Mr
Year 3. 27 000 Km no issues whatsoever. My first Infiniti. No problems of any kind. I do find paint easy to chip.

Big mistake
I have always been a Nissan Fan and wanted something different. So, I tried Infinity and it was a big mistake. I leased a 2019, Infinity QX50 Essential, with every option possible. The one thing that I didn't immediately like, was the poor stopping power. It felt like the Break Pads were made of Ice and required me to aggressively apply the Breaks in order to stop. In less than three months into ownership, the Safety Equipment, HVAC, Audio, Trunk lid, Acceleration, Shifting and Navi started malfunctioning. Every time the QX50 started malfunctioning, I would record the problem using my Cell Phone. The Vehicle was taken back to the Dealership at 5 different times, during the first two years to be fixed. With each visit, I would tell the Service Advisor what the problems were at that time. I would also give the Service Advisor the opportunity to watch several Videos, showing exactly what the QX50 was doing. Most every time, the Service Advisor declined to watch the Videos. The DCU Part has been changed 5 times and the problems still exist and not as frequent. For example: I would be driving at 40 MPH down the Road, during a Sunny / 85 degree day and another Vehicle is behind me about 60'. Suddenly, my Heads Up Display would show a front end collision and would automatically and quickly apply the Breaks. Nothing was in front of me, that would cause this to happen and the Driver behind me had to slam on their Breaks to avoid hitting me. Five Service Appointments, nothing resolved and I had to get a Lawyer to Lemon Law this Vehicle. Because Infinity was "Slow stepping" the Legal Process and almost eight months later, Infinity decided to settle and accept the Lemon Law.

Electric issues
I would not recommend Infiniti. Too many on going electrical related issues. Service departments don't seem to be able to resolve these problems. So far issues are minor and not safety related.

Safe, comfortable and very nice fixtures.
Feels super safe. My commute is 2 hrs everyday. Around 29.4 mpg. I am from New England and we can get really bad weather in the winter. Once again, feels safe. Love the automatic height beans. Car play could be improved. You can also move the back seats in case you have a pet. They will not fall between the seats. Overall I am very happy.

Beautiful but safety system is flawed.
The vehicle has many safety sensors. However, when in a situation where surrounded by other cars, the electronics system shuts down. It is almost as if it has a sensory overload when it detects cars on every side. This flaw is frightening and has even caused the vehicle to self-stop in the middle of an intersection when the system detected cars on every side.

It is a good size for our family.
I wish it had more horsepower. While it does have a fair amount of horsepower, it would be nice to have around 400 horsepower in this size of SUV. I wish it had apple carplay. The technology for radio/audio is old and outdated. Infiniti's have had this same technology for many years in their vehicles.

Infiniti qx60 pros and cons.
I have had my vehicle for 1.5 years and have had no performance problems and it has been reliable. The vehicle design looks nice from the outside and inside. I do wish the moonroof went back farther, it is a window that extends the front and back seat but only opens up about halfway, maybe less. I also with there were more options when I bought it for GPS such as apple carplay. The car is comfortable to drive, but I wish the seats went a little higher because the front of the car seems pretty large compared to similar SUVs.

It feels like driving a car, performs great and looks great.
The driver seat is hard to get comfortable, you sit in a very low driving position. The performance and fuel economy is great. It has great equipment and everything is situated very well. It is a pleasure to drive and looks great! The back up camera could have a little more clarity to it and there are a few creeks and noises from the car.

Software has many bugs
My 2019 QX50 has several electrical problems with the AC, releasing the parking brake & the rear gate. Restarting seems to resolve the problem when it occurs, The constant dropping of the Bluetooth connection to my iphone is very frustrating.

Love my 2019 Infiniti qx50.
My 2019 Infiniti qx50 is a great car. It is extremely comfortable and performs nicely. I have not had any issues at all. I can take long trips without getting uncomfortable. I love the heads up display. I am still getting use to it almost driving itself.

My vehicle is just amazing and so elegant!
Best car I have ever driven! I have had three different kinds throughout the years and it is never given me any trouble! I would recommend this kind of vehicle to anyone. Even other family members of mine have this vehicle brand! They have so much room in the vehicle even if you have the car and not the SUV!

Third infiniti SUV if which is a very safe vehicle.
We've purchased and used Infiniti vehicles for many years. Right now I am driving our third infiniti SUV. It comes with most of the bells and whistles which is one of the reasons I like it. The only real problem I have is that the ride is extremely stiff and is bothersome to many of the passengers that bride with me.

