It has over 350,000 miles on it and still runs good. Has problems with starter and overheating. I have only had to replace the starter, radiator, front end. Ball joints. It can drive a little rough at times. But over tall with as many miles. I still impressed.

An all around good, and reliable car.
A 2103 Hyundai Santa Fe is a good, solid, reliable car. It is not overly flashy, but it is solid all around. It has a good feel on the road, and the steering is responsive. The amenities on the inside are nice as well. Bluetooth connection, and a surprisingly good stereo system.

Love vehicle but weird recalls.
Got the tech package it is awesome. Heated front and back seats and steering wheel. Leather seats and panoramic sunroof. Lots of recalls though bring it in to be fixed but never really seems to get fixed. Like one recall was dash lights erroneously turning on, brought it in for the recall fix, 2 days later lights come back on.

Really people friendly vehicle.
My vehicle is front wheel drive, which really helps during the winter months. I really like the audio system, and the options that I have to listen to music. This vehicle has a smooth ride, and it accelerates nicely. The full length moonroof is a real delight.

No thanks on another Hyundai.
I do not get the gas mileage they said the car would get. We've had to get the entire engine replaced. It creaks and rattles and drives me nuts. But the gas mileage issue is the absolute worst for me. I wouldn't buy another Hyundai because it is too expensive to maintain. There are some good features: the interior lighting is soft on the eyes and adjustable. The seats are comfortable in front with the great lumbar support. The seat warmers are front and back as well.

Great, reliable car for any trip.
I love my Santa Fe sport! It is the perfect car for driving around town or going on long trips. The trunk has more than enough space for hauling and the back seats fold down to make room for even more space. The eco mode really helps me save on gas and helps keep my fuel efficiency at a higher level.

Great affordable vehicle.
I wish the audio was a little better. But overall no complaints. It is quite spacious and accommodates my dog’s kennel when I need to travel with her. I have had this car for a little over 2 years and really have no complaints. I definitely would hesitate getting a newer one.

Always read reviews before buying a vehicle.
The car was originally my grandmothers and after she got it, within the first couple of years it already had multiple recalls. All of my lights on the dash are on, even though nothing is wrong. It is a decent car but I wouldn’t buy it for myself again.

Hyundai Santa Fe sport review.
Reliable car and good on gas back. Seat is a little small for my kids. With the turbo it has all the speed I need for normal. Traffic. Trunk space is limited only an issue when going on vacation. Front seats are comfortable and the heated seats are a nice addition.

I love my car. It is spacious and drives very smoothly. It gets great mileage and to fill it up is on the cheaper side. The trunk is very spacious. You can put it into different modes including sport mode. I do not use that but many people may be interested in that.

Satisfying to drive- burns a lot of gas.
The only problem I have ever had with it is the amount of gas it burns. I usually purchase cheap gas anyway as I am currently on a budget, but I can fill up the whole tank and only drive 30 miles before it decreases close to half. It is a little infuriating. I haven't had many issues otherwise.

Great car to own/drive. Overall it has been a dependable vehicle.
The vehicle requires little maintenance outside of regular servicing. I have had no major problems. I get decent gas mileage for a SUV. There are lots of creature features. Some of the interior is not sturdy. The plastic border on the seats began to crack a few years after I purchased the vehicle. The back air conditioning vents are located where it is difficult to distribute the air. In the front on the driver's side, the shadow from the rear-view mirror distorts vision.

A good and dependable ride: The Hyundai Santa Fe
The Hyundai Santa Fe is a fairly good car, especially if you get all of the upgrades with it. This includes the back up camera, the wooden trim, the leather and heated seats, and the moon roof. My only suggestion is that the 2013 model does have quite a bit of recalls on it, but if you take it into Hyundai, they will service it for you. We have not had any problems since taking it to Hyundai.

The comfort is amazing. I have a heated steering wheel, all the seats are heated including the back seats, sun curtains in the back seats, navigation, sun and moon roof, back window wiper, Bluetooth, sport mode, comfort mode, heated mirrors, all wheel drive, bluelink which is an app that can start the car and control the car from your app such as the heat, ac, radio and turn on and off your seat warmers.

Hyundai Santa Fe is an amazing car and not crazy expensive.
I really like the way it drives on the winter roads in Alaska. It also has a nice auxiliary and Bluetooth system so I can connect my phone and listen to my own music instead of radio music. It also comes with a lot of storage spaces so I have many options and areas to put things. It is a great first car.

