I haven't had any problems with my 2020 Kia optima so far. I love the way it looks and drives. I like that I can put it in sport mode for better performance. It is comfortable. It is spacious. It is a reliable car. It had a touch screen radio and a backup camera which is always a plus.

Comfort and safety at its finest.
My car has been very reliable so far. Went great in the snow! Very comfortable to drive. Love the features it has like driving assist and the automatic lights (brights turn on and off for you). The car seems to heat up quickly and cool down quickly when using the air controls. This vehicle has a lot of room.

Is Kia optima 2020 for you?
Roomy, do not like the yellow auto headlights but still nice, love the moon roof, brake/lane assist feature, steering wheel warmer, seat warmers, door handles light up when near the car, backup camera is a little blurry. Overall love the car. It is sporty and pretty in snow white.

The best mom car purchase ever!
The vehicle is very comfortable! Spacious areas for front and back seat- great trunk space and rides really smooth! You also cannot beat the standard 100,000 mile warranty they provide! Certain trims don't have leather, but the fabric they do have is super easy to clean and maintain!

Great cat for family and business!

A lot of perks for a good price.
I love my optima! The s trim has leather interior which I find easy to keep clean and very comfortable. I like all of the safety features as well including, lane change assist, back up camera, lane departure warning, rear child safety door locks, and led daytime automatic lights.

The car itself is very nice.
Kia sells great cars but service is awful. When I had a flat tire they made the process of fixing it take a whole day, even tho I could have done it myself in about 20 minutes if it came with a spare (it did not come with a spare) also, when I was due for an oil change they told me I need to wait 3 weeks and I am worried about possibly damaging my engine due to using old oil. The car itself is great, but their services are awful and therefore I would not recommend them.

2020 Kia optima sport review.
I have a 2020 Kia optima sport that drives great. I love the features in it such as the camera, the censors when I am switching lanes, etc. The trunk space is pretty nice as well. The sound systems is nice and up to my standards considering I love listening to music while I drive.

2020 Kia optima is a must have!
I am currently the owner of a Kia optima. It's great on gas. The lane assistance works wonders. The android auto and apple pair hooks up very easy. It has 3 different drive modes standard, evo, sport) which allows you to travel at the pace you like and gas saver. The larger dashboard display is also a nice feature which allows monitoring your speed a breeze.

An amazing car, I feel like I am driving a spaceship.

Dangerous vehicle as it is not designed for night driving
Before you purchase check the headlights. The headlamps on my vehicle are dangerous. On heads , there is a large dark shadow of approximately 20 meters accross the road which makes driving at night extremely dangerous. The vehicle is not designed for night driving. KIA does accept there is a problem but refuse to resolve the problem. The vehicle was manufactured in 2018 and in still under warranty

Extremely comfortable seats. Backup camera and driver assist are helpful. The car warns you if someone is close to you and when you are backing up it alerts you to oncoming traffic. It is a sporty looking car that drives smoothly and is very big on the inside.
I have no had any issues with my vehicle since I leased it 11 months ago. The best part about it is the apple car play/GPS/radio screen. It makes driving safe and easy. You simply use Bluetooth or plug in your iPhone into the charger and it mirrors everything on your phone. The car also has sensors on the mirrors which beep of a car is in your blind spot. It is very spacious and has a ton of trunk room. Driving is very smooth, especially in sport mode.

Kia optima endurance vehicle.
My vehicle needed the starter replaced within 1 year of purchase also there is a. Issue with acceleration. It feels like the car is jerking when I press on the brake. If collision is detected something happens with the brakes where it feels like they do not work. Vehicle is good on gas tire pressure is indicated on dash.

I love the level of safety. I have 2 kids that depend on me and my driving. The surrounding surveillance does help with the blind spots. I also love the trunk space. If you have a family of 4 it's perfect, 5 is ok as long as there aren't 2 car seats in the back. Gas is awesome $24 and I have gas for 1.5 weeks.

