Purchased 2020 aviator in October. In early January. The windshield cracked for no reason still waiting for the new windshield dealer says it's back. Order and tells me that something must of hit it that they don't have any recalls on this item not impressed with there service. Electronic equipment very sensitive. Otherwise it's a nice ride.

2020 Aviator true Luxury
I purchased 2020 Aviator in August I now have 40,000 miles no problems. We have owned14 Lincolns this the finest of all. Co pilot 360 makes vehicle a pleasure to drive. Sporty looking. The inside pure luxury 30 way comfort seat settings. Money cannot buy a better vehicle. The only complaint I have calling Lincoln for help line is useless. A shame such great car. All Lincoln people know is call dealer. LINCOLN Tech people answer is let me look that question up. Lincoln Tech people need training. LOVE AVIATOR. MY Dealer. Reineke lincoln makes owening A Lincoln perception of satisfaction.[Service done right]

By far my favorite vehicle!
Our Lincoln aviator is by far the most luxurious vehicle we have ever owned. Every detail is so we'll thought out! It also drives super nice and is extremely comfortable no matter what wear you are in. We have found that many mid-sized SUVs do not have much room for a rear-facing car seat in the second row, however the aviator has plenty, and the latch system is very easy to find. The only issue we have run into is the activation of the keyless entry. It is very picky and needs to be pressed in just the right spot for the numbers to illuminate. Every other car we have owned with this feature activated no matter where on the keypad you touched. It is just a small pain to get used to the difference!

Safety and comfort is the best.
I love the safety features on my aviator, the cameras make it easy to back up and the automatic braking system ensures I will not hit anything. The interior is very luxurious with heated and cooled seats and the massage option for both driver and passenger in the front.

Beautiful interior beautiful exterior.
Straight luxury. Everything about it is smooth and well thought out. From the door panels to the dash to the center console, it all flows beautifully. It fits my whole family #boymom. And while it is luxury that does not stop us from going off road. We take trails in it to get to good swim spots. I would buy it again.

My favorite highlight is the heated seats.
It drives like no other it is very smooth and beautiful. This car seats 7 people and it has 3 rows it is great for a family and seats a lot of people. It is very comfortable and comes with features like heated seats and a heated wheel and more. It has a great sound system and you can hook up your phone via Bluetooth to the car.

I have the 2020 Lincoln vehicle! The color of it is lightish gray.
No problems at all with my 2020 Lincoln vehicle. I have the color in gray and I absolutely love the way it looks in the sun. I would totally recommend this vehicle if you want something to look really stylish in! There also may be a few problems with the air conditioning, however everything is not perfect.

At this price everything is important.
I purchased my Aviator with all available options. These was an annoying ticking sound from the engine compartment area. The dealer returned the car without fixing it claiming they could not hear it. Took the Aviator back now with two annoying sounds. They finally admitted it needs to be repaired. It also had two assembly defects. They fixed them all, except I still have a very annoying ticking sound at low speeds. I am a life long lincoln club member, and have owned several Lincoln’s. Given the unpleasant sounds ticking away at my engine compartment, and the lack of ability of the dealer to fix it. I definitely would not recommend this car.

Terrible, rough ride. Many problems with electronics. Do not buy.
Looks nice inside and out. Excellent features. Terrible issues. Electronics have bugs and glitches. Screen goes out randomly CarPlay doesn’t connect 50% of the time. Window doesn’t autoup sometimes Strutts are shot on the vehicle. It’s only few months old. Loud a/c noises. Road noise is terrible from tires. Suspension non existent. This is supposed to ski on the road 500 times a second and provide a very amazing smooth ride I would say it rides worse than a Toyota Corolla. I’ve owned 45 cars so I know what to expect. Disappointed. Before I purchased I read all the reviews of people complaining of build quality issues saying to wait for the next year I did not wait I should’ve. Do not buy this in any circumstances you will regret it my car is been in the shop three times so far one time it was there for a month I’m paying on a lease which basically means I’m paying for nothing. This was the first Ford vehicle I bought since 1992 when I had a Mustang that was horrible as well. I will never buy another Ford product as long as I live in my opinion they are absolute garbage. Stick with Japanese cars they are much much much much better.

