I have no problems with this car other than it makes a weird sound when you press the gas. I love that to open the gas pump you have to press a button on the inside. Very comfortable car. Very easy to drive. A good car for long drives. I wish it had seat warmers.

Reliability and comfort in my Kia.
I have had nothing but great experiences with my car. The trunk space is plentiful and the cab space fits me and all of my taller friends comfortably. This vehicles is very reliable to get from place to place on long distance trips and is good on gas mileage. I love how little I have to fill up my car with gas and how when I am running low I can switch to eco-mode. I also enjoy that the car has a sport function for when I am in town and need to start and stop often.

Kia optima a wonderful vehicle.
I do not have any problems with the vehicle. It is very comfortable. The seats are easily adjustable in every direction. The radio is hands free Bluetooth and can be controlled with buttons on the steering wheel. You can switch back and forth from an eco friendly mode, to a sports mode, and to just driving normally. I personally stay in the eco friendly mode, but when I need to gain speed a little faster I switch to the sports mode.

Engine stalling issue for the Kia optima.
Well my Kia dies when you come to a stop after driving for several hours on a long trip. It is very frustrating. It also shudders when I pull up to a stoplight or stop sign which makes me think that it is about to die. Kia will not recall the cars for the problem either.

The seats are very comfortable, it has an awesome radio system, it runs like a dream, I really like that I can swap between sports and economy mode as well as between manual and automatic. The sports mode really kicks it up a notch even more if you are in manual mode. I know from experience that Kia honors their warranties without any hassle.

The Kia optima lx is honestly a great car. There is so many features. The car is absolutely great, seats feel very comfortable and I could honestly sleep on them. It is not anything crazy but it is just better than most car seats. There's plenty of ways to charge your phone or electronic devices, which I think is great because my phone is always on me and needing to be charged. The car also has a nice display to check the radio station and has a camera on the back of the car to help you park.

Right now the car is down because of a recall. The engine has gone out. However, Kia is replacing that for free. Other than that, overall it is a very good car. A nice family or mom car. Smooth driving, nice round in radio, seat belt adjustments, etc. I have traveled many places in the car and I have only had it less than one year. I’d recommend it if you are willing to take the chance on a recall.

2016 Kia optima lx review.
The car handles great; I have had it for 4 years now with no severe issues. Backup camera and satellite radio came standard, but I do wish a remote start feature was also standard for those cold winter days. I have kept up with the car maintenance so I have not run into engine/transmission issues. Overall I'd give the car an 8/10.

It does have to be cleaned often as it is white and any dirt really stands out.
It sometimes shakes when I go too fast on the highway but overall I love this car. The backup mirror is also very clear and helpful. It is obviously not meant for any off roading and that is something I wish to do soon so if I replace this car, it would be to get a sturdier car meant for off road trips.

Comfortable for us tall folks.
My Kia optima is very spacious yet easy to maneuver into parking spaces. The back seats laying down to offer extra trunk space has come in handy multiple times. My former car- a Toyota- did not handle well in the rain but my Kia does. I get good gas mileage and driving is comfortable as a tall person.

The 2016 Kia optima is a fantastic car. It performs great and gets great gas mileage. I have gotten up to 38 miles per gallon! I haven't had any problems with this car but I haven't had it that long. It features heated seats, backup cameras, and Bluetooth to connect your phone to.

Very safe vehicle, good gas mileage.
I have been rear ended twice and both times, I was never hurt and the vehicle had minimal damage. It has 115,000 miles and I have had no major mechanics. Issues other than a small issue with a turbo sensor. Gets very good gas mileage, usually about 36 miles to the gallon.

2016 Kia optima runs good I use it as a work car.
2nd owner of the car it is nice runs good I drive over 100 miles a day for work. The interior is nice and comfortable I have enough room for both my kids car seats. Maintenance is a little pricey from Kia but it is okay. For some reason the paint on my front bumper is coming off it needs to be repainted.

A great purchase for sedan lovers.
I have had issues with the tires, low profile tires are not great when it comes to road hazards. I have had 3 tires plugged over the past 6 months. I also have electrical problems currently with the headlights and brake lights. They keep blowing out and not working. I think this is probably a wiring issue. Other than that, the car rides extremely smooth, has amazing gas mileage (can get up to 35 mpg highway) and as low as 26 in town. The seating is extremely comfortable. Tons of configuration options on the steering dash, as well as on the radio. The ac/heater changes the climate extremely well and quickly during extreme temperatures each season.

The gas mileage is exceptional.
It is extremely reliable. When driving, it drives very smooth and feels safe for a small sedan. It also is very spacious for a sedan, the seats are very comfortable. Just bought used and love it!
I just bought this car and I love it! The drive is very smooth and quiet. I love that it has a USB port so that I can charge my phone while driving. The car comes with the option of Sirius radio and sound quality makes this purchase worth it. The only flaw in my mind is the position of the gas pedal. It is more vertically angled than my previous car, and since I have small feet sometime I just have to reposition my foot in order to accelerate quickly.

