only problem I've really had is something electrical. The auto running lights stopped working one night and seat belt sign kept going off even though I was buckled in. This only happened once

Vehicle problems include upholstery issues. The quality of leather is poor. The headrest upholstery is cracking. Disappointed with some of the features in the car. It appears some of the parts were poorly made. Noticing issues with sunroof not closing properly after having vehicle for 4 months. To be a luxury car the car does not ride as smooth as you'd expect for the price of the car. When driving I noticed the car is louder than I expected, especially when it's a luxury car. When on the road it can feel pretty uncomfortable. Lastly I am not pleased with some of the technology features. I believe when a car is valued this much it should be made with quality parts and features.

Genesis affordable luxury and technology for the average working person.
Very few complaints. It is a little heavy and big but it rides smooth and quiet. Love the full glass roof with sunroof. Lots of power for a smaller v6. Gets reasonable gas mileage (avg. 23 mpg).Leather interior is soft and wears well though at 5 years the soft patina is definitely going. Some plastic parts that I wish were veneered but that is why the car is so affordable. Love the update to get the android auto/ carplay feature to the infotainment. It was free which was the best part!

Super fun car to drive, not too flashy though.
Love my car so much, only problem I have run into is that my windshield wipers stopped working and I had to get them fixed. Only other thing is this baby is a gas guzzler. The manual transmission is awesome and it shifts very nicely. The clutch takes some getting used to though.

Sunroof needs lubricated a lot, or arms for sunroof need replaced on a lot of the genesis cars. Super nice car to drive and is very fast when you have the 5.0 engine trim level. Has incredible seating and cabin features to make short or longer drives very comfortable.

Would recommend! Luxury car with beautiful looks at great value.
Amazing car. Extremely comfortable and it has a great warranty at 60k miles bumper to bumper and 100k miles for the powertrain. The interior is high quality, feels luxurious, and you can barely hear any outside noise while driving. I would recommend getting the extended warranty if planning on buying rather than leasing, as it gives you bumper to bumper warranty coverage for 100k miles total! Genesis is now it is own standalone brand and I would recommend taking a look at their g70/80/90 models as well - this car and the newer models all have great value for the luxury car segment.

The Hyundai Genesis is true luxury at a reasonable price.
The vehicle has very comfortable passenger seating with good legroom. The heating and cooling vents and temperature controls on the passenger side are nice so that the passenger can have a different temperature from the driver . This is a really nice feature when the sun is on the passenger side. The automatic lane warning and braking is also a great safety feature. I also appreciate the automatic window sun shades for the rear window and side rear windows to help keep the car cooler when driving or parked.

Performance ability of Genesis sedan.
The vehicle has many high level performance capabilities, it has the active cruise control meaning it keeps its distance from vehicles and will brake automatically. The vehicle is also capable of lane control, it will stay in its lane with no issues whatsoever, you do have to keep your hand on the steering wheel for safety reasons though. The cars riding is very good very comfortable, it feels incredible to drive.

Nice, luxury sedan that will turn heads.
When I purchased my pre owned vehicle, it had an issue with the engine light coming on. After many visits to the dealership, it was finally resolved. I asked the service person if this was common for this vehicle and he says he'd seen it a few times. All visits were under the warranty but it was still time consuming.

The different drive modes and the handle on the road was a plus.
The genesis is a luxury sedan that seats 5 people comfortably. It has a lot of legroom for long road trips. It's great on gas, which I was surprised about. Driver and passenger seats are heated/cool, same features on both seats. The outside mirrors shine the word genesis on the ground when you unlock the car. It has panoramic sunroof. It has led daytime running lights.

I like the cars reliability.
Very reliable only problem I am having is the door window the button that brings the window down is acting funny. Performance is amazing I love the way it drives I love the entertainment the GPS. The way the exterior of the car the sound is awesome that is pretty much it.

I love all the safety equipment on this vehicle. It drives great and looks sporty. One dislike is that the oil has to be changed at a dealership. Also tires don't last long since it's a high performance car.

Great car, great tech in the car, very fun to drive, great handling, just all around a great car, but could be better on mpg, I just wish it offered better gas mileage. They did a great job in the design of this car and it offers the best body style of any car of all the cars that I considered to purchase, it is such a smooth ride and great on long trips out of the state.

2016 Hyundai Genesis coupe review
I purchased my Genesis coupe brand new and have not had any mechanical problems at all. It's been a great car and fun to drive. It's been very reliable and performs very well when driving in town and on the interstate. The only features that I wished I had was navigation and the heated and cooling seat feature. The bucket seats are very comfortable. My vehicle have the cloth inserts which I'm really happy with because it keeps my legs from sticking to leather seats during hot summer months. I would definitely recommend this vehicle.

Heads up display and automatic seat adjustment.
Heads up display is extremely nice and heated and cooled seats is a plus as well. The gas mileage is pretty good, but I wish I could have my car go to eco mode automatically. My favorite feature might be my seat auto adjusting though. I do wish there was more cup holders.

The steering wheel is peeling, after just 3 years.
AWD luxury sedan with decent power numbers is pretty much all I was looking for, and Lexus salesmen were routinely delirious about the value of their cars. The service is a little expensive for a Hyundai in my opinion, and the mpgs are pretty trash, but I like it overall.