Avoid the 2020 Lincoln “Lemon” Aviator by all means
The vehicle was purchased on January 1st 2020. Upon receiving the vehicle the front fog light was retaining water and would not power on. That took over a month to get the fog light repaired. Next issue was misleading warnings along with things not working such as windows did not roll down, car would brake on its own, cameras would go blank. The vehicle has been in the repair shop for almost half of the time that we have owned It. Next issue we are dealing with now is a clanking noise coming from the driver side wheel area.Vehicle was allegedly fixed and by the time I got home the noise was back. This is the second time the vehicle has been in the shop for the same issue. If it is not fixed by the time they replace the strut which they believe to be the issue we will be getting a lawyer and filing for lemon law since they refuse to replace or buy back the vehicle. My suggestion is either wait a couple of years until production is fixed or purchase a Japanese vehicle which are way more reliable. Sorry Lincoln I really tried to give you guys a chance and you blew it!

List of problems 1)Jan 11th Leaking fluid from front end. Taken to Sentry Lincoln in Medford MA and they found signs of fluid leaking but pressure tested everything and could not figure out where it came from. Returned car with no resolution. 2)January 20th climate issues when heat set on high blowing cold air. Taken to Sentry Lincoln in Medford MA and they could not duplicate problem. Returned car with no resolution 3)February 14th climate issues when heat set on high blowing cold air. Taken to Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood on Feb 26th and they could not duplicate problem. They returned car with no resolution. 4)April 9th driving car and it would not change gears around 30 miles per hr. Pulled over placed car in park restarted and put in drive to find a 5 second delay in shifting gears and the shift was very rough. Tried reverse and still 5 second delay and when it shifted it was very rough. Began to drive again and found the gas pedal to not be responsive when pressed. This was very dangerous and unsafe when pulling out from an intersection as it had a significant delay in response to the gas pedal. Called Lincoln Concierge and they said Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood would pick it up and drop a loaner and a toe company would pick it up roadside. When I drove by my car the next day it was still on the side of the road 21 hrs later with keys still in it. On April 10th it was towed to Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood MA. They kept it for 3 days and said they could not duplicate it and it must have been operator error and were going to return it. I informed them that I wanted to keep it there until they came to a resolution because I don't feel safe driving it. The Service Manager Daniel then began to get frustrated flipping a switch and telling me they were sending the police and they have a tracker on the loaner that I have. At this point the car will be delivered back to me and I will keep it parked until someone can give me piece of mind that the issues with the car have been verified and can be repaired.

Aviator 2020 issues
I purchased the Aviator on Aug 24, 2019 and besides the recall for the rear back seat, the following are a list of issues I am experiencing: 1) There is a tear in the driver seat below the seat rest. My wife pointed it out and i was very disappointed that this wasnt even caught by the dealer. 2) The massage function on the passenger front seat does not work. I realized it 2 weeks after purchase. And to this day, the company has not provided the part to install so the seat can function properly. I have a service record pending and I have now waited 2 months for this part to be delivered and installed. 3) The electronic parking break comes on while driving. It has happened now 3 times in the past 3 days. 4) The screen in the second row some times does not come on. I'm not sure if this is a user issue, but I believe that it should come on once vehicle is started. This is not the case over the past few days 5) The camera shown distortion upon engine startup. Not sure why, but this shouldnt be the case. I like the vehicle a lot, however the inability of the company to install a missing part for 2 months now is incredibly frustrating and if I wait for another month, I have no choice but to ask the company to take their vehicle back. I've paid a lot for a vehicle that has a plethora of issues

Water leaking into rear spare tire well.
I took delivery of a new 2020 Aviator in Illinois and the next morning looked at the spare tire. It was literally floating in six inches of water. I had only owned the car for nine hours. I submitted a warranty claim and the dealership spent three days working on the car before giving it back. The explanation was that the unit was missing four body plugs. For Covid reasons, the car hasn't been out of the garage for a month since the repair. As of right now, I have 860 miles on it. However, it was out yesterday and it rained over night. This morning I have another 1.5 inches of water in the spare tire well. Obviously the leak wasn't fixed the first time. I called the dealiership for another warranty repair, and after consulting their service manager told me to drop it off and that it will take just under a week to get fixed. By the way, no loaner cars are available, so I get to take the bus. This is the first and last Ford I will ever buy.

Radio system failure
On the first trip after giving the 2020 Aviator to my wife for Christmas the entire entertainment / navigation system went black. Controls stopped working, screen black, power outlets died. Ford has the car twice for a total of over three weeks. They now tell us that because the problem has not produced a CODE they can’t fix it. We were told that it would need to fail while in fords possession for them to fixit. Totally regret buying the car!

Great car! Do not think just buy!
I like my car, it runs smoothly, has a keyless entry and even has a passcode to get in on the driver side. The rear view camera is of course an essential of mines. Very grateful for it, the color is a grey that looks beautiful. And the leather seats makes it spill free!
