The gear box fault light and says cruse control not available . No one seems to know whats going on hahahah .Wont start sometimes have to re boot car , take off neg on battery and wait few mins , all same problem im sure but what is it ? Seems common but no one tells how they fixed it . I use reg gas no problems I can see as I have used premium and no difference . This is my second one and same problem , engine blew on other one so never did fix it on that on either .

Maintained real well - still has a real smooth ride.
No complaints. Usual repair,maintenance for use. Love driving it,excellent control. Still looks great. Has lumbar in driver & passenger front seats-love that.

Not mechanically dependable. Problems may occur at early age.
With just 38,000 miles on it, had transmission failure while on freeway. Caused engine failure. Needed new transmission and new engine. Good thing I had extended insurance. Otherwise would have had to trash car.

Fun to drive.
Handles great. Cheap to keep. Ford owned jaguar then and it's realy on a Ford Contour platform underneath. They say it needs gas. In not true. Regular works fine. Don't get service at the Jaguar Dealership. C T C is fine. They know exactly how to look after Her. You,ll aways be glad u own one. Classy. Enjoy.

No issues whatsoever. AWD is winter great. Looks great. Smells nice with real leather. There cheap to buy used. Love it!

Good looking and fun to drive. Love the jag on the hood.
It is fun to drive and has a lot of power. Uses a lot of gas but is worth every penny. It has some funny little electrical issues on occasion that are not cheap to fix.

I love my Jaguar: a picture of reliability and comfort!
I really love my Jaguar. I have owned it for over a year now and we only had one problem with a belt breaking right after we purchased it used. It has been reliable in the snow and cold as well as the heat. I've driven it on icy roads and it has handled well! The interior is beautiful and is very comfortable and provides all of the comforts! I love my Jag and would definitely still purchase it again!

Working on your vehicle. Love my jaguar, was cheaper than.
Vehicle has 167000 miles so it may not last much longer. Problems I have had is, the water pump went out. I thought major cost. But found that rockauto had parts that was not arm and leg. Got pump and gasket for 26. 00. Watched a youtube video on how to change the water pump on a 2002 jag. Followed directions and I had it done in 45 min. Other than that have not a lot of problems. Change oil every 3000 miles, wash it, and it keeps on trucking.

Cost a lot to own when something breaks.
It is a great get is from point A to point B. No problems so far. Take the most expensive gas lol however we love it.

I love the sun/moonroof. . .
I really like the performance and "pick up" this car has. . Great gas mileage. . The car is also a huge attention getter! The only drawback about this particular model is that the back seat is extremely limited. . . You'd have to be a briefcase, to fit back there!

Jaguar 2002, reliability, comfort, and problems.
Reliability its really nice, has good gas mileage and it a really relaxable car for like 2 people and a baby, but it's not the type of car you want to stick like 5 people in because the back seats will be a little cramped and because it's a little older I've been having problems with the speedometer, but other than that it's a really nice, really good car.

I cannot see around your oversized truck/SUV.
The performance is excellent- car is very reliable. The car is different than other cars on the road. I can park it anywhere. It is expensive to maintain and repair.
