Best car ever Automatic, s type, smooth ride, radio sound great, easy on gas.
It is extremely reliable really do not have any issues it has wood grain, it is great on gas, drives smoothly. Smooth ride, seats comfortably. Good on tires. As long as it is kept up I have never ever had any problems with. I strongly recommend this car, very spacious, great sound system.

It is not new and has a few idiosyncrasies that make it unique.
I love the way it rides. It is a safe car to drive. Has upscale features for that year.

Ordered my 2003 S-type 4.2 litre in September 2002. Have now 64,000 miles on it. Has been a wonderful vehicle over the years. I now drive it at least once per month and keep it garaged and covered. Paint and body works have held up magnificent. Have maintained the vehicle without exception and have had very little problems with the vehicle. Leather interior has held up without a flaw. It is still a joy to drive today, as the day the vehicle was delivered

Jaguar s-type 2003 6 cylinders.
I love my Jaguar honestly, although there’re some little things which could be annoying is still a really good car. One of the things about Jaguars is that they basically run on sensors and if one of them mess up is a hassle because you are going to have to look for it and change it because that messes up the whole car. Other than that the Jaguar is truly amazing, I have the s-type and it rides perfectly it takes up speed really good.

It does not break down on you.
I like that my vehicle is versatile. It has very well mileage. The vehicle doesn't give me any mechanical problem.

It is a great car but rides smooths so when driving you need to keep an eye on how fast you are going.
I like everything about my vehicle except the air conditioner does not work, now it is connected to the nav system that is out. Since the system is out I cannot get the air to come on and the system is out because of the back boot that I cannot figure out. Other than it is perfect.

Fantastic car
I bought this car with 50K miles in 2007. It now has 204K. Maintained it with regular & special fluid changes. Runs smooth and “floats” like “butterfly” on the road. On yes, 25-26mph on the road! Yes, Ford had “bastardized” it with Ford, Mercury parts, but had great support from the Jaguar Forum on finding & buying the right parts! Love the car & mostly stays in the garage and once a month I let the kitty out for jaunt!

Great vehicle, it has been really reliable for the age of the car. We have the fully loaded model the comfort is good I just don't think it's good for our growing family anymore and as a small/petite person it's rather bulky for myself but my average husband 5'9 says its small for him.
It has been the most reliable year car we have own for it being a 2003.

My car is comfortable to ride in and fun to drive.
My car fits my family and our daily stuff well. It is a manual transmission, which is a requirement for me. It is a little more "luxury " than I need.

Is The 2003 Jaguar S-TYPE A Good Car?
For a car of its age, it runs very smoothly. For the most part, I am mainly concerned about parts eventually needing replacing. If I ever lost the keys, I can't imagine how expensive that would be.

How Reliable Is The 2003 Jaguar S-TYPE?
So far so good! When I got the brakes worked on, it made an odd whistling noise for a week or two, but eventually it stopped. I'm assuming that they just needed to break themselves in.