Kia optima, spacious and modern.
The Kia optima has been the best car I have owned yet. I really like the light interior and modern look of the dash. The back seat is very large and has its own cup holders, necessity for young children it feels like, so perfect. The trunk is the most spacious I have seen on a 4 door sedan. I have had a few problems, like the gas door magnet broke and wouldn't hold it closed anymore. And a bigger problem with the motor, requiring a whole new motor to be put in. It was however covered in the warranty and replaced free of charge and I have not had a problem since, about 2 years.

Excess Oil Consumption OK with KIA
A red oil can indicator light came on while I was driving, which surprised me since there were 6,119 miles since my last oil change. I went to the dealership where I bought it to have the oil changed and asked that they note how many quarts low it is. My Optima has 55,761 miles and has been serviced regularly by the dealership. The dealership didn't note on my service that it was 3.5 quarts low or that I requested an oil consumption test for excessive oil use. I was told that 1 quart per 1,500 miles is normal use. I said, hmm, really, that would mean that I would use 5 quarts of oil every 7,500 miles. I was also told that an oil consumption test indicates a problem if 1 quart of oil is consumed in 1,000 miles. Currently my Optima is consuming a quart every 1,700 miles, no leaks, at this rate I would have to put in 4.4 quarts of oil between oil changes; they say this is normal. Is this the message that Kia wants to send to customers?

I get 35 mpg on a average with no lack of power is best thing about this car.
I honestly love my Kia. It is my wife’s daily driver and our family car. The gas mileage is 36 mpg high and 24 mpg low. I bought it with 17,000 miles and have had it for 3 years now, it is currently at 66,000 right now. No issues mechanical or electrical.

It is really affordable the maintenance. Spacious and a smooth ride. Very reliable car. I have a base model, but you wouldn't notice. The features give an expensive feeling. It has a backup camera and Bluetooth. The air conditioner does not cool off fast enough, and if the car is not moving, the air will stop cooling. The car has a lot of pep, and had a lot of options I love, heated/cooled seats, big sunroof, sport mode and really good sounding speakers including Bluetooth.

My Kia is a very reasonably priced car for all the features it has.
I have owned my 2016 Kia optima for 10 months after driving a 2000 Pontiac grand prix. My Kia has a super smooth ride and handles nicely. I especially love the rear camera, which really helps when backing out of tight parking spaces. I was also impressed by all of the electronic features this car has; especially after driving a 10 year old car. One of my tires was a bit low, because of driving over a nail and the system promptly alerted me to this fact and gave me a reading of the tire pressure in each tire. The check engine light did come on a month ago due to a recall. The Kia dealership got my car in promptly and offered a driver to take me to work and pick me up.

I have been very pleased with my car. It drives smoothly and is very comfortable. The seats recline for the passenger to relax when needed. The car is very roomy and can hold at least 5 individuals. Great seats. A little too low to the ground.
It is a very comfy car with enough room to get everyone in even if you are a bigger person, the brake are good and so is the a/c. It does have a few problems such as being to low to the ground, a little effort is need for people above average height. The other problem is it is a very small car height wise as I am 5'3 and even I have to duck just to get into the car, other than that it is a very good car and very reliable.

Great reliability and fuel economy. Interior is spacious and comfortable. Easy to maintain and clean the interior as well. Comfortable a/c and heat, and all dash features. The sound system is a bit weak, but gets the average consumer by. It has been road trip tested and has provided me many comfortable long drives. Smart features such as Bluetooth connectivity and back-up camera have been essential. I have only experienced minor electrical issues, such as a back window not being responsive and I had to take it in once to calibrate the trunk close/open feature. Overall very satisfied with this purchase so far.

It's a great car. Rides really smooth. I love this car. It a nice size for my small family very spacious. The seats are not as comfortable as I would like for a long trip out of town but otherwise it a nice car and looks beautiful. I love the monitor and the review camera.

Exceptionally amazing sedan, great for any age.
It's an amazing vehicle drives great gets amazing gas mileage and it has plenty get up and go. Makes for a great road trip vehicles. It has an awesome sound system, and the voice commands are very easy to use. Plenty of room in the back seat, and more trunk space than you would imagine. Overall it is a very reliable vehicle.

It is nice. 10/1 would recommend.
This car is super reliable. I haven't had any problems with it yet and I have had the car for 3 years. The seats could be a little comfier. The car does ok in the snow it is only front wheel drive. My favorite feature is the Bluetooth audio. The car drives super smooth on the freeway.

