I have own 4 Lexus and loved all 3 of them ! But..... This RX 350 2018 is terrible! We bought it in October 2018 at Northlake Lexus in Charlotte NC . It has 2,000 miles on it and we don’t want to drive it because it acts like it’s sick you push the pedal down going up in speed and chugs , and bogs down all the way up to 55 miles and you take your foot off the gas coming down with speed it chugs , and bogs down and jerks up and down. We took it the Lexus place at Northlake in Charlotte where we bought it and they said it drives like the rest of them of the same RX 350 2018 and there for no problems! We don’t know what we are going to . We can’t have family or friends ride in it because we are so embarrassed how it rides !

Great rx350 third rc series purchased and will buy another.
Car has great performance. The only issue I had was a dead battery once which was covered under warranty. Lexus has great roadside assistance free of charge while under warranty. Another item of concern which is very small is the time does not update with daylight savings time. I put it in automatic and does not work.

The summary of my nice vehicle.
The vehicle is really a nice piece of work, reliable, comfortable. The performance is really great, good mileage, slow gasoline consumption and good interiors. The engine is superb, with little to no constant tuning,it is going to be in good state. It has latest design and tech, nice for long rides too.

What I like about this suv is great size ! But what I don’t like about it ... Is giving gas pushing it down to go and it Boggs down acting like it sick and can’t go! Got it to 25.30. It jerks back and fourth on coming 35.45. Even at 55mile acting up ! Took it to the Lexus place at Northlake NC and said they didn’t feel any problems while driving. I have had 3 Lexus and they were great ! This one is RX 350 really let us down ! We don’t know what to do with this sick suv !

Luxury SUV with good lines.
Very smooth ride and hugs the road well on turns. Good turning radius and decent miles per gallon for a large SUV. Good room for carrying luggage and groceries. Very quiet on the inside and has a very good sound system. The GPS and audio system are very intuitive and the voice commands respond quickly.

Luxury SUV with style and class.
My previous car was Lexus rx400h so this was a huge upgrade for me since it is been 10 years I owned the last car. Many of the features like navigation now included traffic information but I lost the ability to use the monitor by touch screen. I also just recently noticed that this car not only has seat warmer but seat cooler too!

Useful extras and features.
The Lexus rx350 is a great vehicle. It has room for two child car seats and a large trunk. It has multiple USB ports in front and back! We bought this car because it is one of only a few models that has foldable side view mirrors which are necessary to get into our garage without breaking them off.

No problems with the car. It is extremely reliable. It is not super fast like a sports car. It is a luxury SUV where you can put stuff in the back. The engine is not turbo charge. It is normally aspirated 3. 5 l v6 engine that does not need premium gas. It takes regular gas.

The smooth interior of the Lexus rx.
Before buying this car I had a tiny car and it was very compressed and tiny. So I wanted a spacious car with lots of legroom since I am a bit taller. I really love the blind spot beeping because it makes driving so incredibly easy. The seats are extremely comfortable and have so much leg room. I have never had any problems with this car and I have had it for 2 years. I would highly recommend this car for anyone really. Another thing that really drew me to this car was the seats. I think leather looks really nice in a car but in the summer you would want to be anywhere else. Fabric on seats is more comfortable but often I end up not liking how it looks. But the material of the seats is a smooth material which does not get too warm nor too cold. I swear it is my favorite car I have ever owned.

Good vehicle but second row/cargo space suboptimal compared to my other vehicle.
It is a good car. Very comfortable and a lot of luxury features. Has good pick up and speed. Good handibility. Cruise control feature is excellent. Little disappointed with second row comfort. Also cargo space is not adequate. Air conditioning does seem slight inadequate.

Everything you could want in a vehicle.
Very comfortable to drive and operate. It is pretty good on gas consumption and drives well on long trips. The sunroof works well and the driver has immediate access to all levers and can operate them from the steering wheel. I really like the stereo system and this can also be accessible through the steering wheel. The heated seats come in very handy on cold winter days up north and in the summer the air conditioning system works perfectly. It also has an emergency stop system if the car gets too close to another object, whether driving or backing up.

Lexus: good but not great.
Overall the car if very functional; how the gas mileage is disappointing and not the advertised hybrid mileages and the dash/counsel is not up to par. The back seat is comfortable and the storage is good, but the design of the glove box leaves much to be desired as there is certainly wasted space. The back up camera is helpful, but the settings are limited.

Seats are very comfortable
I bought a Lexus for a comfortable and reliable vehicle along with exceptional service. Lately I'm not receiving any of these. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times in 5 weeks. Last week my vehicle has 3 alarms going off and lights flashing on the dashboard. It was too late to call service so my husband called them first thing the next morning. He was told there was nothing wrong with it so you can drive it and gave me a service appointment 9 days later. Not happy right now!

Delay is receiving service for a recall.
There has been a recall and I am still waiting on the repair parts. The problem is the “get up and go”. I press accelerator and it barely responds. The recall states the problem is the vehicle stalling due to module pump. Apparently it is equipped with a low-pressure fuel pump.

Awesome car you should buy.
It is a safe car. The seats are nice leather and it is a hands free vehicle. The camera is high definition and lets me know when I am close to hitting something. The car will also stop if it thinks you are about to hit something. The blind spots light really helps during bad weather.

