Can be used as a luxury vehicle or used off road.
I love the look for my vehicle. Love the back up cameras and comfortable seats. I love the ability to adjust it for different terrains. Thus, far it has been a reliable vehicle with minimal issues. My only complaints are I wish the 3rd row had more room and I wish the technology were more up-to-date.

Land Rover was specifically formulated as a military vehicle and you can tell.
I love this car. It handles beautifully, has an incredible amount of power. Four wheel drive. It is great in the snow and rain. Good gas mileage. And gorgeous to look at. This is the perfect car for a larger family because it looks extremely cool but still allows me to haul around four kids, all their sports gear, and my husband too!

Quirky at best and unreliable
Multiple systems are odd at best. Navigation system is totally useless. It frequently gives wrong directions. When I brought this to the dealer’s attention, he tried to convince me a $250 upgrade would correct that. We just use Waze. The controls for the radio/system information/cameras etc are awkward. Basic add ons, like rails for a rack are ridiculously expensive. Reliability is awful. We needed major engine and brake system repairs at 40 months and 54,000 miles, 4,000 miles past the warranty. The ECO function has never worked from the first day we had the car, and the dealer has been unable to fix it. This is the worst car we have ever had. We will be selling this car ASAP and will NEVER consider another Range Rover.

It has 4 driving modes, road, snow, desert, woods.
The lr4 is shaped like a box. The tires are great for going to the mountains. The acceleration is truly amazing. The lr4 is like a fancy jeep'. I love the way it drives. The seats are made out of leather which makes it have that rugged but luxurious feel which I love. The sound system is loud and clear which is a great bonus. The car can also do four wheel drive which is great for dirt roads.

Lr4 hse best vehicle I have ever owned.
This vehicle has everything. Heated seats, leather, multiple sunroofs, and power everything. It is a coo so still under warranty ty which is great for a Land Rover. Has air bag suspension, nice premium wheels. All the outing and Bluetooth capabilities one could need.

Satisfied owner who lives their lr4.
I absolutely love the lr4. The performance is extremely comfortable and reliable. I have a good seating position on the road, the materials are top notch and, most importantly, I feel safe with my family. Gas mileage is horrendous but the trade off for the safety, comfort and performance is worth it. The features are adequate but not too notable.

My 2016 black lr4! Dependable and nice looking!
Love my lr4 but. After a certain amount of miles (+50k) I started experiencing a lot of malfunctions with a few things. My fuel save start has gone out twice and my suspension icon on the dashboard always pops up. When I take it in there always seems to have something else wrong with it. The car itself is very dependable. Love having a third row and I love the look of the car.

Land Rover lr4: lots of space!
The Land Rover lr4 is a very reliable car with lots of room! There are three rows (8 seats total) but the back row is very easy to put up and down; not like most cars. The trunk space, even with all 3 rows up, is very spacious. It drives nicely and holds gas pretty decently especially for the size and make of the car. The only thing is that the maintenance and upkeep of the car is very expensive. It also has a sunroof that is in the front and passenger areas of the car so it always gets lots of sunlight and does not feel very dark.

My vehicle has plenty of head room and a true third row seating for two.
Love the way it drives in the rain. I like how it is all wheel drive. I do not like that it does not get good gas mileage.

Love my Land Rover, great family and fun car!
My car is very reliable. I wish it has a USB port for my phone charger. It drives very smoothly and has really quick pick up. The third row is great and easy to rearrange the seating as needed. The seats and floor are easy to keep clean. The adjustable air systems makes everyone able to stay at a comfortable while riding.

Seats 5 comfortably. 3r row option. Also has a hidden cooler in the c console.
Although, I do love my vehicle and it has a very smooth ride but it also is a very heavy car and you can feel that in the steering. It is known to have computer issues (however, I have yet to encounter these). It does get poor gas mileage about 17mpg. These newer or are also not known for their reliability after 120, 000 miles.

Levels of comfort and practicality
When we first got the lr4 it immediately felt really comfortable and spacious. The lr4 is also a very practical car when it comes to things such as caring and entire DJ set up, two tents, a 6ft long table, two chairs and two carry on bags. Also the lr4 has some interesting things that I did not expect, such as, lowering the car on its air suspension from the key. The lr4 also is a car that dose not look giant like a Cadillac escalled ESV, The lr4 looks shorter and it is shorter, but it can still accommodate 7 people comfortably. The lr4 is a nice car but it has its problems such as non reclinable second row, non cooling seats for the first row, and a very poor reliability record and fuel economy. Even when the lr4 has such problems it is sill a very safe car that protected five people in a roll over and is still a car that many people should get if you want a British seven seater that I over $50,000.

The size of the car is perfect
I love the car and it's size. We can have 7 people in our car if we need to. He downfall is the maintenance and brake are expensive.

