Have driven our '20 since bought new. Great ride, and get a lot of compliments on the Red Velvet color. 20" wheels and wide tires look great on it. Only downside is that stupid start/stop button that I forget to push when I start the vehicle.

Electrical system issues
Purchased a limited x 2020 as an upgrade from my previous Cherokee Trailhawk based on size. From day one I have had nothing but issues with my head unit (radio). Finally after a roadside pickup Jeep agreed the unit had issues. I have now been almost two months with the unit disabled waiting for a part to arrive which we still dont have an ETA on. I would stay away from any Jeep product at this point.

Poor Performing Technoligy
I bought one of the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude to Replace a 2014 GC Limited because I wanted the newest Safety Features. After driving the vehicle for about 1.5 years and 16K miles, I believe I wasted my money on this one. The lane departure is extremely unreliable even after being re-calibrated twice by the dealership. It will hold lane position about 70 percent of time, then it will just wonder off and over the lines. Even when it is shows good lane knowledge. If you want a lane departure system that is reliable don't buy a Jeep.

Jeep review from a current jeep owner.
This is the second keep that I have owned. I have never had a problem or issue with either of my vehicles. They run extremely well and can last for years. The only reason I got a new vehicle is because I wanted more space. The grand Cherokee is suspicious and very family friendly.

I have not had any problems with the vehicle. It is very comfortable, stylish, and I feel very safe in it. The economy gas mode is great and really helps me save gas, especially while doing long distance highway driving. I also love the double panel sunroof, heated steering wheel. Seat heaters work great.

Sporty but luxurious. Basically an affordable range rover.
I went from a jeep wrangler to the grand Cherokee north edition. This edition comes with all of the off road capabilities like a jeep wrangler but is a much more luxurious truck. I love that this car is a full size SUV but it is not too big. It can perfectly hold a family of 5 and store all of their belongings in the back. Standard apple CarPlay on the 8.4 inch screen is awesome as well.

Why I chose the grand Cherokee.

I love my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee limited! The vehicle has a v6 engine. The leather seats are comfortable and the added features of heating and cooling driver and passenger seats is an extra bonus. There is also a heated steering wheel control. The car auto start/stop technology which helps to conserve gas. The drive is very smooth, more like a car than an SUV. The vehicle is equipped with an excellent navigation system, stereo system and Sirius/XM radio with a one year free membership. The back seats have plenty of legroom. The trunk is spacious and has a covering to pull over your items and you can also put the back seat down for extra storage space for any large items you may have. Overall I would highly recommend a jeep grand Cherokee.

Great vehicle for families with less than 3 children.
Great family vehicle. Very spacious and nice. Only good for families with 3 or less kids. It is fast and good for long travel. Leather seats are nice and heat and air condition good for hot Alabama summers. Back seat is not huge but fits car seats and the trunk is big enough for strollers and groceries.

I have had no problems with this vehicle. It is extremely reliable. V6 engine. Four wheel drive. This is my 2nd jeep grand Cherokee, and I have never had to take it in for repairs. It has navigation, a backup camera, sun roof, and hitch. With the lease you get 1 year free of Sirius radio. Monthly payments are less with leasing.

Great tow vehicle for our motorhome.
Love my Trailhawk. Drives well with just enough comfort and luxury. We bought it to be a tow vehicle behind our 31 foot motorhome. It tows easily; we hardly know it is back there. Easy transition to and from tow mode. Like the additional storage room in the back. Can carry lots of things. Can lower back seats if necessary.

Jeep grand Cherokee 2020!
I do not think there are any. Stock tires are iffy. I have gotten a flat on my tire 3 times in the first 6 months of having the car. Other than that I think it is a very beautiful car and it runs really well! There seems to be no further issues thus far which is good. Hopefully it stays that way!

I love how large the trunk is and how the back homes Willa quick push if the button.
The seat fabric is not great for cleaning. It shows everything. I have to wipe down weekly and I am looking at getting seat covers. I want the seats to be low maintenance. I have a small dog and to see this much work it is stressful. My next car I will make sure that the seats are easy cleaning and low maintenance.

