Good comfortable vehicle.
Lots of legroom. However it is hard on gas mileage. Has good power and smooth ride. Good in snow. Radio has good sound quality. I would recommend this vehicle. It has seating for six people and good amount of storage space. Comfortable to ride in.

Kia Sedona: a great family van to meet all your needs.
We bought our Kia Sedona in 2011 (never used). We have not had any major problems ( other than new tires, new windshield wipers and an occasional oil change). We have never owned a car (previously) that has caused us with such a short list of problems. It is quite comfortable and despite having to travel on our high speed highways here (most are 70 mph), it never loses power!

Stills runs good and is in great shape considering the year of vehicle.
Great quality and warranty. Very reliable vehicle. Paid a good deal on vehicle for a dependable car.

It's a great reliable car.
The vehicle is really reliable. It gets me from point a to point b. I never had a problem with it so far.

It's very spacious and drives smooth.
Its very spacious and comfortable for long trips. It's a 7 seater. So very easy to get to the little ones. It drives smooth on the highway. It's not a four wheel drive, so you would have to be mindful when driving in the snow. It drives well in the snow but it sometimes get stuck in the slush.

I love my Kia Sedona! Buy one now!
I have had zero issues with my vehicle. I love it! I have leather seats... Front are heated. I have a sunroof and six-CD player. The sound system is great! My gas mileage is very good. The stowaway seating is great for hauling stuff. My van is perfect for vacations!

Very reliable, good gas miles, comfortable. The down side is maintenance and repairs are double of an american car

Bad engineering design.
The 2010 Kia Sedona has a significant niggle that makes it potentially unsafe. The rear tailgate has only an outside handle for opening. No inside handle, and no key lock. So, when the electric lock on mine failed in the locked position, it left me with no way to open the tailgate. How is this unsafe? Ever hear of a flood? They seem to be getting more prevalent every year. And when a vehicle goes into deep water, what happens? The front (the part with the heavy engine in it) goes down first. If one doesn't get out fast enough, and ends up in the very rear of the van, there is no way to open the tailgate because of the failed lock mechanism, and the never-installed interior door operating handle. This should have been a recall item, but is, instead, a fairly expensive repair I shouldn't have to make.

It does what it needs to.
No complaints, good mileage. The interior is enough to haul whatever I need, but is not as absurdly large s some other options on the market. The only problem we have with it is that it will occasionally not accelerate on the uphill.

It's a good running van, vert reliable
I don't really like mini vans but because I have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair a 3 other kids it the only thing that has enough room

Kia Sedona 2010 has been good so far.
This vehicle runs very well for its age. We purchased this vehicle used, but well maintained. Have this van now for maybe six months and haven't had any problems. It gets good gas mileage and performs well. I only wish the back seats were stow and go rather than having to completely remove them as they are rather hard to release and very heavy. That would probably be my only complaint. Also the ignition is in such a spot that they keys constantly rattle against the dash and it drives me insane enough that a would consider it a serious design flaw. Tiger than those two negatives I really like the van.

Reliable, safe family vehicle.
My car is practical. It's not a bad looking vehicle but is very basic, no add ons. It has been very reliable and that's the most important aspect of a vehicle to me. In 9 years, I've only need to maintain regular maintenance such as oil changes. I've not had a single problem... Mechanically.I would definitely recommend this type of vehicle for family use.

It's an old Kia, but it's reliable.
It's old, but it's reliable. The door needs work, but I think that's the only thing wrong with it. The engine is reliable, It drives very smooth. It hugs the road. It doesn't get much gas mileage. The AC blows cold. It could use an update radio system that with a hands free Bluetooth system.

Kia 2010 model, reliable yet has some small issues.
Issues with the air conditioning constantly, also have a rattling in the dash that we can't figure out why it happens/how to fix it. Besides that the car is good on gas mileage and is pretty safe. We use it as a family car, has a lot of miles on it but still reliable and functions well.

I have been having issues with sensors going bad. I had one replaced last year, one this past June and now it has to go back into the shop for another. The van performs as expected and was a really nice van when I bought it new. The next one we get we would like to upgrade to a more luxury model because the average model does not have the comfort features like heated seat etc. Also on road trips you can hear the wind as you are driving and it is very loud. I never really wanted a minivan but I have triplets so economically it is the best affordable vehicle for my budget and family.
It has the right amount of space for a large family.

Great acceleration and handling for a minivan.
My Kia accelerates very well. I like that it has rear windows that open. It is very stable at high speeds and handles very well on the highway. The back seats store very easily into the floor but the front rear seats can be hard to remove. The power doors work well and I am glad there is a power off switch and they can be closed without the battery.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Victoria H.

This car has very good gas mileage and there are no blind spots which is great since I drive often. It takes regular gas so it is super cheap to fill it up as well and since I do not have to fill it up often I save money too.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Victoria H.

I wish the radio was newer and had Bluetooth in it as well. The windshield wipers are not too great so they need to be replaced every couple months. It is also slow with the pick up speed, but if you do not mind driving slow then it does not matter.
