Perfect size for a family of four.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

The Jeep Patriot is an excellent vehicle. The 4 wheel drive makes it extremely reliable in snowy/blizzard conditions. The size is roomy enough for a family of four, yet small enough to park in those tight spaces. The trunk storage is surprisingly roomy for the size of the vehicle and can accommodate luggage for a family of four. One of the best features is the seat height adjustment, as my husband is a full 12 inches taller than I am. We have a terrible time finding cars that are comfortable for both of us to drive and the Patriot fits the bill. The only thing that could be improved are some of the comfort features, such as an option for heated seats. Overall this has been a great vehicle at an excellent price point.

2009 Jeep Patriot has traveled far & wide!

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

I love my Jeep because it is/was my first owned car. I have had a few issues with it. When it was about 5 years old I had to completely replace the transmission. A year ago I had to replace the alternator. I love that it is good on mileage and it has traveled with me as I've moved multiple times around the state with no issues! Also I had plenty of space with the car seats down to make these moves and was able to fit my belongings.

Awesome and worthwhile investment!

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

I have no problems with my jeep patriot. It is a great vehicle, and I would recommend the jeep brand to anyone looking for and is in the market for a new vehicle. We bought ours used and it is still in fantastic condition but I am sure that if you buy a newer jeep that it will last a very long time! The patriot has great space and all of the controls and such are easy to figure out relatively quick.

Don't buy this car, engine is poor

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

The engine and transmission are horrible, the car has been incredibly problematic and at the dealer for easily about a year. No one could pinpoint what was wrong with it but the car would not accelerate, overheat easily, or just die suddenly. We luckily had a warranty and the engine was completely replaced about a year ago. The engine is still not excellent but it gets me around!

Basic Red Jeep Patriot, great ride and easy maintenance, love this truck!

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

I love the basic squared design and simplicity of features. It has everything I need except air conditioning. I am teaching both of my boys how to drive with it as a stick shift and they are finding it an easy task. This car has been mine for 4 years and with only 72,000 miles on it. I only perform basic maintenance and it has only needed tires since I purchased it.

Jeep Patriot is a perfect fit.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

I like the overall design of the interior. The hauling capacity inside is a huge plus. I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a towing package so I can pull trailers with it. I've not had any issues as to date with the motor, transmission, or suspension. Although it does ride somewhat rough on bumpy roads. Let's just say u know u have hit a bump or pothole.

Near perfection for someone needing a dependable car.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

I love my vehicle. It is perfect for me and my son to do everything from getting groceries to traveling. It gets great gas mileage. My only complaint is that it has a small gas tank. I drive it daily for work and school. I like that it sits up just high enough off the ground.

Jeep patriot, 4-door, manual.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

Has needed a new clutch but the gas mileage is amazing and it is the perfect size for me! It is spacious and has nice interior. I wish that it had automatic windows and doors for more access but that is the trade off driving a manual I suppose. Would highly recommend!

Lots of trunk space and plenty of legroom for friends and family.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

My car from 2010 until 2017 was an awesome reliable jeep. Lately I have had issued with it overheating and shutting down on the highway. But overall it's great for hauling people and equipment for any of my outdoor adventures. It's all be great going on dirt roads.

2009 Jeep Patriot Sport

Motor is only a 4 cylinder so it's a little slow on 'get up and go' but the space I have in this jeep is amazing. Does what I need in a vehicle. The adjustable drivers seat is great to raise my whole body up and wait comfortably while I drive long distances.