Practical, cool, slick, smooth, high performance.
Great performance and luxury for the price. The SUV is a perfect size. Large enough to be used for transporting items, but compact enough to fit into tight space. Interior is comfortable and spacious and provides the newest features. Absolutely a great vehicle for the price point.

Many electrical issues
It has been back to dealer several times for various electrical problems. Battery goes dead for no obvious reason. Air conditioning stops working. Issues with parking brake not releasing. Problems with GPS and radio. Bluetooth stops connecting. Has had software updated at dealers but problems continue.

Comfortable SUV with good standard features.
The performance is comparable to the Nissan rogue so if you are interested in a sporty drive this car will not be for you. It is very reliable and a comfortable size. There are convenient features like no touch trunk open and close and two screen displays.

Amazing SUV with tons of stylish and safety features.
Love the SUV. The luxe edition has amazing features: navigation, backup camera, blind spot detector, and many other safety features. It drives very smooth, very quiet, and great handling. I love everything about this car and plan to continue to purchase/lease similar Infiniti models.

This car gives me everything I need all at once and is so easy to drive.
My infiniti qx50 is so nice and spicy. My children love it and they enjoy long road trips in the back seat. The speed is amazing and gives me the ultra combination of fast and modern. The radio system is out of this world. The seat adjust to my comfort and leave me feeling relaxed. This car is a must get for people who love space and luxury.

Great family SUV with an amazing moonroof.
I love the look of this vehicle and for being a small SUV it feels roomy inside. The huge moon roof is one of my favorite features. Sometimes, the technology is a little glitchy. For example, when it is snowing sometimes the cameras do not work well and the warning signals will go off when you are not even close to something. I have also had the touch panel freeze and I wasn't able to turn the radio on until I restarted the car. Other than that, I would highly recommended this vehicle.

Most on reliable
I been leasing InfinitiI for the past 12 years been through almost every model that they have was super excited about the new SUV QX50. But boy was I let down this car has been in the shop 4 times since I got it. It sounds and it drives like an old car The performance doesn’t stands to Infiniti quality.

Favorite details about the qx50.
The car drives great and has a great engine. Smooth ride. Love the warning lights and beeping from side mirrors to assist in lane changing. I love the backup camera. It is very roomy and the button on the hatch to automatically close it comes in very handy.

A very enjoyable vehicle to drive.
Great fun vehicle to drive. It has great safety features. I have not had any mechanical problems at all. Very quiet ride and good sound system. I would like the air conditioner to be more powerful especially the back cooling system. Also would like cooled seats for hot summer in Texas.

Great new affordable luxury vehicle!
I really like my new car. The leather is great. The panoramic roof as well as heated seats are awesome. My favorite feature of this truck is apple car play! It is amazing and so convenient to be able to mirror your phone on your car screen. The only two complaints I have are the parking button 'p'. It does not always work if you hit the button too lightly which results in the car rolling forward after you think it is in park. The other is the 'chopper effect' the car makes when only the drivers side window is open. Otherwise the truck is great and highly recommend!

Horrible navigation connectivity
I am starting with the navigation because it is nothing but a problem. If you use the hands free phone while using navigation the navigation doesn’t come back. The audio can freeze. I just had it “repaired “ and now I can’t sync my phone. I am so disappointed and angry. I would not recommend this car. If the audio and navigation worked then I would recommend it. The people at the dealership, while extremely kind, were unable to help

Great looking, does not drive great.
Sometimes the parking sensors go off randomly when I am not near anything. It also does not drive great on the freeway. Kind of hard to hold it in one spot and it sways back and forth. I also feel like it is not geared very well for speeds about 60 mph. I do really like the bird eye view cameras. It make parking very easy and do not have to worry about something around your car you didn't see. The inside is comfortable and I like the sleek signature daytime running lights. It is an SUV/crossover but it looks sporty.

SUV plus a sports car = my qx50.
I do not mean to sound like a much, however I really love my qx50. I love being able to adjust my driving gear from sport, to turbo, to my own personal profile which it take from the way that I drive. Everything is power. My wife and I both love the sunroof. It picks up speed pretty fast. Handles like a sports car.
accountCircle Keyur P on July 15, 2020
A beautiful, comfortable, smooth car but underpowered with dated infotainment.
The Bluetooth is really slow. It takes about 5 seconds from when you hit next for it to register. They should offer a twin turbo 6 cylinder model. A lot of companies seem to be only offering 4 cylinder turbos and it's a shame. No android or apple carplay. Infotainment feels 10 years old. If they were to offer a performance SUV that's fixed the issues I mentioned, I would be willing spend 15 to 20k more on it.
accountCircle Kristn S on July 9, 2020
Very comfortable, smooth ride with a large sunroof.
The car is comfortable for the driver as well as the passenger in both the front and back seats. The back seats are easy to collapse for added trunk space. There is a rattling from the sunroof. The sunroof also only opens the standard amount, even though the window covers most of the ceiling. I was mostly disappointed with the lack of options that could be added or removed between the different body styles.