Hyundai Santa Fe performs great and have never given me any problems. I purchased it new in 2013. I make sure to service it regularly. I have never had to take it to the mechanic for repairs or mechanical breakdowns. Only time I take it to the mechanic is for the recommended services and yearly state inspection.

Engine had to be replaced.
We actually loved it until a few years ago we were driving down the interstate and we noticed a bunch of black smoke that came from our car... It threw a rod so we had to spend thousands to replace the engine. Luckily the next year a recall came out and we were able to have our money refunded.

Hyundai Santa Fe SUV sport.
I have not had any issues with my car at this time. I like the way it handles. It has plenty of room. Good on gas. Has no body work issues or rust. Has plenty of giddy up. Has a great sound system. It is very good in the snow or wet roads. I live in Ohio so we get all kinds of weather it is great in every situation.

Navigation, premium sound system, performance, reliability & economical to run.
My vehicle is the Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2.0t. I love the pick up/performance aspect. It is a good, comfortable ride with leather interior seats, navigation, premium sound system, and a panoramic sunroof vehicle. The one thing I do not like at all about my Santa Fe is that the paint on the wheels are peeling and Hyundai wants $200 per tire to fix it. I have never had a vehicle that the wheels peeled. My research indicates that this is an issue with most Hyundai vehicles. Also, I would have preferred a quieter ride. If a quiet ride is what you are looking for this is not the vehicle for you. There is a lot of road noise even on a smooth highway so if road conditions are rough, be ready to turn the stereo up. All in all, the Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2.0t is a reliable, economical vehicle.

Great gas mileage for a midsize SUV. It was a space upgrade from my ford escape. It was a little on the pricey side for the features I ended up getting, my model has no back-up camera, or heated seats, or remote start. I also found there is no way to shut off the a/c unit.

Fixed the engine and all is good.
I had to get a new engine in December 2018. It had 100k miles. Metal shavings. It was under warranty, and it was in the shop over a month. Now it is covered for the life of the car. Other than that issue I have loved my car. It is fun, I love the color, and it has been a really good car.

Fantastic warranty and versatility.
Pretty standard features; however, it has a very basic dash with limited technology. Versatility is a plus and the SUV is able to do everything we need from commuting to long travel. Had some minor issues with electrical wiring, but the repairs were covered by the excellent vehicle warranty.

Smooth ride, slight safety concerns.
Almost everything is great about the Santa Fe. However, I have a 4-cylinder model and the engine just gave out. Needs a new engine. Only other complaint is that ac goes out occasionally. The blind spots are also pretty dangerous. I have fixed this by adding blind spot circles to my mirrors, which help a great deal. Other than these issues, the Santa Fe has been reliable and fun to drive.

I love the Santa Fe! I have had zero problems. I did get a new backup camera but that was a camera issue. The vehicle runs amazing and is good on gas mileage, I drive a lot! Amazing off-road performance.
After 97,000 miles the sleeves inside the motor gave out. Had to replace the engine itself. But all around worth it. Love the smooth off-road capabilities. The sleek interior meets the comfortable but still modern looking needs. The gas mileage is amazing. If I buy another vehicle it’ll definitely be another Santa Fe.

This car is best for people who have a big family and fits about a maximum of 7 people in the vehicle. The car has a lot of space including a hidden compartment in the trunk. Four seats have a seat warmer and seat adjusters for comfort. Although the back seat does not have a seat warmer, comes with a controllable heating and cooling system in the back. The car not only comes with seat warmer and adjustable seats but a touch screen in the middle of the dashboard as well as Bluetooth connection so you can connect to your phone or other devices. Even though the car has many pros including its advance technology and comfort it also has some cons. For instance, one thing that I wish the car could have is notifier to let you know which tire is flat. Not only that but amount of gas that you spend to fill the car up is about 50 to make it full. Overall the car is a really good purchase and so far we haven't had any problems with the car except minor issues.

Reliable, passenger friendly vehicle.
Truly I have had no problems with this vehicle. The panoramic sunroof is probably my favorite detail of the car- that and the heated steering wheel. I feel very safe driving the vehicle as it provides excellent visibility and also has a large screen for the backup camera. With over 100,000 miles driven, I have explored all types of climates and terrain and been quite satisfied with how the vehicle weathered each. Additionally, the vehicle is excellent for road trips, as the back seats recline to provide comfort but also fold down to provide plenty of cargo room.

Nice ride even after few years, minimum problems and lots of seating capacity.
Very smooth drive. Lots of space inside. Cruise control can use a close vehicle detection. Leather seats and heated steering wheel. Very good on gas mileage. A little low if you want to take it to the mountains roads. Does not give any major problems. I have a bit over 100 k on it, and it starts feeling a little scratching noise when I hit a bump. Very good observation form all windows and mirrors almost no dead spots.