Driving my car makes me happy.
My vehicle is wonderful. Very understated luxury. It has the features you need without being intrusive. I do wish it had a internal hard drive for storing music and the fact that my GPS didn't come with automatic updates is annoying. It is a feature Lexus shouldn't have skimped on, but none of these were deal breakers and over all I am very happy with my car. The service Lexus provides is always first rate.

Needs easier air controls.
I love this car but I think the air/heat controls are not easy to navigate. It does not make sense to me. There are too many ways to do a simple task. Took me forever to figure out how to turn on the back seat air controls. I do not like that when I am backing out the media stops working.

My car is very comfortable for driving distance. I love the seat heating/cooling system. The blind spot warning is also wonderful. The car rides very smoothly on all types of roads. The hands free wheel buttons for phone and music. Also good for information. The car acknowledges when you are over a line the car will tell you by shaking your steering wheel. There are a lot of recalls lately, but otherwise, its great. It is a luxury SUV with 3 rows, so space is limited and small if using all rows of seats, but if using as a 2 row,, the trunk has so much space its convenient. For a SUV, the gas consumption is not bad. The leather seats/interior is chic/.

Best vehicle ever!
We have have owned SUV models from all the North American Mfg’s over the years. As we are retiring we decided to buy our last vehicle. It was frustrating going from one Car Dealer to another not feeing important and having the feeling we were welcome. We test drove every vehicle then decided to walk into Lexus of Kelowna in BC. The Lexus rx350l is very stylish inside and out. Involve the entra trunk space when the 3rd row is not in use. The ride is very quiet and smooth with superior handling on the road. The large display screen is great; however, I wish it was a touchscreen.

Transmission problem that Lexus can't fix.
I don't think the Toyota cars are made at the same quality they have been anymore. I have bought a brand new RX350 with all the options in 2018 and I have this transmission problem the dealer can't fix. My car has gone back to the dealership for more than 5 times for this and other issues with the moon roof spoiler issue. Also, navigation screen issue as well. The screen turns all purple then sound system shuts down then it recovers after a few seconds. But the most annoying thing is the transmission problems. It is comfortable, beautiful and smooth riding. It take regular unleaded vs premium which is an added bonus. The windows are thick and limit outside noise. Heated/cooling seats, heated steering wheel and drives great in the winter weather. My kids love the spacious back seats which are super comfortable. The trunk had a net for groceries and allows you to set the hatch to whatever height you want.

I love this car! The ride is smooth and quiet. The dashboard is easy to read and the steering wheel allows me to access many of the features of the car, like the phone, radio, and cruise control. Rx hybrid: practical, luxurious, efficient.
I haven't had any problems with the car at all. Maintenance can be expensive though, but that should be expected for a car at this price point and being a hybrid. It has great performance, very quick and responsive, which is a great thing to have at your disposal, if you need to make a nimble move to avoid a pothole, accident, etc. It's also very spacious and comfortable. I love the car.

My car is very comfortable for both driver and passengers. There is ample storage area in the back. The hybrid feature provides gas mileage in the 28 mpg area. Legroom in the back seat is ample. The only issue I have is the side mirrors limit some sight lines for me.

Also, I wish I had gotten the installed GPS, as I find placement of the cell phone to use waze or google maps a bit troublesome... The phone holder is not big enough to hold an iPhone.

Excellent vehicle for the Pacific Northwest winter weather conditions.
Love the roominess of the inside and the capacity of the rear space. The a/c does not blow as strongly as my previous Lexus models. The turning radius is great and it has excellent pickup. The interior finish is excellent. It also handles very well in the snow and icy weather conditions.

The car is amazing. Luxurious finish, very comfortable and most importantly safe and reliable. I love the extra row in the back and all the space. It is the ideal family car. I have had zero issues with the car. There is also plenty of space in the back to install a car seat and still have enough room for the passenger in the front. The a/c cools down the car really fast, which is very important where I live. It is also possible to start the car via an app so the car can cool off before getting into it.

The most incredible and luxurious hybrid I have ever driven in. Has a lot of bells and whistles that I actually use. Fave is the blind spot detector; next fave are the cool/heat seats. Mileage is incredible - better than my old Volvo by 10 mpg! I am a bit disappointed with the trunk space - it advertisements showed ability to comfortably house two labs - we found this is not the case.

We have the third row model and my only criticism is that when you use the third row, it is very tiny and cuts the trunk space in half. Only a very small amount fits in the trunk and only small people fit in the third row.

Very sporty, stiffer ride. Comfortable. Cooled seats could work better. Collision avoidance system very aggressive. Roomy. Key fobs do not recognize drivers, you have to push a button when you get into the car to change driver settings. No remote start unless you want to pay $8.00 for the service, which is ridiculous based on the price of a 'luxury car'. Lexus nickel and dimed on such services, that most other luxury cars come with.

Since I have owned my vehicle it has been amazing. I have had no issues with it at. It is guaranteed to give me a smooth, silent ride each and every time. I get great gas mileage. My seats can be heated on cold winter days and cooled on hot summer days. We have driven Lexus vehicles for years. Our latest, a 2018 RX350 continues the high quality vehicles we expect. Although a little pricey compared to some similar models, we love the style and overall high quality of our new RX.

My car is a part of me. I spend a great deal of time in it so I like it to reflect my personality and my commitment to safety, as well.
I love the safety features on my vehicle, I love the comfort level of my vehicle, and I love the space it has. I dislike that it wasn't available in more colors, but I have no complaints.
