I love everything about my SUV. I love the color. I love the way it drive.
High profile, high maintenance when they see me in my car.

Comfortable SUV with space for the whole family.
This car is very reliable. The ac works great even tho the extreme weather here in Texas. The vehicle is comfortable and spacious. The trunk is perfect for your shopping needs. I do not like the GPS, it is not updated and you will have a longer trip if you use it. I prefer using google maps.
accountCircle Lahari R
It is such an amazing car and has the best sound system and GPS for drivers.
The car is a great car and can be very reliable. When I do not drive my corolla, I drive this car and it is very safe to drive in. It has a very smooth acceleration and it is very nice to drive when going on long drives. I trust Infiniti and their cars and its manufacturing.

Infiniti... Great family car!
I love it and reliable from day one! I have been driving it since 2016, it is kept me safe, taken it on a 3 week cross country road trip! It is super comfy, has a DVD player in the headrests, 3 rows and it keeps the kids separated so we all have our own rows.

I drive a white Infiniti jx35 touring edition.
I love my car. I bought it used three years ago and have had no problems. It has been a reliable vehicle. It is a comfortable vehicle with leather seats that are heated and cooled. The steering wheel is heated as well. Both backseat headrest have DVD players for entertaining my children. The drive is smooth.

Great traveling and family vehicle.
I have owned this vehicle for several years, I bought it pre-owned. And love it for family vehicle. Have not had any issues with it. My son really loves the DVD player in headrest. It is a great road trip vehicle, with plenty of space. The third row seats are nice, and also fold down to make extra room in back.

Bad transmission but all luxury.
Black leather seats. All black interior. Hides stains well. Complete luxury. Heated seats, mirrors. Large windows, foldable seats, smart tire pressure system. Black paint with a sunroof. Automatic windows close even after car is off. Walk up welcome lighting.
accountCircle Heather C
Very pleased with this vehicle.
I have no complaints about my car. It is a great vehicle. The only thing I would change is where the volume control button is. I always think that the program middle button is the volume wheel instead. I love the heated steering wheel and the face that you can set multiple seat positions with a simple button.

If negative stars was an option.
Worst car I’ve ever owned. After five years of ownership, 75000 miles and meticulously caring for the vehicle starts giving us problems. The worst was the engine light comes on so I take to the dealership. They diagnose as a bad transmission and catalytic converter. I told the service guy what I thought and the only thing he suggested was to call INFINITI direct to hopefully get the nearly $10,000 price tag reduced for the repair. I traded the car in on a new Ram pickup. Dodged a bullet!

Disappointed buyer
I’m very disappointed with my trucks performance! After 2 years, the seal around the headlights is broken, allowing water to enter and now I have NO lights! Nissan dealers charge $4200 and after speaking with a local mechanic shop, he was working on a 2013 JX35 with the same problem. To buy the headlights used will run $2400 plus the cost to have them installed. And not to mention, there’s a rattle noise under the hood and I need struts! I purchased the easy care warranty and it expired 5000 miles ago!!! Hopefully there’s a factory recall on the headlights or I’ll be able to trade it in.
accountCircle James R
Unreliable and unpredictable.
New issues every year such as rear differential failure. Another issue was that the alternator went bad after 6 years which happened while driving. There was also an issue within the first year of purchase where the front left wheel rubbed the inside of the vehicle.

Too many mechanical issues
After 100 000 km transmission broke down (cost me 4k) monthsatee transfer case broke down (2k) this supposedly luxury véhicule is definitely gonna be my one and only. I put about 10 00$ cash on fixing s**t plsiwthe maintance. Im not looking to put dirt on the brand because to be honest I don't even know that much in cars... But I'm Cleary not happy and very very disappointed. You tell me is it just that 2013 jx35 model that is trash? Either way it's just not cool for me. This is all really shits. And don't get me wrong... If I first buy this car it's because I was in love with the ,shape of these Infiniti. But now I'm crying ??

Brakes are a real problem and the transmission is strange
Maintenance and reliability problems.. Strange transmission comfy ride.

CVT sucks
Bought mine 6 years ago from the dealer with low mileage. At around 30000 miles they replaced both front wheel bearings and about 10000 miles more they replaced the transmission (CVT) twice and here I am telling some 60000 miles later it will need to be done again. After 6 years of ownership the only real weak links transmission (CVT) (VERY WEAK LINK) and the Audio hook up.

Looks good
We have owned the 2013jx35 since August of 2012. The tubes that go down either side of the windshield get clogged with dust, therefore the water does not drain out it drains into the front foot wells of both the driver and passenger sides. This has happen on 3 occasions and I had to replace the carpet, but not without a fight. So whenever I see someone with the same car or with a sunroof I make sure to tell them about this problem so they know to get the tubes blown out periodically. The filter gets changed regularly and it still smells musty when I turn on the heat/ac. The ac stopped working after 4 years and I needed to get a shot of Freon - every summer since.

Quality control is garbage.
Plastic trim and under vehicle plastic covers falls off easily. Faulty design on visor mirror. Headlight turn foggy and yellow. Leather handset rips off easily. Have replace it twice. Same with the visor mirror. I personally will not buy another Infiniti ever again.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Shermale M.

Pros include 3 rows, which allow for nice seating capacity, great fuel mileage, options to adjust from economy, to sport, to standard, to snow for driving. Sleek and stylish body frame, handles the road nicely at all speeds.

likeFilled Jessica K.

I love all of the features. It has heated seated, a heated steering wheel, surround sound, DVD player. It is very comfortable and spacious. It is a good roomy vehicle that you can take on long trips. It has a USB port for east phone charging and also includes hands free features.

likeFilled Joni B.

I love all of the extra features it has. It has DVD players in the headrest, heated and cooled seats, sunroof, GPS, etc. It not only has back up cameras but you can change the view to see anywhere around your car including above it. The gas mileage it gets is great!

likeFilled Melanie T.

It feels safe, very roomy, good gas mileage, stylish and comfortable for long trips. It is very quiet. I really love this vehicle and plan to buy another Infiniti when I purchase my next car. It is low maintenance. This is a great luxury family car. I love the 3Rd row which works very well when I have my grandchildren.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Shermale M.

The third row is smaller than expected. Will not comfortably accommodate 3 adults. Also has a smaller than preferred trunk capacity (when 3rd row) is up. However that row it can be folded flat, allowing for optimal trunk space.

dislikeFilled Jessica K.

The interior is not kid friendly. It has lush carpet which can be hard to clean. We also have some issues with the TV equipment. The visors wear out after a while and will not stay in the closed position.

dislikeFilled Joni B.

One con is that when the third row seating is up the headrest causes severe blind spots. Parts are expensive for it. If you do not live in the city, it is difficult to find a mechanic to work on an Infiniti.

dislikeFilled Melanie T.

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about this car. I have had a Nissan,Honda,Camry, Mitsubishi and 2 BMW's and this is my favorite car out of all of them. It is a great car and I have nothing negative to say about it.