I am really a fan of this vehicle and so far have no complaints. Gas mileage is not bad for an SUV. Comfortable seating and space. Cargo space is decent size. I love the heated seats and the heated steering wheel too. Love that it changes to 4 wheel drive automatically and you do not have to think about when to change into that.

Not so bright headlights. Bought a new set to put in.
No problems. Just a couple of months old. Not sure if I truly love it yet. The only thing I do not like so far are the headlights. They are not bright enough. I bought led ones online and are going to have them put in. It rides nicely and had a lot of features.

I love my jeep. It is comfortable for my family and my dog. Good on gas. I have taken it on a road trip back home and it road very well on the highway. It also has a very spacious trunk. The floor mats are very useful for keeping the water off the carpet and debris collected for easy removal.

Grand Cherokee: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I purchased it 7 months ago brand new. Rides smoothly, no problems so far, gas mileage is probably only 19 mph on average, though, so be prepared to spend more on gas. It has a backup camera and a blind spot detector which really helps. The only problem that I have is when I play from my phone via Bluetooth, it keeps stopping for no apparent reason.

Electrical problems from day 1. No response from jeep corporate. No help from dealer bought from. Need to find a different dealer to service and fix issues. Still have electrical problems with start stop system and battery check engine light and sirius radio did not work from day 1.

The 2020 jeep grand Cherokee is a great mix of outdoors and street performance. I have taken it on long road trips and also out for burning rubber. Interior is very comfortable and high quality. Has great safety and luxury features.
I have not experience any issues with my jeep grand Cherokee 2020 limited x, since I got it in November 2019. My favorite features of the car is the lane assist, front and back sensors that will break for you, and the uconnect ability, which easily pairs to my phone. The space within the car is a plus as well, especially if you have children or pets to bring along for the ride. All around, my favorite car that I have ever owned, and I plan to be a grand Cherokee owner for many years to come.

This is the nicest vehicle I have purchased. It is very comfortable and has lots of features. I love the heated seats and steering wheel for those cold winter days. The automatic starter is very nice also. I thinks the automatic open and close door for the back is extremely convenient. Not the vehicle for me would choose something else if given chance.
It has a very slow pick up for getting on highway. Put pedal to the floor and it takes so long to get up to merging speed. Also you have to connect Bluetooth phone every time you get in car. No matter what it will be on radio then you need to go to media then connect the Bluetooth then phone. It is annoying when you have to do it every time.

User experience of the jeep grand Cherokee.
The car handles really well, and the acceleration and braking is very responsive. The fuel efficiency is not outstanding, but it is not awful either, and there’s a setting that automatically turns the engine off when the car stops for a certain amount of time which helps save on gas. The interior is quite large, and the seats are both comfortable and fully adjustable. The console is easy to navigate and super useful, and it is overall functionality is miles ahead of its contemporaries.

One of the best cars to drive on the market.
It is a very good car at the price and the features you get with it are very competitive with the other modern cars. Very comfortable to drive. Drove for 6 hours continuously and took no breaks had no problems. Though I had some flat tires had no problems replacing it with the spare tire didn't have to go under the car to remove the tire just removed it from the boot and got to work saved me time and effort. Overall out of all the cars I have driven one of the best in class.

The grand Cherokee has a great ride and is very comfortable. The technology works intuitively once you get through it a couple times and I love having 4-wheel drive in winters. This car is perfect. The ride is excellent and it has all the features for four wheel drive. It has a rock and sand feature. The lane assist is one of my favorites. I have had no issues with it mechanically. It was all leather which is easy to wipe and keep clean. All the extras of the car are very easy to use without having to break out the big car book. It has the upgraded rims which are very nice looking and set the car apart. It is a smooth drive and switches modes depending on the driving you are doing. It gets very good gas mileage for an SUV especially if you plan on doing a lot of highway driving. The front and back sensors are very reliable as well.

Fast comfortable and useful.
Its fast and the supercharger is loud. Also good for everyday driving. It's very spacious and it performs very well. Its has around 700 horsepower and its smooth and quiet for normal driving but if needed can drive super fast. The looks are also very nice and it's comfortable. Gas mileage is decent but if driving fast can use a lot of fuel.