Love most of the extra features!
I love how you can switch car mods by a touch of a button. From eco to sport ect. I love my GPS and sound system. Also love the heated and cooling seats and steering wheel! I don't like that the rear view mirrors turn down when you back up. I would prefer to move them myself if I wanted! I also don't like that if something drops under the front seats it's almost impossible to get or find! I have lost a lot of stuff down there!

Kia optima performance and style.
It gets good gas mileage. Has decent performance and looks sharp. The sunroof is nice. It is fun to drive and the radio is decent. I bought the extended warranty since we plan to keep it for a long while. We also got the service plan and protection plan to get touch ups if needed.

Great quality and smooth ride for the price.
Electronics are not the best, constantly have to fix settings. The touch screen goes completely black at times and I have to turn the car off and back on for it to come back. Speakers are awful. The USB connection is not the most reliable, have to unplug and plug it back in for it to register. The car drives very nicely, interior is nice and modern. Great gas mileage.

Kia optima is pretty and safe.
I absolutely love this vehicle. Not only is the physicality of the car appealing, but the ride is so smooth. The brakes are not too touchy, and the acceleration is perfect. The gas mileage is beyond incredible. I just made a trip or 500 miles and did not have to fill up my tank one time. The car also warns you if you are switching lanes and there is someone near you, which is helpful in my blind spot.

I love my new Kia! It has a comfort mode and it is like it drives itself sometimes! It is a pretty blue with shiny sparkles in the paint and it turns heads as I drive by! 2020 Kia optima base model review.
The interior is spacious. The screen for the radio and other connections electronically work well. However, the speakers are not that loud in this car. The interior seats have the cloth material that has holes in it as part of the design. This is annoying to clean because there are many places for dirt to get into. Not the best option for someone who has dogs and children. The trunk is a decent size to fit various items. This car has the blind spot warnings and notifies you if you are going out of your lane. It also notifies you if someone is close behind you as well as too close in front of you. There is also a backup camera that works very well with the surrounding warnings of people or cars coming from both sides.

Warning safety features are outstanding.
No problems superior safety features really fast and has great pickup speed. A/c is really cold considering the weather in Florida this summer ran high 90's to l00. The sunroof is almost half of the car and is beautiful while driving. The entire interior is roomy and very comfortable.

I have only had it a little over a month but my favorite features are the safety/safety assist features and smooth ride; I do not like there's not a built in navigation system I have to use apps on phone and the phone must be plugged in to utilize apple CarPlay vs. Just through Bluetooth.

My Kia optima is fantastic. The mileage is great with the option to switch to eco, comfort or sport mode. The lane assist is spot on, even on curves. But overall my favorite part on this great car is the blind spot indicator. No longer do I have to bend over and crane my neck to make sure there's no one in my blind spot, or have to guess how far the car is and if it is safe to switch lanes.

Great design, inside and out.
The Kia optima is a nice sedan, runs well and quiet. Great design inside and out. My only complaint is the fabric on the seats is rough and leaves imprints on my legs if I wear shorts. But car seats fix that only concern. The only other concern is the driver window button has to be held in order to roll up the window, it is not automatic.

Exorbitant price of replacing Optima ball joint!!!
I live in Canada and have a Korean made 2014 Kia Optima EX. I'm looking for the right and left lower control arms (PNs. 54501 4R000 & 54500 4R000) I actually only need the right and left ball joints, but the ball joints on Korean Optimas are part of a one piece ALUMINIUM assembly including the ball joint, bushings etc., and the Canadian dealer price for the assemblies alone is $3,382.33 Cdn including taxes - RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I've since found some U.S. Suppliers that have OEM parts that are priced much more realistically - Thank G_D!!! I've been told that the U.S. Control arms, made for Optimas made in the U.S., are made of steel, which would obviously be much stronger than those made of aluminum; and that, unlike the aluminum versions, the ball joints on the steel version can be replaced without having to replace the entire assembly. The U.S. Suppliers seem to have OEM assemblies and after market assemblies in both aluminium and steel. Can anyone please confirm whether the U.S. Assemblies (including ball joints, bushing etc) are indeed made of steel; and if so will the fit in my Korean made Optima. Lastly, any recommendations which way to go - given that quality is my main concern. Thank you,

