A safe vehicle with a surprisingly open view of your surroundings.
I really like how in control I feel when operating this vehicle. Being low to the ground can sometimes be disorienting, but this vehicle provides a great view of the road and your surroundings, so you always feel safe. Not to mention, the gas mileage is amazing.

Love the fact that I can tell my tire pressure and exact mileage until empty.
Quite a few recalls as of recent. It is super reliable but the bells and whistles are not there for me. Super spur of the moment purchase and wish I would have opted for a better system like apple carplay, leather seats and a sunroof. Other than that it is great quality and reliable! Not major issues and the recalls were fixed at no cost.

A family friendly compact SUV.
This is an ok family car, fits 4 comfortably and two more passengers in the last row with limited room. I fit two child car seats in the second row plus one passenger in the middle. The trunk has a large capacity for storage once the third row seats are folded. Gas mileage is acceptable. There is a camera for backing up which I couldn't live without. This SUV has been great for road trips.

A good, basic and dependable crossover.
I like it but for being a sport it could have more pickup. The indoor trim and features are very nice and I always appreciate the Hyundai warranty. Gas mileage is pretty good and performs well in the elements despite not being a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Great family vehicle and comfortable ride.
The Hyundai performs very well. I haven't had an issues since I purchased the vehicle. It does well in the snow and the mountains. The only item missing is a remote starter. As it is a 2017 model,I would have expected a remote starter to come standard with the limited ultimate model.

Santa Fe, a good gift from Santa.
Very reliable and feel very safe in the vehicle. Love the idea of the sunroof, but realistically, the way it is positioned, it creates an awful glare when driving. Speakers work well, love the cruise control and blind spot sensors. 360 view cam and rearview cam are amazing. The leg room in the back row is terrible for anyone probably 12 y/o or older.

Great car, awesome features, perfect match for growing families!
I absolutely love this car. I have not had any issues so far, it is been wonderful. The car runs smoothly, I haven't experienced any stalling or sticking on the road and no leaks of any kind. This car also has really awesome features and is a very comfortable ride. Both inside and on the road. The driver and passenger seats have cooling & heated features. The car has a touch screen radio system with Bluetooth and apple carplay, I love these features because I love playing my own music in the car so that is a huge perk for me. There are so many cool features that I am still learning about everyday. I would definitely recommend this car for someone who is looking for a smaller SUV style car, has a lot of room and great for families. My dog loves the car too!

It is a nice SUV that has no problems and has done my family well. We drive it on all of our family trips and use it for getting the kids to all of their events. Spacious with room for family and pets!
I love the way this car drives. It provided comfortable seating for 5. The seats fold down and it easily carries groceries, large items. We five dogs and they all fit! Hyundai Santa Fe sport the full package for your buck.
I bought my car used and it has been a quality product. I love all the additional safety features and perks that came equipped with the trim style I choose. Including back-up camera, blind spot monitoring, heated and cool front seats, heated back row seats on the sides not the middle, rear trunk assist where the trunk will open after beeping three times when you stand behind it with the key. The panoramic sunroof is wonderful to take in the beautiful scenery.

Very comfortable SUV. Perfect size. Love the amenities! Leather seats, sunroof, seat warmer, steering wheel warmer, rear seat warmers, 3 different power modes for driving. I mostly use the eco mode for decent gas mileage. I have had very little issues. Sometimes the sunroof is a little unresponsive when trying to close it. That is all I can think of. Performance with driving is great. Love the sport most when needing more power. Love the cameras for back up. I have 4 or 5 of them. Love the alert that warns me that I am getting to close to an object.

Was one of the best decisions I've made.
I wish I would have gotten the 2.0t only for the bigger engine because once it's moving it's good it's just to get it moving is the issue. Besides that I love my touch screen radio for apple CarPlay, its spacey, and the all wheel drive is wonders in the winter!

Backup camera might go out randomly. Recall on the vehicle is another concern. The price is honestly not that great considering that there are other vehicles in the same price range that offer much more in terms of performance and comfort. I will probably not be purchasing a Hyundai the next time around.

Great Family Ride for near or far

I like the reliability of the asante age sport. It handles great in the winter. I do not need to worry about getting stuck. Very comfortable in driving long distances. I wish I had added the heated seats. I like the addition of the protective floor mats that see rubber, especially in the winter. Love the hands free phone, and the navigation system helps so much.

My car is great it drives well, there are air vents in the third row. It is extremely spacious, lots of legroom fits two car seats. There is lots of trunk space. The only problem we have is with the back hatch not closing well sometimes and we have to re close it slamming it harder than normal.

My Hyundai Santa Fe is the best car I have ever owned. I have only had this vehicle for a year and I am really impressed on how functional my vehicle is. The space in the car is perfect for someone with a big family, it fits 7 people including the driver and passenger seats. The seats are incredibly comfortable and so is the way the car drives. This vehicle drives smoothly and easy, this was the first car I drove when I got my license and I felt really comfortable for a timid 16 year old. My favorite part of the Santa Fe is the small features it includes for example. The simple button you push to open the trunk is very useful and helpful when you cannot get ahold of a handle. Overall I have had an amazing experience with this vehicle.

