2002 Isuzu rodeo broke down!
They stopped making the Isuzu rodeo in 2002 right after I bought mine! Now, I am having transmission issues and the parts are hard to find! I am disappointed that it didn't go without breaking down so soon!

It needs new shocks. The shocks on front and back are completely worn down.
I love that, it's almost like driving a truck. It gets pretty good gas mileage. Wish it was 4 wheel drive though. I don't like the fact that if you pull a trailer, the transmission overheats.

Nothing really. They stopped making them several years ago.
I like the body style. I like the interior features and style. The only problem I've had with it is the transmission. I've had to replace it twice, and the transition from 2nd to 3rd gear is not smooth.

The 2002 rodeo is a great car, even if it is long in the tooth.
It is comfortable, a smooth ride and gets great mileage. Does not have a lot of mechanical problems, and it is really roomy.

It is over all a really great vehicle.
I love that it is 4 door and 4 wheel drive because we have two kids and we live in the mountains where it snows a lot. I wish it was black but he's silver is good too. I wish it had a sunroof.

Silver 4 door SUV with lots of trunk space.
It's a wonderful car. Has lots of room to place things. Fuel consumption is great. Brakes squeal on occasion. Can fit 3 carseats in the back seat. Back seats fold down to make more room in the trunk. Has power and winter drive options for better handling.

Rodeo still going strong, seventeen years later.
My vehicle I bought about five years ago, the transmission had went out but it had a lot of miles on the previous one. The new one has run well and the mechanic said that type of transmission was easy to work on. The fuel mileage is fair for a 4wd vehicle, it normally gets 23 to 24 mph on the highway/interstate. A little less in town driving. The seats are comfortable and the inside has remained in good condition, trim, roof lining etc. I like the controls, buttons are pretty easily accessible. One complaint would be the winter drive button location. In the middle between the seats, of the front. Every time you get in with something and hit that button without noticing it is very frustrating.

That it is a reliable car and you will have a mostly comfortable drive.
I love the room it has it has, due to it being a CUV. Air conditioning and heating is great, it is not close to the ground. It is an older car, the one thing I do not like is a high pitched noise that seems to come from the windshield when you reach a certain speed.

A look on the rodeo: a summary of the Isuzu rodeo SUV.
It is a reliable, typical SUV with a hatchback trunk that opens to put all your sporting goods. The seats are comfortable and the speakers are nice. The only real problem is the water pump goes bad easily. Also when you try to turn corners, it starts to falter and sputter. It is not very good on gas and it takes almost $100 to get from Ohio to west Virginia.

The brakes are not that great.
It is really old. Its brakes are bad. The ac is bad and it takes forever to star. It accelerates slow.

I had never heard of the car brand Isuzu before buying it.
It is a comfortable, reliable SUV with cushioned seats, a spacious trunk, it is easy on gas, has little to no rust, and has got us from Mansfield to Lancaster to Sandusky to Fostoria and back. It is a pretty normal car as far ad features with no bells or whistles. The only real problem is that it shorts out sometimes and the water pump was bad when we bought it. Other than that, it is a reliable car.

The most important thing is that it is a gas hog.
I do not like it because it is a gas hog and I spend way to much in gas every week. I like it because there is plenty of room.

It was discontinued in 2004
My vehicle is a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport. It's considered a crossover/ compact SUV. It has two sunroofs, along with a removable top. It's kind of a unique vehicle, as they stopped production in 2004

Best of all world's, really.
I truly do love the different options for driving, such as 4WD, winter, power, etc. It is extremely easy to go in/out of each of these (push a button). That being said, the placement of said buttons is poorly thought out. Since they sit in the middle area between seat, under the gear shift, I constantly am accidentally hitting them & putting the vehicle into a mode I didn't intend to. I do like the space available, and how it is designed so that it can be used to it is maximum potential (laying back seats down, etc.). Considering it is a fairly small SUV, it has impressive leg room in both the front and back. We have a large household and we rarely feel cramped, and usually have decent space left for storage.

Gas mileage, comfortable, and easy to maneuver.
My Rodeo Sport is very comfortable with the disabilities I suffer from! But, I wish I was a 4 door vehicle.

The gas mileage and the gas mileage.
I like the 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel drive, there is as CD deck that holds more than one CD. The thing I do not like is that I can take tight turns in or drive too fast.

Great car for young adult and new driver.
I really like the size of my vehicle. Sitting up higher not the road makes me feel safer and more in control. This car is very reliable and lasts a long time. The maintenance is very low. Although I do have an oil leak so I have to check the oil often to make sure it's not too low. I do not like how shaky the car feels on the road and how it kind of feels like I might tip over when the roads are wet. The cup holders on the inside are completely useless.

It's a very nice, a lots of space. Nice long car rides are the best.
I really like my car, I takes me where I need to go. It does not give me and problems. The seats are very nice.

I am tired of spending money on it but I cannot afford a new car.
I have had to replace the motor, the transmission, and now the air conditioner is broke. Not mention the back hatch only opens when it wants to.
accountCircle Halley V on January 19, 2019
The gas mileage mostly. Be prepared to fill up a lot.
I dislike the gas mileage. I think it only gets like 19-23 mpg. I like that it is a larger car and has 4 wheel drive.

Great sport only disadvantage is expected on average
Very reliable. Great small SUV. Can pull trailer and haul stuff also has 4wd which is very beneficial. The absolute only thing I'm displeased with is the gas mileage but is to be expected with being an SUV with that size motor. I would definitely recommend to a buyer

I absolutely love my Isuzu rodeo
This car is absolutely amazing. No problems to really report about it. Take super good care of it. I love how spacious the inside is and how the back comes off of it. The seats are super comfy and last a long time, no tears is mine. It is overall a really good car and I wish they still made them