Great looking car and great to drive- horrendously expensive to fix!
Lots of issues- and very expensive to fix anything - check engine lights for faulty sensors. - loose heat shield that made an horrendous noise. - antifreeze leak. - brakes and tires replaced within 2 years of ownership and low mileage . Had to wait a month for an appointment at the dealership to fix when it had a check engine light then in was in the dealership for 10 days before they even looked at the vehicle.

Love the lr4 overall, spacious luxury.
This is our third and unfortunately final lr4 now that they've stopped making them. I love the body shape, spacious interior, mini fridge in the armrest and all of the small details that make this car feel luxurious and user friendly. Only issue we’ve had repeatedly is with alignment.

It can handle all weather and all trials while still looking luxurious!!
The car drives beautifully, looks awesome, and handles EVERYTHING!! I currently has 44k miles on the car and have yet to have a problem (knock on wood)!! The seat heaters, steering wheel heater, and air heat are the best part of the 2016 and up models as they are hot immediately!!

The Ford escape is a very small car but has 4 wheel drive so that is nice.
I dislike that it uses too much gas. It doesn't have an electric trunk door and/or seats. I like the interiors and the look of the car. I enjoy the smooth ride.

Great SUV for Mountain Roads
I purchased a used 2016 LR4 HSE, I drive on mountain roads daily, this vehicle handles very well and I'm totally comfortable in this luxury SUV. The supercharged turbos are excellent for quick acceleration. My typical MPG is 17-18/22-23. The braking system works well on steep mountainous roads and clearance has never been an issue over small branches, rocks, streams and creeks. Cargo space is more than ample. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It is very roomy and reliable.
I love my car and would not change anything. It is reliable, has more features than I want, and looks great.

Smooth, safe, comfortable.
The car is great, comfortable and safe. With this, comes a big tag in maintenance - the yearly service is expensive. Also, due to the heavy weight of car change of brakes often.
accountCircle Sandy H on July 12, 2019
Luxury, non-bulky SUV that you can take off-loading no problem.
Besides all of the luxury features this car has, I love the trunk space. It actually converts into a third row which definitely has come in handy when I was driving a large group. The third row of seats are hidden underneath the trunk floor, but everyone has complimented at how comfortable they are.

It is a white Land Rover 2016 and it is a wonderful fit for me.
At first it can be a bit difficult as the model is different from other cars. The lights are wonderful. While driving the lights will change for example, when on the road and no car is near it is bright but when a vehicle comes or is near it lowers it down to reduce blinding the person in the other car.

Dark gray 2016 lr4. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love my lr4. It is elegant, classy, and beautiful. It is dark gray. The inside is spacious and the size and accessibility of the trunk is a game changer. Given its size, it can be difficult to maneuver at times, but I think it is still much better than other large, luxury SUVs. I highly recommend this car to anyone who is considering it.

Comfortable vehicle but expensive.
The vehicle is comfortable and specious. I love the option of the third row; however, it Is Difficult to unfold the seats as they are manual. The vehicle is higher than average and I love to be elevated on the road. Trunk is specious and the latch is very useful if you have kids or get heavy groceries. . I'm very satisfied with the vehicle, but any fixes are expensive. Within 3 years we already had issues and need to replace parts.

Lr4, pricey, but worth it!
I honestly have not had any problems with my vehicle. I absolutely love it! The only complaint I guess I would have is the expense regarding repairs and/or replacements with parts. A lot of the parts are specific to the vehicle, so it gets pricey when something needs to be repaired or replaced.
accountCircle Mel G on March 29, 2019
This vehicle has all the luxury features!
I love this luxury vehicle! It is much faster than I would have thought. Super comfortable seats. The third. Row is easy to pop up and takes only minutes. I love the GPS that is located on the dash, so convenient. Sunroof is huge, 2 row had a large sunroom as well... Although it does not open. Still it is a lovely feature!

Lr4 is a comfortable and powerful ride with great visibility.
The lr4 has great visibility with the large picture windows. The car is enjoyable to drive and handles the road well. For as large as it is, the turning circumference is wonderful, which makes for easy parking. I could do without the sunroof and have tinted that as much as possible. Some may like it. I also could do without the cloud backup assist that is more distracting than it is safe. If I could mute it, I would. The steering wheel takes slight more effort than I would prefer. The car has good power. Overall, I love the design of this car, the comfortable leather seats in front with great lumbar support, and the space in the trunk.

Great car with some great features.
Poor gas mileage- usually gets around 17 miles per gallon. Not a lot of extra features. Heated seats and steering wheel. Running boards. Windows on roof. Gray in color. Not a lot of room for car seats. Third row. Nice cup holders. Sirius xm radio. Hatch is easy to open.