Jeep grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
I will say that it is a little rough riding when hitting bumps and stuff. We are having to replace a tire already before the year is up. The middle back seat is not comfortable for long trips. The trunk is very spacious and the back seat folds down to make even more room. There are a lot of off-road features which we do not really use. The sunroof is nice. The front seats have heated feature and cooling feature which is nice. The keyless ignition start is great for hot days to cool down the car before you go to get in.

I love how nice the vehicle drives for an SUV. My last one was really bumpy.
The car is brand new. My only complaint would be when you are playing your GPS over the screen you have to have the phone plugged into the USB. Also, when the cord is plugged into the USB port the music is not as loud. Even if you are not playing music from the phone. If you listen to xm radio you have to take the cord out of the port for full volume.

My jeep grand Cherokee is a comfortable vehicle, it rides nicely and the fuel mileage is not too bad for it being an SUV. It has a large gas tank so do not let it get low as it will cost you an arm and a leg to fill it back up. Lots of interior room so comfortable for up to five adults to ride comfortably.

Sporty/luxury SUV crossbreed.
I have not had any issues with my vehicle. With it being a sort of crossbreed between a sporty SUV and a luxury SUV it is extremely comfortable. The space in both the front and back seat is extremely comfortable for all. I upgraded to the larger wheels and the smoothness of the ride is very enjoyable.

Great overall performance.
The ride is very smooth! I love the back up camera and the push to start ignition. It makes it easy to not have to carry keys with you on the go. It comes in sport mode and has an eco option for environmentally friendly driving. The back seat has plenty of space for large families to enjoy.

2020 white jeep grand Cherokee limited!
I love my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee! It is a nice ride and has comfortable leather seats that can heat along with a steering wheel that heats and cools! Overall this jeep is a reputable SUV that I totally recommend! Trust me, if you chose to purchase this SUV you will most definitely not be disappointed!

This a fantastic family vehicle that drives like a dream!
My jeep grand Cherokee has been the perfect upgrade for our family. Adding a baby to the family is never easy, and my previous vehicle wasn't helping the situation as I struggled to fit all of the baby accessories in the tiny trunk. Since having this jeep, I have been able to easily transport everything the baby needs with ease. In addition, I love the way it drives and handles. It feels like a luxury vehicle at a moderate price - best of both worlds!

Comfortable and beautiful.
Very comfortable and plenty of space. Heated and air conditioned seats are a plus! Rides very smooth. Plenty of compartments. Seats fold nicely for even more storage room. Came with a moonroof and back up camera. Back hatch opens with the push of a button. Plenty of lights to keep it nicely illuminated. Push button start. Very comfortable seats with comfortable material converting them.

Why my toyota corolla is a great all around vehicle.
This car drives so smooth. I switched from a cherokee to a grand cherokee. The grand cherokee has so much more room for a car seat. It is perfect for my family of 3 and a dog. There was enough room in the back for all of our camping supplies and we all rode comfortably. I absolutely love the jeep brand. This is my third jeep and I will definitely look into another one for my next vehicle.

Love it other than the connection with my phone.
The only complaint I have is the connection between my phone and vehicle. When connected through Bluetooth or by aux cord I cannot hear any video sound on my phone. And if I record a video there is no sound with it. Other than that I love all the features of the jeep grand Cherokee!

It is a great SUV it is comfortable safe and beautifully made. Its features make driving easier and more comfortable. It is spacious and has a lot of trunk room. The new features added are improved and impressive they do make life easier. I love this car it is sleek in design.

Grand Cherokee vehicles are very comfortable.
The jeep grand Cherokee is a great vehicle. It has a lot of space inside for the driver which is great because I am tall. It has great leg room all around. It has a stop and go method which is good for saving gas. The grand Cherokee performs well on the road and handles well on the highway especially in slick weather. The exterior is very stylish with great wheels to match.

