Very dependable and comfortable riding.
This is the first Hyundai I have owned. Love everything about it. Great gas mileage, comfortable, heated seats are amazing!
accountCircle Tim P
Reliable vehicle that is pretty stylish.
It's the second time i have driven a hyundai tucson. FIrst one lasted 250k miles, this one is at 150k, minimal issues (knock on wood). ONly issue that it isn't great in snow.
accountCircle Harriet L
Reliable, affordable, great performance, great vehicle.
I love this Tucson. It is the second Tucson and 4th Hyundai I have own. They are comfortable, incredibly reliable, minimum service needs, and tremendous 10 year warranty. The only things I have had to pay for are basic oil changes, and after 6 years new tires. I cannot recommend the Hyundai Tucson highly enough. I will stay with Hyundai.
accountCircle Char M
Dependable car that I feel safe driving.
Has good safety record. Feels solid so you feel secure behind the wheel. No major service on vehicle. I have no complaints.

Hyundai Tucson 2013, great crossover vehicle.
The 2013 Hyundai Tucson is a very comfortable and reliable vehicle. It has just the right amount of room for a single, married or small family. The gls model has great features such as Bluetooth, AWD, abs brakes and seat warmers. It performs well in all types of weather.
accountCircle Lane W
Great family car - dependable and sporty.
We love our Hyundai Tucson! It is such a dependable car, that is great for our family. It looks good and runs well. We would definitely get another Tucson after this one runs its course! Don't hesitate to test drive a Tucson. We feel very safe in it also, as it has high safety results.

Love the color and the size.
I love this car. Needs to be better in the snow. The car slides a lot even with good tires. It also rusts inside the door, and to have a better antenna. The radio does not get good reception. I love this car, it's the best small SUV. I have had Hyundais in the best and like their cars.

Faulty power window switches
All four power window switches have being replaced this is ridiculous for a vehicle that is only 7 years old I believe Hyundai is having a problem with these vehicles and they are not telling us they should be recalled and fixed
accountCircle Margaret C
Safety hazard, limited vision when turning.
The side mirrors are very large and obscure vision when turning. The placement of air bags around the windshield also obscures vision. The seats are comfortable. I have no problem with the interior design. The exterior look is pleasing.

Hyundai Tucson - watch your back!
The car runs well so far, it feels cramped because the seats are angled forward causing back pain. The seats are very uncomfortable. After approximately an hour of driving my neck and back tightens up and it is very uncomfortable. We have lessened our longer trips with this vehicle because of it. We went to the keys, 2, 5 hours drive and my husband had to climb in the back seat to lay down because he couldn't sit in the front. The seats hurt his back too much. Also, the leather on the steering wheel started to peel off, I had to put a steering wheel cover on it.

$5,000. + to replace engine. Same engine on recall in Santa fe.
Like the style, price, comfort. Gas economy. Hate that engine blew up at 126. 000+ miles and was not covered on recall. Hate the interior plastics. Scratched up.

Hyundai Tucson, not the best vehicle I have ever had!
Check engine light came on for a few months for no real reason. Took multiple trips to the garage to figure out the computer is just not working properly. It is comfortable and generous in size. It also has a terrible radio and mp3 player system, very few options to change songs and get proper readouts.
accountCircle Eunice W
It has some good features.
Drives rough. No backseat air vents. Tires constantly lose pressure. It is a Hyundai. Bad gas mileage for city and highway miles.
accountCircle Karen F
My Tucson. Love the way it drives. Nice features safety devices. Clean nice.
It's a nice car I love driving it. I have not experience hardly no problems with it, other than a battery and minor body work. It has a lot of safety features. Has a back up light. Its is comfy to drive. Seats at least 4 people. Plenty of legroom.

Hyundai Tucson: perfect car for any occasion.
The car itself has very poor mileage. However, it does drive very smoothly, and is very comfortable. It has a lot of space, but is not a large car. I can get from place a to place b safely. It has great acceleration. I enjoy driving this car. It has a great ac and heat.

2013 Tuscan. It is alright I guess.
I have noticed many blind spots while I am driving which makes me a little nervous. I have also noticed that the placement of the vents is not always beneficial to the people in the 2nd row of the car. The manufacturer speakers in the vehicle are low quality and do not allow for quality music to be heard.
accountCircle Genevieve L on June 11, 2021
Extremely comfortable and reliable.
It is extremely reliable, I haven't had any concerns or problems with it within the last 7 years. It is roomy and comfortable for a family of 4 or 5. The only feature I did not like was the fact that it didn't recognize my phone after a certain time due to software issues.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Cheryl P.

I had a Honda before and the Hyundai came in cheaper and more attractive. My Honda was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy in 2012 (along with 3 of my children's car) and so shopping for a new car I liked the Hyundai better than the Honda and it was cheaper. I like it very much!

likeFilled Jenn H.

I love the Navigation screen and the fact that I can connect my car to my phone via Bluetooth. Backup camera is also nice. I feel very safe in this car. It is very reliable. Interior is roomy and the backseat folds for extra storage.

likeFilled Rachel P.

Smooth ride. I have had it for 4 years now, no maintenance issues other than having to change out a dead battery. Good gas mileage. Very safe vehicle. I drive a lot, it currently has 90,000 miles on it and still run great.

likeFilled Mary Y.

Some pros about my car are the Size, heated seats, GPS, voice activation, gas mileage, back sweat, truck space, cup holders, color, Air conditioning, leather seats, dog friendly, two sunroofs, I have had it for a long time and put a lot of miles on it and it is still kickin.

likeFilled Sabrina M.

Great mileage for gas. 14 gallons and I can drive 400 miles. I love the way it drives. Brakes are not too sensitive. Perfect size for all my needs. I can fit a lot for a long trip or a little for my daily commutes.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Cheryl P.

I have absolutely no cons of my vehicle. Ok, it is outdated - my son drove it over Christmas and could hardly back it up without the picture of backing up. I am very happy with my purchase and do not need the bells and whistles.

dislikeFilled Jenn H.

I am not sure there are any cons. Sometimes in the winter when it is really cold the windshield frosts on the inside. I also prefer having the automatic transmission only. I do not need to switch back and forth.

dislikeFilled Rachel P.

The seats get water stains. The windows has an electrical issue; windows can be rolled down by passengers but have to be rolled up by the driver. No Bluetooth or hand free system. Installed a new audio system for Bluetooth and handsfree qualities.

dislikeFilled Mary Y.

My car is pretty old, a lot of miles, leather is ripping on front seat, driver seat does not adjust very well, does not tell you how many miles you have after you hit below 30, lights are not very bright and I have to pay for gas.

dislikeFilled Sabrina M.

Nothing really. The only thing I really dislike is the color but Hyundai has improved the color for this model throughout the year. I wish it held 15 or 16 gallons but that is on me to upgrade to the Santa Fe model.