I love this car. The only thing I do not like is when it tells me I need to take a break from driving when I am literally driving to and from work. I love the safety features the car has such as it lets me know when someone is in my blind spot before I move to the next lane. Value Leader, Amazing car for the money!
I am a really picky person when it comes to options and performance. I really like to have the best of everything. That's why searching for a new car is so difficult. There's always something I'm giving up or trading in exchange. I just purchased this after coming from a 2016 infinit Q50 Redsport with AWD. The sticker was $33.5k and with kia incentives and dealer discount I managed a purchase price around 28.5k plus tax. Coming from a car that stickered at 56k, I wonder today where was the extra 20k I paid for. I actually have more features. Like ventilated seats, panoramic moonroof, lane keep assist which actually steers and keeps me centered. I'm missing the rain sensing wipers and front facing camera. The actual ride is more comfortable, steering feels better, roomier inside, and power is more than enough to have my fun in and I'm not suffering with premium fuel and bad gas mileage. Infotainment center is way better, navigation maps much clearer. Didn't even have the android auto option in the infiniti. Comparing it to the other cars like the Camry or accord you'd have to pay 5k or more to even try to equip it as closely and still not make it. There's so much quality that abounds in this car comparably that if you put an Audi badge on it and tried to sell it for 10k more nobody would even notice. It's a hidden gem at these prices and the warranty is better than luxury brands... Yes, it be nice to have my AWD back, buy I'll gladly give it up for everything else I gained.

Traded convenience for luxury.
This is a decent car, my second leased optima. It has self-driving capabilities, lane and environment detections, awesome sound system, and comfortable interior. I prefer the 2016 optima though because it had push start and keyless entry. All I had to do was push a button, whereas now, I have to fumble with the key fob and put it into ignition. The 2020 traded convenience for luxury, which I do not like, and only has digital audio capabilities, instead of having that plus a CD player inside.

I enjoy the automatic system alarm when turning.
It is going good and drives really good. The car has an automatic turning system which is very good when driving on the highway. Also, it drives very good and there are no difficulty turning the wheel and the addition of having a camera helps with backing out and avoiding people and other vehicles.

Quick little car. Really get up and moves with the turbo. Handles very well. The paddle shifters are a cool little feature too. Trunk space is very big. Can fit golf clubs with a baby stroller and groceries all at the same time. Also good gas mileage. The seats are comfortable with the heated and vented seats.

Kia optima: very good, not great.
I went from a 2003 passat to a 2020 optima, so anything is an upgrade. That being said, it is definitely a base model. In 2020 with no power seats and no auto windows, it seems like they are lagging behind even for a base model. My 2003 had automatic windows. It is got decent gas mileage, but not great. Not much power but she will do! If you are looking for a nice new car that is up on tech with CarPlay, back up camera, active lane assist, collision assistance among other things, then this is the car for you. The Bluetooth was good enough for me for the price I got it at.

We love this car, the handling, color and the inside was great looking and functional. And that we never have to worry about maintenance on it as long as we own the vehicle. It came with backup camera and remote start which is great no matter what the weather is like.

The 2020 Kia optima ex premium is an affordable luxury feeling car.
I love the 2020 Kia optima ex premium. It is very spacious and comfortable. I love the added features. The panoramic sunroof is a great feature. It is a very smooth driving car with lots of added safety features. Uvo is another great feature that allows you to control the car remotely.

Kia’s have a great reputation and they include a features for what you pay.
My car is reliable but the initial performance was poor. The car had a faulty transmission so it negatively impacted the drive. However, the transmission has been replaced so the drive had improved. The car comfortable and I love some of the features that is offered in my car. For example, collision warnings signals and the apple car play.