Seats that cool or warm you & I see 360• around when parking or backing up...
There is always a message sent from the car saying the automated brakes are in need of repair, but the dealership claims there is nothing wrong. Also, the alarms go off at times even though I am in the lines... Or no other car is in my blind spot:( this can lead to becoming desensitized to the false alarms...

I have not had any problems from the vehicle so far. It rides very smoothly and has a nice acceleration. My interior is a mix of suede and wood on the dashboard. It's very nice and does not get very hot. My seats are also a light color, which helps with the heat. It is very spacious with ample trunk space and comes with a cover for cargo in your trunk. There is also a back-up camera with a wide view. Overall the vehicle is very nice, I love it. Only takes about $30 to fill up and the gas mileage is wonderful.

It has plenty of compartments for storage.
Within a month of purchase, engine blew out. The paint on the hood of the car is peeling off. Windshield cracks very easily. This car seems very fragile. The slightest tap dents the frame. The look of the car is nice. It just does not stay that way. The filters get gross with very little time between changes.

The performance of my vehicle is excellent. My last vehicle was low so being higher up is definitely a big plus. Maintenance is low and the cost is efficient. I love the fact I can have different temperature settings from the passenger. The buttons to change the volume and station on the steering wheel is also a big plus.

Decent car for the base model.
So far the performance is great and the car sounds great on the highway. Tr his biggest flaw to me is that there are no anchors in the third row for car seats, just the ones in the middle row. It's hard to get to the third row since there is a car seat there so captain chairs would have been better.

Engine failure at 94k miles that is covered by warranty, thankfully. Sometimes loses power after turns, in particular if there is a pothole or gap. With all weather tires, performs well in the snow. Plenty of cargo space. Not enough rear leg room. Good performance otherwise.

The car is good for a small SUV but if you have pets and out a cage in the back you don't have a lot of room left in the back. Also there is no air conditioning vents in the way back and I think vents lack overall. Also there is no air conditioning in the front seats so on hot day with leather seats it could be a little uncomfortable. Overall performance is good but lags a little due to being 4 cylinder. Definitely a great smaller SUV.

The safety rating of the Santa Fe Sport is one of the better ratings for an SUV. The gas mileage is not horrible either for being an AWD vehicle.
I love the design and safety of the Santa Fe Sport that I have. The interior is comfortable for traveling with my family and on my commute to work. The only drawback to the vehicle in my opinion is that it does not offer as many upgrade features as some of the other brands.

I like my vehicle it is very reliable. I have drove it out of state multiple times with no problems. The couple features that could be different are the back up camera could be a little bit bigger & the cloth in the back is to slick for groceries. Great for multiple car seats.
Santa Fe is very comfortable and will be great for longer distances. Getting 3 car seats in the middle row is a huge help and the trunk space is large when the 3rd row is down. When driving the car does great around turns with high speeds, feels like all 4 wheels stay glued to the ground.

The Santa Fe Sport is plenty of what I need.
I feel like the only flaw is the design with blind spots. The way the car is made, it is hard to see behind you to the side even when using mirrors. This is so dangerous. There have been multiple times I have cut it close. And the paint job is not all that great as well.

Top Value in the SUV field
I have driven about 15000 miles so far and have had few issues that have needed action. Both of the items we are currently working on are related to the new technology that we're all supposed to be so excited about yet to date even the manufacturer hasn't been able to figure it out. Thankfully again they don't affect the operation of the vehicle. The things I like about the vehicle are the safety features such as blind spot warning and backup camera. The seats are the most comfortable I have ever had and the addition of the rear passenger sunscreens built into the windows as well as the availability of Android Auto make driving much more enjoyable. The 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is simply the best value for the money in its class.

Remains dependable. Local dealership for maintenance. They often have coupons for savings on scheduled maintenance. Still enjoy smooth ride and comfort of seating, which are heated/cooled. The brand emblem in the center of the steering wheel can be very hot. All doors unlock once placed into park.

Great vehicle with lots of room
Love this vehicle. Have had next to zero issues mechanically. Very smooth and comfortable ridge. I would like to see better options for the centre console. Also, the leather seats stretch easily. That is one thing I do not like

Highly pressured to take model I didn't want.
I like my vehicle because it sets up high and you able to see what is in front of you and my vehicle is safe to drive.

Perfect mid size maneuverable SUV.
I upgraded from a Volkswagen passat to this Santa Fe sport because I outgrew my car. I got a great deal on this vehicle and was excited about the added space! I am not a huge fan of the color, a type of grey, but chose it because of the price tag. The leather seats are durable and I use the heated seats everyday in winter. I purchased the aftermarket security system and auto start system and love it. My phone did not pair well when I had an android, but pairs perfectly with no errors using an iPhone. In fact, I switched to an iPhone solely because I was having such issues with the android auto. This car is nowhere near as fast as my Volkswagen, and I do miss the speed. The sports mode revs too high and am nervous to drive in it on the highway for long periods of time. I get about 400 miles on a single tank, and around 22 per gallon. Overall, I love the car and will keep it as long as I can.

