Truly a luxury crossover vehicle.
I enjoy everything about this car - it is comfortable, easy to drive, and has every and all amenities you could ask for. I love the driving assistance, and the dashboard/windshield display. The seating is roomy in the front and back despite it being a smaller crossover.

Over the top fun car to drive.
The QX50 is one of the most fun cars to drive. Not only does it have a 5 star safety rating the high tech features are fantastic. Some of the best features that make it stand out is the ability to read your text message to you. However responding to text message through voice recognition needs some work. In the end the QX50 is a sports car in an SUV body.

I wish the panoramic moonroof went back further. It only opens about 10 inches.
It's sporty and comfortable. Lot of great features inside on this trim such as the adjustable seats in the back. They recline and can move forwards and backwards. The birds eye view camera is my favorite. It helps with parking and getting through in tough spaces.

My vehicle is just amazing and so elegant!
Best car I have ever driven! I have had three different kinds throughout the years and it is never given me any trouble! I would recommend this kind of vehicle to anyone. Even other family members of mine have this vehicle brand! They have so much room in the vehicle even if you have the car and not the SUV!

It is a very reliable car.As well as very attractive.
It is beautiful and very comfortable.Only thing I do not like is that the tech screens are a bit hard to read for me.

The Infiniti is the most versatile car on the road.
The things I love about my car are many. 1. The seat. It is very customizable. I have a switch that allows me to go forward and backward up or down in the chair. The seats are also heated, and I can even adjust the amount of cushion in them. 2. I can connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth and play my music from any of the many music apps on my phone the car is compatible with all of them. 3. The sound system is really good it is actually my favorite thing about the car I love to drive with my music really loud so it helps that he has a very balanced eq. 4. The car is great to drive I do not like to drive fast but the car is not a slow car either. 5. The trunk is very spacious I can fit almost anything in there.
accountCircle Natalija R
It can fit a small mattress in the back so you can go camping. Yey.
Super comfortable for driving. Has everything a car needs. The only thing missing is a sit’s massage. If you have a pet it is perfect for that too. Road trips? It can fit all your luggage and you will still have enough room for you and your company.

I don't have any complaints. We haven't had it very long.

I been leasing InfinitiI for the past 12 years been through almost every model that they have was super excited about the new SUV QX50. But boy was I let down this car has been in the shop 4 times since I got it. It sounds and it drives like an old car The performance doesn’t stands to Infiniti quality.

Software has many bugs
My 2019 QX50 has several electrical problems with the AC, releasing the parking brake & the rear gate. Restarting seems to resolve the problem when it occurs, The constant dropping of the Bluetooth connection to my iphone is very frustrating.

Electric issues
I would not recommend Infiniti. Too many on going electrical related issues. Service departments don't seem to be able to resolve these problems. So far issues are minor and not safety related.

2019 Infiniti qx50 luxe SUV.
Drives nicely once you are moving. Especially on side roads. Can be very smooth. Can be loud over 60 mph on highways through. Not as much room as it says when you buy it. Back seat can be cramped with a tall driver. And using a car seat causes the passenger front seat to have to move up and not be able to recline.

Many electrical issues
It has been back to dealer several times for various electrical problems. Battery goes dead for no obvious reason. Air conditioning stops working. Issues with parking brake not releasing. Problems with GPS and radio. Bluetooth stops connecting. Has had software updated at dealers but problems continue.

Horrible navigation connectivity
I am starting with the navigation because it is nothing but a problem. If you use the hands free phone while using navigation the navigation doesn’t come back. The audio can freeze. I just had it “repaired “ and now I can’t sync my phone. I am so disappointed and angry. I would not recommend this car. If the audio and navigation worked then I would recommend it. The people at the dealership, while extremely kind, were unable to help

Big mistake
I have always been a Nissan Fan and wanted something different. So, I tried Infinity and it was a big mistake. I leased a 2019, Infinity QX50 Essential, with every option possible. The one thing that I didn't immediately like, was the poor stopping power. It felt like the Break Pads were made of Ice and required me to aggressively apply the Breaks in order to stop. In less than three months into ownership, the Safety Equipment, HVAC, Audio, Trunk lid, Acceleration, Shifting and Navi started malfunctioning. Every time the QX50 started malfunctioning, I would record the problem using my Cell Phone. The Vehicle was taken back to the Dealership at 5 different times, during the first two years to be fixed. With each visit, I would tell the Service Advisor what the problems were at that time. I would also give the Service Advisor the opportunity to watch several Videos, showing exactly what the QX50 was doing. Most every time, the Service Advisor declined to watch the Videos. The DCU Part has been changed 5 times and the problems still exist and not as frequent. For example: I would be driving at 40 MPH down the Road, during a Sunny / 85 degree day and another Vehicle is behind me about 60'. Suddenly, my Heads Up Display would show a front end collision and would automatically and quickly apply the Breaks. Nothing was in front of me, that would cause this to happen and the Driver behind me had to slam on their Breaks to avoid hitting me. Five Service Appointments, nothing resolved and I had to get a Lawyer to Lemon Law this Vehicle. Because Infinity was "Slow stepping" the Legal Process and almost eight months later, Infinity decided to settle and accept the Lemon Law.

Great looking, does not drive great.
Sometimes the parking sensors go off randomly when I am not near anything. It also does not drive great on the freeway. Kind of hard to hold it in one spot and it sways back and forth. I also feel like it is not geared very well for speeds about 60 mph. I do really like the bird eye view cameras. It make parking very easy and do not have to worry about something around your car you didn't see. The inside is comfortable and I like the sleek signature daytime running lights. It is an SUV/crossover but it looks sporty.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Johnny T.

Durable, high performance and great looking. The car is a head Turner. It is superiorly comfortable. The steering is very accurate. This the first vehicle that does not use the steering device that is connected to the wheels. It is completely computer assisted.

likeFilled Denise W.

It is a stylish car. I like the drive assistance cameras and connecting to my phone. I like the leather interior, Bose sound system and the cargo package. Sunroof is nice too. I would get a larger engine next time around. It is versatile with the fold down seats. And the back seats are roomy enough for adults.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Johnny T.

Some blind spots mostly. But other than that a great car, sometimes the computer can be a little slow. The car is so powerful that when u tap the gas the car is ready to move, be careful car can spin out easily.

dislikeFilled Denise W.

The engine is not as powerful as my previous QX50. It is Louder too. I do not like that there is not any place for my phone. Ac in the back seats could be better. And I would really like the back to open without having to hit a button in the key or car. Motion type opening. Drink holders are too small as well. Back seat needs drink holders too.