My wife loves our Kia optima more than me.
My 2016 Kia optima is the best car I have ever owned. It runs perfectly and is easy to clean. The cruise control works great and the Bluetooth couldn't be better. I will always own a Kia from now on. It is my wife's baby, in fact I think she loves it more than me! Couldn't recommend any higher.

Vehicle great for short or long trips, lots of interior room.
Find this car is great for families, has lots of room on inside. Fuel efficiency is great too. The vehicle comes in many colors. Keeping up general maintenance is the best key, have not had any vehicle problems. Back seats are very comfortable and has lots of leg space.

It's very manageable and runs smoothly.
The car is great overall. It starts up very nice even though it is a 2016. I like the design of the car. It is very manageable. It isn't too small but it's not too big either. It's the perfect size car. If you are looking for a small car I would definitely recommend this car but if you want a bigger car this car might not fit.

I have lost all interest after discovering all the already known problems.
There are recalls on the cars as far as engine and transmission and they want own there fault. The problems are only verified on TSA bulletins. Will be spending money out pocket to fix problems. Kia selected certain years to honor the defects instead of all call in the year brackets of classifications of reported problems.

Spacious and comfortable.
Tail light and headlight issues. Apparently it is a common issue with this year. I love everything else. The way it handles. The weight of it. The aesthetics. Interior is easy to clean. Super spacious interior and a large trunk. Comfortable ride but the passenger seats sits a little low and is hard for my elderly mom to get in and out of.

Small 4 door dark blue and the sunroof.
The vehicle is awesome ride's are smooth. Definitely great for traveling. Had my car for almost two years now never had a major issue. The sunroof is another reason I choose this model and it is super quiet. I would definitely recommend this. Model because it is very affordable.

Great family car to get you where you need to go.
Good vehicle, runs well and has no issues. Does everything that I need it to do. Runs quietly and is very spacious so that we have enough room for everything that we are taking. Gas mileage is good enough that you do not have to fill up every trip. Has all the amenities that you would need.

Kia optima best car in the market.
The Kia optima is a great car. It is a very comfortable vehicle its performance is great. It feels so luxurious when your driving it is so smooth. It has the fuel economy option which really helps save, plus that extra kick the turbo gives you makes you feel you are driving a sport car.

I love the cold ac! On a hot day it blows arctic cold.
Only one recall since I have had this vehicle. Very roomy inside. Comes with charging station for your phone in center console. You can connect your phone for hands free mobile easy on gas and very reliable love the eco and sports mode would recommend this car to anyone.

Trustworthy and comfortable.
Roomy comfortable and safe love being able to take the family on cross country trips and camping and still having money left to enjoy the rest of the vacation. The dependability to get to work no matter what the weather is like rain or snow still feel safe.

I love the fact that it has Bluetooth and a touch screen radio.
I have had my car for a year and a half, so far it has not gave me any problems. I will recommend to keep up with all maintenance on any car that you lease and or purchase. This car is great on gas, it runs smoothly, and it is a nice looking car. I highly recommend if you are looking for a car that is not high in price and it is reliable.

Can't change wiper blades unless you open hood.
It is very comfortable. Has great gas mileage overall. Trunk space is good. Has a glitch on acceleration though.

For a car there is a lot of space and storage.
I like that the driving is very smooth while driving down the road, I also enjoy all the storage space and that there is so much room inside. It does not feel cramped when you are in the back, and I get really good gas mileage.

White Kia Optima. Useful for everyday work and school. Stays in good condition if you take care of it.
The ride is comfortable. Love the Sirius radio, stereo, and navigation system it comes with. Going on two years now and there has been no serious problems with the car. Mileage is great. Good AC. Room for 4-5 people. Great for traveling everyday for work or school.

2016 Kia optima- good on gas mileage and is a great family car.
This is the first time my wife and I have ever owned a Kia and let me just say it is the best car we have ever had. This car gets really good gas mileage and is really smooth when it drives. If I could recommend Kia to anyone. I would say get it cause they are really good cars.

Real review on a Kia optima 2016.
The car has comfortable seating and also gives optimal leg room in the back. It has a big trunk to haul stuff in. The features such as Bluetooth help to answer calls without touching your phone and listening to the music you want to. It is a very reliable car and lets you know the tire pressure and when you would need an oil change or other maintenance done on it.

I love my red interior leather. It's very roomy and comfortable. It's a very luxurious vehicle. Has a great sounds system as well. I have had no problems with it yet. It's A very reliable car and is very safe which is why I wanted that car.

Great looking, great moving!
I love the smart cruise control and the collision avoidance system. The seats are comfortable and the look is stylish. Gas mileage is good and the sound system rocks. The only dislike would be the distance between the tires and the body so it makes it impossible to use standard chains on it.