All around great SUV for a daily driver.
Very reliable, stylish, comfortable. Love the looks and features. No problems as of yet. Bought used, but still has a great warranty. My second Hyundai, would probably buy a third. Beat car I have owned. Great cargo space, turbo has plenty of horsepower.

Reliable and safe family vehicle.
My Santa Fe is great! It has three rows of seats, which allows for 6-7 people. The back rows fold down for extra cargo space. I only have 30,000 miles on it, but so far, it is been very reliable and it has one of the best safety ratings you can get in this class of vehicle.

Seems like a pretty dependable car.
I chose this vehicle for a few reasons. First, the price was very competitive. Second, I need all wheel drive because I am a single woman and do not have anyone to bail me out if the roads get bad. Third, I wanted it for the ability to haul things. I do notice that it is a little chubby in the lower gears. I asked the sales person and they said that is normal for this car as well as the Tucson. As I drove a few I noticed the same thing, so he must have been telling the truth.

This vehicle was designed for comfort and pick up. Even for the passengers.
It has a very comfortable ride. It has great pick up. It also has a heated steering wheel and heated seats. Also the rear seat are heated. The front seats have your choice of heat or cooling. Great for hot summer days. Dual controls for heat/air control. Your passenger can set the temperature to what makes him/her happy. Comfort for all.

I love having the blue link, heated seats, push start, & apple carplay.
I really like it so far. The only problem we have had is now that we are at 20,000 miles. It is starting to act like it has clogged fuel injectors. When we had the oil changed the guy said it's common for that to happen around 20k miles in the Santa Fe.

Love my Hyundai, it is a beautiful design - inside and out.
We have not had any problems with this car or the Hyundai we had before this one. It has the back up device that is really nice and makes a sound when changing lanes if another car is in the way. It is comfortable and has heated seats which we do not use often as we live in California.

White Hyundai Santa Fe sport with tan/brown interior and digital screen.
No problems with my vehicle. Overall, it has proven to be a reliable, safe, and attractive vehicle. Everyone who has seen it has said that they love the way it looks especially the inside. I had a 2011 Santa Fe before this and the difference between that and the new model is crazy.

My vehicle is the best on the market. I paid 40k and it is worth every dime.
No problems out of my vehicle. The gas mileage is fabulous, especially for a third row SUV. It is great for long drives to the beach. My children love it as well. I like the ability to control the temperature in the very back, also the seats let down, which is fabulous.

Great SUV for the price point.
Very affordable but has all the features I was looking for. Third row seating is great for a family. It has a wonderful 100,000 mile warranty. I have had no issues in the time I have owned it. The cabin can be a bit loud and you can feel lots of bumps in the road.

So I purchased one without many options. Basically the car is nice. My first SUV. Drives different from sedans. Good in the snow. Not much pick up from a dead stop. So for the price
I seen this care at a auto show. I liked the look of the outside and inside. Not realizing that they preview cars that are fully loaded with lots of options. So when I went to purchase this vehicle I could not afford all the nice options

Hyundai Santa Fe car review.
Drives smoothly. I would prefer a bigger back up camera. I wish the backup camera beeps when I am too close to an object. Seats are comfortable. Back seat for passengers is tight so it would fit 2 people nicely but for 3 people it is too snug. Would prefer a push button for the truck to automatically close and open.

Ideal car worth every penny
Amazing power for a 4 cylinder, performance and price are great, ok on gas, love that it is AWD. You cannot beat the warranty offered. Very comfortable for long drives. Cargo is very spacious. Stereo is great, with Bluetooth hands free calling, easy menu options not hard to operate, Optional Blue Link I do not use but having Sirius radio is great

Great family car to have.
It is a great car for a family and to use on vacation trips. Its spacious and has a 3rd row that can be folded if you do not need it or need more trunk space. The only thing I do not like about it is the trunk space is very small. Other than that it is great.

Highly recommended, only minor complaints.
Overall I love the Santa Fe sport. We bought it to upsize. It was great with one kid but with another on the way it is going to get tight. The larger 3 row version would be better for a bigger family. The car is very comfortable, reliable and has a nice smooth ride. Apple carplay is simply amazing. Everything about the car is intuitive and easy to interact with. One thing I do not like is the glade from the dash cast on the front windshield in bright conditions. This goes away with sunglasses, but can be annoying and potentially hazardous. Seats are nice and comfy with heat. Speaker sound is excellent. There’s really nothing major to complain about. I would recommend it and would buy it again.

What I like about my Santa Fe sport.
Love this vehicle! It is dependable and comfortable. It has two settings for the driver's seat, heated and cooled front seats, steering wheel heater, excellent camera views - I think there are seven cameras, and you are able to switch to the camera you want or have all on the good sized screen at once. It would be nice if it got better mileage, but I'll take the 22 mpg,