Infiniti qx50 honest review.
Good solid SUV. Good for starter family. Gas mileage good. Oil change 7500 miles for turbo. Road trip comfortable. App works well for automatic start. Can lock car, show where car is located, block car from driving far while with valet. Trunk size good.

Infiniti qx50 the queen of crossovers.
It is very fun and sporty to drive. It is good on gas, very reliable and a very comfortable ride on road trips. Even my teens are comfortable in the back. I also love the looks of it and how it handles on the road. If you cannot decide between a car or an SUV this is a great vehicle to compromise with.

Over the top fun car to drive.
The QX50 is one of the most fun cars to drive. Not only does it have a 5 star safety rating the high tech features are fantastic. Some of the best features that make it stand out is the ability to read your text message to you. However responding to text message through voice recognition needs some work. In the end the QX50 is a sports car in an SUV body.

The perfect mid-size luxury SUV.
It is fast, good gas mileage for an SUV. Luxurious, drives great. Super comfortable. Great ac. All the technology is seamless integrated. I do think for the price some features should be standard which only come in the highest trim which is like $15 thousand more than the second trim level.

Extremely comfortable, the leather seats hug you. Smooth drive for long trips. Bose sound system is state of the art. Full moon roof and sunroof are excellent for all passengers to enjoy. Plenty of cargo space but if you need more room, the back seats lay flat.

I love the look and feel of my 2019 QX50..... However no moonroof, navigation or Apple CarPlay. This vehicle has a lot of buttons that mean nothing and are pointless. I traded my 2017 Audi A4 that I loved dearly... ?

Drives very smoothly on the road.
There’s really no problems, drives safely on the road, leather seating so no stains, and the back seats also recline so that is good for road trips, front seats recline smoothly and not too fast, and there’s no sunroof but I love my car, easy to vacuum clean any mess and trunk is very spacious and the car is not too compact inside it is very spacious.

The Infiniti is the most versatile car on the road.
The things I love about my car are many. 1. The seat. It is very customizable. I have a switch that allows me to go forward and backward up or down in the chair. The seats are also heated, and I can even adjust the amount of cushion in them. 2. I can connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth and play my music from any of the many music apps on my phone the car is compatible with all of them. 3. The sound system is really good it is actually my favorite thing about the car I love to drive with my music really loud so it helps that he has a very balanced eq. 4. The car is great to drive I do not like to drive fast but the car is not a slow car either. 5. The trunk is very spacious I can fit almost anything in there.

It's a great vehicle. I love everything about it. Very comfortable and has great performance, it's an SUV but feels like a sedan with SUV comfort. Never was an Infiniti fan, but I am a believer now. It's a great car, will probably get another one after my lease is up.

Great upgrades and a beautiful and smooth ride.
The 2019 qx50 new look with collaboration with Mercedes Benz is a beauty! The design is a great harmony of both European and far east asian aesthetics. The engine has significant more power than previous models and has an upgrade feel both interior and exterior of the vehicle. All the bells and whistles are a plus. The cons are definitely in the technology side. The lack of forward camera which is only included in the pure version vs. Feature being a standard feature in older models. Bose sound system seems also to be missing in the new models. Bluetooth is still a pain to sync and the GPS system is still behind compare to it is competitors that have GPS synced to google maps. Other than the technology, it is a powerful, quiet and a smooth ride. Gorgeous design and I just love it.

I love my car! It is very comfortable, luxury interior and exterior. Driving performance is amazing if always put premium gasoline. For 2 years since I purchased the car I didn't spend any additional dollar only for regular maintenance, such changing oil and filters.

2019 Infiniti qx50 luxe SUV.
Drives nicely once you are moving. Especially on side roads. Can be very smooth. Can be loud over 60 mph on highways through. Not as much room as it says when you buy it. Back seat can be cramped with a tall driver. And using a car seat causes the passenger front seat to have to move up and not be able to recline.

My vehicle is very reliable. It performs well and takes me where I need to go. The interior is spacious and very comfortable. The sound system provides enjoyable entertainment.