Comfortable multi-generational vehicle.
I have really enjoyed this vehicle. My mother originally bought it and passed it down to me following her mid-life-crisis convertible. It is been a wonderful size and a beautiful model that has followed me to college. In terms of reliability, the performance of the vehicle has been impeccable. I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe sport for the reason of space for hauling things for multiple occasions. There's room for passengers to sit comfortably and so many compartments for storing smaller items throughout the vehicle. Great gas mileage is important because I travel for work along with AWD capability. Sleek attractive finish inside and out combining luxury and performance. Quiet drive with windows up gives this car another plus. Dependable acceleration and breaking for navigating highways. Only downside I can think of is drl lights are not as bright and not as appealing as other SUVs.

I truly love my vehicle. I think it is a very nice reliable car and can get me from point a to b. I also enjoy that there are three rows of seating so it is a great vehicle to take on trips. I also think that the gas mileage on it is very reasonable and would recommend it to a variety of people. I also think it is very nice looking and it looks luxurious in many ways. It may not be the most expensive car or exotic but it is definitely a great car. I could see myself even getting a newer version of this car once I have put to many miles or it is time to get a new vehicle for myself. I also really like Hyundai made cars and think that I am now a Hyundai person. I used to have an old Pontiac which I just hated but once I got my Santa Fe I knew that this was the car for me and I will continue driving it till it dies. Which I do not see happening anytime soon thankfully.

This is such a great vehicle.
For being a mid SUV it has a ton of room. I have never felt squished there, even when there were the max amount of people there. It has been running well for 7 years now. I have never had any issues. There are no noises or cracks that shouldn't be there. The seat warmer is awesome. It has different levels of heat. You can have a warm seat or a hot seat. And once you turn it on or off it goes into effect very quickly. It has great speakers for the radio. It gets pretty loud.

It is an absolute gas hog, no matter what time of year you're guaranteed a 35$+ fill up for only a driving span of 300 miles. It has something going on electrically, we haven't been able to find out what the problem is with it. Will occasionally not accelerate, will occasionally shut off, and will occasionally have every light on the dash come on and freak you out. Other than that, I've never thought that I wouldn't make it somewhere.

It's the most luxurious thing in my life. I love everything about it. It's comfortable, age appropriate, does everything I need it to do. The ONLY complaint is that I wish it was a 4 cylinder engine, it takes a bit of effort to get the heavy car moving.

I love having a 3rd row, but even with a third row it is a smaller SUV. My next 3rd row will have more inside room. I have had mechanical issues. It randomly shuts off when coming to a stop. I like how the front seats can cool off or warm up.
Well the seat seems to pop off/ break so we had to get that fixed. I do feel like it sucks gas quite a lot, but at the same times does not. But it is reliable, I do feel like some of the functions in the car are unnecessary. I personally do not like only how the steering wheel only heats up and does not cool down. And how the back seats cannot cool down. I also have a problem that the car takes a long time to either warm up or cool down, I usually end up at my location before the car reaches the temperature desired.

Stunning car! Simple features that feel luxurious.
The Santa Fe 2.0t has been absolutely amazing, I love all the simple features that it has. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for a new one. The only negative I have had so far is the windshield washer fluid Revisor leaks. But other than that it the perfect vehicle. The size is just right also! I tote my dogs with me sometimes and the back is absolutely perfect for them and I do not have to worry about them messing up my leather seats! I rate this car a a+.

The warranty is not as good as it seemed to be.
It is easy to drive. It has a roomy interior. The negative is that things break too easily. The backup camera connection is loose and they want too much money to look at it.

Best car I have ever driven/owned.
I love my vehicle, I own a 2013 red Santa Fe sport. It has kept me safe on many occasions. I once accidentally hit my boyfriend's small Kia leaving his car completely totaled while my SUV was unscathed. The interior is comfortable and there is so much room.

Safe, family-friendly vehicle.
I love the Hyundai Santa Fe because it is reliable and I have had very minimal problems with it since its purchase in 2013. The gas mileage is not bad at all and it is very spacious for my family and friends to seat comfortably. I feel safe in all types of weather, especially heavy rain. Its seating is very comfortable and I have no problems with blind spots. It is a great vehicle for an investment.

Santa Fe Hyundai is a smooth and comfy ride.
Santa Fe is such a comfortable car. Our family of 4 enjoys long drives and vacations well. There is ample space in the car for storage and it gives me a feeling of safety when I am driving. Our family enjoys all the long and small rides and love sitting in the car and going anywhere our heart desires.