2020 jeep grand Cherokee limited x. Metallic burgundy is a beautiful color. The wheels are high profile and the rims are black, very sleek combination. The model has a sunroof and the power is amazing. Excellent acceleration, very smooth ride. The interior is very large, it fits 5 comfortably. The vehicle is all power. The media display screen displays album covers of the performers. The display screen is large and clear, great for backing up. Love the vehicle. No complaints.

Amazing jeep! You can't go wrong with purchasing one.
I don't have any issues love mine, it has nice and lots of room. Levels itself while sitting at lights. Windshield wipers go on by itself when it rains. The off road feature is amazing. Comfort level is nice and roomy you don't feel squashed at all. It is worth it.

Sporty, reliable, and high end.
I love my jeep. I bought it brand new and it has been reliable and a very comfortable car. I really enjoy the high end feel and how it does not drive like a heavy SUV and it maneuvers really easily. It is also a very good look vehicle, I will be getting another jeep in the future.

This jeep is beautifully designed.
I absolutely love this jeep. The black leather seats and black interior are beautiful. It has so many different capabilities. The blind spot sensors are wonderful. I wish the park sense sensor in the front was better. I love the fact you can turn on the rear camera to check something you are pulling as your going down the road. This vehicle rides and drives awesome.

It is very reliable and very nice. It does good in the winter which is what I got it for. It is the best car that I have ever had. Its seats are comfortable and it has plenty of space to carry everyone and thing that I need it to. It was definitely worth the money.

I never knew how much I needed a heated steering wheel until I had one!
Comfortable, spacious, easy to drive and drives super smooth! Would recommend to anyone. If you have childcare it is great for car seats and probably one of the best cars for road trips. The trunk is so spacious and could definitely fit everything you need and then some!

2019 grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
I have yet to have a problem with my jeep. I have put about 25k miles on it in 2 years and have only had to complete standard oil changes. I love that both front and rear seats have seat heaters in them. I also love how much cargo space the back has for luggage and our 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend a grand Cherokee to family and friends.

Vehicle is very comfortable, have taken this car on long trip with kids and has been very reliable. Have no had any issues mechanically, the car is good in gas, smooth ride, handles well in snow, sleek look, spacious, especially the rear of the cabin.

The coolest new mom-mobile in Its class.
This vehicle has more features than I have ever had or know how to use so far. My favorite new features are the auto climate controls (heated steering wheel and seats) and the automatic trunk. It spacious and comfortable. It handles extremely well in all types of weather. The sound system is excellent. I have not encountered any problems, so far. Overall, the performance of this vehicle is excellent.

Super reliable and it does a great job at general transportation.
The jeep is very reliable, and the gas mileage is outstanding! The only things that could be improved on are the door locking mechanism as sometimes the door will be a little hard to open; ex; you have to pull on the handle a couple times to get it finally opened.

Never buy another car again!
The 2020 jeep grand Cherokee altitude is the best vehicle I have owned. It is comfortable for long trips and the ride is very smooth. The black wheels and black accents really stand out, especially against the white color. I have no complaints about this vehicle.

Not much to offer have only had got one month.
Only had vehicle for about one month so cannot offer much commentary. I was driving a much smaller car before, Mercedes cla 250, so the size and view is definitely a great upgrade, the rear/parking camera is not of the best quality but still doable, so far it is very reliable no issues.

Jeep grand Cherokee limited 2020.
It is a very reliable car, great gas mileage and awesome for longer road trips. Everything in the car is very easy to find and the manual is very easy to read through. There is a lot of space in the back and there is an extra tire underneath the back space of the car. I have never had any issues with this car and I have had it for a little over a year now.

Great family car, spacious for dogs.
Computer screen lags sometimes, it does not happen too often that it is a major problem. Since I have a dog, the leather seat are a plus because they are very easy to clean. Love all the upgrades I added like push to start, Bluetooth, apple CarPlay, and it only takes a button to close the trunk.

My vehicle problems are an everyday thing. There sounds like there’s a rock stuck in my tire but when I look there’s nothing there. The performance is amazing, it is really comfy and I am surprised because most cars are not comfy. You would have to see it in person to understand the features.