The armrest with cup holders.
The car drives really well. Comfortable for a family and its height is also good for elderly people. The ac vents in the second and third row are a bit weird but it does get the colder air circulating pretty quickly so that does not really bother me.

Very comfortable for families.
I love that it is very spacious. We did a 12 hour drive with a toddler and baby and everyone was comfortable! We put the one seat up in the third row, mom sat in the back with the baby, and dad (6’7) drove. We still had room for our cooler and all the other things for a weeks vacation at the beach.

Compact yet large and roomy. Great engine and durability.
This SUV has 3 rows and a large back area when 3rd row not in use for hauling around a lot of stuff. I have not had any issues with this car and I bought it used. The only thing I wish it had was a backup camera and individual tire pressure numeric reading on dash instead of just 'low tire pressure' alert. I love that it is large but compact. I have enjoyed owning this car and if I buy a new SUV I will very likely purchase a newer model of this car.

My vehicle is just the right size for me to handle. Not to big and not to small.
My vehicle is very good on mileage, has a keyless start up it has comfortable seating with seats that heat up, its has lots of legroom with adjustable seats, spacious, rides smooth. It has a good sound system and I can talk on the phone hands free. It has a nice body and color.

A good choice for vacations.
We have never had any trouble maintenance wise with this car. Love the backup feature, the heated seats and the Bluetooth telephone connection. It has a very smooth ride compared to our other car so take it on all vacations. Cruise control is great. We also use the GPS all the time. Love everything about this car.

My Santa Fe sport 2. 0T is great it drives very smoothly.
My Hyundai Sonata Santa Fe sport 2. 0T is absolutely amazing. It has several interesting features, for instance seat heating in both the front and back seats. It also has a skylight that opens all the way, and a rear view camera with guidelines to help you park perfectly.

The most important thing is the warranty that comes with it. It was one of the main reason besides loving the car that I bought it.
I love that it sits higher than any sedan. The style is sleek and it drives well. One of the things I don't like about it is the cost of gas but because of gas prices I understand it.

Reliable car with a/c issues.
Hyundai Santa Fe is a good and reliable mid-range sport utility vehicle. I put about 20,000 miles per year on it and have had it for six years without any major issues. I have an ongoing air conditioning issue where the fan just dies when running for an extended period. Service department has not been able to replicate the problem so it has never been diagnosed and thusly never fixed. It only happens occasionally but the car must be shut down for several minutes to remedy and then will occur more often until it is shut down for a significant amount of time.

My car comes with a very good warranty, including a free set of replacement tires.
I like the features that it has. It also handles well in all types of weather. I wish that it did get better mileage.

My favorite part about this car is the interior light dimming switch.
This SUV is spacious and comfortable with loads of center console room and trunk space consisting of multiple hidden compartments not to mention the amazing gas mileage and all the interior specs. The car does ride slightly bumpy however it is an amazing SUV.

It's a good ride and affordable as for gas mileage compared to other suvs.
It's the sport version so the trunk area is smaller and it gets pretty good mileage It handles well in moist conditions Nothing really bad with it though it would be nice if it had built in gps

Great car at a great value!
This car is perfect if you are looking for a smaller sub that is speedy. The gas mileage is great and the car drives great too. It is pretty good in the winter but can get blown around in really windy stormy weather. Only cons are not enough space and not great for my taller husband when he drives.

There are rumors that the air conditions fail quickly.
I believe that the majority of the "issues" that I have with my car are personal. It was my mothers car before mine so I wasn't able to pick exactly what I would like. This car is FWD which to me, is an issue. I would like an AWD car just because they are far more reliable. I also do not like the leather interior because during the hot seasons it gets very sticky. Another issue that I haven't had first hand is that the air conditioners on these cars typically go out quickly which can cost thousands of dollars. But, so far, I have only had to re load it with Freon during the summer about twice which cost me about $70. Although, I do like that the limited edition model ( what I have) has a sunroof and heated seats. This makes it very nice to drive in and comfortable. I also like the size of the trunk a lot. Very spacious. I also do like the speakers but I do believe that they could be better, but I am also 18 so I have high standards in regards to that!

Great investment and perfect family vehicle.
Tons of great features, including heated steering wheel, lots of room for hauling things, as well as up to seven people. It looks great and handles well. The sound system is nice and the sunroof lets a ton of light in. The engine is a good size with some power when needed. Handles like a car, not a truck through, which is a plus when having passengers.
